When was the last time she had been to the human world? When was the last time that K had stepped through the trailmon station into this place, to see the sights as she did and to see the people as they came and went about their business? Simple thoughts that's crossed into her mind as she stepped through the crowd. She'd glance up at the sky, noting that it was quickly approaching sunset. She wouldn't have much time left back in the digital world for the day that she had left in. Especially if this took longer than a few hours.
She wanted to speak to this new group that she had heard of. It was light news, there hadn't been any real violence with them yet and the knight hoped that it would stay that way. They didn't need a war between the human world and the digital world. It'd tear both places apart and she hoped in earnest that she could at least talk some sense into this group. Or at least find where they stood in regards to this group. She had a few more questions and probably many answers that they would want from her.
It'd take her the better part of an hour to find what amounted to the headquarters and well... It was definitely nothing like she expected; perhaps she was figuring it'd be more grandiose. Maybe something along what she expected from luminas in terms of architecture? They did like their vaulted buildings after all.
She'd look it up and down, scrutinizing the building for a few long moments. She didn't know if she was allowed into the building or not, and if it was the latter she didn't really want to cause a fuss. Biting her lower lip she'd gently tap her knuckles along the door of the entry.
It occured to her just a little bit too late that she should of at least contacted her former boss Sophie about this whole DATS thing before coming here. But it was a little bit too late for that as she was already here. Rolling her shoulders and adjusting her 'scarf' the purple haired 'woman' simple stood; seeming relaxed but... Well. Anyone with a lick of combat experience to them would know she was ready to spring into action if someone attacked her.
"Maybe I should of called first... Or got a visitors pass... they do that don't they?"
Well she figured they'd do that, she knew of a few corporations that required a visitor's pass just to come on the premise for some locations. She didn't wait too long before she started to tap her fingers on her sleeve, mulling over how best to approach this group of humans over all. She'd lightly mumble to herself, pretty sure she had at least grabbed the attention of someone.
"Lets hope they don't want a fight. Don't think that'd go too well considering where I am... It'd take maybe about a fifteen minute trot to get back to the station... Tch."

The digimon had been dancing around the Shibuya Ward for a little while after they had been detected. Yes, they were shrouded by a holosuit, but, to the new sensor systems online around Tokyo, the readings delivered back to DATS HQ were concerning.
Namely that an Ultimate level digimon was present in the city.
It didn't seem like they had a partner, and they seemed to not be causing any trouble, but the fact that such a high level digimon was present in this city made it so that DATS took notice. And what tight notice they took.
"You may approach this digimon with Seifer evolved in his Ultimate level" the Commander ordered before Agent Machine would be despatched to meet them. "Do your best to avoid combat though. Meet them with courtesy, determine their intentions, then persuade them to return to the digital world. Those are your mission parameters. Good luck, Agent Machine."
With that said, the DATS agent promptly evolve his partner Seifer to his Ultimate Level - the dark dragon digimon Revivemon. And from there, he took to the night sky, and quickly encountered the holosuited digimon, who was positioned in direct sight of their headquarters. Seifer would hover in place in front of K for a few moments.
"Hello there." the dragon digimon said politely. "I assure you only peaceful intentions. May I please land on the roof beside you?"
Agent Machine was slightly nervous about this, but, he hoped that they could go about this without fighting. After all, he was used to having his feet on the ground when making decisions such as this - having them in the air over a dragon's back was enough to unsettle him at the very least.

Only been a few minutes but still...
K's eyes slid from her time piece and she'd frown lightly. She wasn't expecting them to be right on the ball with this one, they probably had their people out and about doing what they needed to. She figured that an ultimate showing up on their doorstep would give them more thoughtful pause and perhaps grab their attention more immediately.
But in her haste she really forgot how punctual humans tended to be. At least when they were well informed, the dragon that more or less hovered in front of her within a couple minutes or her arrival simply made her blink in quite abject surprise. The features on her holosuit taking a moment to keep in line with her 'natural' state. Her brow furrowed, her lips deepened in a concerned frown and up until the dragon spoke she was ready to go.
Her posture was largely defensive but the moment he said that his intentions were peaceful the holosuited digimon relaxed considerably. Perhaps it was because of the fact she had never seen a Revivemon before or just that dragons tended to put her somewhat on edge as you never really knew what you were going to get.
"Oh. Of course. Erm. I keep forgetting how punctual you all are in this neck of the woods."
K shifted lightly and found her eyes locking on the agent that was on the dragon currently hovering in front of her. The shutmon wasn't sure who she should be addressing here but considering that this was a tamer well... Human world, human rules. Human world, human leaders. So she'd take the chance for the immediate moment and simply introduce herself.
"My name is K. I'm the lead knight out of a group known as the knights of the rose. My primary job is to deal with threats to the digital world that reside inside of it."
There was a long drawling pause, she was well out of her jurisdiction she knew that much. A small frown, folded arms and she'd look the agents over curiously. Their uniforms were clearly on point and what with the respectable nature of their approach... well she wouldn't have to fight. Not here at least. She'd rub the back of her head and give it a small shake.
"Which might seem odd me coming to the human world of all places when my job otherwise indicates staying in the digital one."

So, the holosuited digimon's name was K. Or "Kay". It was all the same to the DATS agent, he at least was glad that she was peaceful enough to state her name so early in their meeting.
Seifer would thus land on the roof a respectful distance away, allowing his partner to disembark safely. He would then return the courtesy given.
"My name is simply Agent Machine." he said, not really giving care to the fact that it was obviously an alias. He indicated his partner. "And this is Seifer, my partner. We are both members of the newly recreated DATS organization. Nice to meet you."
What K had to say intrigued them. So, it seemed that she was a leader of an organization from the digital world called the "Knights of the Rose". That rather interested them.
"Your job is to deal with threats within the digital world, yet here you are on Earth." Agent Machine stated. "Indeed, that is odd. In that case, your presence here tells me that a threat from the digital world has manifested here on Earth. In that case, would you be able to brief me about this threat? It seems that there's a good chance that our interests would converge, and we would be able to help each other."
The DATS Agent would say nothing more, leaving this offer to be taken.

K watched the dragon land on the roof a good distance away, it was one that she hadn't seen before. But that wasn't really a surprise was it? There were many digimon that she hadn't met or seen after all. She'd eye him curiously, rubbing at her chin in thought. She should consider going to dragon valley sometime to simply sight see. The introductions that followed shortly made her pause, so the human had a alias and his partner did not? Odd.
"The pleasure is indeed mine. I heard of DATS reformation, I was under the assumption that AEGIS was the replacement of it long term but I seemed to of thought wrong."
K gave a firm nod when Agent machine parroted what she basically said. Honestly to any that would be a cause for alarm no? There was a myrid of reasons that one could go to the human world for. One of the more peaceful reasons was to obtain human-world items to retrofit in the digital. Other less so were smuggling and even avoidance of the laws in the digital.
"Yes, in a short manner there are things that beg attention and things that you must be aware of. Those threats are part of that. I'm willing to discuss and disclose the threats I'm aware of that had made their way into the human from the digital. I had a few suggestions in regards to making digital to human travel legal in a sense with a few caveats as well. Is there somewhere we can go that's more private? I doubt you want to have you partner out in the open longer than needed. If you want me to I can also de-digivolve to a lower level as ultimate no doubt warrants an appropriate response."
K would clasp her hands, there was a mouthful of things she wanted to say in regards to DATS overall as well as the small amount of reactions she heard about on tamernet but... Well they needed to get through these initial 'talks' first thing.

Agent Machine was interested to hear that K thought AEGIS was the replacement of DATS. "Indeed, that was the case, for a while." the young man replied. "AEGIS was entrusted with defending Tokyo from hostile digimon elements. But, according to the Japanese government, they have not been effective enough, hence our reactivation." There was of course a bunch of other politics involved as well, but Machine wasn't interested in sharing them at the moment.
K answered that her purpose here was to share information. This made the duo curious. "By all means, if you have information for us, we're willing to hear" he replied. He doubted her next proposal, to have legal digital to human world travel be a reality would be accepted by his superiors, but still, he was interested to hear.
"Very well, that sounds fair enough to me." Machine answered. "However, we're going to have to go over a few hurdles first. I could cover up the trail normally, but the fact that you have shown up here in your Ultimate level form has triggered an irritating amount of alarms and checks with DATS HQ. I'm afraid the best option here would be for you to return immediately to the digital world through a portal, which I hope is available to you. That would allow me to send the all-clear back to base. From there, we can meet again in the Shibuya train station, hopefully with you in your Rookie level, and Seifer would be the same in his."
"Sorry for this, ma'am, just we're on duty, so we have to do this by the books." Seifer answered. From here, they would allow K to retreat, then following that, when the all clear was issued, they would hopefully be able to meet again to talk the business that they could not out here in the open.

"Interesting. Then that would explain a few things; governments are quite more rule bound than private ventures. Or what could be compared to as a private venture."
The digimon mused quietly, rubbing at her muzzle. A large part of the reason that she was so privy to human information and the like was because of the short window of time she had spent with AEGIS. K blinked lightly and simply dipped her head.
"Information in bushels I'm afraid. Not a lot of it you could consider as 'good' especially if your efforts are focused here. But I digress."
K was somewhat unhappy with the fact that she'd have to return to the digital world because of apparent alarms that she had set off. Yes she understood that coming to the human world in her shutmon form was a problem but that didn't make it any less hard for her to really accept.
"Its one of several options I have available to me. I have at best three or four real world hours before I have to return to the digital one. If I stay too long here my world practically skips on by. If that doesn't work for you or it takes longer than those hours for those checks, My contact information is available over Tamernet."
K would shrug at Seifer as they had to do this by the books. Sure she was bothered by the fact that they had to do it this way but honestly what should she have expected? She didn't know the operational differences that DATS had in comparison to their lighter hearted counterpart AEGIS.
"I'd ask for you to bring along these books so I can over them. Unless they're classified. The more rules I know about the less likely I am to break them."
K's fingers snapped and the portal to the terminus station opened behind her rather promptly. She'd stare at the both of them for a few long moments before sighing.
"I'll come through in my rookie form as you requested. Wasn't expecting it to be this much of a hassle but you know what they say."
K would of course promptly step through, allow the portal to close behind her. Once on the other side she'd sigh and just shake her head, if DATS was this stiff about an ultimate coming straight to their doorsteps she wondered how they would handle digimon of greater levels? She'd of course step her form down to rookie and then move to the shibuya lobby, her legs folded over one another and reading the latest copy of one of the human newspapers...
"Weather seems positively dreadful... I'm glad I don't have to worry about it long term."

Understandably it was a little inconvenient for the sudden change in location. It also annoyed the DATS agent, but, alert within headquarters was at the second highest level as long as an unconfirmed Ultimate level was detected within Tokyo. "That's alright, we'll be there within minutes" Machine assured her.
"Of course, we can share these rules with you at our proper meeting" Machine assured her.
Then, K would activate a portal and disappear through it. As soon as she did so, Machine activated his radio.
"Agent Machine to HQ. Threat secured. The Ultimate level was a tame one, we convinced her to return to the digital world without a fight. She left via portal."
"Excellent, Machine. Continue your patrol." the commander responded. The DATS agent exhaled with relief as the communication ended. Now then, now that that was out of the way, Machine would remount Seifer's back, and the Revivemon took to the air above Tokyo, the black dragon digimon almost invisible against the night sky.
Seifer would then land on the roof of Shibuya Station, then de-digivolved down to his Hackmon form. From there, he and Machine entered the maintenance stairway and made their way down. Seifer was momentarily withdrawn into Machine's digivice while the DATS agent proceeded down the levels to the station's basement levels, and from there, made their way onto the hidden digital world platform.
Once safe to do so, he would draw Seifer back out from his digivice, the Hackmon walking by his side. Few others were present, but sitting at a table, reading a human newspaper, was a Renamon. Machine thought that was an obvious enough signal.
"Hello again, K?" he asked, mainly to confirm it was her. If so, they could have their talk properly.

"Very well. I'll be waiting."
The holosuited digi gave an earnest smile to the both of them before that portal. Honestly when it came to things like this she was glad it didn't get down and messy into a fight. In front of a building like this would make for some honest to goodness problems!
Thankfully the digimon didn't have to wait long in the terminal, her lazy wait of reading the newspaper was a good one as it caught her up and also sort of killed time. She'd turn the page, flick her ear and look up as she heard someone approach. It was indeed the human from earlier.
"That would be me, I presume this is still Seifer?"
The renamon leaned to look at the hackmon, her brows raising slightly. She hadn't seen a breed of mon like this before, it honestly was very refreshing and it brought a small smile on her face. Even with how long she'd been around in the digital world it was pleasing to see new mons crop up!
"All right, I'll cut into the nitty gritty of it. Threat removal and such is my role as I said earlier. There are a few threats that are better known among the digital denizens. The spires, the D-reapers and so on. I'm unsure of how well your organization is informed of the happenings in the digital world itself. That being said. You've taken steps for surveillance purposes at the very least; if you were aware of me so early on which means you're willing for other steps to be taken as well."
K would fold up her newspaper, tucking it under one of her arms. Gesturing lightly at the human and his partner. She had a few things to address to the both of them when it came to threats in the digital world.
"I'm unsure if the D-reaper can manifest in the human world or even reach it at this point. But there's a lot of information regarding it and ways to combat it on the tamernet. I presume you're monitoring that as well. But a large sum of the issue is where the D-reaper sprung from, the Dark area. Because of that digimon are migrating in a sense to better areas, displacing local residents, causing a fuss in some cases. But that displacement also means that traffic in terminus ultimately will hike. Which leads to them coming here to the human world where 'one' more person doesn't make much of an impact. In short, they're coming here to get away from the dangers, the fear, the hate. They come here knowing for the order and system that the humans have. A system I respect and generally understand. But a system they don't largely understand. But doesn't mean they should suffer just for trying to live outside of the fear they've had placed in their cores."
She'd exhale softly, realizing she was getting very passionate about all of this. A small sigh followed suit and she'd tap the edge of the newspaper.
"But even with that, we still have people that are huge threats even in champion. Even in ultimate, and they see an easy target in places others wouldn't. That's what I want to stop from happening in a place that could be the answer for many for a better life if they so choose to move here. But that also means the laws, the structure, the threat protection. Which extends my duties further as I serve the digital world and it's people. I want my knights to be able to work with your Organization if needed without stepping on one another's toes."
K dug around in her cape and pulled out a small chip. Holding it up for the human to take if he so wished.
"On this chip a list of high profile and low profile threats, a gift of sorts. As well as some notable concerns in various areas in the digital world that DATS could potentially step in to assist the people in it if they so choose. If you want your own order to succeed you first have to understand the people you're working to ultimately protect."

Seifer gave a little wave to affirm that it was the case. "Yeah, I'm still Seifer as far as I know" he answered, his smile hidden beneath his hood.
Agent Machine and Seifer soon learned that K meant serious business as she began to speak in earnest. Machine took a seat at the table, with Seifer sitting upon it as she began her explanation. They listened to what she had to say.
Control spires, Machine and Seifer had plenty of information on those. D-Reapers though? Those were something they had yet to have direct information on. At once they realized they could have a constructive conversation here. K had information of value to them.
"We're listening." Machine would answer simply before K continued.
So, it seemed that the D-Reaper was something of a large threat in the digital world. And to complicate matters, it seemed to be something of an infectious entity. Machine rubbed his chin in thought. If the D-Reaper were to manifest itself on Earth... that would be very serious indeed.
"Please, slow down, I understand time is limited, but, I don't think I can process this all at once." Machine replied to K. "So, what you're saying, the digital world is suffering some kind of... scourge, with this D-Reaper being the cause of it. Is that right?"
Before long, K would offer a small chip. However, Machine would not take it so far. K had rushed through too much without prompting a response for him to feel safe in accepting it for the moment, so, he would prefer to take things more slowly and go over the points bit by bit before he trusted her enough to accept this object.
