Rusted Petals [Carlos/Dio/Gio]

Carlos had to agree with Not-K on that, Digimon technology was nothing short of amazing. Besides a small scoff from Dio after the headpat the Shutmon gave the twins, the trio made their way into the airship without much trouble. The inside was quite spacious and well kept, the dining area in particular being arguably larger and more inviting than Carlos' rather humble one back at the apartment.
As for the name she gave them? Well it was unorthodox to say the least, but truth be told it wasn't any more odd than just K. Though it was enough for Gio to tilt his head and give her a puzzled look. "Silence? But you're not all that silent. You're loud and fun!"
"That's...not really a polite observation, Gio." Carlos couldn't help but sigh a bit, hoping Silence would overlook the "loud" part. As truthful as that adjective was.
As for Dio? Well, as per usual by now he'd immediatelly would look in the other direction as soon as Silence jokingly adressed how he was staring at her, the blush in his face never quite going away.
"Tch, you'd like that wouldn't you..." He muttered under his breath, tilting his head so that he could give her a sideglance (and to help hide his obvious blushing from her, of course). "What do you have? I'll have you know The Dark Lord's palate is very refined."
"Don't worry about them, they'll have anything that's not rotting, trust me." Carlos assured Silence with a shrug. For all her first impressions, Silence still felt quite approachable, perhaps even more so than K was in an odd way. At the very least, that's how Carlos and Gio seemed to feel about this whole situation.

”Well yeah. It’s a strange sort of irony ain’t it? Or at least an amusing lil play on words. Just fits and I don’t know why. Tis why I chose it.”
The wolf gave the guilimon a small affectionate headpat before flicking an ear; would she like that? Well with that grin and how she teasingly rubbed the top of the impmon’s head… Well. Maybe she would or perhaps she was just a huge tease? It was hard to tell honestly; she was so much more forward than K ever was!
”Well it’s a good thing that I like my food fresh and ready to go. Lots of meats yanno? Fish. Chicken. Pork. Thinkin sushi tonight actually.”
The wolf laughed a bit and led them to the kitche, it was nice. Homely and there was a lot going on. The ship itself was moving already like they were getting them away from civilization if things went south. She’d flick an ear and lean back as she started working on preparing food.
Like K she was very quick with her hands in the kitchen, but unlike k she used her saberk. The little glimmering knife for quick and precise cuts. Just a high enough power to cut through the meat but not high enough to cut through the cutting board. It was a masterful display of prowess with her energy that the shutmon must've practiced with a lot.
”Well take a seat you three. Table is right over there. I’ll be done in a jiff. Ask any question yah want or just chat it up a bit. Drinks in the fridge. Applejuice, orange juice, some mead if you’re into that sort of thing. Wine if you’re a namby like zephyr.”
”I heard that!”
The shutmon chuckled a bit and stuck her tongue out at where the cockpit was. It was kind of funny to see her banter like this with others. Given that k was so restrained, so refined. Her poise unlike any other mon in the digital world; but that was a good thing. If silence had been like K… it would have been very awkward.
”Mm. Actually why don’t ya’ll tell me a little bout yourselves and I’ll do the same. I may know yah but I don’t know know yah. I’ll return the favor of course!”

Gio's wing like ears perked up at the mention of sushi, the guilmon beaming at Silence as he sat on the table with the other two. Carlos didn't particularly care about what they would have and Dio...well he was probably going to eat in a sour mood regardless, so Silence had pretty much free reign to cook whatever she pleased.
"Tch." The impmon shook his head but didn't say anything else as he gave a somewhat dissaproving look at the shutmon using her Saberk, the one thing he had left from K besides his memories, in such a blatantly mundane and flippant way. Was it a bit hypocritical coming from someone that would do the same just to show off his control of such a skill? Yes, but it was clear he was basically reaching for reasons to stay annoyed and distant at the shutmon.
"Mead? What's t-" Gio began asking with a curious tilt of the head, before he found his mouth be closed shut by the two little hands of his brother, who gave him dissaproving shake of his head and a knowing look.
"Juice is good!" Carlos was quick to add, before anyone could get any crazy ideas. Having little Gio start drinking from such an early age (or at least mental age) was probably not good for him...and it wouldn't be good for any of them to have a tipsy dinosaur with the strenght of a bear roaming around the ship.
Thankfully Silence was quick to provide them with a conversation topic to veer them as far away from that possibility as possible.
"Where to begin..." Carlos said with a pensive sigh, thinking his answer for a moment. "...well for starters we've kinda been roaming and exploring (more like putzing really) around the digital world for...a year or so now." He paused for a moment as that realization dawned on him. Man, time really flew when you were running for your life.
"We've been a bit of all over at this point, surviving, fighting...well they were the ones doing the fighting. I mostly tried not to get killed." He said with a bit of a self deprecating chuckle.
"It's been fun!" Gio added with a smile.
"What about you? What's Silence usual week like?"

Silence’s hands and fingers practically danced to make what she desired to cook for this lot. It was easy and her natural grace was unlike K’s. But in the same sort of way… K was better than she was in the kitchen. But that didn’t matter if one had never seen the other renamon in the kitchen!
”Juice huh? And mead? Oh. It’s a alcoholic beverage, super sweet and usually has honey in it. But methinks you’re a bit young to partake in that sort of stuff.”
She’d flick her tail and use the length to pop open the fridge, one after another the three would find their varied drinks in front of them. Apple, orange and grape juice! Plenty to pick and the shutmon would go back to work. Her hands picking up speed while she listened to carlos.
”Human or digital year? Those bits are important.”
She was really good at digging in at the details and hearing that they had been traveling, surviving, fighting… It sounded like they needed help. She’d turn her head, those ice blue eyes resting on the trio. The human struggled to not get killed while the others did the fighting. Laugh or not there was pain in that statement.
”Hmm. I see.”
A trio of forks, knives and spoons were quickly flipped up and around to land on the table. She was very dexteritous in this form as the trio could see. She’d slip those plates into place while something sizzled and popped on the stove.
”Me? I patrol the digital world, fighting threats and making the place safer for those that can’t fight. Good ol bit of merc work here or there. Cooking lessons on the tele and tons of stretching drinking and getting to know my mercs better. Zephyr works for me but doesn’t do the fighting stuff. There’s Joseph, Lux, Sepulchure, Rahhoul, and Ish’Vardul. Oh and Garlond too I guess. I always forget that butler. Weird unassuming renamon…”
The shutmon laughed and went back to cooking, her hands danced and easily whipped up something that was still nice and hot by the time it made it to the plates. It was a simple but well made steak/rice and eggs mix.
”Hope you don’t mind a lil spice or kick!”

It seemed for now Gio would have to miss out on what mead tasted like, much to his dismay. "Hmph, they always say that." Gio said with a pout, all too used to getting that answer, though he cheered back up almost immediatelly as soon as he was handed some juice, which he started drinking without a moment's hesitation.
As for Silence's rather appropiate question about not only how much but also what kind of time the trio had spent adventuring?
"Uhh...a human year. Definitely human." He replied with a nod. Truth be told he wasn't all too sure himself if that was accurate or not, but if he tried to figure that out now it would give him a headache.
Funnily enough in a way it seemed Silence's day to day life wasn't too dissimilar than that of K's, always striving to "fight the good fight" as some would say. Old habits died hard. Really the biggest difference once again came down to how different she acted now, but Carlos was slowly starting to warm up to her. She had an approachable, almost infectiously positive aura to her that was hard to dislike. Well, to him at least. Dio still didn't seem quite sure how to feel.
Once the food was served however they all had to agree it was...rather good! Great even, if a bit spicy, the unassuming simplicity of the dish perfectly hiding the great taste underneath.
"So good..." Was the only thing Gio had to say in between bites, far too pleased with the food to bother stopping. Carlos added an approving nod as well, muttering something about asking for the recipe later, while Dio quietly ate from his plate, not giving any sort of comment on it, though it was clear he liked the food to some extent as he only stopped eating once for a quick sip of his juice.
"You have a way with food. This something you learned recently or did it...come "pre-packaged"?" Asked the man, immediatelly regretting the way he did so as he felt the eyes of the imp glaring daggers at him from across the table.

”Tell yah what Gio, you win against me and I’ll maybe consider it yeah?”
Silence laughed a bit and gave him a soft elbow to the side; she wasn’t the sort to hold back and if the mon wanted to try it there was the non alcoholic kind she had somewhere around there. She’d turn her head to stare at carlos as he gave his answer. So a human year, but likely spent between the two worlds. Else she’d be a bit older she figured. Unless they were just meeting up in the right place.
”Shoulda figured, else you’d look a bit more haggard right? Heh.”
The shutmon took a seat and one of the forks danced over her knuckles, slipping between her fingers and after a moment she’d snort to herself. Not much of a reason to use cutlery when her own claws were sharper and better suited for the stuff. She’d use the spoon or fork for the eggs n rice but not for the steak!
”Bit of both methinks. Prior mon definitely had enough of a kick in the kitchen; sometimes I feel like I can’t compare with the dreams of her I have. Or the things she did. Kinda crazy really.”
The shutmon laughed a bit and gave a shrug; even so she didn’t seemn to mind the question all too much. She’d gain a smile and noticing the daggers that dio was throwing the man; the shutmon paused and while she was putting the fork in the eggs.
”And if memory serves there was a lot she did that was more than just cookin and kickin ass. My fur may be white but my eyes ain’t. Spill the beans you little gremlin else I’m gonna shove your face down into the food so your attitude can piss right off.”
The shutmon spun her spoon around and jabbed it towards dio; it was a completely empty threat truly. But the smile and that twinkle in the eye was more lending itself to try to make the imp open up.
”That or maybe steak doesn’t do it for the Dark lord? Maybe I should get a little lobster or somethin? Or are you a vegetarian even though Gio here is packin more pointy bits than a captainhookmon’s arsenal?”

"Heheh, deal!" The guilmon chirped back happily, before looking back at his tamer, sudden realization visibly striking him in that very moment. Right, he forgot to ask for permission! "Can I Carlos? Pretty please and thanks?" He said, tilting his head as if knowingly trying to make himself look cuter. Carlos rolled his eyes, a somewhat amused chuckle escaping him as he gently pet the lizard's head.
"If she's fine with it sure, just don't go crazy over it." It was really hard to say no to that face, after all.
Regardless, Carlos soon got his answer from the Shutmon at least. So there was some small overlap. He couldn't possibly imagine how that must have felt, having memories of stuff you very clearly had never done before, but at some point in your past you had lived through them. One had to question how advanced Digimon had to be from humans to keep their minds intact despite the sheer possible amount of memories and knowledge stored in them. Not that he got to think too hard about it, as Silence's rather flippant and completely unserious threat to his partner was rather hard to ignore to the point he had to keep himself from laughing at it a bit.
"G-gremlin?" Dio meanwhile found himself repeating aloud, rather taken aback and more surprised by her choice of words than anything, really. It didn't last long however, as he soon snapped out of it and gave Silence a glare as well, though it soon stopped as his eyes drifted back down, a somewhat pensive sigh exhaled from his mouth.
"She did a lot. Both for the world and me- I mean us. Whatever story or feelings I had with her went away as soon as she did, if that's what you're hoping to get out of me. If you're really curious then feel free to dig through your own memories. Or ask him, whatever." He said while pinching the bridge of his nose whilst giving a cock of his head towards the man, before giving the Shutmon a quicker, more polite nod with his head. "Food was fine though, tasty even. Thanks."
Having said that, he made his way for the exit out of the dining area. "I'll be waiting at the dojo if that's alright." Without really waiting for a confirmation he'd continue on his quite unmerry way, eyes barely looking ahead as he did so.
Gio merely tilted his head, his eyes looking at his brother with a visible gleam of concern, though it didn't stop him from "discreetly" reaching for Dio's mostly unfinished plate. "Is big bro sad, Carlos?"
"He's...probably having a bit of a weird time here, really." The man shook his head, massaging his temple as he glanced back at Silence, a knowing expression on his face. "I don't think I need to tell you him and you- I mean K were rather...close. He never told me how much exactly but it was obviously more than just teacher and student, if you catch my drift."

”That does require you to win against me though~ And trust me sweetheart I’m not that easy to do so against!”
Silence grinned a bit and then reached out to pat the top of the guilmon’s head; she knew that it would probably end up with them getting a taste either way and the shutmon was okay with that. She’d give a thumbs up to carlos and after hearing the stammering from dio all silence could do was let out a hearty laugh.
”Oh c’mon! You’re short, purple and look like a lil demon. That’s pretty much peak gremlin! But I’ll be damned if you aren’t cute as a button with how you glare like that.”
Silence stuck out her tongue at that glare and then grew somewhat serious as she leaned forward. The grin on her face shifting slightly; so he did know the previous iteration and she’d mull over a few things. She’d blow a small ring of ice out of her mouth that would dissipate quickly.
”Personally… If I went digging too much I’d find things that weren’t what I did. I already have to deal with them when sketching stuff out. I’ll show you what i mean later maybe.”
She had heard various tales of the previous iteration from holly, mikemon and even some from syre. It was something she was still learning about and the further she went… the more she heard. Watching him go the shutmon mused over something again and then just grinned.
”Oh… He’ll get better I can already tell. He’s already through the hardest part which is admitting to himself she’s gone.”
Silence turned in her chair to look to the man; tilting her head and then rubbing at her snout. So they were probably unofficial lovers or maybe they had a stint… there was a distinct memory; very light memory of the feeling of unity. One that she recognized… that of a DNA digivolution. She had seen a few instances of it and after a few moments she’d stretch after standing up.
”Mmm. I do catch your drift and while I might be a bit more forward about stuff than she was I can certainly say I understand.”
Silence turned and waved the other two to follow her; heading over to the dojo. If they wanted to follow they could; or if they wanted to finish their food this just meant that she’d end up fighting the grumpy gremlin!
Once in the dojo segment with or without the other two she’d give a full stretch; it was quite a sizable room, so much space to the point of… Well they had enough for a full on super mega fight if they really wanted! It was nuts how much space they had!
”Well lets pick a level. Rookie? Champ? Ult? Mega? Super mega? Hell I can even do an armor evo if that’s your style. Don’t real care~”
The shutmon rolled her shoulders and worked her arms around in a few different directions; showing just how flexible and how strong she had to be to hold some of them for as long as she did. With a grunt she’d pop one of her shoulders and then sigh as her tail flopped against the floor.
”Though to be honest if I went with the last one there’s only one or two to pick from. Dunno if you’d wanna fight either of em.”

Sadly, Dio was not nealy as amused by the continued gremlin comparison from Silence (unlike Carlos who was struggling not to at least smile), no matter how accurate it was. It wasn't for pride related reasons, he simply didn't find it in himself to feel amused at the moment. His mind was too busy elsewhere, merely letting out an unamused sigh at her comment. And why did people find him cute anyways?
At any rate, having said what he wanted to say and seeing how nobody stopped him, he soon found himself alone for the time being on the dojo, sitting next to one of the walls as quietly mulled over all that had happened, and what was going to happen. Suddenly, a drink from that mead stuff didn't seem like a bad idea.
"I hope so." Was all the man back on the kitchen could say. At this point he was convinced that was something Dio had to learn to move on from on his own, or maybe with Silence's help, since the things Carlos had tried didn't seem to do much to help out. "I figured you would. You still have some of her somewhere right? That's not something you can simply erase from your memory."
Having said that both him and the guilmon followed after her, the latter a bit dissapointed he couldn't get to finish his plate, but the possibility of fighting Silence alongside his brother was far more interesting than any food.
Once they reached the dojo they'd find the imp no longer mulling in a corner, but rather standing up ready near the middle of the room, his cross armed stance very clearly saying "took you long enough" to either Silence, his brother, or both.
"Rookie's fine. If we need higher we go higher. And don't hold back this time." The imp replied, already stretching his own arms around in a way similar to Silence, though obviously not on the same level as that of the Ultimate level wolf. With that he'd walk to the center of the dojo, motioning Gio to do the same. The little dinosaur complied, looking up expectantly at their white furred host.
"Good luck, Silence!"

Silence could tell something was up with dio, it wasn’t too hard but rather than focus on that she’d make those jokes. Keep those smiles; she’d deal with it later once they had fought or something. She’d stretch a bit in her seat and raised a brow at carlos. Did she have some stuff left over from K in her memory? She’d look down at the table and flick her ears a few times.
”I do. There’s a lot in there that I haven’t really gone over or thought about. A lot of it doesn’t feel like I should. Too personal. Too much of her. Too many things that she’s done that I couldn’t imagine doing.”
She’d exhale a little bit and look up to carlos; she looked pensive for a moment which was unlike silence normally and she’d stand up. Gritting her teeth. There were moments burned into her memory of the amazing things that the prior iteration had done.
”The most intense memories I have of her are of her fighting some big bad. Making Daemon kneel. Fighting a wisemon in the middle of some static mess of a land. Those memories are the easiest to remember. Personal stuff is harder depending on who or what it is.”
But it was clear that she remembered carlos and dio given that she knew their names without them even introducing themselves. So the question was just how much did she remember? In the dojo she’d nod her head; hearing that the imp wanted to fight in rookie silence’s face would split in a grin.
She’d crack her neck and with a roll of her shoulders the shutmon would de-digivolve. Unlike K however silence wasn’t just pure fur; there was a metal gauntlet on one of her arms and most of what would have been her fur was some kind of leather uniform. She’d toss her hood back and tug her goggles down; that grin never leaving her face.
”Thanks gio. And hold back? You wound me!”
She’d give dio a small wink and place her hands together; dio would recognize the stance but there was something different about it. It was more natural; less practiced. There was more oomph in it but it wasn’t that of someone who built to it. Just someone who had been born with it. The skill that she had seemed paltry to K’s but.
The sword she drew came from somewhere else, the digital letters wove themselves around her fingers and as she pulled this sword of energy out it was clearly a different color than K’s. It was far more personalized but it also seemed… Eerily familiar. It also felt far far far more intense. Her sword was thicker, and seemed to have more weight to it. In comparison it was much more like a bastard sword than a long sword.
She’d widen her stance a little bit more and in her gauntleted hand; which was now considered her free hand she’d clench it and in after throwing her hand out to one side she’d summon out a second blade. It was thinner, sleeker and had a much sharper looking edge [if a energy sword could even look sharp…] her grin also split her face a little more and she’d nod her head to the duo.
”Ready when you are~”

"That does sound like her, alright." Carlos said with a nod, but didn't know what else to add. It was kind of ironic really, her strongest memories were all of things neither him nor Dio had been around for. Yet she still remembered their names just fine and their bond to some extent. He didn't know how to feel about that, other than...well, glad. Not being forgotten was good enough, even if she didn't quite knew the full picture.
There was a visible pause when Dio's gaze sat on Silence's rookie form. Much like everything about Silence so far it was similar to K's, but also so much different. Gauntlets, goggles, a sleek uniform of sorts. He had to admit, she had a fairly striking look, a far cry from K's rather reserved yet quietly elegant style.
His gaze only hardened at that ensuing wink however, turning into a focused if defiant glare, as if trying to reassure her she wasn't getting to him when it was all too painfully obvious that she was. And when she summoned that now all too familiar energy sword of hers? Well Dio would follow suit, his left fingers not so much tracing but rather raking a line from his right forearm all the way to his hand, a purple streak of energy following close behind as a relatively smaller but equally sharp blade of energy was formed in his arm. Almost like a silent reply to an equally silent question.
As for Gio well, he could only look at both of them with an excited look, muttering something to the effect of "so cool" under his breath. Though neither he nor Dio expected or quite knew how to react when Silence reached forth and summoned a second blade like the first. Dio in particular seemed...rather taken aback for a moment, though he forced himself to push that aside, shaking his head as if to literally force the thought out of it. This wasn't K, he told himself so again and again. He had to remember that above anything else.
"You asked for it." Was all the warning he gave before he rushed forward, going from completely still to a full on sprint in an instant, Gio following close behind. Yet he was the first to make a move, breaking away from Dio and off to the side, his mouth spewing a black cloud in the direction of the fox and imp, obscuring both Dio and his position inside the cloud (and Silence's should she choose to remain in her spot). Not one to let up, Dio immediatelly went in for the kill, slashing horizontally at Silence from within the cloud.
Gio covers a good chunk of the arena with Exhaust Cloud. Dio rushes in and tries to draw the first blood with D-Edge.
[RAM Upgrade Giga] D-Edge: Focusing power on either of his arms, Dio summons forth an energy blade coming out from his forearm. Said blade is made of unrefined energy, so it has to be elemental in nature in order to be maintained. It takes the shape of a fire wreathed blade, but its damage is slightly higher than Dio's average fire based skills, being able to succesfully block a single target skill, or be used to attack, causing heavy damage. The blade will disappear after either three successful attacks or a block, and can only be used for either attack or defense per activation (it can't used to block after doing one swing). Three posts cooldown.
Exhaust Cloud: Gio breathes out hot smoke screen that obscures vision in a small area, while the small embers within it cause medium damage to any enemy standing inside the cloud. However, if the smoke is struck by any fire or plasma based attacks the embers within it will heat up significantly, increasing the damage done by the cloud significantly. Unless blown away by other attacks the smoke cloud lasts for two turns, and has a 3 turn cooldown.

"I think the thing that bothers me the most about remembering that sort of thing is that I haven't done it. Some grand battle that feels like I'm just watching rather than participating. Makes me antsy yanno?"Silence gave a sigh and shook her head; there was a lot about it that she didn’t like. Some memories were so powerful that they were crystal clear; the edging moments of each battle. The intenseness, the passion and flame that she felt from her last iteration burning so brightly and so fiercely that even now she could still feel it coursing through her data. The renamon shifted her stance ever so slightly as she now had two swords and two foes to account for. One being a far cry from the usual that she fought while the other reminded herself a bit of when she fought against a particular leomon from the Rosewood guard for training. Seeing Dio draw that blade made Silence pause for a moment. The way that he drew it; the way that he held it. It screamed of her. Not only did dio know her prior iteration; that blade told her everything she needed to know and there was a moment where silence seemed to actually want to ask about it. She wanted to know about it. But she’d push those questions down and her stance widened a bit. She’d hunch her back a bit and deeply inhale. As though preparing herself for this fight. But in reality what she was doing was centering herself; her blades seemed to sharpen a bit and her eyes turned to slits. Gio’s cloud would engulf her and sure it would sting but all that did for her was billow out her cloak; making it easy for Gio to probably see where she was at for a moment before it settled. Then dio’s attack and he’d find that his blade met another about halfway; his blade mere inches to hitting her body proper. The next thing that followed let the both of them know that she was definitely in a different skill bracket than k was. Who was a practiced fighter; in truth she had never really been one for fighting but just did what needed to be done. Silence was born for it; every fight was something that pumped in her core. Through her data and actions; the renamon used the clash and in the next instant was vaulting up and out of the cloud. Using her airborne nature for the moment she’d rapidly spin around and send a large wave of energy lashing out down towards where Gio was. She’d land on the ground not a good twenty or so feet away, skidding and scraping on the ground a bit to stop herself. Her energy swords swishing up to a right and ready stance. Nothing that K had ever done in rookie had seemed to use so much energy; but where K had been reserved silence was breathing and living for the moment. In fact she didn’t even seem like that took much out of her; but carlos would see that her eyes were still slits. And she was still locked onto the other two; assessing them. Looking for openings and weakness. ”C’mon you gremlin! Give me a good show! I WANT TO SEE YOUR BLOODY TEETH.”She’d slam her swords together; making them spark. K had never taunted an opponent or asked for more. She just silently fought. Which made silence’s namesake a lot more ironic than either could fathom. Log: -Silence blocks Dio’s D-edge with her Seventh key -Silence does some weird acrobatic nonsense -Silence uses Saberk to make a wide energy attack from afar. Passives: Mark of the Knight|Passive: Each individual within the order have their own marking. It may be located anywhere they please as long as it's easy to see/find. It signifies their power and their ability to act on their own or in a group. This symbol provides them with a Light regen[5%] per combat posting round. Active Effects: [RAM UPGRADE GIGA]The Seventh Key: A Gift from her last iteration, for unlocking the potential that she was capable of. This ability is naturally represented by digital coding on various parts of her body, one on each of her arms, legs[Dragon, Space, Sword, Silence] and a seven pronged key on her chest in light blue Luminescent pattern. This ability allows her to draw forth a saberk unlike any other, one that bleeds into others of it's kind to strengthen them if they are present while also allowing a blade of it's own use if she deigns so. This saberk is capable of being any weapon, capable of shooting out energy waves or projectiles and lasts until broken or dismissed. To enhance a present saberk she must invoke this ability separately. The range on the energy blasts/waves differs level to level for melee 15/50/150/300/1000 and ranged weapons 30/100/300/600/N/A respectively [Measurements done in feet]. Additionally if a physical weapon is present on a form this saberk variant may empower them instead.
RAM UPGRADE - Saberk: Placing her two "pointer" fingers together this digimon draws energy from within and places them at their fingertips. Extending either hand outwards a blade is summoned from the pure energy of the creature. This blade can come in many shapes or sizes. But in the end the power of the blade doesn't change. It may even be two handed or one handed. This blade can shoot out small energy projection from along it's length, usually in an arc following a slash. While the distance of the energy can only reach out to about fifteen feet this allows for a limited use of projectiles from the blade itself. It's certainly strong enough to cut through steel, but anything stronger than that? The blade can shatter.

Almost with ease Silence seemed to deflect Dio's attack away from her, blades clashing in a loud crackle of energy and sparks, and before he even had time to go for a second slash she was already gone, jumping above both twins and taking the opportunity to send a wave of energy against Gio. Without enough time for the guilmon to react it hit against him head on, the strenght of the blast sending the lizard back first against the floor, stopping his run dead in his tracks. He grit his teeth and growled, but other than that and some burnt scales he didn't seem worse for wear, or really in any pain as he quickly got back on his feet. Really, Dio seemed more stunned than he was, eyes widened as he witnessed the renamon land away from them and...call him a gremlin again, slamming her swords together as she did so. It was rather out of left field for not only him, but also the human witnessing all these from the relative safety of the sidelines. Even if it had been obvious, it was quickly becoming clear that Silence was a different beast all together to K. She was antithetical to what K was. Loud, boisterous, savage. Hell, she even made it a point to teach Dio to not mince words mid fight (something which admitedly he never fully incorporated). And yet there was Silence, looking like a wild animal, barking and taunting at him not even a minute into their fight, goading him to go for more. He grit his teeth, his sneering expression barely growing more pronounced than it already was. He would be glad to oblige her. "I'll show YOU gremlin." He muttered back, rushing to meet her once again, energy blade scraping and making sparks along the floor as he ran. Hey, if she could be extra so could he, right? His brother would join him soon enough, the twins now dashing side by side in her direction. Gio lunged at her first this time, his eyes also turned into a pair of slits as of now, his long claws glowing and crackling with power as he swung downwards at the fox. Dio seemed like he was going to follow after his brother at first and also engage in close range...before he took a jump to the side, his free hand glowing blue with a cold energy. As he sent an icy chain to try and tie her down, even for a moment, somewhere deep in the furthest receses of his mind he couldn't help but wonder what would have K thought about tbat simple move, one he probably wouldn't have made had it not been for her.
Gio takes damage from Silence's attack and triggers his Axon Charge passive. Gio attacks with Plasmic Release while Dio stays back and uses ChaineD.
Plasmic Release: Gio charges up his claws with volatile plasma, which makes his next punch or slash do increased damage. The plasma can strike a single target for medium damage, but if it misses the plasma will detonate and spread out in a small area in front of Gio, being able to strike up to two targets at once but doing reduced damage.
[RAM Upgrade Giga] Axon Charge: Due to Gio’s rather odd upbringing and traces of his old demon lord data, his body and very core react to physical trauma in an different way. On top of an increased tolerance to pain, every time Gio receives damage from a named move he stores a part of the attack’s energy within him, giving him a charge. He can store up to five of these charges. Every charge gives him a 5% increase in damage to all of his named moves, though he loses a charge for every two turns without receiving damage. Furthermore he can spend all five charges to create a medium ranged explosion around him causing heavy damage to up to two targets, but can’t gain charges for the next two turns.
[RAM Upgrade] ChaineD: A more refined version of his bootleg saberk D-Edge skill, Dio summons a frozen ice chain made out of purple energy. It can be extend up to 13ft, latch on to most surfaces with ease and can't be melted. If used against an enemy it will coil itself around them, causing medium damage and rooting anything below armor champion for one post. Three posts cooldown.
Durations: Axon Charge (1/5 charges) D-Edge: (2 out of 3 attacks left)
Cooldowns: ChaineD:(0/3)
Exhaust Cloud: (1/3) Plasmic Release: (0/3)

It wasn’t practiced, it was never practiced. It was all her reactions; unlike K she had very little in the way of formal training. The bits that she got from luminas only re-enforced the deadly reaction times that she had. The react and act was so vastly different than anything that K had that it was fighting someone completely different. The way she held her blades? It wasn’t as though she learned them; they learned her. They were just another longer extension of her body. She was completely natural and it was beyond anything that k could have managed in this form. Something that would be upsetting if it wasn’t so ridiculous. The calling and boisterous nature just packed on the fact she was just a bundle of instincts ready and raring to go at any second. The twins meeting her halfway as she didn’t even wait for them to come to her. Gio’s strike would find itself deep in her guard, but that was part of the point. Her right sword coming up to meet the dinosaur head on. A class that she didn’t even really care much to get hit by. If gio didn’t move out of the way he’d find the icy powers of silence were even more far reaching. Dio would know without a doubt that this ability was not something that K had. And the following attack that silence slammed her hands together. In the edging moments of his attack as they wrapped around her body, restricting her movement her sword flared with an indescribable power. Something that billowed out in a destructive finish. For a spar; this fox was going the distance that K didn’t even go in. She was always reserved. Always on the back foot. Always assessing and taking her time. Silence was a wrecking ball; you pointed her at something and she went for it completely. If gio remained within her reach he’d find that not only did these pair of attacks hurt more than the energy blade. The second one would launch him across the sparring locale; silence snarling and tugging at the chains that bound her. The swords that she had used were gone now; shattered. Destroyed and in a fine energy mist. One that silence didn’t seem to care for as it slowly dissipated. ”C’mon is that all you got?”Her words were laced with venom, her eyes in slits. She was completely in the mode; ready to keep going. The same aura that k had was gone, replaced with something that would curdle the blood of anyone meeting her eyes, her fangs parted and there was a pleased growl that rolled through her teeth. Silence lived and breathed for the fight; she would go farther than anyone else not because she wanted to. But because she enjoyed this. Log: -Silence takes both attacks and is rooted to the ground. -But not before she makes some pretty outlandish combos using Ice wave + Galaxy Projection. Passives: [spoiuler]Mark of the Knight|Passive: Each individual within the order have their own marking. It may be located anywhere they please as long as it's easy to see/find. It signifies their power and their ability to act on their own or in a group. This symbol provides them with a Light regen[5%] per combat posting round.[/spoiler] Moves: RAM UPGRADE - [Galaxy-Projection: Cupping it's hands together this digimon can summon up the tiniest fraction of power that could be considered the big bang. Using this she is able to make one powerful sweeping strike either with her hands or with a saberk if it is present to highly damage an enemy, knocking them back thirty feet and shattering her blade if present. Three post cool down.
Ice-Wave: This digimon cups her hands together and makes a wide slashing gesture. Out of her hands leaps a torrent of ice intent on slamming into the nearest target, breaking through any blocking ability that may be present dealing medium damage to those behind it. The block ability's cool down is not triggered if this is used. Three post cool down. Can be used in tandem with Saberk. This move is capable of freezing water and in a pinch objects that it hits instead of an enemy. Outside of combat this move doesn't have a cool down. Cooldowns: GP: [0/3] IW: [0/3]

Even as Silence's sword slammed against him the Guilmon didn't stop for long, merely flinching to the side slightly by the icy wave, looking more annoying than pained, if that. It was the next hit that really made a difference however. His eyes locked on that same gesture of Silence's hands clasping together again, before everything became a blurry mess for the lizard, the world revolving and speending beside him as he was suddenly sent flying backwards uncontrollably, a pained snarl escaping him once he eventually crashed against the ground again, a cloud of dust and rubble rising as he landed back first. Though soon behind the cloud a crimson glow would be noticeable as the crests and symbols on Gio's body began to light up, his core slowly but strongly reacting to all that damage received. "That...was fun." He growled, his slit eyes opening up again as he got back up, loudly cracking his neck before rushing back into the fray, though it would take a precious amount of time before he could get sufficiently in range again. In the meantime, Dio would have to serve as Silence's sole target. Which after seeing that indiscriminate show of raw power was more than enough to make the impmon nervous. Well, more than he already was. Not that he would show it. If anything, since that last attack he looked even more focused yet feral than before, his own eyes slowly becoming slits like those of his brother and his ex teacher, and his mouth a fang bearing sneer. "Oh we're just getting started!" The imp snapped back, a now fire wrapped fist slamming down into the ground in front of Silence. Were she not to break free of her chains in time, she'd soon feel the floor underneath her heating up as a large release of fire and energy burst forth from the ground, intent on covering her whole with fire. If she wasn't going to hold anything back, Dio was more than happy to go that extra mile as well. Gio is hurt and sent back by all of Silence's attacks, charging up his passive further, and is trying to make his way back into the fight.
Dio uses Pillar of Fire against the rooted Silence.

Pillar of Fire: Punches the ground and either surrounds himself in a fiery pillar or creates a small wall of fire. Said fire can last up to one post. Two posts cool down.
