ThemeFortune DriverPersonalityHis schooling may have made a mistake when teaching David about the Socratic method. The boy has become inquisitive to a fault as a result. All the truths of the world must reveal themselves, and he will pester anyone with answers as much as it takes in order to learn. However, even though he can be annoying at times, happiness and excitement come naturally. FriendsHaving just moved halfway across the world, David lost all his friends when his family left Kansas. Thus far he has had little luck in reforming a core group of friends. This will change in time, for even though he isn't actively seeking out friends, he will never deny anyone the chance. BORSAfter being hijacked by a Trailmon, Bors was the first digimon that David met in the digital world. The two quickly bonded as Bors helped David find his own partner, and then defended the boy against a giant sick squid. AMELIEDavid's pirate partner in crime. The two found each other while David was playing at being a pirate before getting wrapped up in a real pirate adventure. They seem to trust each other well enough. EnemiesNone, and this is the way it should stay. There should be no sadness or hate for anyone in David's life. LoversNo. He's 8. Stop being a pedophile.

IN PROGRESSTraining PartnersAfter talking through their D-Terminal for a bit, David meets with new friends Tetsu and Kaya to train their own bodies alongside their Digimon. Better Present, Better FutureDavid has met up with the group Moonstone Travellers. They are a group of people dedicated to reducing, and eventually eliminating, all conflict in the Digital World by bringing in a human perspective. COMPLETE Prelude to a StormOn a cross-country trip to see the release of Lupinranger VS Patranger VS Kyuuger, David accidentally ends up boarding Locomon at Shinagawa and taking an unexpected trip to the Digital World where he meets Bors, the strongest. Together they find Ziggy, David's partner. A poisonous Gesomon attacked, and Bors defended David and his baby Digimon while they escaped. Treasure ExtractionOne day while playing pirates with Ziggy, David met Amelie when the two rescued a sinking ship. The ship belonged to a Ganemon who entrusted it to the pair, in the hopes that they could recover some treasure that a Leomon had stolen. The group went sailing to the junk island of Leomon and explored the ship on the way. As they got closer, the ship was hijacked by a group of Ganimon known as the Mollusca Pirates. Instead of fighting, the two groups befriended each other and decided to infiltrate Leomon's junk island together. Watch Out!Immediately following Treasure Extraction. David and co explore Leomon's junk island and junk tower. Through many avoided battles, everyone somehow manages to escape unscathed, despite the island blowing up. David had ported out early, and Ziggy ended up being rescued by the navy. You Got Schooled!David takes a job at Rosewood Academy to bring some human knowledge to the digital world through a scientific breakthrough. A chaotic series of mishaps has prevented any real experimentation from happening, but everyone had fun, so it's all good.

Small Vehicle - ATs Item Name: ATs
Item Type: Rollerblades
Basic Appearance: The basic AT structure starts as a regular shoe. From there, the top is extended to cover a larger portion of the leg so it won't fall off. As for the bottom, an extra 5cm are added onto the bottom of the shoe. Within this extra space, eight wheels are stored in two lines of two near the sides of the shoe, equidistant from the center. By tapping the front of the shoe twice in rapid succession, the wheels will either extend or retract from within the bottom of the shoe.
Exterior Add-ons: Each of the wheels, while mostly the same as those of a normal rollerblade, is covered in small ridges and bumps. This has the effect of being a bit slower but offers the ability to roll over rough terrain with ease. At the back of each blade, behind the rear wheels, there is a cylindrical piece of rubber that serves the purpose of a brake, though this is generally only used by beginners.
The interior of the rollerblades is covered by a soft fur so as not to hurt the legs of the wearer. The top of the exterior frame is made from low-grade carbon fiber. This is softer than blades with an aluminum frame, and thus slower if used as traditional blades. However, it is much safer if the user were to fall. The skeleton of the bottom that is attached to the shoes that house the wheels is made from titanium, and made to be durable.
Inner Structure: The interior of the bottom of the shoe contains a lot of mechanical bits and is quite heavy as a result. In the center, connected to all eight wheels, is a powerful electric motor. Near the front of the blades is a parallel plate capacitor that is connected to a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. By pressing down on the front of the ATs, the user enables current to flow through the circuit by bringing the plates closer together, causing the motor to kick into action and turn the energy of the motor into work by spinning the wheels. The battery is somewhat limited, and can only last about an hour at maximum speed.
Recharging: There are two main ways to recharge the battery. In the real world, it is a hard and exacting process that involves removing the bottom case from the ATs to reveal a USB-c charging port. While this makes it harder to charge, it does eliminate the chance of damaging the port by having it on the outside, and also means that the bottom case can't come off during heavy use. It takes about 10 minutes to fully recharge each battery with a fast charging cable, or about 30 minutes with a normal one.
In the digital world, this process happens automatically, but at a slower rate. Some digicode written onto the battery allows it to siphon trace amounts of energy from the world itself. When the plates are not pushed together, the blades will slowly recharge themselves over time. It takes about four hours to go from empty to full utilizing this function.
Customization: There are a couple of modular parts on the ATs that can be changed with the right tools. Firstly, the brakes can be removed with a simple hex key. The number of wheels can also be changed through the same exacting process of removing the bottom case that charging the battery requires. From inside, the middle two wheels on each side can be removed. If only one is removed, the remaining one can be moved and slotted into the middle, allowing for 4, 6, or 8 wheel setups. Due to their durability and sound construction, each wheel is quite heavy. Removal of them allows the ATs to go faster, but at the cost of handling.
Upgrades Nitro Boost: Each plate of the capacitor in the front has half a digicode embedded on it. When the plates are fully pressed together, the code becomes complete. This code forcibly overcharges the motor, allowing the blades to carry the user at nearly sonic speeds. This boost lasts about one post but requires the motor to cool down for at least three posts before it can be used again. This is very draining on the battery, and can only be used a maximum of three times before draining it completely.
Hover Pads: Hover is probably not the right word for what the ATs truly do. The wheels are coated with a hydrophobic material that allows the user to, if they go fast enough, skim right over the surface of any water as long as they maintain a mostly consistent speed.
Taser: By clicking the rear of the ATs together Wizard of Oz style, electricity is siphoned from the capacitor at the front to a highly conductive plate on the front. This energy is then dispersed into the next creature that makes contact with the front of either blade. This can be an effective attack against humans and smaller digimon, and can easily stun adversaries. Once used, it takes about 2 posts to build up the energy to do so again.
Light Baton - Ryugekiken Item Name: Ryugekiken
Item Type: Longsword
Basic Appearance: The Ryugekiken is an ornate longsword with a wide blade and a Digivice at the core of the guard. The entire weapon is made of a dull red hard light, which does make the sword significantly lighter than it appears but also removes much of the detail. However, at a full length of almost 1.4m, in the hands of a child as small as David, the blade looks outright massive and unwieldy.
Dimensions Pommel: A 30mm cube with two tapered points at the bottom parallel with the hilt.
Hilt: A 200mm long cylinder with a 24mm diameter. There is a verticle pattern of symmetrical rhombuses all across the hilt to act as a grip.
Guard: David's digivice makes up the center of the guard. Three folded in 'wings' on each side enclose the digivice. The whole guard is 160mm wide and 70mm long.
Blade: The blade is a full 1m in length, 100mm wide, and 5mm thick at the center, tapering out to a point on both sides. At the base where the blade attaches to the guard, it is almost just as wide, at 140mm, tapering down to its normal width 100mm in. 100mm from the tip, it begins to taper down to a sharp point.
