No need to answer. No need to do anything else. Silly of that girl to think that Gryz would not run after his partner too. As strange as it seeing a white sheet flapping with someone inside, the size and height would make people think that the kids are playing ghost or something considering that they're heading toward the old school building. While this at first looks a bit suspicious, people would most likely understands.
"Nope, no one fainted," Tetsu answered, not even a hint of fatigue in his voice. Poor Kazu though. As much as he's a basketball player, he's not someone who could match his friend's three years career in Digital World. Although only one year has passed in real world, Tetsu spent that three years in Digital World, training his body to be ready to all sort of situations. Cliff climbing? Check. Endurance and stamina? Check, Strength and martial arts training? Check too. The result? Simple, He stood there unfazed and Kazu is lying on the dusty floor, wheezing. They're currently in an unused classroom with curtain closed. Not much lighting, but easier for them to hide here.
"...Could run a bit slower though," Sora protested. Her face looked slightly green.
"Whoops, sorry. Anyway... We got a lot to explain, right? But first..."
He put the girl on the chair and tinkered with his Digivice. The next moment, Gryz assumed his Seasamon form. "...Alright, this would do. Ummm..."
...As expected, they looked confused of what just happened huh....
"...Where should we start explaining again...?"
"From the start I guess..." Sora quipped.
"Y-yeah, from the start... Uh... What ARE you, Ma'am? It's Ma'am, right!?" Kazu asked to Psychemon.

Chie could have predicted that it was an easy choice that the Digimon would follow the other Tamer, however she had to at least try. While she prayed to whoever was watching over her that it wasn't Diego, she had to at least consider the prospect as she literally has no one else to suspect so far, but the novice Spirit Wielder. She seen first hand what happens when a Chosen is out of sink with their Digimon, her lovable purple fox like dinosaur turned into a complete monster. She doesn't know much about Spirit Wielders, but she could only speculate that something similar can happen.
It was an interesting question, but one she'll have to look into later, she followed the group into the old school building, and even among people close to her own age she felt left out. She didn't focus on the other Tamer, as he seemed to be preoccupied with the humans, who weren't aware of of the existence of Digimon. She reached into her purse and pulled out a Cinnamon bun, home made and baked with care by herself and would proceed to give it to the Psychemon. "So sorry you have to be but through this situation, even after death, here, I'm sure your hungry after not eating for, um, I'm guessing a while. Oh where are my manors, I am Chie, Chie Takamoto."
Chie then noticed that the Digimon partner of Tetsu was in a higher level form, slightly afraid of the possibility that he might be dangerous, and also it was really unfair to have just Do stuck in a device while the other two were free, relatively speaking. She grabbed her device and pointed the air port towards an open space as she pressed a button. "Unload! Also might as well Digivolve!"
Streams of Data came out of the air port which gathered in an empty corner, until it took the shape of the dragonic form and solidified as a DORUgamon, who let out a deep breath and a cough at the same time while trying to stretch out his limbs and wings. "Finally! Free, I swear to Omnimon I was going to go on a rampage if I had to spend any-" While the digimon was ranting, Chie had grabbed another cinnamon bun from her purse and tossed it into the digimon's mouth, causing him to stop talking and eat.
"Read the room, anyways." Chie turned back to Psychemon, with a calm smile as she was worried about how to proceed long term. She did a quick scan of the Digimon before addressing her. "Miss Psychemon, if I may inquire, is the boy, the Spirit Wielder, aware of what is happening? Also, I feel like I know the answer, but is there any way we can calm him down soon so he won't try to go and permanently delete you?"
Do started to growl, hearing what Chie said and inferred the scenario. He was starting to get a bad impression of the Spirit Wielder. "Seriously? He couldn't just leave his D-Tector on a shelf, also isn't there a rare way of having one's spirits forcefully stripped? Does he not know we feel?"
Chie gave Do a look of annoyance but simply let it go. "God damn it, I swear if he wasn't a good snuggle toy at night I'd not be here right now." Do caught the glance but relaxed a beat defeated. He was not going to fight Chie if he could avoid it. "I swear to Omnimon if she didn't make the best food I wouldn't be here right now."

Psychemon leaned into the cinnamon bun but didn't take it immediately. She was wary, perhaps an unusual trait for a rookie at the sight of food. She leaned in first, gave the bun a couple of preliminary sniffs. "...this is what people eat now?" she wondered skeptically.
Nevertheless, she opened up her reptilian maw widely and gulped the bun right out of Chie's hand - and yet left the hand so completely intact that the girl would never even feel her chops or teeth. First she masticated it a little, inquisitively, before concluding, "Oh, I like this new stuff," and proceeded to gulp the sweet treat down. Apparently, she wasn't the only one either. They couldn't be drugged or spiked, else she probably wouldn't feed them to her own partner. As the only rookie in the room, she couldn't help crossing her arms and spouting off, "But ya don't gotta go showin' off now!" As she looked at Gryz halfway through her sentence, she made it clear she meant him, too. She was still wary as the weakest digimon in the room so, using her powers of mind reading, she tried to peer into the stranger Chie's consciousness and discover just what was on that girl's mind. Why her? Because Tetsu and Gryz were good to her without bribery, and she could only choose one mind at a time, anyway. But she could multitask. She didn't give any indication of what she answered other questions directed at her. "Don't give him ideas, you," she hissed at Do, "He can still hear ya. I can't just squash his whole conscious mind, and y'know what? I don't really wanna. But no way, Jose, I ain't lettin' him have the body back until he calms the heck down." She slapped her own head after that, making it clear she was speaking directly to him there. He was begging and pleading and panicking, but like a child throwing a tantrum, she thought, it was just gonna have to pass for him to learn his lesson. He did try to kill her, after all. "You can talk to 'im yourself whenever he makes his choice!" Her tone was hostile, yes, but it wasn't toward Chie her hostility was directed. Hopefully Kazu and Sora got that because they were next to be addressed. "Hopefully you can take this a little better than he did..." Unlike with Chie, it didn't take much effort to simply divine the boy's name from his head. "...Kazu." Her tone was a lot gentler with him. "First of all, ya don't gotta call me ma'am. I'm not ya mamma." Kazu even got a gentle smile out of her, and hopefully the countless sharp teeth that exposed weren't off-putting. "Call me Psychemon, since I got no idea what my name is anyway. I'm a digimon from that digital world humans are all hush-hush about. You should go there some time! Can't be as scary as everybody thinks it is, right?" Apparently, she thought that was sufficient explanation, because she then had a question for the Tamers in the room. "Oh, heck, that reminds me! Guys, I been havin' a feelin' ever since la familia Santos landed in this town. There's a way to the digital world around, right? Close? I mean, like really close! It feels really close, y'know? You digimon, ya know what I mean? It's like ya just know when there's somethin' like us around, right? Help a girl out! We only got each other in this crazy world, ya with me?" Psychemon attempted to read the mind of Chie with Beginner Mind Reader. -Beginner Mind Reader (passive): While in this form, Diego is always reading minds of those around him, but he can only focus hard on one mind at a time. Within a 50-foot radius, this digimon can sense the presence of all humans and digimon regardless of cloaking items or abilities. If he so chooses, he can attempt to read the thoughts and feelings of one person within the radius per post. This requires too much active effort to be used in combat.

...Now what to even do? The moment the lady came in, Tetsu was about to ask if she got anyone following her, as she's the last to come, but the moment she took out her Digimon and evolved him, his eyes widened. Reflexively, he lifted Sora back up and backed off. Kazu quickly skeddadled behind Gryz, who immediately stood to his full height instead laying on the floor. Although his face still looked the calm zen face as usual, his eyes now opened slightly, likely to act if something stupid happened.
"...What's the big idea?" Tetsu asked. "You suddenly approached us, wanting to talk, and now you called out your Digimon in adult stage... What's the big idea?"
"Y-Yeah!" Kazu tried to appear brave. "What's the big idea anyway!? W-who are you even!?"
Psychemon thankfully broke the ice slightly.
"It's not my desire to show off," Gryz answered, calm as usual. "It's however part of my ability to know any intruder in 50 meters radius area. Sadly it's only available in this form and its related evolution. I don't think that Mihiramon is a wise choice, don't you think? A komainu statue might be less suspicious compared to a tiger statue, much more a tiger statue with wings and armor. Not to mention, Mihiramon is about three times taller than Seasamon. I'd rather not turn into Mihiramon in closed space like this.
...But now, lady, you have explanation to do. As you can see, two adult stages would be unneedlessly make this classroom cramped. You can explain what are you exactly, what's your reason to be here, why are you releasing your Digimon in higher stage. Unless there are a reason to do so, I request you to devolve. You're scaring the kids.
Also I agree to let the young man calm down a bit more. Understandable that he'll be panicking, but severing bond in real world and risking a deletion of someone is not something that I personally approve at all as a Digimon."
Psychemon's answer was a bit... pointed. Admittedly Sora flinched at that hostility, but she understood it was not directed at her.
"Erm, so, Miss? Er? Psychemon...-san?" Kazu looked like a fish out of water with how he perplexedly addressed the Digimon. "Digital... World? Hold on I thought it was the name of the gym Tetsu gone to!"
Tetsu just rolled his eyes while smiling wryly. "What sort of gym could gave this sort of result in one year?"
"Dude, I thought that sort of legendary gym existed! I was about to ask you where I can apply for membership so I could be at least half as huge as you are!"
"Oh yeah? Well then you already got the entrance ticket. Now just need to get the Digivice delivered to your doorsteps."
"....I can't even tell if you're joking right now. But wait a minute... when you said you wrestled with bear regularly..."
Tetsu decided to not address it and instead talked to Psychemon after taking out Sora's wheelchair, put her on it and sat on nearby table.
"Yeah, there is a way to go there. Well, actually there ARE two or three ways. Two are super random and not reliable. First is by freak accident, you got pulled to Digital World. Usually by contact with computer, or digital equipments that somehow acts as a portal. Second... by jumping to Shibuya River..."
"That... that canal for storm flood?" Sora asked.
"Yeah, that one. It's currently full of junks, and if you don't know why it's like that when usually Japan so clear about how we feel about trash, that's the reason. To hid the portal to Digital World. This one is more reliable way to get to Digital World, but... the exit is so random that it might be a dangerous way to go there."
"...............................And the third?"
"The train terminal, only usable by chosen or chosen-to-be. The exit is always Terminus, and the only way to get out of Digital World in the same way."

Chie could tell things were tense, but she thought things would blow over easier with the group of humans. There was a reason she released Do in this form, mostly to indulge his sense of security and prevent his guilt from eating him out. When she was called out by Tetsu. She had to script her answer on the fly to be honest, but she still tried to protect Do's pride by hiding the fact that he's afraid of not being able to protect his partner, again. "I'm Chie Takamoto, this is Do, one of his former clients with his previous Chosen human called us in for a small job, trying to figure out if it was a student and/or Digimon that destroyed the playground and make sure they are dissuaded. Do's got experience as a hunter and has honed instincts, usually spot on with hearing or smelling individuals but not an ability like yours. I was not aware of Sesamon's ability."
Chie looked to Do and gave a slight nod as she was going to press a button about to Devolve Do, but the DORUgamon grabbed Chie's hand with it's claw and gave her a stern look in the eyes. "No." Chie sighed, she was trying to protect the Digimon's pride but she couldn't do much at this point, trying to save face was now incredibly difficult."Do, I swear, let go. We can't afford one of these fits now. Look, I did what I know you'd want as a courtesy to you, and everyone is uncomfortable, deal with it. I know how you feel." Do stared into her eyes, both hurt and angry. "I made a promise that I would not lose another partner, I swore to protect you with my life and I won't ever let my guard down again, I watched him get his arm ripped off Chie, before he tried to escape but he was followed while I couldn-"
Chie had softly rubbed the back of his ear causing him to stop talking as he started purring, Chie softly smiled as she spoke softly. "Do, you already saved me from my own pain, a prison of fate." Chie leaned in and gently kissed him on the forehead, his tail wagged as his grip loosened, and Chie pressed two buttons on her Digivice Burst as Do's form turned into a purple light and condensed into a small ball with cat ears in the middle of the air, back down to Dodomon. Chie grabbed the formless Digimon by top of his head between the ears. The Digimon was not looking impressed. "This is excessive." Chie shrugged, then put him down on top of a desk. "I was gonna send you back to Rookie but you decided to be dramatic."
Chie looked down at the Digimon, hiding the urge to cry unaware her thoughts and true feelings were being monitored successfully. A flurry of love and sadness emanated from the girl as she had eye contact with her Digimon. "I only accepted this job because I wanted him to feel like himself again, but ever since then, something in him isn't right. He's in pain, and I can't help him though he saved me from much more. He can't Dark Digivolve from below Rookie. I don't want to hurt his pride, but if he Dark digivolves here, that will leave a stain on his soul that he can't recover from..." A Shiver almost went down Chie's spine as she recalled when a Death-X-Dorugamon had pinned her down, roared right in front of her almost ready to kill her, yet that same being was right before her. "Let me help you, my love."
The Dodomon looked like he was about to say something but said nothing, before the duo focused back on the bigger picture. Chie searched through her Digivice, and found the Digiport option, and double checked the terms. "Well, there is one more, Digiport. A modification to the Digivice that allows portals to be opened, but for a group of this size I don't have the right model. I only got the Alpha, it can only transport those bound with the Digivice, human and Digimon."
Chie started to wonder what the best plan for getting to the Digital world was. Since she scarcely traveled between them, she had to think. She was wondering how this would go down as she ran the pros and cons of everything. "Shibuya River might be the simplest to access, but we could easily end up in the middle of a desert or whatnot. The Train station has a guaranteed output. You'd think whoever let all these children have Digivices would put in a portal around here though. Although the most important thing is trusting in whoever your relying on, whether it be your partner, spirit, or even a full on army. As clearly shown, things can often take bumps, and time. Like Do and I had our fair share, of, ups and downs."
Do rolled his eyes. "Our relationship started off with you controlling me by use of food, but that doesn't work any-" Chie had tossed another cinnamon buns into the Digimon's mouth. He started at her angry, not wanting to show he was enjoying the treat. "How many baked goods you got in that purse?" Chie simply picked up the Digimon and began scratching behind his ear. "But yeah, I can't imagine how a Spirit relationship must be though, it sounds, rough though."

"You thought- you thought the digital world was a gym?" Psychemon must have found this manner of being addressed acceptable because she didn't speak against it. For a moment, her mood picked way up to the point where she began to cackle uncontrollably. "Oh, girly, you are so in over your head. But you gotta be kidding me about the train! D takes it every day here, and we never seen no digiport before! You hear that, D?" Psychemon had the expression of a child who just learned she won a sweepstakes contest.
Good thing Tetsu and Sora lifted her mood when it came time to talk about her relationship with Diego. The smile faded a bit. "I'm not gonna say it's always bad with every spirit 'cause I only got me. But... yeah. It's rough. Somethin' tells me you know a bit about gettin' murderized by your own partner." Psychemon pulled a chair and sat in it backwards. "D doesn't believe me. He doesn't believe any of it. No one he's told believes me either. Y'know when you called it 'spirit-induced schizophrenia?' 'Parently there's another kind, and the docs say that's the kind he's got. I'm not real, they're not real, and the Solarmon who wrecked the playground wasn't real." That last bit was obviously directed at Chie, trying to deflect blame from herself for the destruction. "Lame-o demanded the spirit totem back - me. Diego would'a done it, too, if he knew how. But he didn't, so we duked it out. I even let Diego handle it by himself with my body!" Psychemon dropped her head on the desk, depressed. "I have never messed with his free will before our lives were on the line. I translate everything people here say because he doesn't know. I've tried to help him study, warn him about any bad friends, just keep him company since no one else will anymore - I don't know what else I can do to show him I'm on his side. I'm no attention-seeking puppy, but we're stuck together, and I wish he could just make the best of it! I am! And y'know what? I bet if he did, too, we'd be really good friends."
Psychemon slumped her shoulders and frowned... before flicking herself in the temple. She grimaced from the sting, but didn't address it. "Looks like D finally shut up for once."

Part of Tetsu still very skeptical of this lady. Which one is truth which is lie? How can someone get easily told to deal with something when they're not even part of DATS or AEGIS? To be honest this is like a completely a nonsensical thing from Tetsu's position. Granted, some people cannot trust authorities... but even then, if they want to pick a better person for the task, they wouldn't have chosen such a suspicious looking lady who would immediately evolved their Digimon in front of three kids, one child stage and one adult stage simply because it evolved. Not to mention asking if they are fine if to join them in an RV, which is honestly even more of an oddity in school like this.
It just felt... lousy as frick?
For a damage control, for some reason Tetsu felt that he's doing much better job somehow. Of course that's like tooting his own horn, but seriously...? What if the kids ran away so far, screaming with all their might when they saw the Dorugamon? What if Kazu and Sora thought that she's being hostile? There are so many factors, and all he can think is that this is handled very poorly.
...And here came the talk about why. The moment Do said something about someone being killed, Tetsu already know where this is going. He quickly covered Sora's ears, while Gryz did the same to Kazu.. a bit awkwardly though. Thankfully, the boy doesn't seem to be able to hear clearly as he goes 'what? what is he saying?' as his ears are closed.
"....Seriously, talking about event of death near three kids."
...These two's image in Tetsu's mind has crashed to bottom low. It made it even more apparent when instead of Dorumon, this lady devolved her partner into Dodomon. Tetsu just massaged his head. Is it just him or he's actually getting more and more skeptical here?
Thankfully the topic shifted quickly.
"I mean, yeah? You know there are those... uh... fitness planet, or galaxy gym! Something like that! So when I first asked Tetsu where he trained, he just looked at me and say 'Digital World', and I though 'Oh Cool!'. I tried looking for it in internet, but it doesn't pops out at all!"
"Of course it won't, dork. You guys just asked me like that several times in a week everytime I do something easy, might as well as say that to you."
"'Normal'? Tetsu, you lifted that stack of fourty chairs like it's the easiest thing ever! Look, any boys our age would want this sort of killer arms" Kazu prodded the shorter boy's muscular arm.
"Kazu is right you know? Remember how you just lifted me from our classroom to infirmary in thirty seconds flat when I got a bit anemic few weeks ago?" Sora reminded. "That was a thrill~ But that's not a normal thing for kids of our age, Tecchan~"
"Alright alright I got your point, sheesh..."
Tetsu then turned on his Digivice's screen again, then accessed the map. He showed it to Psychemon. "...This is the station." but then he tapped on the location there. One seemed closed off for some reason. He tapped it once again. Now the location is marked in red. "....That's where you ride the train to Digital World. Normally, people won't get to this platform unless they're absolutely lost, sleep deprived, or curious as hell, because the entryway is blocked, and only Digivice can open it."
Either way....
"Problem with Digital World is that it's not a common knowledge," Gryz commented "It might be just my wild theory, but there are doctors who are specifically told to say that people are hallucinating in case they were attacked by a Digimon if they're normal, non-digitally tangled human. It's easier to believe that. Of course, differentiating them from normal doctor are impossible. Either way, while I don't blame him for no being happy with his current predicament, killing someone else is very wrong. Looks like the boy understand that after all that talk, eh?"

Chie was utterly embarrased as the other pairing chewed her and her partner Digimon out for the gross display earlier. She covered his mouth for a brief moment as she tried to explain her situation to him. "Look, he's been through a lot and suffering a midlife crisis after, I can't begin to explain if we even had a full hour. I'm trying to get him to be himself again. He's normally less, dramatic and annoying in a better way."
Chie and Do noted the situation as it occurred, and both parties were actually relieved to know it was a different Digimon other then the parties involved. She was beginning to wonder why the two of them were called instead of an organization but figured it wasn't a good question to ask. "I'm sorry that conflict had to happen here, but I'm relieved it wasn't a student." Do had to annoyingly. "Agreed but-" Chie scratched behind his ear while giving him a sharp glare before leaning down and whispering "Shut up while I can still salvage any good opinion of us. How did you and Tak keep any clientele?"
Chie then noticed as Tetsu informed Psychemon with maps about how to access the Digital world, but Chie was wondering on a different matter all together. She turned to Do and asked about the devices humans get into the Digital world. "What do you know about Digivice modifications?" The Dodomon's slime like body jiggled at both sides, an attempt to shrug. "Not a thing. Tak always went to a guy."
Do was listening carefully as Gryz proposed a wild theory, one that he could recall all too well. Do hopped a bit closer towards the Digimon and looked up, responding to the digimon. "Actually your theory isn't so wild. There are certain individuals, how they know is not clear, but they know. From my experience teachers here or a few doctors. Since there's no way to tell Chosen from not, they have the same opinion of segregation from Digital world. But my knowledge is seven years out of date so take it with a grain of skepticism. Even then, I don't recall all names."
Chie however was worried about the Spirit wielder as she herself had a bunch of questions about the situation. She looked at her own Digivice and wondered, if it had the same settings as most devices, could a lock be placed on it. She then focused back on the other Chosen and Digimon. "Just out of curiosity, since leaving a Digivice at home is clearly problematic for a number of reasons, double so for a Spirit User, is there a way to put a lock on Spirit Digivolution? I don't mean permanently, but is there a way for you to control when he can Digivolve? Just so he doesn't do it in public in a panic again. I'm glad he's calming down, and potentially coming around or at least paving the road towards it, but no issues can be resolved by a single conversation especially when your at the back of someone's mind. But I must say, your attitude is great, plenty of people, or Digimon I've met wouldn't be so forgiving to someone trying to murder them permanently."

"Only people with a digivice, huh? Well that's convenient. I happen to know somebody with one." But the thought that Diego's doctor - either of them - was just a plain liar? Well that was a thought neither of 'em could very easily stomach. There was a pause before she agreed, "Yeah, you said it D," before explaining to people who could only hear with their ears, "I ain't buyin' that a doc is lyin' for me. Someone in the know oughta know the difference between someone who saw a digimon and someone who lives with one in his head. Either way, that's an awful thing to do! Making someone think they're psychotic just to hide reality just makes kids like- more kids like Diego! It's not his fault - none of it is! He doesn't think he's deleting a living thing; he thinks he's ridding himself of an illusion, and he thinks that because no human has ever told him otherwise before you guys!" It looked like even in the face of recent events she would defend Diego's honor to the last.
"As for you, lady: first of all, you don't tell me what to do. Stop trying to handle me. Your no cop, and I'm no criminal anyway. You need to back off." She accompanied this rebellion with assertive finger pointing. "I'm not gonna mess with the kid's head more than I gotta. That means he gets to keep his thoughts private, like normal people. If you don't got privacy in your own mind, what do ya got? Boy doesn't get to smash the D-Tector, but I'm not gonna make him like me by stickin' my scaly snout in his business. I'm only here now because he made it my business usin' my body. So," Psychemon broke eye contact with everybody and spoke to an empty corner of the room. "If I let you come back, you gonna cause any more trouble for these nice kids?" There was a short delay before she said, "We'll talk about that later." To the others in the room, she declared, "He's all yours."
Another lightshow, and the spirit was replaced by a heavily panting, very sweaty thirteen-year-old boy sitting on the floor and looking down at it with his face in his arms.

"Yes, apparently the platform is hidden by lift or something, so it's easy to miss... Sometimes it felt your body just walked deeper inside, without noticing that you have rode a lift and suddenly you arrived at that special train platform or something... that happened to me."
"Somehow that sounded like horror story, Tetsu," Kazu muttered.
Tetsu just looked at Chie and Do meanwhile, wondering if it's really necessary to say anything than 'sorry'... but even then... "Look, I dunno who you are lady, but... you're doing this a bit poorly. Whatever it is, just relax. No one is after your life or anything. Nowadays real world got AEGIS and DATS. If there are something happening in real world, they're the one who tasked to deal with it.
At the same time, you're playing police at the moment, and that's kind of interfering against the proper authority. You're not a pro, you know that, right? You're doing a job for the pro, and that harms your credibility a lot when you..." Tetsu made vague hand gestures. Too many to list. "...There are a lot of action that I wouldn't do today if I were in your shoes, honestly... Whichever it is, you're not someone who's trained to be a cop, much less a detective. Your damage control... frankly, lady, kinda sucks.."
That was a bit too on the point. Kazu muttered 'ouch' while Sora just awkwardly looked away.
"Well Psychemon," Gryz started "Like I said, it was a wild theory. Mainly because this place was attacked by Digimons quite regularly. There are traces of destruction in this city, one that is a bit too hard to erase. So like I said, I dunno how credible is the theory, but won't government want to cover their bases in some way or another? They don't want Digimon to be common knowledge. They don't want people moves away because they fear Digimon would realize out of nowhere, they wouldn't want people to jump to Shibuya river like an idiot and stranded in Digital World for Homeostasis know how long. It definitely tortures Diego and other spirit users, definitely... But even then... between widespread of Digimon being real and it's just all in your head, I feel for status quo, government preferred the latter.
However, I feel in this case it might be that the doctor totally does not know anything."
"That's why each chosen would look out for any people with spirit induced schizophrenia... because the moment they said something like 'this isn't real'... and their Digivice reacted with ours, that's the time we have to act before they think they truly are losing their saniity," Tetsu added. "...Thinking that you're crazy and totally lost... I think it's very very very scary... It all felt alien... and if your own self isn't your ally, then... that would put a lot of stress in you."
And looks like they're back with the older boy.
"Welcome back, are you alright?" Gryz asked in spanish. Tetsu took out a water bottle from his Infini-store and hands it to Diego, along with a chocolate filled sweet bun.
"You should eat," Tetsu told him, which Gryz quickly translated. "Evolving took energy out from you, so you should eat something that gives you some energy."
"Oh yeah, lunch!" Kazu immediately parroted "Gosh, we totally forgot! Here you go, bud!" He quickly handed Tetsu's lunches to him. It was a pile of food, enough to feed a lot of kids, but looks like for Tetsu this is just simple lunch.
"...Waittasec, that means you're lifting Sora here... with empty stomach?"
"...Let's not talk about that," Tetsu quickly dismissed it.

Chie knew this wasn't her area of expertise, damn it she was a cook not a detective or private investigator, but she had to try. When both Chosen parties chewed her out, that was just a reminder of everything she knew going in. She was trying to help Do from feeling like he doesn't know who he is, but she felt like she just put herself in that limbo as well. She sighed after Tetsu was done. She was glad that Diego was back to normal, and figured now if any time she should take her leave."Ya know what, I'm just gonna quit while a fight hasn't started, would say save face but that's not possible is it? Sorry I treated you guys like a bunch of eleven year olds."
Do snickered as he believed he was catching on to what was going on in Chie's head. She shot him a glare which caused him to freeze up. "Something funny about this?" Do chuckled nervously before he got to the point. "You, don't have your contacts in, do you?" Chie stared at him for a moment, he knew what she was going to ask. "You know, these kids do look around that age, I think this guys build is just throwing you off without contacts." Chie felt ready to face palm in that moment as she was ready to just give up. "I do something nice for you and you make things worse by-" The Dodomon snapped as its body turned into a light as its body reshaped itself back into the form of a DORUmon, Rookie stage as he walked up to Chie. "Nice? How dare you even say that. Look, your no Private Dick, and your certainly not Takashi, he's gone, dead, I get that!" Chie was stunned as Do had his little outburst, but she kept her fingers on her Digivice just in case Do started to Dark Digivolve, her finger trembling.
"Look, Chie, fact is I get that he's dead, this life for me is also dead. I can't live in the past. You're my partner now and I wouldn't want you to go out of your way to do something like this to remind me of who I used to be, when I also used to be a monster right after the dark period that followed. Dark evolution is scary, but you're the one light in my world, don't change. You're a cook, a damn good baker, not a Private Dick... Do started to bend down on a knee, Chie got flustered as he started to speak again. "Chie Takamoto, will-" Chie quickly pressed the button on her Digivice as Do turned back into data and got absorbed into the V-Pet function of the Digivice.
Chie, still red in the face from what happened, quickly dispensed a freezer bag full of chocolate chip cookies and placed it down on a table. "Here, take these, glad you got your body back, Tetsu was it, please take care of this situation, I'm just going to, find, somewhere with something, probably *to see a man about a horse*."
Chie quickly began to walk out of the building and ran towards her RV, before getting in and driving off into the distance, far, far away.

Tetsu had the right idea. Without a word, the poor boy snatched both items from their offered hands, proceeding to devour half the sweet bun in a single bite as well as three-quarters of the water in a single sitting. He only weakly sat up after that, the only physical sign of fatigue being slightly elevated breathing. He thanked Tetsu in the local language softly before responding to the bear, "I've been better." He peered around the room a second or two before observing, "Is that lady gone?" which, perhaps odd compared to Psychemon's idea of her, he seemed a little sad about. She was the one who was actually on his side, after all, tried to help him get rid of his affliction.
Plus, she left him cookies. Those were tempting enough for him to get his feet beneath him and more curiously, deliberately munch on one. One cookie later, he groaned, "I don't know what to do. I wanna be normal. She wants to be... whatever you guys are, I guess." He put his head down on the table.

...That was weird, and the more Tetsu think about it, the more he feel the lady itself is too much of an enigma... it felt like an alien so badly disguised to pass as a normal human then trying to solve human's problem... which honestly... no matter how much you studied, its a bit hard to do... and it felt like she keep stepping on wrong tiles. Eh well. Whatever. No want the cookies though. He... prefer to not touch it for many reason more than one.
"She's gone, yeah," Gryz answered. "Ran away after the Digimon proposed her or something. Not against interspecies stuff but honestly that was a bit weird to do in this sort of situation. Either way... what do you plan to do next, lad?"
While waiting for Diego to recover, Tetsu ate his lunch, munching away tons of foods. It doesn't looks like that Diego knows what to do though....
"...How about recovering the lady's spirit fragments then? Maybe from there on you could decide your path. Perhaps go to Digital World, and eventually... once you gathered all of her fragment, maybe you could revive her, as her own mon. That way you can be free... albeit I'm not sure if it's possible. But if you want, it worth a try."

Asked what he planned to do next, Diego was quiet for a minute. It was only after that he perked up and stood again. Did he have his revelation? Had he finally come to terms with his true purpose and ultimate, wondrous destiny?
...No. He wanted another cookie.
The good news was that after scarfing down that second cookie and three more just like it, he didn't lay his head down on a desk and sulk. He looked Gryz dead in the eye and asked the bear, "Do- do you think that would work?" That was actually just about the happiest he'd looked the entire time Tetsu and Gryz had known him. "Finding the rest if her - that might separate us?" It wasn't often someone beamed so widely at the prospect of being torn apart from their partner or spirit, but there was Diego grinning ear-to-ear like an idiot.
Well duh, Diego! Psychemon confirmed, Why else did you think I wanted to go back there? Did you think I wanted to be stuck in your head forever? I mean, sure, there's lots of empty space, but-
"She says it would work, too!" Diego tossed his chair aside. By his growing excitement, it seemed he was oblivious to the fact that Psychemon was lying to his face (so to speak) and merely playing along with Gryz. The truth was that she didn't know one way or another what would happen if her whole self was put together - or even whether she had more pieces at all. But it just made Diego so happy and open-minded for a change, she couldn't shut it down. "That's- I- I mean, I have to think about it. I have to ask the doctor, too. But if it could just- just wo- just work..."
Ring, ring, ring! Lunch was drawing to a close, and for once in a long time Diego was actually feeling motivated to go. Diego had a couple last things to say before he ran out, though. "Sorry for- sorry, everything, for everything. Uh, thanks. H-hey, bear- thing." He meant Gryz, but his thinking appeared very disorganized at the moment. It wasn't so much that he forgot the name as he couldn't reach the part of his brain where he knew it was stored. "Can you thank Tetsu for- for talking to me? I mean, I can say 'thank you,' just- just not the whole thing."

"That might be, who knows. Usually spirits want you to complete themselves," Gryz commented. Well, looks like the spirits agreed too... So either way... "I don't suggest you to ask the doctor. More or less you'll be treated as a hyperimaginative person or your schizophrenic tendency gone worse... At the moment I believe it's better to look for someone who can diagnose you fully with understanding of what's going on... ah, how about you access tamernet? There might be a doctor who can help you, you see..."
Gryz looked from sides to sides, then devolved. He quickly took out a pen and paper from Tetsu's bag and wrote the address. "You can access this in a way or another if you have Digivice. There are people with different sort of profession there. I believe there might be doctors that can help you. It's also safe."
Well, there he goes. He looks like he found what he wanted. So... Tetsu shrugged.
"He said to thank you," Gryz commented.
"That one I understood, I think? Either way, uh... time to go, I guess!"
"...So what sort of excuse do we have to tell our teachers?" Kazu asked.
"...I'm thinking... but I'm drawing blanks..."
