The young man listened to the digimon's reply in silence, his face blank throughout most of it. He began to notice something was a little strange about how a digimon was talking so fluently about the geopolitics involved with an alien species making itself known on Earth, but made no signs he noticed it.
Then she talked more about the possibilities about cooperation between the two worlds. Agent Machine rested his elbows on the desk as he listened silently. Only when she had finished did he speak.
"Seifer, could I please have a cup of water?" he asked his partner, while tapping the Hackmon's paw with his finger twice. Seifer glanced at him, then complied, jumping off the table to the side of the room, where the small water cooler was.
While there, the little digimon paused, then raise his paw upward, launching his red claws upward to where the one camera in the room was. They pierced the roof behind it, then Seifer turned to his partner. "It's done." he said. Then Agent Machine turned back to look at the Renamon variant, a meaningful look on his face.
"Well, that is an interesting proposal indeed" he said once they were back on record. "I'm afraid all that I can do at this stage is report it to my commander, of course, there's only so much I can do as a humble public servant."
From here, his options were limited. Unless Angel had further information, there was little reason to continue this conversation, according to the guidelines. However, he hoped that the gesture he and Seifer had made was meaningful to the Renamon variant.
"If that's all, we can escort you from the premises without further consequence. As a diplomatic envoy, you'd be allowed to return back to the digital world with dignity, so I'd advise you do that."

"I agree." the DATS Agent said, then Seifer withdrew his claws. The effect of this was that one sentence was not recorded, neither audially or visually. Seifer had temporarily jammed the camera system in the room for a few seconds. The feed recorded was simply a frozen frame of him and Angel seated at the desk, and perhaps a brief bit of interference in audio, but, it had been done. When it was over, and the feed was being recorded again, Machine changed his expression once more, Seifer returning with a full cup of water.
The marks Seifer had left behind were little but hairline fractures in the roof. Yes, if one was to closely inspect the wires behind the camera, they would notice cuts in the insulating rubber, but, impossible to detect without prior knowledge.
