Persephone laughed gently, at both Skadi's and Kenny's banter to eachother. "You shouldn't worry so much about best impressions, dear." She'd mention to the duo; smiling warmly as she added "Just relax and be yourself."
Baldur seemed to agree with this notion, nodding along with a chuckle of their own. "The friends who really matter, are the friends that you don't need to put on a mask for, after all..!" They'd remark; gesturing with a wing once more. "Be the best self you can be, certainly; but don't be afraid to let go every once in awhile, either!" Baldur would lightly pat Kenny on the shoulder with their wing, with this; smiling brightly all the whilst.
As the scarves were passed out, though... Persephone would smile warmly at the duo's gratitude; turning around her chair so that it was facing them, and sitting back down. She'd happily watch the two put the scarves on, and looked as though she was about to respond to their gratitude, though... She couldn't help a startled laugh, as Skadi would proceed to flop backwards onto the bed and happily bleat! Baldur, too, would chuckle; the Hawkmon taking a seat on the bed, next to Skadi. "Well, someone certainly seems pleased!" They'd remark with a hue of amusement; reaching over to happily pat Skadi's shoulder, now.
At Kenny's approach, though; with him leaning down to her level and expressing his gratitude, Persephone couldn't help a warm smile of her own. "Ah... Of course, dear. KIZNA is pretty much one big family, at this point; so we're more than happy to welcome such a kind duo like you and Skadi with open arms." She'd hum in response; gently returning the hug as she did. "I'm glad you both are having a wonderful day, though; and I'd be more than happy for us to spend more time together like this, another time, too..!"
Baldur, much like Skadi, would join in the hug as well; the Hawkmon chuckling happily. "We all look out for eachother, one way or another, after all..!" They'd declare with a wide smile; adding "And we'll be sure to look after you two, all the same..!"
It would be about now, though, that Persephone would be unable to help a soft yawn... Ah; it seemed she was starting to run a little low on energy. Socializing and working did sometimes take a bit out of her, on top of her typical fatigue; and Baldur could easily notice this; the Hawkmon doing a softer chuckle now, as they teased "Someone's getting sleepy, hm~?"
"Mmm..." Persephone would hum gently in response; resting her shoulder against Baldur's shoulder, amidst the hugging. "Maybe a little, eheh...!"

Frankly, Peresephone and Baldur weren't wrong when they told Kenny that it was OK to be himself when introducing himself to others, and as the Hawkmon had pat him on the shoulder, he couldn't help but smile, feeling quite warm on the inside. Honestly, was he trying a little too hard earlier? Skadi certainly made waves with and won the hearts over her new teammates by just being her playful, adorable, happy-go-lucky, devil-may-care self. She didn't even need to try.
Indeed, he could tell as he watched Baldur reach over to pat Skadi on the shoulder as well when she fell on the bed, she didn't hesitate to give that wing a little affectionate nuzzle in return. Maybe he was trying a little too hard. It would be much easier to be his own friendly, kind, borderline geeky self. It certainly won him over with Ryouta, not too dissimilar to Skadi and Valt's case.
Unsurprisingly, and happily, Persephone had returned the hug as well, and Kenny felt another surge of warmth radiate throughout his body as he opted to take a page out of Skadi's book, giving her an affectionate nuzzle all the same. Likewise, as Baldur joined in as well, Skadi quickly moved their arm over their torso to bring them just a little closer as well, and Kenny couldn't exactly stop his face glowing a bright red once more, as he happily nodded in response to the grey Dorumon wanting to spend more time with the tamer/Digimon duo. Feeling was pretty much mutual.
As for Baldur, in response to them proclaiming on how they'd look after them, Kenny simply gave a quick glance over to them and pet their head, with just a simple, but very grateful "Thank you." Frankly, if the rest of the members of KIZNA were just as kind and friendly (and fun) as these two were today, then certainly Kenny and Skadi were in very good hands.
Sadly, a great day like this couldn't last forever. Hearing Persephone yawn, and she and Baldur make a little banter about how tired she was, Kenny could only chuckle a little as he stroked her head once more, "I think we must have kinda burned you out a little too much today, Perry. Sorry about that." He and Skadi pulled away from the hug, with the former keeping a hand on her shoulder, "You want us to help you tuck you in bed, at least?" He added, while Skadi nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, it has been quite a long day for you, and honestly..." She twiddled her stubby sausage fingers a little, "I do wish we could stay and play a little longer with you guys. But Baldur's right. You do need some good rest. Maybe when you wake up, we can arrange to meet up for somewhere fun together with you guys over on Tamernet?" While somewhere in Shibuya was defiantly out of the question, something like Rosewood or Snowflake Village would probably be more her speed. After all, despite her crazy antics, Skadi was a considerate creature deep down.
Regardless, if Persephone said 'yes' to that offer, Kenny would pull himself up, and, along with Skadi, help tuck the Dorumon into bed. As much as they really did want to spend more time with her and Baldur, she must have petered herself out from all the hard work she did today, and who could blame her, honestly? She was quite the hard worker who, considering her noted love of gardening, didn't mind getting her hands dirty. It was very admirable.

Persephone couldn't help a soft giggle as Kenny nuzzled her; a claw unwrapping from him to gently pat the top of his head. The proximity was nice, even if she found the number of people trying to snuggle up to her like this perhaps a bit much. Nonetheless, the comfort of their warmth and kindness outweighed the discomfort; so Persephone was more than happy to accept it all.
Baldur, too, seemed more than happy to accept the petting; the Hawkmon chuckling. "Why of course, good sir!" They'd respond with a chirp; smiling brightly. "KIZNA's one big ol' family, really; at least, that's how some of us like to think of it!"
"Considering that a lot of KIZNA's members are either my dad, or my siblings, though... That's not too far from the truth; at least for us, eheh..." Persephone would muse out loud, visibly humored at the thought.
"True, true." Baldur agreed.
As far as Persephone being tired went, though, she'd gently shake her head at Kenny's apology. "It's quite alright, dear. Fatigue's a normal thing for me, and I know how to pace myself." She'd reassure him; humming gently at the touches on her head and shoulder. "I'm happy that I spent my energy like this, though; being productive feels nice, even if it's sometimes a little hard. And..."
She'd pause briefly, seeming to think over her words for as far as the offer to be tucked in went; before she'd shake her head. "... I might not be as strong as you, though I am still functional and capable, dear." She'd gently remind Kenny as she stood up, making for her bed, and sitting on the edge of it. "If I ever need help, though, I will be sure to ask you; alright?"
"Getting in touch on Tamernet later does sound good, though..!" Baldur would agree to Skadi's proposition; smiling brightly as they idly tidied up the sewing table for Persephone. "I can take it from here, though; you're both a couple o' sweethearts, and we appreciate you two offering some help. But she calls me her primary caregiver for a reason, after all; I'm familiar with her needs and limits." They'd smile to Kenny and Skadi with that; moving to plug in Persephone's electric blanket, next, as well as gather up the dirty cups.
Persephone yawned a second time now, as she started to get comfortable - arranging herself under the sheets - though she wouldn't lay down completely, yet. "Thank you for today, though, you two;" She'd murmur softly, as she reached for one of her medicine bottles; popping off the lid. "I do hope you enjoy being a part of KIZNA; and I do hope to see you both again, sometime."

Admittedly, Kenny did have quite the bad habit of offering to help others even when they clearly didn't need it, no matter who they were, and Persephone was no exception. Feeling a little awkward, Kenny just rubbed the back of his neck as he and Skadi could only watch as the Dorumon set herself to bed, "Oh, uh, sorry about that, Perry." He lightly chuckled. He honestly did mean well in his actions, although it was clear he still had quite a ways to go when it came to socialising.
Thankfully, Baldur had agreed to Skadi's Tamernet idea, before pointing out that they knew the grey Dorumon inside and out. "OK, Baldur, I understand!" Skadi nodded, trotting over to Baldur, "And honestly, if anything, you and Perry's been the real sweethearts here today. I hope you guys call us up as soon as possible." She gave a nice grin as she went to give them one last goodbye nuzzle, as Kenny smiled sweetly. Those 2 he swore were made for one another, even if platonically. They were like cheese and chips, in a way.
With Persephone now getting herself comfortable in bed, it was time for everybody to say their goodbyes. Kenny would straighten himself up, "No problem, Perry. And thank you's two for... well, everything, today." He gave one last smile, as Skadi nodded eagerly "If you ever need any help with anything else, do give us a call as soon as you can..."
"We'll be more than happy to help!" Skadi quickly butted in. Kenny snorted a little, before giving Skadi an affectionate noogie in return, making the Valaismon laugh quite a bit. She didn't hesitate to lightly slug her partner in return as soon as he was finished. Even when wrapping up for the day, Skadi couldn't really help but squeeze in an extra bit of cheekiness at her tamer's expense.
"Yeah, what she said." The young tamer chuckled once more, "Anyways, see you later, Perry and Baldur, and do take care of yourselves. And, again, thanks for everything today. We really can't thank you enough, if we're being honest." Frankly, Kenny felt a tinge of happiness hit him, feeling like he had been accepted to a group of people who cared for him for who he was, rather than what other's wanted him to be. It just felt so good.
Perhaps God, Buddha and Arceus had this in mind for Kenny and Skadi all along on that faithful day at the Spartan Training Grounds.
And with that, Kenny and Skadi would make for the door, and as they went through it, Skadi couldn't help but stick her body through it, giving one last happy wave, pulling away as the door slowly shut behind them entirely and softly, as not to disturb Persephone. Likewise, as they walked down the halls once more, they were just as quiet. But there was no denying they had very big smiles on their faces.
Hopefully, they wouldn't let Persephone and Baldur, or anyone else that called KIZNA home, down.
