Seeing gio go flying in the air only made silence feel bad for half a second; the next moment she got to see the guilmon get up. Something dangerous was happening in his body and she was curious to know what exactly. With dio being so close to her; he would see the few bits of damage that silence had taken slowly start to repair themselves. Unlike K she seemed to possess some kind of regenerative ability. Something that many rookies did not. It definitely made her more durable but it wasn’t the reason why she was so savage and so into the fight. Her eyes flicked to Dio as he spoke; seeing that sneer and the fangs being beared. Dio would snap at her and send that fire wrapped fist into the ground. The chains around her felt a bit looser and the renamon grinned just before she looked to be engulfed in flame. Only for her to appear an inch from Dio’s face; that shit eating grin splitting her face ear to ear. Her fist was already drawn back and if Dio didn’t move he’d find himself getting decked in the face with her gauntleted hand. Looking to knock the Gremlin to the ground now that she had an opening like this. It would definitely hurt given the state of her fist… and the fact she had armor on the hand she just used to try to punch dio in the face with. ”Now that’s what I’m lookin for! Show me all you’ve got C’mon!”She wasn’t goading him, she wasn’t teasing him. She was looking for a fight that the both of them were giving her. She was fighting them on equal terms and would match whatever they felt like going to. She was clearly enjoying herself, dio would be able to feel the way her energy was fluctuating; the way that it was pounding out around her. She had so much steam left, so much more she wanted to do. She was giddy with the fact this fight was even happening. That grin on her face only kept growing and sooner rather than later she might just end up looking like a cheshire cat! Log: -Silence uses displacement to avoid pillar of fire! -Silence goes to deck Dio with her armored hand -Silence is healing somehow?! There was a rather alarming feeling of deja vu coursing through Dio as Silence flashed that dangerous smile at him before his attack, one he had only felt in two separate ocassions before hand. Both had been while fighting K. Both just the moment before he used that one attack. His fears proved to be founded when he found himself mere inches away from Silence in the next second, the fox having moved in the nick of time to be completely unscathed by the fire, just before Dio's face was violently met by a gauntled being smashed against it. For such a simple, mundane and rather unnimpressive attack it was rather quite painful regadless, both literally and to Dio's pride as he found himself falling on his rump by the sheer raw strenght of the punch. He'd stare back at Silence for all of a second or two, his sneer momnetarily gone and instead replaced by a look of...sheer and absolute beffudlement. As if he couldn't believe she would have gone for a mere punch of all things when given the chance. That and well, because he was noticing that regeneration of hers. He'd be lying if he said it wasn't concerning, knowing that if given an edge she would simply outlast her way out of the fight with that trick. He couldn't play defensively anymore. His surprise and shock didn't last long however, as his scowl returned while he sprang back to his feet while his right hand was thrust forward with a rage filled yell, aiming to stab the renamon with his own energy blade, caring little what would happen to him by attacking so recklessly. On the plus side by now Gio had finally caught up with them, and would be bearing down on Silence with an equally mundane and unnimpressive headbutt. Or at least it would have been unimpressive, had it not been for the glowing symbols going on all over Gio's body, his muscles tense and his scales firm like his body was made out of kevlar, the strenght behind his attack being at least somewhat comparable to that of Silence's opening attacks.
Dio takes Silence's hit head on, before retaliating with another attack of his D-Edge. Also Gio does a headbutt.
[RAM Upgrade] (Passive) Gigantic Strenght: Strangely, it would seem Gio’s physical strength as a rookie is 50% more than that of a regular Rookie, though this doesn’t amount to much in practical combat, as it simply allows his basic attacks to be slightly stronger than the average rookie, as well as be able to lift things twice his size and weight with relative ease.
[RAM Upgrade Giga] Axon Charge: Due to Gio’s rather odd upbringing and traces of his old demon lord data, his body and very core react to physical trauma in an different way. On top of an increased tolerance to pain, every time Gio receives damage from a named move he stores a part of the attack’s energy within him, giving him a charge. He can store up to five of these charges. Every charge gives him a 5% increase in damage to all of his named moves, though he loses a charge for every two turns without receiving damage. Furthermore he can spend all five charges to create a medium ranged explosion around him causing heavy damage to up to two targets, but can’t gain charges for the next two turns.
[RAM Upgrade Giga] D-Edge: Focusing power on either of his arms, Dio summons forth an energy blade coming out from his forearm. Said blade is made of unrefined energy, so it has to be elemental in nature in order to be maintained. It takes the shape of a fire wreathed blade, but its damage is slightly higher than Dio's average fire based skills, being able to succesfully block a single target skill, or be used to attack, causing heavy damage. The blade will disappear after either three successful attacks or a block, and can only be used for either attack or defense per activation (it can't used to block after doing one swing). Three posts cooldown.
Durations: Axon Charge (3/5 charges) D-Edge: (1 out of 3 attacks left)
Cooldowns: ChaineD:(2/3) Pillar of Fire (1/3)
Exhaust Cloud: (3/3) Plasmic Release: (2/3)

A simple attack was often more than not what one needed to throw out the usual bashing of moves that people relied on. A single strike; underpowered as it was was able to shake dio in some sense. She could see his look and she’d give him a big ol grin; winking at him as though she was enjoying herself far too much. The bit of healing she was able to get from this opening wasn’t something to laugh at either; given the fact that if K had ever gotten hold of such an ability she would have been next to unstoppable. But maybe that in itself was a good thing. That scowl that sprang to his face made silence blink. But the practiced ease of what came next would likely be disconcerting. She’d step to one side, her gauntleted hand coming down again; but this time not to punch him. But to grab the extended arm that he was attacking so recklessly with. It was seeing Gio out of her peripheral that let her know what to do next. Given if she was able to grasp that arm, she’d firmly yank dio off of his feet… And turn on her heel, drawing him up and over to slam his back against the oncoming headbut in such a way that would slam the both of them to the ground. Directing Gio’s headbut into the dirt and Dio’s pride would probably not be too far gone either. She didn’t really trust the symbols on Gio’s body glowing like that; seeing the both of them get like this was something that made her data rush. ALl three of them were into the moment and the renamon wanted to keep going. It was that obvious; but the question was here would Carlos be comfortable with them stepping forward in such a bout? ”Just like that. Just. Like that. I like your spunk you two!”Silence grinned ear to ear, placing her hands to either side. There was approval straight in her eyes and the grin was definately something that k would never have. She preferred gentle smiles and soft touches to silence’s brutal practices. ”Sovereigns above do I like this. You fixing to go further eh?” Log: -Silence uses one motherfucker to beat another motherfucker Passive: Mark of the Knight|Passive: Each individual within the order have their own marking. It was next to impossible to tell what was going on inside their minds in that moment. Dio was...frankly a bit of a mess, a rush of conflicting emotions at every step of their fight. Anger, elation, shame, embarrasment, enjoyment, sadness, the whole gamut. Gio was fairly more straightforward, but something deep made him unable to feel only enjoyment and excitement out of the fight. Was it Dio's feelings interfering with his to some extent? Did the data they shared also include memories of what Silence used to be? He wasn't sure but whatever the case he was having a good time and...to some odd extent, so was Dio. There was something liberating about letting his emotions run wild and in such a physical manner.
Perhaps that's why he found himself blindsided enough for Silence's ensuing move to take him by surprise like it did, as the imp soon felt being yanked around by his arm like a ragdoll by the larger fox. The indignant situation didn't end there sadly, as he soon found himself being literally used as a blunt instrument against his approaching brother's head, sending both the surprised Gio and pained Dio plummeting head first into the ground.
There was a momentary pause in their fighting that Silence used to congratulate and praise the two downed twins, which was more than welcomed by them truth be told, as that last attack had not so much knocked the wind out of their sails as much as it had set them ablaze, the two digimons laying on the ground while panting heavily, looking up at the renamon in a weird mixture of awe, surprise and...an odd understanding, the likes only like minded individuals had. Oh, and a fair share of blushing from Dio as well of course, his pride in shambles after being used as a makeshift bat.
"Owow...you're pretty good yourself too, miss Silence!" The lizard said with a grin, clearly having too much enjoyment out of the fight to be slowed down by all the bruises and pain.
Even if Silence hadn't literally asked for this, Dio knew they had to go further. They were never going to make any meaningful progress against Silence as rookies, and he was frankly itching to show her just what he was capable off when he got serious. As for Gio? Well, he was too happy with how the fight was going to want to stop any time soon!
"Tch...you asked for this, you brick shit house..." The imp snarled, forcing himself back on his feet and glaring at the human watching from the sidelines. "CARLOS! Do it!"
The man who had so far been watching this thing unfurl with his mouth agape, his eyes barely being able to keep up with the action took a good moment to even register the words from his partner, but once he did he...frankly knew there was no arguing with him. He extracted his digivice from a pocket in his jacket, his own heart racing for reasons he himself couldn't fully explain besides the connection between all three partners. The plastic device had been glowing for a while now, hot to the touch and giving out an almost blinding glow. Even if he didn't wanted to, there was simply not stopping the two of them now.
With but a touch on the screen the twins became enveloped by a bright light, their bodies shifting, twisting, evolving. With emotions running high as they were, it would probably come as no surprise for either that they both jumped all the way up to ultimate, the Neo Devimon and WarGrowlmon bearing down on the now considerably smaller fox with ill intent.
Without even waiting for her to be ready, they were already back on the offensive, Dio's eyes glowing with intensity as a red hot beam of energy shot straight for her, whilst Gio did more of the same, a large number of small thundering missiles being shot out of his mechanical arms and straight at Silence.
Things had escalated quickly indeed.
After taking damage from Silence's styling, the twins have enough and digivolve into ultimate, attacking with Red Ray and Plasmic Salvo.
Plasmic Salvo: Fires off a salvo of missile shaped plasma projectiles out of his arms. Causes medium damage to a single target and lowers their defense by 30% for a turn. 3 Turn Cooldown.
Red Ray: Fires a long ranged (100ft) red energy beam from his visor. This attack is not particularly powerful damage wise, but can easily pierce through armor of its same level and below. Three posts cooldown.
Cooldowns:
Plasmic Salvo (0/3) Red Ray (0/3)

Silence’s grin was practically splitting her face, she looked beyond pleased with how things were going. Looking down at the other two she would have offered to get them off of their feet but she knew that the fight was well from done. She’d blink a bit however seeing that awed look; making a small waving gesture to sort of brush it off. She didn’t need that. She never needed that. What she needed was a fight. What they gave her felt sublime and she was bouncing on her feet ready and raring to go with more. Returning that grin that gio gave her and even giving a small wink to the imp. A brick shit house? He certainly needed to work on his insult game if he thought that was one! She’d adjust herself a little bit; wondering what forms they would take. She had a thought that maybe dio would become some variant of beezlemon at higher levels and Gio? She was fully expecting something like a growlmon variant. But what she was given was not entirely unexpected. Seeing both of them take light the renamon took a few moments to gush at their forms. ”A Neo Devimon? I’ve never seen one of those before! Looks badass! And wargrowlmon? I think I’ve seen one of those in the paper before… but not a black one that’s for sure! You can just feel the power and confidence!”She was getting ready and bouncing more and more on her feet, seeing them launch attacks at her. Her grin kept going and going and there was a blistering moment of it seemed like she wasn’t able to digivolve fast enough. But her light had wrapped around her, taken every bit of her. Shredded what little she had it seemed and put the two entirely to shame with the fact that she had gone above and beyond ultimate. Straight to Mega! A mega dio would recognize, the black fur that bristled along her form. The armor that seemed pale and lifeless compared to that of what she was before. Strength within strength. He'd know of this; he had fought against it in earnest once before. Never to see it again. But this time it was different, excited. Happy to fight rather than happy to try to kill him. The smile that was plastered on it's lips was only brief. The speed and strength of this form wasn't questionable so much as it was surprising. The missiles weren't so much the problem as the laser. So she'd smack the ray down with a hand, lightning charged across her claws at an instant. The missiles exploding against her frame a moment later. "Heh. I can see why you're a tough one~ But I'll be honest with the two of you... been a while since I've been reved up this much for a fight..." Log: -Silence digivolves to Raguelmon -Silence uses chain blitz to smack dio's attack from the air into the 'ground' while taking Gio's missiles to the face. Passives: Charge: For each empowered basic attack or Lightning based move, this digimon builds up a stack of charge. Upon three charges this digimon may release an explosive bolt of lightning dealing high damage to a single target. While there is no cool down on this move it requires others to operate. A target must be within a hundred feet. This digimon doesn't lose charge but must hit a digimon to gain charge.
Voltic Core: This digimon can absorb electricity that it hasn't produced to heal itself. Whether from environment or from moves; moves that would damage it heal it by half instead while the environment if given a constant surge heals it by a medium amount per turn until fully healed.
Mark of the Knight|Passive: Each individual within the order have their own marking. It may be located anywhere they please as long as it's easy to see/find. It signifies their power and their ability to act on their own or in a group. This symbol provides them with a Light regen[5%] per combat posting round Move: Chain-Blitz: This digimon empowers it's claws with lightning much like Sabetour-De-force. But where that move requires the individual to be within melee range for striking for the most part. This does not. This allows it to make empowered basic attacks at range within 50 feet. Three post duration two post cool down. Charge 'Tokens': 0/3 Duration: CB: 1/3 Cooldowns: CB: 0/2

Silence's ensuing digivolution gave the duo a brief pause. Not because of the sheer ease she had to repel their attacks, they had grown accustomed to it by now. No, what really stopped them in their tracks for a moment was the form itself. It almost felt like she was choosing it on purpose but that couldn't be it, right?
"Silence...I don't think that form is a good idea..." Carlos muttered, biting his lip as he slowly turned to his partner, fearing what was to come because of this change. Sure enough Dio remembered that figure, particularly an offshoot of it, perhaps a little too well.
His breathing grew agitated, almost nervous. He reached with one clawed hand for his neck, a feeling of static coursing through his body as an equally familiar searing pain burning into it, while flashes of rememberance danced on his mind. No matter how much time passed, no matter how much support from Carlos, or Gio or Bloom he got...remembering that week hurt still. Perhaps not as much as before, but still plenty for it to make the Neo Devimon visibly tremble.
As for Gio, he didn't even need to ask. It was plain as day to him how Dio felt about that form, and the twisted connection they shared, almost as they both had a small fragment of eachother lodged deep within their beings. Even if Gio had never seen this creature before, he didn't need to in order to understand it. His brother's feelings were more than enough, the way his data practically shrieked and roared at it said more than any words ever could.
It was this that pushed him forward, literally: the large mechanical beast lunged at Silence, his body glowing with intense power before he reached her, and if she didn't do something she'd found herself being tackled to the ground by and even larger figure. The tall metallic centaur wouldn't stop there however, as the metallic claws from the recently digivolved Hadesmon glowed with power as they came down on the feline, a large manifestation of energy shaped like said claw swiping downwards at the black cat.
Perhaps his confidence had been bolstered by his brother's charge, perhaps simply not wanting him to be left alone with that form, but Dio was quick to snap out of his stupor and lunge forward as well, his claws also glowing a bright red as he swiped in the Raguelmon's direction.
Dark Claw – Rend: Summons a giant energy claw that slashes in a downward motion upon the enemy, dealing heavy damage if it connects. Can be summoned anywhere within a range of 50 feet of Gio, but it must be done within his range of vision. 3 turn cooldown.
Deep Incision: Slashes the enemy with a well placed cut to a vital point, severely slowing down their movements by 25%. Lasts for one turn and has a three posts cooldown.
Cooldowns: Dark Claw Rend: (0/3) Deep Incision: (0/3)

Hearing what carlos said made silence pause; her eyes locking onto Dio as she felt him become a bit of a mess. His agitated breathing, the moving of his hand ot his neck. There was that semblance of fear; agitation; uncertainty. The mess of emotions that no one could possibly understand. The harsh truth that something that hurt him and that hurt had come from the form that she had taken.
The black-raguelmon didn’t move for a few moments. Her eyes staring at them for a moment; just what had K done to make this his reaction to seeing this form? Or was it someone else? Something else? This was a fear that needed to be beaten, needed to be brought to heal. There was deep damage and just avoiding it didn’t do anything.
She would not coddle him. She would not hug him and tell him it was okay. She wouldn’t stop this fight; no this was something that he needed. That they needed. Even carlos needed to see his partner fight against this form.
She’d let out a roar of challenge; tinged with lightning coursing off of her claws; sporadically digging into the walls and ceiling. The mechanical beast may have lunged at silence but she was ready for him. She’d meet his charge face to face; him finding rather than some small and paltry fighter… he was met with a mountain standing time and time again above him.
”YOUR COURAGE. YOUR FEAR. WHAT DO YOU THINK SHE’D SAY TO YOU NOW? THAT YOU STILL LIVE IN THAT TIME? NO. YOU STAND UP AND YOU FIGHT FOR THE RIGHT. YOU ARE LIVING. SHE IS NOT.”
Silence roared out and would grip at gio; moving to throw him up and over her. Looking to slam him against the wall behind her. The energy claw would engulf her body certainly but the pinpoints of blue lost in the darkness of that ability would say for without a doubt that silence was fine. She strode out, brushing off the ability with a snarl. Seeing that dio lunged forward she’d rush to meet him; drawing her own claws back and meeting him head on. The resulting explosion of energy crackling and gouging out the floor, the ceiling and even the walls with the sheer backlash.
”YOU WERE A GOD DAMN KING. A KING UPON KINGS. YOU MET HER IN THE GLADE AND WHAT DID YOU DO? YOU GAVE UP. YOU DIDN’T FIGHT HER. YOU FOUGHT A COWARD. A MONSTER. NOT A EARNEST MAIDEN.”
The raguelmon knew this tale well, she saw it in her dreams. She just never pieced things together. She’d dig her heels in and dio would find herself pushing forward. Her eyes crackling with energy beyond her ken.
”BUT I’M NOT HER. SHE’S NOT ME. SHE WASN’T EVEN HERSELF. AND YOU DO THE BOTH OF YOU A DISERVICE BY TRYING TO LINK THOSE TOGETHER. DON’T LET IT GET INTO YOU. FIGHT IT. WIN. STOP BEING A COWARD YOU MONGREL. DIG IN THOSE HEELS AND SHOW ME.”
She’d push forward, grinding her teeth and bearing down onto dio as their clash was starting to grow in danger…
”SHOW ME. WHY OUT OF EVERYONE IN THE DIGITAL WORLD SHE STOPPED FOR YOU”
