Holly continued down those stairs, frowning quietly as the cavernous basement yawned up to her. That ninety degree turn causing her to take it a little slower as she didn't want to just burst into a group of people, leaning slightly she'd look around the corner only to find... A 'hall' of sorts leading down several yards. A large door staring her in the face, biting on her lip she'd trot down it carefully, keeping her eyes out for any means of security that they would of had on the inside.
But passing through that door? The different setting was jarring, the walls were now drywall, the floor was still stone and there... Wait was this the living quarters they were trying to go for? She'd blink a few times and find herself grinning ear to ear. So this was the entrance to the living quarters? The meicoomon was very much so in luck. But there was a distinct problem now that she was here.
What room was the one that she was looking for? She'd bite her lip and cast about. She couldn't just start knocking on doors right?
Well considering the type of the digimon that they were going after, they were heavier weren't they? There would be natural scuffing wherever it went even if they picked up their feet. The metal hands would naturally do the same to the door over the course of time and depending on how long or how many armored types were here...
Weren't those type of digimon tall too? And if it wasn't used to the form at first there would of been some kind of damage to the door frame right? She'd have to look through the doors, check the floors near them as when someone got close to home after a fight sometimes they would drag their feet too...
Well that's at least what she did. She didn't like fighting, but for someone that was basically fighting to sleep here maybe they'd be more prompt and proper? She'd mumble to herself and simply shake her head.
"Process of elimination... gonna have to see how many doors have scuff marks... tch... Gonna have to see how many apartments are here too..."
Unfortunately for her this would probably take a while too...

There were definitely signs that Holly could look for, and as the Meicoomon might have guessed, the wear on each door was somewhat different. A fair number simply seemed like normal doors, but the third door on the left would have a singed handle, and the one after that contained an impossibly foul odor - one that would probably flood out to the entire hall if the door was even slightly cracked open to that pungent room. The cat would also see the wear in the hardwood below, but with how worn out it looked, it was next to impossible to get any sort of trail from it.
So, methodically checking doors it was! Unfortunately for Holly, this wasn't the simple 'quiet' apartment that she might have hoped for, but one full of active fighters either recovering from fights in the arena, or raring to go for a turn of their own. As the cat would step past the first corner, a Snimon (X) would step on through, narrowly missing stepping right on top of the cat!
"Hm?" The insect would glance down - and give a chuckle! "Ah, Roxa! Rare seeing you down in your champion form - what trick you trying to pull, eh?"
Oh, dear, was there a MeiCrackmon staying down here?

Each door was different.
Why wouldn't it be? There would of course be differences in each person living there and with her looking through each door that she had the ability to well... That third door on the left had a singed handle, telling her someone used fire. There was another one that had an incredibly foul order, making her gag quietly. She didn't know what kind of mon lived there but she didn't even want to guess. She'd make note of what number that door was to use it for 'future' reference. She'd grit her teeth noting that the wear was hard to really...
She'd freeze however when she was met with the sight of a snimon. A digimon that she had rightfully never seen before and she'd gawk at them quietly for a moment before carefully bouncing back so she wasn't stepped on! She'd look nervously up and was about to address them but at that chuckle and then....
Roxa?
The meicoomon nervously fidgeted a bit and wasn't sure how to address this. Being mixed up with someone would be useful.... Wait. If he was familiar with them there was an odd chance she might be able to... But instead of coming across confident like she wanted to she instead started to stammer when talking.
"I... Uh.... Well you see..."
Sure she might of been trained and what not, but when introduced with something new she really wanted to know more about this mon. She wanted to know more about the other Meicrackmon and she'd just bite onto her lip.
"I'm uh... well... I'm not roxa. I'm actually trying to find someone?"

The brief deer-in-the-headlight look that Snimon got from this Meicoomon was enough to make him realize he made a mistake. No, this wasn't the MeiCrackmon he knew - Roxa would have punched him in the arm and made some off-color joke not suitable for everyone's ears.
So, honestly, it was fortunate that Holly didn't go with her disguise, and came out with the truth!
"Oh? Come to think of it, you definitely don't look beat up as her... well, whatever, its none of my business." The insect gave a shrug, briefly looking down one of the halls. "Anyway, if the guard's let ya past it must be important? Eh, who you looking for?"
Should Holly ask the direct question, the Snimon would point off to his left - towards the only normal looking door in the entire place. "That way, way back, far left. Weird guy who only comes out for matches, sounds like he's talkin to himself half the time. Well, glad to see that he has some friends, at least..."

Holly seemed rather nervous about addressing such an individual, she had never dealt with an insect type digimon like this that was so plainly dangerous. Those were quite big... slasher type appendages. She'd shift quietly and rub at her neck, staring up at the snimon as he spoke. She didn't look as beat up as whoever this Roxa was? Then of course he followed through with asking who she was looking for.
"...I'm looking for Raider actually."
Holly stammered out and then be rather surprised when the snimon pointed off towards the only normal looking door in the section. Way back, far left and the weird guy that only talks to himself? Holly would blink a few times and smile up at the Snimon.
"Sounds about right... Thank you Mister!"
Holly would beam up at the Snimon and give a small thankful nod of her head before trotting towards the door that he pointed off to. She just hoped that he wasn't lying to her or this was going to be extremely messy. If the snimon was telling the truth she'd go through the doors and then down that hall without a problem...
But if he wasn't and this turned out to be a lie and she just walked into a trap? Well she would have to do something to fix that wouldn't she?

"A'ight, take care of yourself, miss. You're too short to be distracted 'round here..."
With that comment, the Snimon awkwardly walked by, not really thinking much of the conversation past that. He had to prepare for his own match, after all, and it wasn't really his business what the cat was doing. As for Holly?
Knock. Knock.
She'd tap at the door, and would wait several moments, before the lock would loosen itself. The door opened inward, indeed revealing the Knightmon, his eyes glancing out at about his height, before glancing to see the cat below.
A Meicoomon that he didn't know, nor did he recognize from the arena. Without waiting for an explanation, he'd close the door right in Holly's face, bolting it shut right again. A... natural response, really, and one that the cat was probably thankful the Snimon didn't see.

"I'd... use something larger but I'm not allowed to go higher than this. People get sort of... uh... nervous around my higher forms."
The meicoomon let out a small nervous chuckle and shook her head. She hoped that the snimon did mind it but she'd watch him go for a moment before returning to her actual reason for being here. She was rather relieved at the fact it didn't turn out to be a trap and she was smiling quietly after knocking.
She was greeted with the door opening and even before she could open her mouth to speak. The knightmon looked around, down and then just... closed the door on her. She'd blink a few times and with an exasperated sigh she'd knock again.
"Mr. Raider Sir? I need to talk to you, it's really important."
She wasn't expecting him to really open the door again or to even really answer her. But she basically arrived where she needed to, if she couldn't at least get him to leave and go meet them well.. She could just shuffle her way out and just get them to come to him!
"Not that... I really expect you to listen to someone you don't know but it'd be really helpful if you did."

"Yeah, yeah, Mei stuff. Just watch out for yourself, Mei!"
With that, the Snimon was gone - and just a few minutes later, Holly would be dealing with a door practically slammed in her face. Considering the situation, no-one could really blame Raider: here was a strange cat in a place where she shouldn't be, trying to talk to a potentially-wanted Digimon.
Who would talk to a random cat in that situation anyway?
As the Meicoomon continued to speak, though, she did one thing that did catch the Knightmon's attention: call to him by name. The door was silent for several seconds, as Holly explained her case.
Finally, a metallic voice rang through.
"You got a minute to explain what you're doing here, kid."

Having that sort of reaction to simply being a mei would of hurt normally but the Meicoomon had figured it'd take a lot of work to make people think differently. Shrugging her shoulders at that comment she only could feel herself sighing quietly. No one could really blame the knightmon. She was just hoping for a little facetime, was easier to gauge what to do or what to try to say when you could see someone.
She doubted anyone would talk to her given this situation but apparently she had been given a very small chance. The several seconds ticked by and that metallic voice rang through the door. Her face lit up and she'd quickly go about explaining as to why she was here.
"Two of my friends are part of a Xros army, they couldn't get down here or get into contact with you because of who they are. They know you're part of the Army, the device that their 'leader' has says so. They want to meet you, give you the coordinates for their base and... that's pretty much about it. They only took me along cause I'm good at getting into places."
The meicoomon rubbed her neck nervously, not really expecting him to come through the door. Answer her or even humour her in any regard. She had to be quick about it and she'd bite her lip as she could feel the seconds going by.
"I don't expect you to believe me and I'm not asking you to. But I am asking you to take a chance and if you don't like what you see that's fine. I'm not going to try to force you to do anything. They're up in the stands Mr. Raider. I'll uh... be seeing you."
Honestly with how quickly holly spoke she wasn't sure if he had even the time to proccess everything she said. But she'd turn quietly to leave out the same way she came in...

... So that was it. The General sent a proxy to pick him up? Holly didn't seem to know the exact details of Raider's relationship with the Xros Army - in fact, her words seemed to suggest that she thought he was a new addition - but at this point, he wasn't going to argue.
Two of them are in the stands? Angel must have been getting antsy without Blade to come herself
As Holly would finish speaking, and as she would turn the door to leave, she would once more hear the lock of the door open, the Knightmon standing just inside. "Well, its about time he came around for us." His voice sounded annoyed, but much less so than just a minute earlier. "It's not like I can get to the stands, kid. Come inside, we'll discuss coordinates and then you can be on your way."
Though, how did she really plan to get out of here without anyone noticing? Not important, for the moment. As Holly would step inside, she'd see rather middling accommodations: a single bed, a desk, and a light flickering at the ceiling. Nothing in here really looked like it could support the Knight's weight.
It was here that Holly would meet the other occupant, a Bladekuwagamon, buzzing as it leaned against the back wall: "And whose this?"
"Our ticket out, hopefully."

Holly wasn't really even expecting to get inside of the home of the knight, or for him to speak to her again. Surprise etched itself across her features as the lock turned, the door opened and holly was greeted with more than just a helmeted head peering out. The annoyance in his voice was understandable and she'd quickly come inside of his residence.
"All right all right..."
She was somewhat concerned about why he couldn't leave to the stands. She didn't quite understand that but she would however stare up at him noting the difference in the accommodations and the resident itself. Holly rubbed at her neck and stared quietly around, flicking her ears as the BladeKuwagamon asked who she was.
"Ticket out? Well. Yeah. I know the coordinates to the base but I think they wanted to give it to you themselves? I don't know, after getting into that shed this was sort of... well. Not planned? I was supposed to be looking for ducts to crawl around in and instead I found you."
The meicoomon shook her head and stared up at raider, flicking her eyes over to the blade...
"I could reasonably get back to them and see what their plan is now that I know where your room is. Unless you... uh. Would rather something else? Cause they seemed to want get down to you themselves?"

Holly was definitely the 'new kid' for these sorts of things! Holly mentioned that she knew the coordinates, but that she was instructed to bring the two out to their partners back out in the stadium. To that, Raider just gave a frustrated sigh, as Blade spoke up.
"Is it really that important? Things rarely go as planned around here, Meicoomon." The radiant buzz of the talking sword seemed to fill the entire room as he spoke. "Don't think about the steps. What's more important: that we get back, or that we meet the two in the stands immediately?"
"This is hardly a teaching moment, Blade." He gave a sigh, and addressed the Meicoomon directly. "That you even got in here was probably just scratching a plan together, right?" And if that was the case, was there really a need to make it more complicated?
"Besides, leaving our post would simply draw suspicion. We are still contracted for a fight today, so if we went missing now, they'd try and find us. It would be more reasonable - or 'explainable' - if we just didn't show up at the start of the day, wouldn't it?"
Really, this was simple! "Just tell us where we need to go in the end."

Holly felt a little out of sorts; maybe she was too used to sticking to plans completely and didn't really... deviate all too much on her own. Something that she'd need to work on honestly. She'd frown at hearing that sigh and would of addressed it had blade not spoken up.
"I suppose not no. Best end would be to get you back."
She'd simply state and stare up at the knightmon. Then he followed through with another question piggybacking for the most part off of what she presumed his partner was. Tapping at her chin she'd consider this and simply shrug after a moment.
"We talked for maybe ten or so minutes up in the stands before I wandered around and happened onto the shed that led down here. Guru helped me get in. So in short? Yes."
She'd turn her head to Blade who spoke plainly. They were contracted for a fight today? That would make it problematic if they avoided their contracted fight and would just draw more attention. Biting her lip she'd just nod her head.
"All right all right... down in Teneborus? You know the place? Well it's there, a fortified bunker at..."
The meicoomon mulled over the coordinates in her head and stated them simply before looking around blinking a bit.
"I could write down the coordinates if you want? And then I'll just have to go back up to the stands."

Ultimately, it was just a small misunderstanding.
Though the Knightmon was somewhat annoyed and Holly out in an undoubtedly awkward situation, it didn't take long for her to catch on. The coordinates were described in plain terms, Blade giving an affirmative noise: "No need to write them down. The fewer traces we leave, the better."
"Guess we'll finally be meeting back up with him... what's it been, a little over a month? D's been dragging his feet, I swear." Whatever, he'd have to chew Denryu out over this later. "Mhm. Take care on your way out. Just spin some lie to the guard that you were just dropping off something."
"Well, wouldn't exactly be a lie." The blade managed to give off its version of a chuckle. "Still, thanks for making the trip down here." If Blade didn't give his gratitude, Holly would likely not hear any at all!
... All things considered, this went rather smoothly.
