“I can see that.” Goyo kept low-key purring, while he spoke. After a brief silence, he uttered some more words. “Do you have any food?” He asked.
“Isn’t this… your inn?” Ramma asked, a bit astonished, from across the table. “You should have plenty of food here.”
Goyo’s eyes went to the Mamemon for a second. “I do. I just don’t feel like moving from this hands.” His gaze went back to Mao to answer her question. However, she changed it half along the way. “She’s mostly… asleep. That’s why I’m always starving. You’re prettier, too.” Goyo stared at Mao, making one of those pauses that seemed to be natural in his way of speaking. “Do you want to be my assistant?” And, again, the important question. “Do you have any food?”
“H-Hey! You can’t go around asking stuff like that.” Ramma leaned his body forward, pouting. Kissu took another sip of her tea.
So the assistant was still fast asleep. Really? Even though all of that yelling and bell-ringing? Tsukiko was surprised she wasn’t dead. The pink-haired girl just stood there, staring at the sleeping child. Somehow, she looked like a human, but Tsukiko knew she wasn’t. There was something about her that made her different from a real person. She just knew this girl was a digimon.
However, this didn’t stop her from letting go a squeal when Pike floated towards the sleeping creature and poked her with his finger, zapping her with electricity.
“Wake up.”
That definitely wouldn’t hurt or anything, but if it managed to wake her up, it was likely she would feel a bit… shocked.

"Do I? Uh...No. But you should be able to get the food, given this is your inn..." It was kind of bad that the assistant slept a lot. The little fuzzball didn't deserve to starve like this...Mao's eyes widened at being called pretty, though. A genuine compliment? To her, those were as rare as social activity!
And Mao cracked a smile. The first genuine smile the group had seen out of her. "I can't really...be your assistant or anything, I have a job or two to do, but...Thank you for the offer." She glanced towards Ramma. "You okay...?"
The girl was definitely out like a rock, and she quickly jumped up the moment Pike zapped her! "Y-Yeowch! Hey, what gives?" She said, her hat briefly obscuring her eyes. She tilted the hat up so she could see before she stared at Tsukiko and Pike. Especially the former. She hadn't really seen another humanoid like herself in quite some time.
"...Oh, what kind of Digimo-...No, wait, uh...You're...You're a tamer! Oh gosh, a tamer! Hi! It's so nice to meet you! My name's Alouette!...How come you're back here?"
Might wanna get her to start getting food.

“It is.” He pointed out. Again, a pause. “I don’t know how to cook or anything about having an inn, though. I just had a lot of money and bought this place and hired Alouette.”
“I suppose Alouette is your assistant.” Kissu sipped some more of her tea. The Babamon was relaxed as ever. “You’re smart. Is it because you’re old?” The Wanyamon noted, wiggling his tail. Kissu just sweat-dropped, almost spitting some of her tea. Goyo's eyes then went back to his… pet-er. “Huh. That’s a shame. Can you cook?”
“I-I am…” Ramma’s lowered his eyes, a bit blushed. For some reason, having Mao’s eyes on him made him kind of… nervous. He immediately looked somewhere else, escaping from the human's brown-eyed sight.
Tsukiko had been a bit startled at the Thunderballmon course of action. It didn’t matter to her if she hadn’t met Pike for long, she was still going to scold him. “You don’t zap people in this group, Pike. Unless they’re bad guys. Understood?” The human gave him her coldest gaze. The one that was very known by Mitsuharu and Kissu she only showed when she was angry. Pike quirked an eyebrow at her and floated away from the Sistermon. “Whatever.”
Mitsuharu just stared at him as he went back into the main room. Pike’s attitude could be a problem.
The tamer quickly drifted away from this thought, to listen to the small humanoid digimon. She tilted her head, thinking about the first part of that phrase. Did she really look like a digimon? Somehow, that felt like a compliment to her. “Hi there.” She gave a warm, honest smile to the creature. “Well, it’s nice to meet you too, Alouette! What kind of digimon are you? You are so pretty.” Now that she was seeing her standing up, the pink haired was actually delighted with the digimon’s appearance. “My name is Tsukiko Ashikaga, and this is Mitsuharu Ashikaga.”
Just as expected by anyone who had seen the Bushi Agumon in front of a female digimon, Mitsuharu immediately leaped up front, standing over one knee. With his right claw, he reached for the Sistermon’s hand, delicately placing the back of it over his head, bowing at her.
“I went through the relentless, ice-cold snow. I fought giant monsters, I saw ancient aliens brought back to life. I have beaten an evil dragon controlled by a mastermind in a distant land where everything was ever-changing. But I can assure you, Alouette, it doesn’t matter how many adventures I embark on or the enemies I face, I will never, ever, find an angel with such beauty as you bestow again.”
As usually, Tsukiko continued, ignoring the samurai’s flirty speech, and went on to explain her presence there.
“I am here because… I think your boss is looking for you.” She pointed her index finger at her back, specifically at the door that led to Goyo and the rest of the group.

"Really? You did that but you...don't know anything about innkeeping?" That struck Mao as odd. "Kissu's pretty wise--I feel like she's seen a lot. Uh...I try to cook sometimes. I'm not very good at it."
...The fact that was all she said on that indicated this seemed a little embarrassing to speak about. Mao again looked towards Ramma, tilting her head before refocusing on Goyo.
Meanwhile...Alouette looked to Pike, then to Tsukiko. "Yeah, your partner's a little rude...Just floating away like that after zapping someone awake." She thought Pike was her partner? Huh? "Oh, what kind of Digimon am I? I'm a Sistermon--A Sistermon Blanc, to be specific. Ummm...We're kind of like dolls. And nuns. We also come in several different colors, too."
Of course, Mitsuharu's flirty speech seemed very lost on the nun. In fact? All it had earned him was a single pat on the head. "Ahahaha! I once saw my best buddy shoot a big mean monster in the head. That was pretty brave! But what you did also sounds pretty brave, so good job! Maybe I won't meet someone as brave as that again, too!"
...Maaaaybe she had no idea what she was saying. Oh, Goyo was looking for her? The Sistermon straightened up and proceeded out of the back and into the inn proper. "Morning, boss! Uh, how many customers are we looking at here? ...And what happened to the slender one's hair? It looks interesting."
Mao gulped. "...Hair dye. I thought it'd look neat."

Leaning his body forward in what could be referred to as ‘nodding’, Goyo issued an ‘mhm’ sound. “I just did it to compete with my brothers.” A brief pause, again. “Mine is totally the best inn.”
“Allow me to have some doubts about that.” Kissu muttered, sipping some more tea. The Wanyamon either ignored her comment or didn’t hear it. “Thank you, dear.” She added, regarding Mao’s compliment.
Tsukiko didn’t reject the assumption of Pike being her partner. It wasn’t, but right now they were working together, so no point on denying that. “I’ll talk to him later. Don’t worry.” It was good Alouette didn’t dwell too much into that, and didn’t seem to be too offended.
“I see~” Tsukiko seemed a bit flabbergasted by the creature’s beauty. “You’re so pretty!” She put her hands together, her blue eyes admiring the digimon.
Not long after this, Alouette was heading towards the core of the ground floor. Mitsuharu just remained there, holding his bowing pose. “Aren’t you coming?” “I’m trying to recover from being touched by a goddess.” “Huh.” The pink-haired human just followed the Sistermon.
“As you can see, we don’t do normal human hair colors in this group.” Tsukiko chuckled a bit, sweatdropping.
“How can you go ‘morning’?” Goyo asked, not sounding angry at all, just genuinely curious. “It’s almost nighttime. I know we can’t actually know because there’s never sunlight here, but still.” He made another pause. “Now you should really try this human’s petting, it's really good.”
“Aren't you forgetting about some important things?” Ramma squinted, looking at the fuzzy digimon. “Oh. Right.” Another brief pause ensued. “Bring some food for me.” Goyo made a pause and then continued. “And my petting human.” Finally, he added. “And her friends too, I guess.”
“Maybe it’s a good time to ask him about stuff, like Vemmon’s spawn or how to get out of this place.” Kissu advised Mao. It was probably best if she was the one who asked it. She was clearly his favorite, after all.

"I think it's a pretty okay inn. I don't know why I have to be the one petting you, though..." Mao uttered in a questioning manner. At least Kissu seemed happy with the compliment.
Alouette didn't seem like one to dwell on such matters. "I know I am, people tell me that a lot! However, external beauty is inferior to internal beauty. I, however, think you're also pretty!" She had departed the room with that.
"Oh, I can see that. It's very unique. Makes you stand out. And I say good morning in case I'm actually right and it is morning, you silly little bean." Alouette gave Mao another glance at Goyo's insistence on trying her petting. She let out a series of hmmms. "...I mean, I guess I could go for headpats later. But, first things first, food."
There was no questioning from the Sistermon about the petting human and her friends. But she did take off to go prepare some dishes. Mao gave a glance downwards to Goyo. "So, um...You know about what happens around here a bunch, right? Do...you know anything about a red Vemmon? Or any way out of here?"

“It’s a great inn; do you want to work here? You’re the one petting me because you’re good at it.” Goyo replied, very straightforwardly. “B-Bean?” His eyes widened at his assistant’s words. Why didn’t anyone seem to give him some respect around here? Not even his official petter. “Yes. Do that. But don’t forget to tell her to pet you later.” Again, he made a brief pause. “Though you'll have to ask for my permission first.”
“Thank you.” Ramma’s eyes widened up, as he bowed at the Sistermon while she took off, opening a small door behind the counter. It was likely that led to the kitchen.
Now, about the red Vemmon... “I’ve heard he’s a wanted criminal.” Goyo noted as he lowkey purred from Mao’s petting. ”I don’t pay much attention to the news. Maybe Alouette can give you some more info about that.” He added. “And yes, I do know how to get out of here.”
Silence engulfed the room. “Well…?” Ramma asked. “Yes.” “Can you tell us?” Kissu asked. “Oh. Right.” Goyo stopped his wallowing, to then look at Mao into her eyes. “There’s no way out.” He stated in a not very good attempt to be scary. It probably didn't help his case that he went 'rawr' at the end of the statement.
“That was cute.” Tsukiko stiffed a quiet laugh behind her hand. “I think absolutely frightening might be the word you’re looking for.” The Wanyamon shifted his gaze at Tsukiko. Some more silence ensued his words. “Are you good at petting too?”
“H-Hey! Is there really no way out?” Ramma asked. Having a conversation with this ball of fur was more tiring than fighting monsters inside Arcaria. “No. Well… Kind of.” Goyo started explaining. “You usually can get out through some tunnels but… I heard that due to the crimes that have been taking place these past few days, the exits are blocked and restricted. They really want to catch that guy.”
“So… is that why your inn has no clients? People are too scared to be around?” Kissu asked, looking around the very-much empty place.
“No. The inn has plenty of clients. All of the tourists from the outside world had been forced to stay at inns, so we have almost no capacity for more clients.” The Wanyamon replied, nonchalantly.
Ramma blinked twice, looking at Goyo. “What are you talking about? This place is completely empty.”
“Everyone is at their rooms, going up the stairs. I don’t allow people to be down here. They’re noisy. I hate noise.”

"I...kind of can't. I have places to go." Was all Mao could really respond to Goyo with. As nice as a job here was? She needed to get out of here. She paid some close attention to Goyo's...explanation that actually told them nothing much that they didn't already know. Did he have a name? What was he after?
"I don't know, maybe he thought it sounded scary..." Despite all of that, she was still petting Goyo. "So to get out we'll need to get rid of the red guy somehow. Then they'll open the tunnels...Hey, how late is it if there's just people upstairs?" Of course...In no time at all, Alouette returned with a platter of some ungodly-looking burgers.
She somehow managed to deep-fry hamburgers. How? Well, there would have to be some amount of rational explanation involved. But there's a deep-fryer in the kitchen. The math should be able to be done. Also, there was some bacon surrounding the burgers. Alouette quite simply placed the platter down.
"Dinner's ready, I took some liberties. Mostly because you guys look tired. ...Also nobody else ate my cooking, so sucks for them."
Mao took a single look at the Sistermon Blanc. "Hey, uh...You know about the red Vemmon that's been screwing things up here, right?"
"Mmmmaaaybe, why?" The rookie leaned on her trident. She was definitely all ears now. "...Who is he?" Mao continued to question.
"A crazed alien with an affinity for the sanguine nectar that flows through you humans. I've fought him once, you know! Had a totem around his neck. Looked like a Snatchmon. I'm gonna be honest, I thought Vemmon were extinct. Or at least endangered. So, he sticks out like a sore thumb. He...also took something from here, too. Hey, uh, Yoyo, what'd he take again?"

“Huh. That’s a shame.” Did Goyo have a very bad memory? Or did he just didn’t pay attention, ever? It was hard to know. Nevertheless, Tsukiko found him to be super funny.
The Wanyamon pointed with his tail at some old clock hanging up from the wall. “It’s around… nine p.m. already. It’s not a matter of what time it is; I just don’t let them be around this area. I sleep here.” He explained. “Get rid of that guy? I think he’s pretty dangerous. Are you sure you can do that?” He glared at Mao, looking a tad worried, for the first time.
Everyone in the room drifted off the topic for a second to look at the burgers Alouette brought. Even if the recipe could be rather odd, those looked really good. Tsukiko took a seat next to Ramma. “Thank you a lot, Alouette. You can put this in our bill at the end.”
“It will be my absolute pleasure to taste these pieces of heaven crafted by you, my dear…” Mitsuharu took one of the burgers and threw it in his mouth, eating it from a single bite. “W-Where did you even come from?” Tsukiko asked, taking a bite at her burger.
Everyone, including Ramma and Pike, took a burger and started eating, while they listened closely at Alouette’s explanation.
“Wait… this thing murders humans?” Tsukiko blinked twice, to then shiver a bit.
Ramma leaned a bit towards Alouette. “And you fought against him? How was it? Is he strong?” He then scratched the back of his head. “I-I'm sorry. We haven't been introduced. My name is Ramma. That’s my brother Pike.” His gaze shifted towards the Thunderballmon X. The electric creature avoided seeing Alouette into her eyes.
Now, the focus of the conversation had shifted to Goyo, who was now in charge of explaining the rest of this. They’d have to wait for him to eat his very-necessary seven deep-fry hamburgers.
Once he stopped munching on his dinner, Goyo let go a yawn, then he looked at the group. Then, his gaze went to Alouette. “Do you think we can trust them?” He asked. “This is not a story that I would tell just to anyone.”

"...I'm usually asleep by that time." Huh. Mao looked down to Goyo. She nodded a few times. Yep, perfectly serious. "I'm very serious. And I know I can do it, too." Not because she was confident or anything, that'd be silly. No, it was because she had friends around her.
Alouette nodded. "He claimed to. Said he liked eating their brains. He...-wasn't- strong at first. I was able to throw him around for a bit in this form, but he...kinda got his hands on what he came in here for and actually had to get me to try. So, you know how Sistermon are, right? They have this form and then an awakened form. I had to use that against him! Can you believe the nerve?" She then looked to Pike and Ramma. "Oh, I'm Alouette. Nice to meet you. Anyways, um. Yoyo, if they want to get rid of him then they need to know about the totems. And there's something about the orange lady that seems...particular. A bit familiar, too."
Vemmon then chose that moment to reveal himself, resting his disembodied head on Mao's shoulder. "That would be me. Did my brat of a spawn trash this place or something? Tell me the details here."
Alouette stared. Long and hard. "...That's a...Oh, that's a ghost. Basically, he took a fancy totem that belonged to Goyo's family and got stronger as a result. He's looking for the other one, I guess. See, people that -talk- all day like that guy like to go seek power. So maybe he's looking for the other one! But nobody knows where that is. Even if they did? Useless! Like a Hawkmon! Or a Shoutmon! Very useless unless they know the Yoyo way."
"What." Both the girl and her spirit uttered.

“You are?” Both Tsukiko and Goyo asked in unison. “What a nerd.” That was just Goyo. It was a pretty early bedtime; that much couldn’t be denied. “Of course you do.” Tsukiko nodded, looking at Mao. Could they be considered friends? Considering they had saved each other lives, she would say that pretty much qualified like it. Probably the best she had ever had.
In any case, that was that. Everyone just remained silent (while they ate, of course) and listened to Alouette’s story.
So an awakened form, huh? Neither Tsukiko or Mitsuharu knew such thing existed, even though Babamon, Pike and Ramma didn’t seem surprised at all by the comment.
“So you can reach that level of power.” Ramma noted. “That’s pretty amazing.” It was funny that what seemed to be a casual assistant could also be a fierce warrior, fighting to protect the place where she worked at. It was kind of a shame, however, it had to come to that.
Everyone got a bit flustered by the fact of Vemmon appearing. Was it a good idea to show himself right now? The next seconds would tell.
“It is a ghost.” Goyo simply added to Alouette’s initial reaction. “T-That’s all?” Tsukiko sweatdropped. The innkeepers didn’t seem very surprised by the sight. So it made no sense to hide Vemmon during all of this time. “The Yoyo…way?” Kissu asked, her gaze shifting towards Goyo.
The Wanyamon cleared his throat, while he rubbed the upper part of his body against one of Mao’s hands. Apparently, he was willing to provide the insight that was left to add to this story.
“See, I belong to a family of digimon archeologists. Years ago, my siblings and I found an ancient totem inside some very antique ruins. Shocking as it might sound, these ruins were located on top of giant digimon, known as ElDoradimon.”
“I-I’ve heard about that digimon! I haven’t actually seen him, but I heard he has a giant city built on top of him.” Ramma’s eyes widened up. It was like a legend had just been confirmed to him.
“That’s amazing.” Tsukiko was done eating and fairly interested in all of this tale.
“Along with this relic, we found a huge treasure. My siblings and I decided to split the money between the five of us, including me. According to a legend written on a plaque inside of those ruins, this totem belongs to a set of 10 powerful totems spread around the world. Both can grant different amounts of power and help digimon achieve different forms. One of my brothers started an inn inside ElDoradimon with his part of the money. Some customer once told him a rumor about an ancient totem that could be found here, in the Hardware Den. We immediately figured that was one of the totems the plaque talked about.
My brother told me to use my part of the money to come here and look for that totem, so I agreed, and decided to start an inn here too, while I looked for the thing. Even though I don’t know anything about innkeeping. My brothers decided I should have the totem we had found inside the ruins in ElDoradimon since it was possible it might guide me or give me any hint to find the totem hidden in here. Besides, there was a group of criminals working inside of ElDoradimon who kidnapped digimons from places below and brought them into the city to work as slaves. We figured the totem wouldn't be safe around there so they preferred me having it here and keeping it safe. After all, what's safest than an underground city, right?
A year has passed since then and Alouette and I really hadn’t had any luck on finding the other one. What's worst... I've failed my siblings. Some days ago, that red Vemmon appeared and came here looking for the totem. Sadly, he took it away from us, even if we gave our all to try to stop him. I’ve got the feeling he’s looking for the one my brother sent me here to look out for too, or he would have left already.”
“B-but what if he finds it?” A bit shocked at the whole tale, Ramma asked.
“Well, he probably doesn’t know he can’t activate it once he finds it. In that plaque we found in those ruins, it was written there’s a chant necessary to activate each totem in specific. Sadly, in the past, my brother had already activated the one I had. So the one this criminal already has, has been activated already. I know those chants, because my siblings and I memorized all of them, just in case. If this criminal finds out I’m the one who can unlock the power of the hidden totem, I might be in danger when he finds it.
In any case, that thing is only stronger now. And we don’t really know how to stop him.”
Goyo’s expression had turned a bit… sad.

"I-I mean, sometimes! I-It's not my fault my sis has this super strict curfew on me!" Mao was pouting (and blushing) FURIOUSLY at being called a nerd. The nerve of this little BALL OF FUR.
Alouette nodded. "Yep. I don't have a champion form. Or, rather, my champion form's the...same as my rookie form. Just the power's all stored in this trident. My awakened form serves as my 'perfect' or ultimate level." She looked to Vemmon, then towards Mao. "What a strange coincidence that your ethereal friend bears such a great resemblance to my crimson foe." The Sistermon noted, her words growing uncharacteristically...icy.
"I already mentioned my relation." ...Was the alien actually attempting sass? Maybe? Everyone turned their gaze towards Goyo for his story. One thing was pretty certain with the story. This whole thing was weighing pretty heavily on Goyo. Mao scooped the little hairball up in her hands and hugged it close.
"Hey, cheer up. I'll find those totems and make sure the crimson dingus doesn't activate the other one, okay? And everything'll be fine in the end." The girl told the Wanyamon as she gently set him down. Alouette tilted her head.
"...So why are you so fixated on going after the totem? And the Vemmon? I mean, I know why for the second part, but even when we said he's...stronger than normal, you still seem dead set on it. Why?"
Vemmon himself answered that next question. "Simple. I'm dead. Spirits are usually found in the form of totems. We get to help this place out. We get to help -you- out. And I get a part of myself back. At least, I think it might be." A pause. "...Goyo. You said there's activation chants, right? What's the one for the totem here?"

There was a part of Alouette’s explanation about her power level that raised the attention of the wisest member in the group. “So even in your ultimate form, you couldn’t fight this thing?” Kissu asked, sounding fairly worried. If that was the case, this thing was around her power level, which made it fairly dangerous. Goyo, on his side, purred upon being hugged by Mao, rubbing his face against the girl’s chest. For a digimon that sounded so… sassy, he definitely could get very affectionate. Maybe it was related to what this story implied for him. In all honesty, Tsukiko could somewhat relate. This was important for his family, and it was likely he felt he was letting his brother back in ElDoradimon down. Yet still, it sounded like a story taken right out of a fantasy tale. “A-Are you sure you can do that?” Goyo’s eyes widened up, while his gaze was lifted to stare at Mao. “This guy seemed fairly dangerous. I’m not good at fighting at all but he’s definitely strong. He managed to steal the totem even if Alouette used her awakened form.” It was a dangerous task the one the group was planning to face, no doubt. “Wait, so you’re saying you’re intending to keep that totem?” The Wanyamon’s gaze then went to Vemmon. So... that was fairly interesting. “I suppose I can see why that makes sense. After all, if Vemmon wants it and you’re somewhat the same as him, then the totem might work on you too.” For the first time in the evening, Goyo sounded actually a bit excited about a topic. It was clear for Tsukiko what this little guy really liked was archeology. Goyo stared at the spirit, looking rather pensive. He then released a sigh. “Even if, on one side, I feel bad for letting you have the relics me and my siblings found, the totem has already been taken, and I definitely prefer you to have it, rather than that crimson alien.” A small pause was held by the fuzzy digimon. “However…” He added. “I will only tell you the chant to unlock the other totem, if you promise to get something for me first.” It couldn’t be that easy, right? “Whenever this second totem is, I’m almost sure it must come alongside a plaque telling more about the legend of these totems and how they got separated. I’m assuming this because the one we found at ElDoradimon had a plaque containing a part of the legend too. As archeologists, what we care about is knowing the full legend, and having these antiquities. Would we like to have the totems? Sure, but if you need those and it can help you regain parts of yourself, I’ll let you have them. In the end, you might even have some type of further relation with these totems then we imagine.” When he wanted to, Goyo could be reasonable. “Having said this, I will only tell you the chant if you promise to bring me this plaque with those writings, once you find the thing. I must warn you I have looked for over a year for this, and no luck. So it may be tricky.” In case Vemmon agreed to this, Goyo would go on to recite the chant. “The darkest of times have arrived. Against evil forces, I have to strive. I call for thou, the spirit of the underworld. To beat the ones whom to the power have furled. The power of ancient times I need to borrow, in order to help my allies and end their sorrow. Forever we may share the strength of this bond. Come save us all, Cyberdramon!” Silence took over the room once Goyo had finished. This was only broken by Tsukiko, who couldn’t contain her excitement. “That sounded so cool!” The pink-haired stated, giving out a small and quick burst of clapping. “Y-You think so?” Goyo’s eyes went at her for a second, then, back to Mao and Vemmon. “I hope you all know what you’re doing.” A pause ensued. “Regarding me… I’m sleepy already, so no more petting for today.” He stated firmly, to then release a yawn. “Alouette, do we have some rooms available for them?”

"It isn't so much that I couldn't fight him in my ultimate form. See, when the fight began, he was but a Vemmon that could hit pretty hard, but not take hits. When he got the totem, the Vemmon became the even-lesser seen adult form of that species, a Snatchmon. A Snatchmon that was also further-empowered by the totem. Essentially, he could not only match both forms, but make me fall short. Granted, I had been fighting for a bit when he took the totem." Alouette mused, really, it was those factors that made the red Snatchmon actually dangerous.
Yet, she had no real way of gauging the power of everyone in the tavern, so she had to trust them not to screw up. Mao, meanwhile, nodded at Goyo. "Essentially, when Vemmon died, he was split into...many pieces. I guess those pieces were part of whatever made the totems as they are. Anywho! Sure, I'll bring the plaque back if it's there with the totem." It was a simple request, so why wouldn't she be capable of doing that?
Either way, as Goyo recited the chant, and he concluded it...Vemmon manifested once more, looking a -little- offended for some reason. "That chant stylizes me like I'm some sort of hero. It is insulting to me. Who wrote this. I seek to have words with them. I was an assassin for a Demon Lord, not some hero who fights for his friends!"
"Great, and now you're a spirit bound to the skinniest lady in the world, how's that working out for you?" Alouette noted with a very audible snicker. "Makes you sound less...ah...How do the kids say it? Edgy? That." The Sistermon couldn't stop snickering, even as she went to check if they had any vacancy left. Mao, meanwhile, finally ceased her petting and set Goyo down on his pillow.
"Oh, we've got...Three rooms left. They each have two beds, so they should fit your group...How's that sound?"

Inevitably, Tsukiko pouted and crossed her arms as she heard Vemmon speak. How could he not want to look like a hero? That chant was super awesome. She would love to have a chant like that for herself.
“What are you talking about? Being a hero is…” She just realized what the spirit had just said. Mitsuharu and Kissu were staring at the alien too, completely astonished.
“You did what!?” The three Ashikagas asked in unison. Ramma and Pike didn’t seem to have much of a clue of what was going on. Goyo, on his side, was just snickering along Alouette. He never said no to collaborate in some innocent teasing.
“You… were an assassin working for a Demon Lord?” Kissu ventured to ask. It didn’t seem like he was lying but it was definitely an odd affirmation.
Tsukiko, on her side, had had her own share of trouble with Demon Lords, so this was definitely interesting for her. Alouette’s words reached her, so she just shifted her gaze towards the Sistermon. “That’s perfect. Thank you very much.” She gave a tender smile to the digimon.
“Well, I guess Pike and I can share a room.” Ramma noted. That was pretty much decided.
Regarding the rest…
“I now want to sleep with the human girl. I want her spirit to tell me more about this Demon Lord he killed.” Kissu pointed her broom at Mao.
“NO WAY.” Tsukiko jumped off her seat and grabbed Mao’s hand. “She’s sleeping with me.” She hissed. “You guys are nice and everything but I have had very few interactions with other humans since I arrived into this world and now I finally have a human friend, so no way. Mao~ru is mine.” Her bossy expression took a drastic change, just for her to give a tender smile to Alouette and Goya. “Thank you, we’ll see you in the morning.” She bowed, politely. At least to the Sistermon. Goyo was already fast asleep. She was forgetting something, wasn't she? “Could you please give us the keys and tell us the room numbers?”
Once she got the key for the room that she was forcing Mao to share with her, the pink-haired girl’s countenance went back to dominant as she pulled from the orange haired girl’s hand and went up the stairs, looking for their room.
“Well, I guess that means is you and me, Kissu-grandma.” A sigh escaped Mitsuharu.
