Tokyo may have been a diverse city, but those who weren't Japan-born tended to be Chinese, or Korean, Brazilian, or Filipino, or, (of course) American. Even in such a city, though, Diego hardly fit in, and not just because he was from none of those countries. For starters, he didn't know the language, though given recent events that was starting to become less of a problem. Outwardly he chalked it up to diligent study, but he knew it was really because one of his auditory hallucinations spoke Japanese - 'Psychemon.' How could she know when he didn't? Diego couldn't be sure, but it he was sure it was about the only good thing that ever came from his condition.
That condition, in his mind, was the real isolator. Who wanted to be friends with the weird kid? Diego was the kid who always muttered to himself, or just spoke out loud when he thought he was alone. He was the one who never seemed to have been focused when called upon and who struggled to comprehend simple questions just because of his disorganized thinking. It didn't shock him that he hadn't made any friends in Tokyo yet, though it did make him a little sad to eat alone when he used to be surrounded, laughing and joking and getting in the usual sort of trouble for a boy his age.
Eating lunch outside made him feel a little less bad about being alone. He liked being outdoors... and having lots of escape routes. But mostly being outdoors. He had a particular tree under which he liked to eat his bagged lunch, and like any other day, there he was doing just that. His hair and uniform were both disheveled, which was odd considering how perfectly symmetrical everything in his sandwich was. However, maybe 'alone' wasn't an accurate description of the way he ate lunch after all. He was never really alone anymore.
"Ya heard 'em, right?" Even though no one else could hear the female voice of Psychemon, Diego could never stop hearing it.
"I heard 'em," Diego answered, "Doesn't mean anything."
"How could the playground be bent and burned except from our battle?"
"It's not. The kids I heard talking about it weren't real, just like you. Dr. Clives is just gonna say the exact same thing when I tell him about it."
But what most people would've seen out of that exchange was a boy chatting in Spanish with nobody - and a full mouth, too.

Studying... honestly, it's not the best thing about school for Tetsu. While his scores are still in high 80 marks, and being naturally gifted in physical department made him quite a high ranker in his year, he... doesn't feel all that accomplished. Not everyone know, and definitely not any of his classmates knows it, but he spent most of his time where time moves in ratio of seven times faster than real world. That is a good way to spend time... studying, training and especially before the exam, allow him to study longer.
Either way, thankfully today was less tiring, for the brain that is. Tetsu wondered if today he should try to visit one of his classmate to play game with... He never really done that before, and it's a totally new experience... honestly, he wouldn't even thought about it had Gryz did not persuade him to.
"What's for lunch?" an orange haired girl in wheelchair asked. "It's rare for you to go outside for lunch."
"Hm? Ah, just assorted sandwiches I guess?"
"Is that even enough?" a taller boy asked, chuckling. This one wears the elementary school's basketball jersey. "It felt like all those nutrients goes to your muscles instead of your height... hey, wait, is that why you're still shrimp?"
Tetsu launched a playful, annoyed jab at his friend. "Shut up, Kazu. I'll grow taller sooner or later."
"Heh, well I'll look for a nice spot for us!"
"Kazu seem to be quite happy today..." Tetsu mused.
"Can you blame him? He always want to be closer friends with you. Plus he's worried that you're not socializing enough. He's not the class's fussiest guy without a reason you know? Well at least he means well. Hearing you suddenly want to go to a friend's house to play games seem made him really happy."
"...I feel bad now."
"Hehe, well don't worry. Do you want me to hold those foods for you? Push me though."
"Yeah that's seem not a bad deal. Sorry Sora."
"Donmai donmai~"
It was at this moment that the two accidentally came across the Spanish speaking older guy. Tetsu tilted his head in wonder just what happened...
"...What language is that?" Tetsu commented out loud.
"Spanish I think. Well don't ask me, I only know bits about those. It could have been Portuguese... I always mix those two up..."
"...I wonder who's he speaking to?"
"Dunno, probably just someone reviewing their lesson..."
"...Not everyone is like you, you know..." Tetsu muttered, remembering the habit of the wheelchaired girl who would review her lesson while muttering and gesturing wildly.
But at this point suddenly his Digivice beeped. Mostly to tell him of some other chosen being near his vicinity... Why is this a function? No idea, but Yuuki always called it "Icebreaker" because sometimes that how two chosens can socialize with one another.
Tetsu pulled his Digivice and skimmed it... as he thought,..
"By the way, that guy seem speaking with a spirit... might be. Remember Toki? His spirit also works like that, only that its not only in his head. Maybe it'll be best to approach him, because from what I caught on he doesn't seem to think any of this is real." Gryz's message reads so in the screen. Yep, currently Gryz is chilling inside the D-Nexus' digital field, courtesy to V-Pet program.
"...Sora, do you mind if I go there a bit?"
"Well, I don't think so but are you sure it's wise?"
"Sorry."
"Alright alright... Well, goodluck!"
Thankfully Kazu returned just after Tetsu parted with Sora to approach the guy.
"Um... hello..." he first greeted. "Sorry but can you speak Japanese at all? I... overheard what you said just now..."
...Then again he's not sure if really muscular 11 years old would make the guy think this is reality or even worse of a hallucination. Tetsu's hindsight is at 20/20...

The real world was real, that was for sure. Diego knew that. He also knew, or was at least reasonably certain, that the vast majority of people in his life were also real. He was also reasonably certain that the kids he'd heard earlier discussing damage to the younger kids' playground were false only because he was certain the damage itself was false. Of course it was impossible that a fiery gear from another dimension really partially scorched it, even if Diego watched it happen. Separating the reasonable from the not was a trick his old doctor taught him to help him see through his more obvious illusions.
The boy approaching him, even in such impeccable shape as that, was perhaps improbable but also entirely reasonable. So, he responded to it like a reasonable person, at least as best he could. His reply wasn't immediate because, well, no, he didn't speak Japanese. Psychemon could translate at the speed of thought, but that wasn't instantaneous. She needed a moment to explain, "He's asking if you speak Japanese, and he heard what you just said."
Still, he couldn't answer after that either because, again, the boy did not speak Japanese. However, the spirit was quick enough on the uptake to give Diego what she thought he'd want to say in this situation: "Not very well, but I'm learning. Did- did you understand what I said?" She also told him how to sound like he was hesitating since he would have. He didn't need much help, though; he struggled to pronounce the sentence well wasn't doing the best acting job of confidence with the language. "I was just... talking to myself. I do that sometimes." Psychemon also gave Diego help in explaining his diagnosis, but he wasn't keen to spill that to the first person to approach him in a while. He left that out.

It was accented, but Tetsu understood. It takes him years in Digital World after all to completely let go of his Hokkaido dialect. "Yeah, I understand you just fine... erm... So... uh... I admit I don't understand your Spanish mumbling just now, but... I have someone that understands you... One that will say that nothing of this are, in fact, just in your head. I can't see them, but... you have a 'help' to understand what I said, don't you?
...Well, um, my friend, he have one of those, but one that's visible. I have no idea why yours are not visible and why his are, but... I feel it's the same."
Does he feel like he's lying? He doesn't want that, but at the same time he also don't want him to feel like he's crazy either. But either way...
Tetsu pulled out his Digivice and showed it to the teen. On the screen, a Beamon waved at him.
"Why hello, nice to meet you. Yes, you're not dreaming, nope this is not a cartoon nor this is a Virtual Youtuber. If I'm a Virtual Youtuber I think I'd be far more famous than just a zen faced bear," Gryz joked. When he said this he said all of it in Spanish. "So, I overheard what you said. Let me reassure you once again that you're not hallucinating, daydreaming or something like that. Do me a favor and check if you have something like a tamagotchi please?"

After the spirit inside Diego interpreted Tetsu's introduction, she added, D, calm down. Just 'cause 'e knows don't mean 'e's mean. She was right to try that because Diego started to breathe much more deeply and heavily from rising stress and fear.
But how?
If you listen to the boy, maybe he'll tell you. Diego kept listening. The spirit kept interpreting. As she got what Tetsu was trying to hint at she told her host, I think he's saying he knows a digimon, like me... 'cept his is still alive.
He didn't say that, though. He could mean anything, Diego silently argued. However, that thought got shut down as Tetsu displayed Gryz to the spirit host. Unlike Tetsu, Gryz was able to speak right to Diego without any third party's help. Diego jumped, startled, but listened intently nonetheless. He was, however, still skeptical. In his native tongue he whispered, "...the first thing she said was that I'm not hallucinating. That doesn't mean a thing." He did follow instructions, though, hesitantly but surely by taking his backpack off his back and into his lap, from which he slowly extracted his... thing.
"I don't have a... 'digimon' in mine. It's just a... crud, I dunno." He didn't keep it out for long. He tucked it back away once he showed it so he wouldn't like a weirdo holding a calculator or his phone or, heck, just empty air like it was some rare, precious object. Suspicious, he asked, "Why do you know what's happening to me? I only told my family and my doctor."

It's as he thought huh. Gryz smiled.
"Aye, lad. You're not dreaming at all. That model of Digivice showed that it's for spirit users. Spirits are... I guess they're Digimons that already dead, but unable to... resume with the cycle of rebirth I guess. Perhaps because they're too powerful, or there are some unknown force. There are theories of why that happened, but I guess that's not important. All I can say is that you're not dreaming, or hallucinating.
What causes you to hear voices in your head-- I assume so because you're talking by yourself, is what people called 'Spirit User's Schizophrenia' or 'Spirit Induced Schizophrenia'. It's not actually a schizophrenia, but more to like how spirits communicate with you.
As how I know... well, I have my suspicions. It's a wild guess at first, but... see, these devices, digivice, can actually tell to its owner about the presence of Digimons or another Chosen ones, like you are. The device reacted. That's the moment we can tell that you're a chosen. However at the same time... it doesn't tell what sort of chosen you are. Still it's enough to make an educated guess.
You're not the only one. There are many peoples like this. Well, in some case their spirit are so powerful that it's visible to the other. Another case is their spirit is only visible or audible to themselves... and in another case, their spirits are completely silent, and their totems are just artifact to transform to the spirit's form."
So far Tetsu just let his partner speaks. He don't understand Spanish obviously, but he believes Gryz know what he's doing.

"I know what a spirit is," Diego neutrally acknowledged. But Gryz went on with his explanation. Diego tried his best to follow, and it helped that this information dump was at least in his own language for once, but Gryz was going very in-depth for him very quickly with no forewarning. It didn't help that the bear's wasn't the only alien voice talking to him at the same time.
See, D? Everything I told you! Every single thing - and some stuff I didn't tell you!
Out of the blue, Diego grabbed his head and cried, "Will you just shut up?" as Gryz was almost at the end of his lecture on digidestiny. That was followed by a couple of good hard smacks from a closed fist to his own temple which drew no blood but did hurt, as was the point. After that he needed a second to calm down, though he was still breathing hard when he spoke to Gryz, "Sorry... not you. Her." Diego began to stand up at last, at which point it became clear he wasn't as much taller being two years older as one might have expected. The difference was only three or four inches. Somehow, Diego thought he was still the less massive one.
But he regarded Tetsu and the bear skeptically, showing no fear of them except that they may be just more illusions. He didn't seem sure what to make of them, and he wasn't even if they were real. But they knew things that the spirit didn't, and that seemed highly improbable even if possible. So he asked some things on her behalf. "She- she wants to know about the 'chosen.' She doesn't know what that means, and neither do I. Different types?" he paused. "She says she didn't know this happens to a lot of other people. We thought it was just us." She also gave him something to say to Tetsu in Japanese, which he didn't understand but meant, "If Diego is a 'spirit user,' what does that make you, huh, kid?" which had a certain assertiveness Diego himself hadn't shown much yet.

Tetsu nearly flinched when the guy cried something out in spanish in such unfriendly tone. Did... Did Gryz made a mistake? However, the bear immediately reassured him that it's not about what he said, but about what's in his head... the spirit, huh... still, he thought that people can talk with their spirits mentally, another which is a great leverage against non-spirit user. Sure the Schizophrenia is hard to get used to, but strategically speaking this is probably the best...
"My partner was wondering if you can't just contact her through mental... link or other mental way to communicate," Gryz told the Spanish speaking boy in front of him. Well, Tetsu didn't say anything, but he can guess what he wanted to say. "Spirits supposedly communicate with you through their mental link with you, and you... supposedly able to do the same, you see. In that way supposedly someone can avoid being treated like a schizophrenic and just pure 'someone with a bad headache or migraine and it ruined their day'."
....Doesn't know what is chosen? That's... new... Gryz relayed to Tetsu what he said., but the last one was spoken in Japanese, enough for the kid to understand.
"So... uh..." Tetsu noticed if it's only Gryz who spoke, it gonna be look awkward as hell. His friends are still around, and they might think that he's playing video for him, but if he doesn't speak some, it gonna be awkward. Let's pretend that Gryz is a translation program.
"So, those who are called 'Chosen' are basically those who found themselves become 'digitally aware', as many would say... as in, they know about the existence of Digimon. But just being aware is not enough for that. They have to be partnered to a Digimon... even if it's the unliving kind. The next step would be... the Digital World beckoned to them. For whatever reason, it just do. Another world, similar to..." Tetsu think of this for a while "...I guess it's mix between Narnia and Alice's Wonderland? Thankfully no one in there are loons."
To outsiders these are like two kids talking about some high fantasy book.
"...Yes, there are different type of chosen... They call what me and Gryz are as 'Tamers and Digimon'. But I don't like that. I prefer 'Linked' instead. These type pretty much is partnered to one or two living Digimon. In case of Xros Generals, they are partnered to multiple Digimons that tends to be weaker than normal, but able to fuse into stronger Digimons. And you're... you're spirit user.
There are a lot of chosens... hundreds? Thousands? probably thousands..."

Tetsu's unspoken question (or, rather, spoken for him) was answered bitterly, "I... look." Diego frowned. "I don't know about anyone else you know or how the stupid rules work, but I can't do that. I don't wanna do it, either. If she could just go and read my mind I'd never have any privacy. I never do have any privacy, I mean, but then it's, like... like- uh, it's like- like not being your own person anymore. You belong to someone else." Diego gulped out of rising anxiety and concluded with a shaky voice, "I don't want that to happen."
Tetsu went on to explain the 'chosen.' During it he did indeed get a headache, which he explained with, "She- she doesn't wanna be called 'unliving.'" Diego needed another good shake of his head to clear it and take in so much more information on top of the rest. "She wants to know if that 'chosen' stuff is new. She's never heard of it before, but she doesn't know long she's been... that thing she doesn't wanna be called." Yet another shake of the head, and a violent one. This boy was prone to break his own neck one day if he wasn't careful. His last question, was for himself, and to him it seemed to be the most important question of them all. "I don't wanna be a 'spirit user.' I just wanna go back to being regular." He looked a way for a second to wipe one eye before he made eye contact with Gryz again. "Please... tell me how to get rid of it."

So basically he's blocking 'her' mentally to not have his privacy breached. That makes sense. Well ether way that's not something that can be changed unless both sides consented to it.
"That would be your choice. I also apologize for my choice of words. Either way, no? I don't think so. The term has been around for god know how long. I myself is quite new at this business... like, I became chosen a year ago or so? I think for a Veteran it have to be around three years give or take. There are someone who has been chosen for seven years I heard, but welp~" Tetsu shrugged.
...And here comes the question.
"...I don't know." It's an answer that probably will crush someone's heart. "...Normally it can be solved by destroying the Digivice and walk your own ways, but... you're... how to say... effectively, you're haunted. I'm not sure if that will fix anything. Unlike... us, you won't... really go on your own separate way... In worst case, 'she' will get deleted. In best case she will become dormant until there are another person who can host her..."
"...And it's especially... not a great choice... in human world. They'll... how to say... it'll lead to complications. As far as I know, Digimon cannot revive upon dying in real world... it's permanent death for us. And for us who had no idea what it meant to die permanently... that's the worst thing imaginable." Gryz added.

Post by Chie Takamoto on May 13, 2019 3:28:35 GMT
"This is getting me no where." Chie muttered as she left the classroom, dressed in her usual attire except she had a lanyard with a guest speaker tag. She was under the guise of being a guest speaker for home based and culinary related activities and classes. She was supposed to show experience of working at a small business and a family owned one at that, however the pretense was sketchy at best which was part of a double farce, according to the PTA(s), she was there to snuff out any potential cheating strategy. Behind the curtain the PTA knows, is that Chie and Do are really taking a private job from an unknown client. The day before, Chie's Digivice, formerly the Digivice of Do's previous partner, Takashi had recieved a page. When Do and Takashi had a Detective/Hero-for-hire agency, Takashi modified his Digivice to include a pager that only specific people could contact. Chie assumed that after her Digivice broke, and Takashi's reactivated and even after it remodeled from a Gen 1 to a Digivice Burst, the Pager reactivated and whoever was sending the message was unaware of the current situation. Do begged Chie enough for her to go to the location in Shibuya, as Do recollected the name given with the message, Prophet, only as the two got to the warehouse on the docks did he recall. Their clients in the human world, especially this one, used code names to ensure safety. In the warehouse, the only lights that were on were three, a path to a table in the center that had a paper bag and a newspaper on it, open to a particular article. In the balcony above, in the shadows was the individual known as Prophet, who was using a voice muffler. It was a tense conversation before the figure disappeared. Prophet: Turn around and I'm gone, hold on, you're not Crow. Fox, who's this? Do: Crow's dead, fate sorta reassigned me to this chick, and she's got Crow's tool. Prophet: I see, she trustworthy? Chie: Look, I'm in. What's the job? Prophet: Check the article. Chie: Playground mysteriously burned down? Are you saying you think there is a Digimon around? Prophet: There always is, but I want you to make sure that this isn't a student's work, and either way ensure the culprit won't continue regardless. A student can't be punished for Digimon related crimes. Chie: Alright, we'll take the job. Prophet: Down payment in the bag, rest later. I'll page you in one hour with a time and place, be there. I look forward to see how you operate, Canary.
When Chie arrived at the location, she found that it was a convenience store near the school at the crack of dawn, and that the store clerk had instructions giving Chie the letter, specifically addressed to her. That made her nervous as she wondered who she was working for right now. It gave her the stories to tell both the staff and the students as she would spend her day trying to figure out if there's a Chosen in the school. In the morning she was going from early grade classes to middle school, discretely waiting for her Digivice Burst to respond. However when Lunch time drew near she started to run into her former classmates, who were quite aware of her family state. She didn't want to cause a scene, and did not have any hard commitments or schedule, so she decided to go outside to eat. She left her RV parked in the parking lot, so she decided to eat in her mobile home. However as she was walking out, she heard the sound she was waiting for, her Digivice Burst started to beep, resonating with another device in the area. "Final-" Chie gripped her device under muffling the sound before she discretely looked around, only to be scared by what she saw, an odd looking device being held by an individual facing another person. However she thought she saw a creature on the screen, and decided it was best to take her chance. It was clear she couldn't get any other lead, so she slowly walked over, adjusting her purse as she walked over, catching only the last few parts of the conversation in Spanish, regretfully confirming her suspicions with a few words. When Chie was a student, she excelled, and she did learn English and Spanish in addition to Japanese. However what she heard from the digivice sent a chill down her spine as she approached from behind the boy holding it. She spoke in Spanish. "Destroying a Digivice doesn't always work out, I've had mine replaced whether I wanted it or not."Chie walked around to face the two boys, and reached just under her blouse's collar, and with her thumb and soon her index finger and pulled on it, pulling out the silver trimmed Digivice burst in the process, briefly flashing it towards the two boys and spoke in Spanish but repeated in Japanese. "Pardon my interruption, but I believe I am in the same boat, and I can speak in both Japanese and Spanish if you need it. Would you mind if I joined you?" Chie let go of the thin silver chain, dropping the device outside of sight yet again.

Tetsu and Gryz probably weren't shocked by Diego's reaction to the news that there was, indeed, no cure for his disease - just when it seemed like someone finally understood him. He sighed out and sat back down, apparently defeated on the manner, and he needed a moment to hold his head in his hands while he grieved the loss of a brief but bright hope... until he remembered the little machine. The digivice! Like they said! "Wait a minute!" He took it back out and held it in his hands, but that was when he was interrupted by another stranger. Unlike Tetsu, who was already stretching the age difference, this woman was very obviously nowhere near Diego in experience, if on the opposite side of the spectrum.
The girl advised him not to do exactly what he was about to attempt. Well, she had a similar machine, so she had to know everything Tetsu just told him. Probably knew what she was talking about, too. "...I don't care. I have to try." First, he threw his little device straight at the tree hard as he could. Just for good measure, he gave it a good stomp with one foot to make sure it was really destroyed. The machine didn't have any obvious damage, but maybe something internal broke. So, almost smiling, Diego asked, "Did it work?"
Beep-beep!
It didn't work. But he wasn't to be so easily dissuaded. "Wait a second... this thing. It made me stronger before. Maybe..." Diego tried to remember just how the spirit made him do this before as he picked up the D-Tector once again. You don't wanna do that, D.
"No, you don't want me to do it."
I don't wanna screw with you, D, but I ain't gonna roll over and die again 'cause you asked me to.
"I'm not asking!" Ironically, unfortunately, he remembered how to do it thanks to the spirit's prodding. "Execute spirit evolution!" Right in the middle of the schoolyard, Diego's body began to glow a feint white as it morphed into something no longer human. When the process ended, what was left standing there wasn't a boy anymore. It was a Psychemon. Good thing Diego had already tried so hard to be a good distance from the other kids, else he might have been noticed immediately. Still, he could still be eventually.
The Psychemon looked at the digivice in its hand, frowned, set it gently on the ground... and then walked back a couple of steps. Did Diego change his mind? Yes, in a sense. When the digimon spoke, the voice was both female and Japanese. "D, we are so talking about this later! Don't you ever think of using my body against me ever again! You got that? You got the better end of this deal, y'know! The least you could do is show a little gratitude!" Yes. For the first time, the spirit of Psychemon had spoken aloud. She seemed surprised, too, because by the looks on the others' faces they no doubt noticed the change. She explained to them, "Sorry. Was talkin' to him." Suddenly she grasped her head like she had a headache, just like Diego had a lot earlier. The difference was she laughed it off. "Ohoho, he is not happy. But I let him be in charge of his own mind and body, and I even let him use my body the one time he did that before. Boy's gonna have to learn it ain't all about him." She shook her head to shake off Diego's frightened, silent voice. "Thanks for stickin' up for me, by the by. You two're alright." Once she stopped clutching her forehead she used that paw to offer handshakes to both humans. Diego spirit evolved to Sprite Psychemon.

What the fuck. Who approached again? Darnit, he should have trained more on his presence detection. Someone going sneaking up like that to him would seriously jeopardize everything. Tetsu pulled his D-Nexus back, hoping that the newcomer did not overheard too much, but instead, looks like he have an experienced one here. Older one too at it.
His eyes slowly shifted to where his friends are. Did they start looking strangely at him? He really don't want them to think strangely of him. At least Kazu seem to sense his discomfort and about to approach, but he quickly smiled and signed to him that it's OK. That... his friend still looked skeptical, but as their other friend is in wheelchair, he's not sure if that he should left her. In the end, Kazu sat back to where he is.
It's at this time that he heard the sound of Digivice hitting a tree.
"WAIT WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!?"
Tetsu's face looked as white as sheet as he was unable to stop the foreigner boy from stomping it nor tossing it to a tree.
This obviously caught the attention of the two friends who are now wondering what's wrong for their usually carefree friend to shout like that, and even paled to such extent. Crap. If the two of them saw him tackling the boy or release Gryz, this would be a breach of secrecy code. The worst case if he tackled him, they would think there are some problem with the kid. If he release Gryz to stop him, they'll see Digimons. Darnit, darnit what should he do?
Too late.
The human turned into Digimon. He saw his friends' eyes widened. SHIIIIT. That CAN'T be a special effect or anything like that! They would know that this is reality! Argh, so much for secrecy... For now, he quickly flipped his phone over to its backside.
"Unload, Gryz!"
An ursine Digimon immediately plopped on the ground, face looked calm and composed, different from his partner. He know what to do. If the Digimon is ready to stomp it again, he would attack with Seiken-zuki. "A warning: Don't break that off here. If you do I'll be forced to attack," Gryz said in Spanish. However, it's seem that the spirit finally hijacked the body to stop it herself. The two sighed in relief. Tetsu accepted the handshake.
"...I'm sorry I can't stop him," Tetsu told the spirit. "...I shouldn't have told the guy about how to sever it..."
"WHAT ON EARTH JUST HAPPENED?"
Oh right, he forgot about the two watcher. Craaaaap... He quickly tossed sheets, one for Psychemon and one for Gryz.
"...Is there... something you want to tell us, Tecchan?"
"Yeah, the hell dude! What is this all abou---mmmph!" his hands immediately pushed on his friend's mouth to stop him from talking.
"Skippin, skippin, we're skippin class! I'll guide us somewhere else safer! People probably already coming here the moment they heard all of our shouting! I'll explain everything there, alright?"
"Skipping class sounds exciting!"
"Sora, this is not the time to be happy that you're playing truant for the first time!"
Tetsu scooped up his wheelchaired friend, holding her up close. The shaking would be probably too much if he push her instead of doing this. He put the wheelchair inside his infini-store and ran somewhere, followed by his tall friend Kazu. His target place? Somewhere with more foliages and places to hide.

Chie sensed that the boy who turned out to be a spirit wielder not take things well at all, she was starting to worry when he pulled out his D-Tector Digivice. She almost wanted to snatch it out of his hands for fear of him doing something reckless in the ,middle of a densely populated area. Destroying a Digivice is dangerous as it worked on multidimensional technology and she did not want a scene to happen. "Don't do anything brash-" but she was too late, he already threw the device and tried to destroy it. "Did someone forget to tell him how to lose his spirits?"
When Chie noticed the signs, she dealt with spirit wielders before, she grabbed her Digivice right away but she stopped herself, she knew starting a conflict here would result in a disaster, and she was literally on the clock to keep Digimon activity away from the school. However to make things worse, it appeared as though the spirit was in charge of the body, which provided to make things a lot more complicated. The other Tamer sent out his Digimon, before apologizing to the Spirit Digimon and running off.
"If I release Do, the three Digimon might create a scene, well a larger one... Hopefully I can avoid summoning him."
Chie quickly approached the Psychemon, and bent her knees down getting closer while unbuttoning her blouse, preparing to toss it over the Digimon. "Look, I am sorry for not going through formalities and all manners as I should, you seem like one of the most pleasant Digimon I've met, as well as not interfering in time. I know you never asked for this, but we are in the human world and the majority is genuinely unaware of Digimon, and this is a bad place to be." Chie quickly pointed her Digivice burst in the direction of her RV in the Parking lot, she tapped a button on her Digivice Burst as the lights flashed, unlocking the door.
"I give you my word I will ensure the safety of your spirit with my very life but we need to get you out of here, and unfortunately I think we need it to be you as your human, host? Vessel? I don't know, but he is not well informed right now and panicking." Chie looked over to Gryz, the other Digimon, the one that was linked with the other Tamer. With him gone, she had to offer take the Digimon with her, "You can as well, your partner seems to be busy at the moment."
Chie then took off her blouse and offered it towards the Psychemon, to cover herself from prying eyes. "Best if few people can get a good look at you, for your human's sake. Forgive me if I sound offensive. But the less you're seen, the easier this is to cover."

Psychemon watched the young woman very carefully because she knew Chie was doing the exact same thing to her. Luckily for everyone involved, she liked the idea of continuing the theme of not causing a scene in public. The problem was she was also being condescending. "Ya don't gotta explain people like you don't love people like me. I live with him, remember?" She didn't much care for asking to go with the stranger, either. Who was this? Why was she here? Heck, what was even her name? The only question she really knew the answer to was whether she would comply. "...No. You saw the boy tried to drop me. He's lost his body privileges for a little while, thank you very much! 'Sides, now I got some 'splainin' to do with those other kids." She did not follow Chie to an RV. Instead, she followed Tetsu and Gryz to where they had run off, which Psychemon knew was still well-out of sight. How did she know where they were, then? She didn't watch where they went, but after a little jogging in their direction she caught them with her mental senses - not just Gryz, but the humans as well.S oon as she was in sight of them, she casually approached and called out, "Yo! What'd I miss? No one fainted, right?"
Beginner Mind Reader (passive): While in this form, Diego is always reading minds of those around him, but he can only focus hard on one mind at a time. Within a 50-foot radius, this digimon can sense the presence of all humans and digimon regardless of cloaking items or abilities. If he so chooses, he can attempt to read the thoughts and feelings of one person within the radius per post. This requires too much active effort to be used in combat.
