one day randomly you will receive a message, whether it be on your device or a mail sent to where you live on paper. it did not matter the sender of the message knew some things about you, but that was not as important as what was on the message.
"to whomever received this message, I need your help I am Seraphimon the president of a real estate agency. there is a piece of land that we can not let fall to the hands of the villains no matter what, so I need your help in stopping two groups of digimon who want to claim the land. the first group is the Dojima Clan, a group of ruthless samurai that are willing to do what it takes, they are involved in a lot of shady stuff, more details if you accept the mission. the other group is the Romano Family they are just as dangerous as the Dojima Clan, both of them need to be stopped. I need strong fighters in order to do what I want to do, if you feel you are up to task then come to the location specified down below and come with me to save the digital world from a great evil."
once you look down you will see a specific address down below that leads to a an empty building on Terminus, the message also specified to go to room number 8. what will await you there, will you go there to find out ? or will you ignore this fairly suspicious message ?

Requirements:be ready for some combat and stealth
Plot Description: a Plot of land should be for sale after its original owner died of unknown reason and three large groups are fighting for it, you are to help the Agency stop at least one or be bold and choose to stop both groups
. both clans have a very specific reason to want this specific piece of land, the mine that is under it and it is said that the resources inside this mine is so valuable that it will make whomever finds it very rich and get their hands on new infinitely renewable source of great energy. both families have their own history and dynamics.
in order to stop such great power and strength to get to those who will use it for their own selfish things, you have to work with the mysterious Seraphimon and his many subordinates and help him win in order for him to work with the authorities behind Terminus to make the city a better place to live in. can you guys make it or will the mine fall to the hands of one of the bosses of the underworld.
Mission Description: You will invade the headquarters of one group and discover their secrets and eventually find a way to at least take out its leader. or again both leaders if you stop the two.
on the Dojima side, you will infiltrate on the day of their party, celebrating the day Daigo Dojima defeated all of his rivals and became the undisputed leader of the Yakuza alliance. the players will be disguised as caterers for the party and have to sneak in and manage to learn the secrets of the Dojima clan and pressure them into either giving up or Defeat the leader of the Clan, although fighting Daigo is highly inadvisable.
on the Romano family you will infiltrate the engagement party of the boss's daughter to the son of a corrupt police chief, who is actually not Corrupt but is an ally of Seraphimon and you will be official guests of his and you will try to manage sneaking in and find out how they grew so fast and why do they want the mine. if you choose to catch both families, the team will be split into two groups, one for each family.
of course I will be giving the players 2 devices to help them with the mission but each can only be used once.
1 ) a button to summon Seraphimon to help with anything and even maybe a fight, but in order to not be figured out since he is a known enemy to both sides he will teleport back to base after his job is done so only call him when its absolutely necessary.
2 ) a portal back to Terminus, by clicking on the pen you are given, you can open a portal back to Terminus but its only one way so doing that is akin to forfeiting the mission. so only use it if you feel 100 percent cornered or maybe if you want to get someone out of here, but its one time use only.
Objective Summary:
Grace Period: 3 days (but I understand if you are dealing with stuff, just let me know and I will be lenient)
