Dear Ms. TaliaHow are you? I'm sorry if this letter came suddenly to your D-Terminal. Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Hikaru of KIZNA. It came to our attention that our friend Ryouta and Valt has offered you a flying lesson by yours truly. Certainly I have received that memo and would like to invite you personally to come to our prided city Ys. Indeed there are little to see in the north bars Snowflake, but that's where our base came to mind... Why don't I give you a bit of tour while giving your partner the needed training?Our city might be in repair currently, but I feel enough of it would show you the beauty of it. What do you think? If you like, you can take a Trailmon from Snowflake directly to Ys. Worker in there knows which Trailmon to take. After that, just enjoy the journey. We'll eagerly wait for your visit.SincerelyHikaruSo how does that looks again? Well, either way, if Talia decided that she would like to go to Ys, in the train terminal, there is a Digimon waiting. It's a blue Worm Trailmon. Should she ride it, it will follow the railway toward the Shining Sea, where as far as eyes can see there are only sands and colorful crystals jutting out from it. They would soon find a sizable mountain with tunnel on it. The tunnel only rely on the same crystals as outside to act as lighting. The glow would be romantic, yet it was a short one as soon they're greeted by the sight of the city.
The building are made from polished corals, mostly in square shapes. Not that many buildings are wooden based, but if they do, it tends to be bigger than the other building... for example, like the Aeterna Pub. The trailmon headed toward the residential district, where the train station is. It came to a halt in that big, majestic building that looked like Grand Central Terminal. There, a Dorumon in kilt awaits with a teen in formal outfit.

For once business in Bad Request was dead. No emails with cases, no requests for help. Granted there was always business available in the human world but with her condition Talia had promised Tohru she would lay low for safety reasons - not that anyone would ever really be skilled enough to catch her of all people! Indeed we did have the pleasure of recently meeting Ryouta and Valt. They spoke highly of your flying abilities which I felt would benefit my partner Simba. He’s a fairly young dragon who’s grown leaps and bounds since we’ve been together and recently managed to unlock his ultimate form which, as you can guess, is still adjusting to.As Talia typed out the email she couldn’t help but smile while glancing out of the corner of her eye at the twins napping together next to her desk. Does it now? I myself am an electronic engineer and would be happy to offer my skills to assist in anything the city needs repaired that would require such a thing. Give a date, a time, and we’ll be there.

It wasn’t many days later that the trio was on their way, hopping onto the trailmon that was instructed in the email. “How are we supposed to find them with all this aggregation?!” Tohru commented as they got off the train, Talia instinctively looking around. “Easy, see if there’s someone who’s body language says they’re waiting for someone. Really Tohru, you guys watched enough detective shows!”The uniformed Hikaru and his human partner were fairy easy to spot, especially if one made the deduction that most dorumon had the same ultimate as Simba. “By any chance, would you be Hikaru and Yuuki? I’m Talia, and these two are Tohru and Simba!” The fluffy purple looked cute and cuddly enough to pet but also seemed to be in ‘work mode’ so she refrained. “I hope we’re not late are we? These trains aren’t exactly known for being on time, heh!”

Interesting to say, it's a Hackmon not unlike Hikaru's own "little brother". How amusing. Hikaru smiled and nodded. "Yes, I'm Hikaru, and this is my partner Yuuki. Welcome to Ys, Miss Talia, Miss Tohru and Mister Simba. By the way, the train is always on time. If a commissioned train is late on the way to Ys, then it could be quite disastrous to the city's image you know? Especially with the fact that the only portal is in Japan, thus leading to a lot of Japanese chosen. Punctuality is what we have to keep in mind."
"Well, as much as I want to say that's a bit snobbish of him, he's right." Yuuki pointed at the clock and the schedule. Indeed, it arrived right on time. "It's happened that we love to give proper greeting to our guests by coming earlier. Well then... I wonder what to do first..."
"Are you guys hungry perhaps? It's lunch hour after all, and it's best to eat before evolving."
"Oh yeah, that's an option too. Shall we guide you to the nearest restaurant or coffee shop perhaps?"

“Well if it ever breaks, I’m a former computer programmer and an engineer ish - well if you count dabbling in gadgets and learning robotics from the robotics club in college! I don’t know much about digi code, but I’m always happy to learn something new.” She’d found out quick that much of digital world technology involved the strange language, similar to using a password to get into a server. Frankly Talia thought the dorumon’s snobbery was adorable, combined with his adorable fluff appearance, he might as well have been a disney digimon. “ Hungry? It’s the common vocabulary of these two!” Usually either they were eating or thinking about eating or both, or thinking about what they were eating for dinner during lunch. “Excuse you! We need food, we’re growing digimon!” That and Tohru would be all too happy to point out that if they didn’t eat they couldn’t have energy to evolve and protect her from all the mischief she into with their line of work. “You heard thing 1 and thing 2 here, lead the way.” She was gonna probably need coffee to get Simba through this lesson after all. And maybe some streusel cake too- what was coffee without something sweet after all? “So tell me, what does KIZNA do? Is it some kind of leadership for this city? I’m guessing?” They had sounded very profession as well as knowledge at the station almost as if they’d helped build the infrastructure hence the inquisitive curiosity. “We’re actually on a city council too if that’s the case. Not that I’m here to argue politics and leadership strategies, but I do tend to be nosy about what other cities are up to ya know?” yuuki

"Your promotion is well placed," Hikaru joked. "We'll definitely see how that goes and we'll contact you later, eh? For the meantime, however, let's head to a restaurant over here."
If Starbucks are found everywhere in Japan, in Ys there are similar store called Elteia. The symbol is a crystal seed with bud coming out of it while the background is fully grown tree with ripe fruits, with some already fallen to the ground.
"Elteia is a restaurant chain in Ys, you can think of it like McD or something like that, but it doesn't serve fast food. Instead, they serve free refills and some warm snacks. Profit is not the aim of the store, but hospitality is. You can think it as a restaurant that showed hospitality for Ys guests. Most of the food served here are aimed to be homely rather than expensive or lux. If you want high end luxuriousness, you can find them in Entertainment District. However, if you just want a taste of home, I promise you, Elteia is what you'll want."
Inside, it's quite spacious, and seem to be about three restaurants mashed together, with different kitchens. The seating is enough for about two hundred person it's seem. The atmosphere is made to be warm rather than luxurious, with soft lighting, warm air, and wooden tiled floor and walls.
Hikaru nodded at the worker, smiling, while they bowed respectfully to him.
"I think it's buffet hours. When it's buffet hours, all Digimon who like to participate must devolve down to child stage, and pay about two thousand bits for about two hours worth of buffet. Why don't we just do that, by the way? More options for you. Of course if you want their regular menu that's fine too."
Hikaru walked up the counter and hands some bits for five person buffet. "Well, then, Miss Tohru, Mister Simba, please do not hold back! It's our treat today after all! Miss Talia, too, please don't worry and just order or take your own food!"
Yuuki of course already moved to pick his own food. The once the two are done with picking their food, they picked a table near window facing the city.
"What does KIZNA do? Interesting question. We're the leaders of this city indeed, but let's just say... That's not our main focus. We're building city because it aids our cause. Our city is built because we want to give new home for everyone. Well, cold isn't exactly homey, but if you think about it, we're trying our best to facilitate everyone. Either way, this city is build so that humans and Digimon can mingle more in peace.
If you think about it, Terminus and Whitewater are made by Digimon... and we lives in it, but we're basically immigrant don't you think? There are Digimons that dislike humans... and... well, it creates some form of feeling fo not being comfortable enough. That's why this city is made. Human and Digimons living together, in city built by both human and Digimon...
Many ask us: why are we willing to go so far? Simple. We just want to reduce misconception that humans are invader. We want the world to see that here we are, KIZNA, we want to make DIgital World a place where humans can go on an adventure together with Digimon without humans treated as invader, but a neighbor that is crucial for growth of Digital World.
Another city buiilding, eh... is it ASCENSION or Deeplane Council?"
