To be honest the shutmon wasn't expecting many people to sign up. She was fairly new to the scene and not a lot of depth to her, there were already many trainers that would of been better suited for it and a lot of those seemed to think ill of her for wasting her time.
However the shutmon didn't seem to mind the negative attention from the other trainers. Taking on jobs that they didn't want or individuals that they turned down because of something simple like being too expensive for the person trying to get some training in.
She didn't much care for bits, she had enough of those. She didn't much care for gifts or payments like that. All she wanted? Was a picture with the trainee after they were done. A commemorative meanings of sort for her. Someplace to put in a book, something positive to look into when things were dull. Of people she helped grow stronger.
So yes, only a few people took her up on her training. And those few people would go home battered, bruised and worn out. But they would remember the fight well and that would serve them well in times ahead.
Now? She was sitting on a bench, under a sign reading 'trainers'. The only one that was currently around for the moment. She was reading a book, looking up from time to time as people passed by. Not many folks signed up for night sparring, something to do with being too tired or the like. But for someone that had been there the entire day she was looking remarkably chipper.
"Chapter six already? Hmm. Might need to borrow another one of her books..."
The ultimate mumbled and flipped to the next page, her icy blue eyes scanning the title of chapter. She seemed bored and ready to go; and with the clustered area inside of the coliseum well.. She probably wouldn't have someone to train for a while!

Times were certainly changing quickly for both Kenny and Skadi. They had just went through a really tough training mission, KIZNA had gotten some new admins, and now both the demon lords and DATS threatened to rear their ugly heads (although in the latter case, it was at least thankful that KIZNA were on speaking terms with them). Still, they did need to take their minds off life for a bit and shut their brains off, so why not go to the Infinity Colosseum around the afternoon to watch some battles, and even learn a thing or two, so just in case things went south, and fast, they could at least have some new tricks up their sleeves.
Yes, training under Ryouta and Valt was nice and all, what with them being masters in their field, but they had their own lives to live; they couldn't just come to their beck and call. While Skadi sought to keep her master/friendly rival proud of her, and even live up to his own crazy good legacy, she also wanted to branch out a little bit as well, and so, as they watched the battles, commonly between two Ultimate (Perfect) level Digimon, Skadi was constantly taking notes, learning from every combatants mistakes and the tactics they employed. Kenny just enjoyed the sheer spectacle of it all. It felt oddly enthralling in a way.
And so, we come to the last battle they watched, between the strong oxen warrior Vajramon, and the swift and nimble Shawujinmon. Both had put up a good fight, but ultimately, Vajramon had won, knocking out Shawujinmon with one final swing of his sword. Shawujinmon struggled to stand up, but he couldn't, rather, he collapsed into a pile, exhausted. With the referee declaring Vajramon the winner, the oxman approached the Shawujinmon to pick up the opponent and shake his hand for a good battle, while the audience, including Kenny and Skadi, gave rapturous applause.
As the audiences filed out in droves, and Vajramon and Shawujinmon taking their leave together, Kenny pulled out his D-Nexus to check the time. It was around early evening. Subsquently, he turned "Hey Skadi, seems we have a bit more time left. What do you want to do now?" He asked her.
"Well, that battle really got my blood pumping!" Skadi grinned, the Valaismon standing on her seat and pumping her fist in the process, "How about we do some training? All these battles have made me itch for a good fight right about now!" Kenny chuckled a bit, before ruffling Skadi's hair affectionately once again.
"Easy now, girl. You don't want to get too exhausted before you get onto the battlefield yourself, OK?" He smiled to his partner, before getting up off his seat, "Now let's get going. I'm sure they're still accepting sign-ups right about now." As he walked off, Skadi happily complied, jumping off her seat and trotting along with Kenny out of the spectator's seats.
Their sign-up process was quick and simple, and the receptionist referred them to a Shutmon named Silence, an Ultimate-level lupine Digimon, and apparently the only trainer available that night. Scheduling them in for a little later that night and putting in the details on where to go, Kenny and Skadi quickly grabbed some dinner nearby, and when the time came, they would go off to meet the trainer.
When they reached the area in question, they saw the Shutmon casually reading a book on a bench. Skadi tugged on the leg of Kenny's pants and pointed at her, "Kenny, I think that's Silence over there." She said.
"Yeah, I can see her already." Kenny replied, glancing at the white furred wolfman with interest, "Guess we should greet her, yes?" Skadi nodded eagerly, and so, they walked over to the Shutmon. Skadi bounded over quickly over to her excitedly, while Kenny chuckled, following behind.
"Hey Silence!" She called out as her hooves clacked among the ground and waving, before stopping short of her. As soon as Skadi reached Silence, if the latter looked down from her book, she would see an excited Valaismon happily waving to her, and her respective tamer standing there with a content smile. "We've signed up for your training! I'm Skadi, and that's my tamer, Kenny. Nice to meetcha!"
"Heh. Likewise." Kenny greeted the Shutmon as well, "Thought it would be good to kill some time tonight after watching some battles. Skadi's quite the excitable, and tough fellow, if her master Valt is anything to go by. I'm sure you'd have quite a good time training her." Neither were sure if Silence actually knew Valt personally, but his reputation at least would get the Shutmon's ears perk a bit.

The shutmon knew who was fighting right now, of course she had seen the schedule and knew that they were trying to fight for real this time around. By the roar of the crowd from above she figured it was going fairly well. Each hit was punctuated with a roar of the crowd as they no doubt enjoyed the spectacle; the heavier motions were easier to keep track of even from down her and she'd wince as eventually she figured the Vajramon had won, what with the heavy stomping and trotting of the large digimon.
This sort of place was the cheerful fighting sort, no hard feelings unless you brought them with you. The fighters would be quick to retreat to their respective lockers and with any luck would be back in their homes without much issue. The shutmon flicked her ears as she could hear a few people coming her way. Noting the grouping of individuals none of them looked like fighters and she'd let out a soft sigh. Shaking her head she'd simply return to her book, flipping through it.
It'd be a good bit before she heard herself be referenced to. Her ears flicking and her icy eyes sliding off of her book. The shutmon looking up to see who it was. There wasn't much of a reason to come and talk to her, she wasn't famous and even with all the side long glances she got from various individuals well... Someone referencing her by name was a good indicator of what was to come.
A human and their digimon, the latter of the two being some kind of goat? She wasn't super sure but the shutmon snapped her book shut after making sure to note what page she was on. It was a rather sizable novel and she wasn't about to page through rapidly to try to find where she was later.
"Geheh! Evening you two!"
The shutmon gave them a small greeting, returning the wave with the hand not holding the book. She'd quickly store the book in her infini storage as they approached. Flicking her ears as they confirmed what she had anticipated when she heard her name the first time around. Skadi and kenny. A pair of individuals that had signed up for her training.
[ccolor=lightblue]"Mmm. So I expected when I heard you just a bit ago!"[/color]
The shutmon's visage cracked into a wide grin and she'd stand up, the wolf practically unfolding to her natural eight foot height. She'd reach down to offer a hand to the human for a shake before bending her knees a little more to do the same for skadi.
"Fraid I don't know who Valt is, still workin' on learnin big names if he's one of em. And trust me, this sort of training isn't the time killing sort, I'll make sure you're well and ready by the end of it. I don't do half assed training after all!"
The shutmon chuckled lightly and gestured for the two to follow her, her tail swishing to either side. She had never actually really interacted with a tamer before, at least not in the proper venue of actually chatting it up with them!
"I presume that it's just skadi I'll be working with tonight? I know that humans sometimes like joinin into fights and what not so I have to ask."
If it was just skadi this was going to be a little easier. The shutmon padded along and would guide the two to a locker room where they could freshen up and get ready for the training if they needed it. There was even some food lain out in a waiting room as it wasn't quite time yet. The shutmon not knowing that they had already ate and was already helping herself to a heaping helping herself.
"So what sort of training are yah looking for? What level? Right now I can provide up to ultimate, though maybe if you push me hard enough maybe I'll manage mega for once."
The shutmon chuckled and shook her head, that big grin growing even wider. She seemed rather cheerful and with a turn her cloak swept around to her side. Resting easy once she had taken steps to sit down, pulling the chair out with a foot and taking a seat halfway on it. She'd have to fiddle with her arm blades to shorten them down a bit before she could set on eating. She'd talk between gulps of her drink and mouthfuls of her food.
"See normally I do this whole figurin' out thing for folks in our fights, see how their energy control is and how familiar they are with forms. Or at least that's how I did it before, I've never actually trained anyone so ya'd be my first-"
The shutmon paused after a moment and gave a wave to a passing coliseum member who just returned it with a lazy wave of their own. There were quite a few fighters here for the sheer enjoyment of it and some were contractually obligated to do so. Silence thankfully wasn't one of them else she'd be forced to stay around...
"-But don't worry, I've taken courses. N we'll only go as far as yer comfortable. And mind yah, I use a lot of weapons, swords, bows, whatever n whatnot. So you'll be hard pressed not to get some kind of damage somewhere. Got a list of stuff you wanna do or some kind of goal yah have in mind? Long or short term is fine!"

Kenny felt a sense of euphoria as the first impressions between his own kiddie Valaismon, and the mature looking Shutmon both seemed to be extremely positive, returning a friendly wave, and willingly putting away her book to talk to them both. But the height of the Shutmon didn't exactly put them off; giant Ultimates were basically a given at this point as she bent down to shake their hands. It was a good thing she could control herself, lest she accidentally crush their hands.
Unfortunately, Silence had never even heard of Valt, much less knew him, which did disappoint Skadi quite a bit, but the fact that the Shutmon promised top-of-the-line training made Skadi's tail wag in excitement upon hearing that. "Awesome! I can't wait!" She exclaimed, pumping her fist.
Kenny glanced down, enjoying Skadi's apparent excitement on display, before turning back to Silence, "Sorry, Skadi's just like, really excitable. I've been with her for like half a year now, and I'm still finding her tough to calm." Figures, considering that for being a mere Rookie level, she practically oozed heavily amounts of charm, enough to appease a literal self-confessed devil. On Silence's cue, the two would indeed follow her to the lockers.
To Kenny's surprise, however, the Shutmon mentioned about humans willingly joining the fights. He didn't exactly know much about Spirit Wielders, so this kind of caught him off guard, much to his embarrassment. "Yeah, you'll indeed just be working with Skadi tonight. I'm not much of a fighter myself, but..." He pulled out his deck of Digimodify cards to show to Silence, "I do have these to give Skadi a little extra oomph, so at least I'm not completely useless, at least." With another chuckle, he slid the cards back into his bag, knowing he'd probably pull it out during the battle.
But anyways, upon reaching the locker room with the Shutmon, the duo noticed the range of food options on the table, and right on cue, the Shutmon would be chowing down on her food. Despite having eaten already, Skadi would be eating a little bit more herself, considering many a Digimon would be consuming a lot of energy in combat, especially something like the mighty Markhormon. Kenny did help himself a little bit, with a small cheese sandwich and some water. It wouldn't hurt him that much.
Silence would then ask them about the training they needed, and coincidentally, considering recent circumstances, she knew what she needed, but she pretended to ponder for a second, before replying, "Well, recently, I just reached my Ultimate form, and I feel like I kinda need to sharpen my skills quite a bit." She giggled at little bit at the sheer enthusiasm of the Shutmon and continued, "I know you may not know much about Valt, if at all, but even though he's an amazing mentor, I know we can't be here for each other all the time. But I know you won't let me down." She, despite the discrepancies between levels and size, had equally the same amount of enthusiasm. Much to Kenny's amusement.
"I swear, Skadi, you seem to have this crazy ability to get everybody to love you just by doing what you do best." Kenny thought with a smile. He was probably never going to understand his partner properly, considering she charmed a she-devil, of all people, without even trying.
To their surprise, Silence admitted that while Skadi was going to be the first person she was going to train, she did take courses beforehand, before elaborating briefly on her skills, and asking Skadi about her goals. Briefly, Skadi would pause, for real this time, before continuing. "Yes, I do have a goal. I want to be a true hero to protect the ones I love. Especially my tamer, Kenny." She gestured to him, which made him blush and chuckle in embarrassment, rubbing his head again. "You see, me and Kenny are members of KIZNA, and so is Valt. I'm part of the combat division there, and I really don't want to falter or screw up on them. All my friends there are great, and I just don't want to make a fatal mistake or let them all down." She gave a sad smile to Silence, before continuing.
"That's why I'm seeking to improve myself. I want to get better to protect everyone I know and love, and I really don't want to let anybody down. And I want the people I know and love to be proud of me." She finished. Immediately afterwards, she felt a reassuring, familiar arm wrap around her neck, as Kenny leaned down for a side hug.
"Skadi, how many times do I gotta tell you this: no matter what happens, I'm still proud of you and everything you do. Besides, name one time you let everybody down." Kenny said with a friendly pat on the back. The Valaismon pondered for a moment, but her mind drew into a blank, showing it with a shrug.
"That's right. None. And I know, you're gonna do well, Skadi." He added, "I've seen you battle, obviously, you're great at this sort of stuff. And I bet Valt's probably proud of you too, as of right now." He fully wrapped his arms around the Valaismon, with his partner giggling and returning the hug. A moment later, after pulling back, the Valaismon's spirit raised, Kenny got back up and turned to Silence once again, "Heh, sorry about that. Anyways, her Ultimate basically uses this greatsword she wields, so a trainer with a varied moveset wouldn't hurt, methinks."

The wolfish grin on silence's face only ended up getting wider and wider as she listened to the others. The shutmon honestly was rather excited herself, as this would be her first real training session where she was providing rather than receiving and well... She just couldn't wait to see what the other could do really. She had never seen the type of digimon that Skadi was, so she was working in the dark here in terms of what would be good for them.
"Some people just are naturally excitable, nothing really to worry about~"
The shutmon let out a small chuckle, shaking her head and found her brows raising a bit at seeing the digimodify cards. She had some of her own and with a swipe of her hand across her forearm she'd bring up her own 'deck' of cards. They were more integrated in her system than actually being physical cards like the human.
"Just don't forget that some mon's don't need humans to use cards. It's a nasty surprise I'll tell you that. And even without the cards you're not useless. Think of it this way, your mon's fighting. You're watching because that's really all you can do, but... Well now you notice something that's off about your opponent, or some sort of gap in their defenses. Use the stronger part of your body kid."
The shutmon tapped at her head and gave the young man a small wink. You had to use everything in your arsenal, not just your body. Some mons couldn't think well in a fight or were too into it to notice little stuff.
While the shutmon scarfed down her food she'd of course flick her ears so she could listen to what the others had to say. Skadi had just reached ultimate and unlike the shutmon needed to start practicing in it. The shutmon hummed a little bit; drumming her fingers on the table as she chewed. Finishing what she had in her mouth before drenching her gullet in a swath of water. She'd let out a small content sigh and scratch at her cheek.
Her ears flicked and she'd ponder what skadi had to say. So she wanted to be a true hero to protect the ones she loved? Not to mention those on her team. The shutmon tutted gently and shifted back, rubbing at her snout thoughtfully. She'd let them talk, watching the two interact. They certainly were very close, friendly with one another and shared the same sort of mental gait. It'd make it easy to get them in the same line of thinking and training.
"No worries on that part there Kenny. Well suffice to say, wanting to be a true hero and being a true hero is... Well quite a step. You don't just become one over night. There's expectations that everyone has of you or of your tamer that sometimes you can't meet."
There was a small pause, the shutmon's voice grew rather soft and she'd reach out to give the both of them a gentle rub on the top of the head.
"A true hero, in all their glory all their guts. Finds the few moments where other people would step back and step forward. In leaps, bounds and so on. It's a good goal to have but don't forget how hard it is to work up to that."
Then of course Kenny brought up the fact that her ultimate used a great sword and the shutmon couldn't help but grin as she pulled her own two handed weapon off of her back. Setting it down on the table for the both of them to see. It was a giant blade with two handles, it could even split along a seam if she so wished.
"Well then we'll start off in a real easy bit, sword against sword. Get yah used to swinging around the darned thing."
The shutmon seemed done with her meal and stood up, if the two wanted to look over her sword they had the option to for a few moments before the shutmon put it back onto her back. The blade hiding quite well in her cloak's undercarriage. Other than that the shutmon had two sheathed forearm-blades and both of them thankfully were much smaller when not in immediate combat. But that did raise the question of what else did the shutmon have in her arsenal?
"We're gonna go upstairs a lil early. Knuckleheads that had the slot before us didn't show and we're gonna make good use of it."
The shutmon would gesture for skadi and kenny to follow her, taking the both of them back the way they came...
And right into the arena proper, there were far fewer people than before. But a few soft murmers and a low mumble of those that were there could easily remind everyone that they were alone. The shutmon tapped a few buttons on the entry of the coliseum's arena proper. The battle scars from the last group being washed away with the automated system, giving them a clear battlefield.
"C'mon guys it takes like three seconds for this stuff to work... you could at least tidy up geheh."
The shutmon let out a rolling chuckle and trotted out onto the field, she felt the eyes of a few on her. Maybe they knew her past iteration and maybe they didn't, regardless every fight that took place here was one that mattered to someone somewhere. The shutmon gave a few stretches, planting her sword in the ground so she could lean back and forward with ease. Not wishing to cut herself by mistake somewhere and give her 'trainee' a leg up when she was supposed to be teaching someone.
"Take your ultimate form slowly. Work up through champion, then to ultimate. Warp digivolving is very strenuous even on the hardiest mons and should only really be used in emergencies. Since this ain't one well, we have the wonderful opportunity for it."
The shutmon leaned on her sword, letting it sink in the ground a little bit as she stared at the two. She had a few thoughts of what she was going to see. Most mons had a pretty simular line to their rookie but... That's where most mons and herself seemed to vary. She also had a hunch about how tamer and their digimon's relationships both inside and out of the battle.
"No cards until I say so either, this is training. Cards are for emergencies just like warp digivolving. If you need to stop at any point just lemme know and we can take a breather. All right? Stuff like that can easily become a crutch for you when your own body would easily suffice."

Wait, solo Digimon could use cards too!? And Silence seemingly casually installed them onto her arm like it was nothing? While Skadi was 'ooohing' with intrerst at the Shutmon's arsenal, Kenny's head was spinning as he gazed at the Shutmon's arm, while she gave a brief explanation on the human's role in Digimon combat. Of course he was listening, and nodding in turn, but his eyes were glued to the cards. "Heh, you do have a good point about that." He chuckled, "At least you have some tricks up your sleeve... literally." Seriously, how could she somehow insert cards into her body and not suffer nigh-deadly repercussions, he would never know. Speaking of, Skadi's reasoning for wanting to train in her Ultimate form tonight, followed by Kenny and Skadi's brief reassuring banter seemed to entertain Silence. She reassured the young man that her partner's feelings were normal, before letting on that becoming a true hero wasn't going to be easy. The two's reaction to the Shutmon's affectionate rub did catch them off guard a little; Skadi let out an affectionate, happy bleat, happily rubbing her head against the Shutmon's paw. Kenny, on the other hand, winced a little bit, but let out a small smile, as Silence explained briefly about what made a true hero. After that, Skadi would nod, "I understand, Silence. But rest assured, I won't let you down today! I'm gonna try my hardest throughout! When Silence brought out her own unique sword, and laid it on the table for a brief moment for Kenny and Skadi to look at as she told them she would be teaching her a thing or two about sword play. Kenny glanced at the sword for a moment with genuine interest, while Skadi eyed it, reaching out to touch it before being pulled away by her tamer. "Sorry, Skadi. I just didn't want you to accidentally cut yourself before training." Kenny apologised to the Valaismon, who let out a playful 'harumph' in turn. "Aw, but I wanted to see what it was like." She jokingly complained to him. Nevertheless, they would follow Silence to the arena once more, Skadi having mentally readied herself for the upcoming training spar.
Having followed Silence upstairs, the two would glance among the entire arena, watching as the arena clean itself up in an instant, a clean state for the training session just from the Shutmon fiddling on the entry buttons. "Well, I honestly didn't think it would literally take like 3 seconds just to clean a giant bloody arena good as new. I swear, I'm never gonna truly understand this place." Kenny commented to the Shutmon, before turning to Skadi as soon as it was finished, "Good luck out there, Skadi! I'm rooting for you!" He affectionately ruffled his partner's hair, before the giggling Valaismon set off, following Silence in turn. Skadi happily bounded over to the battlefield, also glancing at all the people watching. One question had lingered on her mind: was Valt there? Clearly, after the mission and a few others, she'd be sure she had improved a lot since their first meeting at the Spartan Training Grounds, taking a few pages out of his book, for one. Speaking of trainers, the Shutmon gave two important details for the training: she would work her up to Ultimate, and no cards until further notice. Kenny briefly glanced at his cards for a moment, before shrugging and putting them away, and pulling out his D-Nexus. Skadi, on the other hand, nodded in understanding. "Right! Bring it on, Silence. I'm going to make you proud today!" She playfully boasted. Kenny nodded in turn as the screen of his D-Nexus glowed, prompting Skadi to do the same as well, growing in size and shape into Canandenmon as the light died out. She let out a loud, invigorating bleat for all to hear, as she readied her stance to the Shutmon. But other than that? She was content to stay where she was - for now. Instead, her eyes were glued directly to the Shutmon with a little proposal, "Why don't you go first?"
Skadi quickly digivolves to Canandenmon before using Battlecry. She opts not to attack Silence - yet. Battlecry: Skadi bleats loudly and proudly, but this time around, instead of causing damage, her bleats are very invigorating, giving herself and up to 2 allies within earshot 30% more attack and 10% more speed for the next 3 posts. Skadi can select which 2 allies will get the boost if there is more than 3. (3 post cooldown) Passives:Tough Hooves (Passive): Skadi can run across craggy terrain, icy terrain or hot terrain without taking any damage. She can also walk/run on ice without slipping, and climb crags with ease. This also nullifies the effects of any attacks that involve scattering spikes or other damaging terrain onto the ground (damage, poison, ect). However, this does not stop other effects from occurring from those attacks (those being explosions, pitfall traps, net traps, and the like)
Woolly Coat (Passive): Her wool coat gives her sheer bulk, and warmth rolled up into one package, which allows her to reduce all physical attacks and Ice attacks by 30%. However, this also increases all damage from Fire attacks by 20%.
Voice of Old World (Divisional Ability Passive): KIZNA assault team members are attuned to the land where they fought in. By using the link of their own data and the data of the land where they are, they could boost their resistance to certain degree. Elemental resistance up based on where the area of the thread happened Core: Lightning and Metal Resistance +20%
Buffs/Nerfs: Battlecry (30% +Atk, 10% Spd): 0/3

The reaction to the fact that silence could use cards brought an earnest snicker from the wolf. She'd waggle a little finger at the pair of them, giving a big ol grin at the two. They needed to know this sort of information so that they wouldn't be caught unawares of someone in the same position later on. Suffice to say powerful enough digimon often didn't use cards but they were just tools for work in most cases. "Heh. Yeah, though my sleeves are a bit tighter than most it feels."The shutmon shifted slightly and stretched, she was feeling pretty relaxed about all of this and was picking up bits of information about the two here or there just from their interactions. A very healthy tamer and mon relationship that had quite a bit of long term potential. She was kind of jealous in that regard; she honestly wondered how she would work with a human if at all... "Just remember, if you need to stop we can all right?"The shutmon noted the reaction from her pat, maybe humans didn't like that all too much? That or perhaps the fact her hands were so big that it basically engulfed the human's head with it? Jeez the size difference alone made her worry about how humans managed to even be safe around digimon! "Oh please it's not that sharp. Well. Actually, it might be if you're a vaccine. For me it's not too bad?"Silence raised a small brow and ran her thumb along the blades edge. For something that 'wasn't that sharp' it drew a little bit of blood from that action alone. The shutmon must of kept her equipment well maintained; not to an extreme but certainly to the point of where her arsenal was nothing to laugh at. The shutmon sucked on her thumb for a moment and snorted lightly. "Oh you'll get the chance to see what it's like!"Another chuckle and they would be on their way... "Well considering how often this place gets used they needed something quick and efficent. Can't really blame them for an automated system like that. The shutmon noted that the tamer seemed disappointed in the fact he wasn't going to be using cards right away. She knew that the cards could act as a crutch and without a strong baseline to work with most people would use them rather than their own techniques when they could suffice. The shutmon stretched, cracking her back as she let the other mon digivolve. There was no point in leaping into the fray against something nearly twenty times weaker than the current form she was keeping. Rookies fighting against ultimates were rare and usually the former would need a severe number advantage... "Oh trust me hon, you don't need to make me proud."The shutmon pulled her sword out of the ground, spinning it around in one hand as she looked over what she was given as an opponent. A quadraped sheep with horns by the looks of it? She had to admit to herself that even in champion skadi kept the same bubbly vibe. It'd be offsetting to those that took fighting a bit more seriously. Her ears would flick forward as that bleat blasted across the stadium. "Mmm. All right."The shutmon didn't waste any time getting started, with one smooth motion she'd leap forward. Her hand with her sword spinning it in such a manner that it easily slipped up and out of her hand making the sword tumble upwards in a controlled manner. The sword itself would be in the air by the time that silence was in front of the champion. In an equally as smooth motion she'd make a good swipe at Skadi with one of her wrist blades. Keeping that same momentum the shutmon kicked up and over the the canandenmon. Almost parallel with her sword in positioning for a split second. After that? Well she'd have to use one hand to catch her sword while the other kept her from slamming her head on the ground; allowing the shutmon to continue her momentum for another few feet up until her own feet landed back on the ground. The shutmon's flip had put her firmly between skadi and kenny as was the intention. Did skadi have any attacks that would make this a problem for her? Or perhaps she would become a touch more defensive now that her opponent was closer to her tamer? That aside silence had two questions that she wanted to ask the two, but in the heat of battle she hoped that they would shorten the explanations. As she would when they were done answering... Yes, it did make sense that they would need a system that they would easily wipe the slate clean after every single battle. But while Skadi had been watching the system with intrigue and interest, Kenny still felt a little confused by Silence's brief explanation, scratching his head a little bit. How'd these thing work properly in the first place, he'd probably never know. But nether mind. The battle was just getting started, and there was a good reason Skadi let Silence go first; by letting the opponent go first, she would give herself ample time to dodge whatever the opponent had in store for her. It was one of the many techniques she had taken from Valt, and she kept an eye on the opposing Shutmon at all times. And sure enough, Silence had taken the bait, hook, line and sinker. Skadi stood her ground as Silence charged directly towards her, waiting to see what she would do first. One thing she immediately took notice of was the sword Silence spinning around in her paw with absolute ease. And much to her surprise, she flung up the sword up into the sky. Her eyes tracked the sword for a brief moment before turning back to Silence, who was now slashing at her at the same time with the sharp wrist blades near her neck. Immediately, Skadi jumped back to barely avoid the slash itself while small strings of wool were sliced off with ease, all the while mentally cursing herself as some of the cut wool fell to the floor. There was no way in the Dark Area she was gonna make that dumb mistake again. She resumed her steely focus as she watched Silence jump over her head, and flip herself over in a successful bid to capture the sword once again, putting herself between the Canandenmon and her partner. Slowly, Skadi started to back away to ready herself for the next attack, while the Shutmon attempted to strike up a brief conversation with them. Skadi briefly glanced over to Kenny, giving a small nod to him. Was Silence really leaving herself open for this? If he chatted with Silence right now, she'd more than likely waste valuable time she would've spent dodging Skadi's next attack. Perfect.Speaking of, the albino Shutmon had asked them about how frequently they fought and the worst fight they had been in. One thing that immediately came to mind for Kenny was the Arkadimon fight. And hoo boy that was a troubling one. So it would be best if Kenny tackled the first question; "Well, we, or rather Skadi, tend to spar with Valt from time to time. She's basically his 'disciple', as he calls it. I guess it's his fancy way of referring to his own trainees. He's taught Skadi a lot of his skills. It's almost like she stole these techniques from him; I'm surprised he hasn't attempted to sue her yet." He joked to her. Hopefully, this little bit of idle chitchat brought them a lot of time. All the while, Skadi scraped the floor with her front hoof while her horns started to radiate a bright white. Suddenly, she charged hard and fast at Silence, her head tilted down, and her hooves clacking upon the hard ground as she did. If this attack hit, despite the level difference, it would still sting quite a bit, and practically give Silence a taste of what she was capable of as just Champion. Skadi barely dodges the basic slash attack by a few hairs. With Kenny attempting to distract Silence with a brief conversation, the Canandenmon responds by attacking her with a powered up Rampaging Charge.
Rampaging Charge: Skadi's horns glow bright white and she charges at the opponent. She can choose to headbutt them or gore them or toss them upon contact. Essentially, it's a more powerful version of Ramming Headbutt, and can easily send other Champions flying on contact. Taking the law of physics into consideration, any damage boost outside of any standard attack buffs is equal to any speed boosts Skadi has gotten, so a 10% speed boost will also boost this attack by 10%, a 20% speed boost also boosts this attack by 20% and so on. (1 post cooldown) Passives:Tough Hooves (Passive): Skadi can run across craggy terrain, icy terrain or hot terrain without taking any damage.

Her actions yielded the sort of results that she wanted to see, Skadi was quick enough on her feet to avoid the shutmon's blade for the most part. The shutmon flicked her blade and cleaned off the small amount of fluff that was clinging to it, that fur must of been resistant to some sort of physical attacks for only so much to get cut off. But with her strength against vaccine types... Was skadi the sort that was vaccine? That'd make things interesting. The shutmon spun her two handed blade around lazily, she felt rather relaxed in this fight and it was nice. She wanted to see what skadi could do so she knew where to improve the mountainous sheep type mon's fighting style. The brief conversation was to lul the both of them in thinking that she was wide open; suffice to say she wasn't leaving herself open. She was just taking it at her pace and from what she heard about her previous iteration the pace was important. Setting it for both of them would be important. "Hmm. I take it he's good at training stuff too, results are important but you can't forget that we digimon also live and breath combat. If she's picking up the techniques he's placing she's a good learner."Silence's ear flicked when she heard the scraping of that hoof, there was a small smile that spread across her lips and she'd waggle a finger at the human. "I am curious what you do when a fight breaks out, do you take cover or stand about?"The shutmon shifted on her feet and there was a moment that her leather pants seemed to almost flex to the point of breaking before the shutmon kicked off the ground. Sure she wasn't fast enough to completely dodge Skadi's attack, her entire thing wasn't speed. It was hitting really god damn hard. The shutmon however used the momentum from Skadi's hit to tumble her through the air. Kicking off at a few points to adjust her trajectory before landing with grace on the ground. Noting that yes indeed, the ram had managed to bust through the armor of her leg. A nasty gash in one of them. She'd wipe a finger across it with a small tut. "Bruiser type then... Hmm."The shutmon considered briefly what she could do and gave a small shrug. She'd trace a finger along the blade and spin it around again, her eyes watching skadi carefully as though she was gauging what the other would do. She had been taking the both of them seriously from the start but she really wanted to see what they could do. "Tell me. How long have you two been working with one another?" Log:-Skadi's attack grazes silence, damaging one of her legs. -Silence has deigned to observe Skadi rather than make an attack; though she seems to be considering something... Passive: Oathbreaker: Vaccine types take increased damage from this digimon.
Bound: Using it's powerful legs, this digimon may treat even air as solid ground. Allowing it to basically "fly".

As Skadi stepped back to prepare her next move after dodging Silence's first attack, she could overhear Silence compliment her, which put a small but proud grin on her face, and as the Canandenmon charged ahead, Silence had asked Kenny about what he did when a fight broke out. Needless to say, she had to wait on an answer; Skadi could feel her horns hit something hard, and as she came to a stop, she turned her head, and then her body, to watch where Silence would land. Surely enough, the Shutmon had cleanly landed on her own two feet, and while she wasn't heavily wincing in pain, both of them noticed quite the gash Skadi had left onto her. Despite the blatant level differences, Skadi could still pack quite a punch. If that what was her Champion was capable of, imagine what her Ultimate could pull off. All the while, Kenny called out, "Well, I do try and find cover when I get the chance, but I still try to keep close to Skadi as possible, just in case. For good reason." He knew he really couldn't do much outside of using cards most of the times, but there were times he could hold a few tricks up his sleeve that didn't involve using cards, including the time he tossed sticks at Arkadimon to throw it's focus off and buy Skadi time. Speaking of, Skadi knew never to lose focus of the opponent; in fact, by keeping an eye on the opponent at all times, she could try and see what they were going to do next, and react appropriately as the situation called for it. But much to her surprise, Silence opted to stay put (for now) and ask them another question; this time about how long they've been together. "Good question, actually." Kenny replied, "We've been together for over a few months now, and we actually did quite a lot of amazing things as well. I'll have to tell you after we're done though. Don't want you to leave you too distracted now, eheh."As soon as Kenny finished, Skadi glanced over to Kenny with a smile, before glancing back to Silence and giving the ground one solid, powerful stomp. Not a moment later the entire arena would shake, threatening to trip over or unbalance everyone nearby. Kenny found himself wobbling around for a bit before falling to the floor on his bum as he watched everything unfold. However, apart from the minor bruiser or scratches one may incur when they fell over, they would be left unharmed. Silence, however, would not be so lucky. As the earthquake rumbled across the arena, cracks were forming under her feet, and if she didn't get out of the way in time, a giant spire, ready to emerge out of the ground, threatened to strike her where she stood. Whatever happened next, Skadi stood her ground. Her strong structure prevented her from being affected by the earthquake herself, and now all she could do was watch the magic happen. Skadi watches as Silence lands onto the floor. In a bid to throw her off guard, she uses Spiral Tremor to attack her, possibly to trip her up and/or damage the Shutmon. Spiral Tremor: A much more stronger version of Spiral Pillar, Skadi stomps the ground several times to cause a powerful tremor to summon up to 3 spires to attack the enemy (if there is one enemy, then this becomes one huge spire instead), reaching up to 10 meters per spire, or 15 meters for the super spire. This attack can pierce Champion-level defence buffs and passives, and break shields for maximum possible damage. If this attack hits a Ultimate-level instead, then this attack does 50% of the maximum damage to them if they have any passives or buffs active that would otherwise decrease it, or if a shield is active (but does not break it). Ally Digimon may be affected by the earthquake as well (but cannot be damaged by it). However, the spires will never hit an ally. If there are more than one enemy in the radius, Skadi can select who gets hit by the spires, but all of them can be affected by the earthquake regardless, leaving them open to attack from allies. (3 post cooldown) Passives:Tough Hooves (Passive): Skadi can run across craggy terrain, icy terrain or hot terrain without taking any damage. She can also walk/run on ice without slipping, and climb crags with ease. The answers that kenny gave silence made the shutmon pause for a second. So he wanted to keep close to his partner just in case while also being at a reasonable distance from her. Made sense. The shutmon rubbed her chin thoughtfully as she shifted her weight from leg to leg, getting a feel for how bad the damage that skadi dealt to her was. "It's probably too early for me to say this, but if you ever get the chance or ability to biomerge that is far safer in terms of combat even if you're fighting at a higher level 'together'. Though I've been told data bleed is a issue if you do it too much..."The shutmon's ears flicked a few times as her question prompted another good response. The shutmon was hardly distracted and was spinning her sword around, studying the smaller champion. So far they showed all the signs of being a good close quarters combatant. Usually close quarters combatants had a few ranged abilities to help balance them out, like agumon or gabumon having their ranged fire or ice moves. So what was the sort of thing that Silence had to watch for with Skadi? She was a stocky little thing and seeing the motion of the powerful stomp silence had her answer. "I'm not distracted. Just gathering information."Her reaction time was marvelous, just as the spire rose out of the ground the shutmon's blade moved with precision. Slicing off a neat portion of the pointed rock. It still slammed into her and sent the shutmon up into the air. But it was a controlled movement as she used the momentum from the spire to put her into the air. The shutmon drew in a deep breath finding that the energy in her gullet was blaring through her nostrils and cracks in her mouth. After a second or so her mouth would gape open and the light that followed suit condensed and lanced forward. Even if her beam didn't strike skadi directly she'd have to deal with a sizable explosion and the explosions that peppered around the first. It was a nasty attack, one that had the chance of dealing a lot of damage if one was too slow or too cocky. The shutmon would land back onto the ground with another wince and eyed her leg. Yeah that wasn't going to be nice if she couldn't fix it but... The other forms wouldn't handle so well against a champion that could do stuff like this. Kyukimon was fast but fragile and meicrackmon... Well she was here to train someone. Not to kill them. "Look I'm used to fighting all the time and I chat even while fighting enemies. Though if I'm really serious and really want to fuck up someone's day... The name's silence for a reason. Instead here I am training a sweet human and their adorable little partner." Log: -Silence uses her sword to cut the top of the spire, avoiding getting punctured by it but still taking blunt force instead. -Silence uses buster beam while in the air. Centered on skadi. passives:Oathbreaker: Vaccine types take increased damage from this digimon.
Bound: Using it's powerful legs, this digimon may treat even air as solid ground. Allowing it to basically "fly". Move:Buster beam: This digimon may shoot a beam from it's mouth, which upon contact of a solid surface explode, showering down several smaller beams in a small ring around it. The initial explosion is fifty feet in radius, while the smaller ones are ten feet in radius. This main explosion is much stronger than the smaller ones, while trivial to some can quickly add up if not careful. This move may be used every three posts. Cooldown:BB: [0/3]

Biomerge? That sounded like an intriguing concept; he did know what 'bio' referred to and what 'merging' was. But what exactly did that entail, exactly? Certainly, the mere mention of that term alone birthed a billion questions in his head. But what did 'data bleed' entail, exactly? Needless to say, he was going to be swarming Silence with a zillion questions after this, because, and to put it bluntly, this could be a huge game changer for the duo. But right now, that wasn't the focus. Rather, he, like Skadi, had to focus more on the battle, and Silence had pointed out that, no, she wasn't exactly distracted. But one couldn't ignore that, despite the current power imbalance, Skadi had been laying quite the hurt on her trainer quite a bit. Had Skadi's recent evolution gotten her stronger in all her forms so far? Much to Skadi's surprise, however, as the giant spire popped out of the ground to strike Silence, the Shutmon instead used her sword to slice it to craft a makeshift platform, which still hit her, but Skadi could not deny that was a clever technique, and steeled herself to see what Slience was going to pull off next. And sure enough, that light and fire building up in the wolfman's mouth was a clear sign for her that she had to get the hell out of the way.
She turned and started to gallop off, just as Silence fired, and as the beam hit the ground, a large explosion started to engulf the spot where she once stood, and she could feel the heat on her backside as she tried to escape. But just barely; she stumbled a bit as the end of the explosion hit, hurting her slightly and slightly tripping her up. And before she could regain her bearings, a series of smaller explosions assaulted her as well, making her bleat quite a bit in pain. Yes, she knew an Ultimate attack on a Champion could hurt, but something felt a little off. Still, having just taken her first hit, she could still stand on her four legs, shaking her head and painting a little. "Skadi! Are you OK?" Kenny's voice called out to his aling partner, as she turned to head to him. While her body started to ache quite a bit, a wide grin was still etched on Skadi's face. Needless to say, even if and when Skadi was hurting, it wasn't exactly apparent on herself, "Don't worry, Kenny! I'm more than fine!" She replied, "I'm just getting started!" She then turned back to the Shutmon, who had now landed back onto the ground on her own two feet, but as Skadi readied her next attack, she was quickly stopped, but not by an attack, but by Silence's kind words. Immediately, Kenny found his face starting to burn everywhere. Why did she need to say something like that in public. Where a whole bunch of Digimon were watching them? He quickly covered his red face with his open palms, not sure what to say. Skadi, on the other hand, had also gone red faced as well, and was momentarily frozen in place, her mind trying to comprehend whatever the Shutmon just said to her. "I... um... uh... you... why... me... adorable...?" They were the only words she was able to force out of herself. ...no, no. She quickly shook her head to snap herself out of it. She had to focus on the battle at hand. She made a mental note to thank Silence later, but for now, she had to continue the fight with her trainer. No use throwing out the current momentum now. Digging her hooves into the ground, and with a smile on her face, Skadi let out a powerful, ear splitting bleat aimed directly at Silence, with shockwaves coming towards her at full force. A twang of guilt tinged her body as she did this, unable to thank her trainer properly. Hopefully Silence wasn't judging her loudly now for what she just did. Skadi gets slightly damaged from trying to escape the first part of Buster Beam, then, not anticipating the second half of the attack, gets hit by it, taking quite a bit of damage, especially thanks to SIlence's Oathbreaker passive. In responce, Skadi uses Wild Bleat to throw Silence off and damage her. Battlecry ends this post, reverting Skadi's boosted stats back to normal. Wild Bleat: Similar to Echo Bleat, she bleats very loudly, which causes damage and possible disorientation, including forcing flying Digimon down from the sky. This latter effect can also affect Ultimates, but not Megas and above. Does not incur friendly fire. (2 post cooldown). Passives:Tough Hooves (Passive): Skadi can run across craggy terrain, icy terrain or hot terrain without taking any damage.

She knew from an instant that the two of them had never heard of this powerful thing. In fact kenny's reaction that she was able to gleam from the young man lead her to believe that there was much that the two needed to be told about. Things that they could use to learn and engage in down the line. The shutmon shifted from one foot to the other, gently tapping at where her leg had been grazed earlier. A champion giving a ultimate such trouble was unheard of, but while ultimates clearly were out of a class of champions normally the shutmon wasn't dedicating herself to winning. She was trying to understand what her trainee was like, the sort of things that were good for them. What they struggled against. The makeshift platform and the beam attack were two things that came with a reaction time that was well practiced. Well observed. Her prior iteration had been in a long strenuous war effort in all told if you thought about it. The D-reapers. The spires. The wisemon. And she ended up dying from the lattermosts intervention. Even during her dying hours she had chosen to fight and give it her all against insurmountable odds. That's the sort of fire that silence was looking for in those that she trained, the sort of fire that she could expect. What she didn't expect was the inferno that was in front of her. The bleeding passion that she could feel from skadi. Her heart and soul was open to silence and the shutmon span her sword around. Staring quietly at the ewe as she considered her attack. Special attacks were hard to deal with, physical attacks made little in the way of dents. The shutmon hummed to herself and tilted her head as the two of them talked to one another. Kenny calling out to his partner to see if she was okay, if skadi needed a moment to breathe the shutmon would give it to her. Shifting her stance slightly when the other claimed to just get started. She'd feel those wolfman's eyes staring right at her, the fire and heart of the shutmon reaching out. She could feel that skadi was wanting to go further beyond the form she kept, she wanted to fight. She wanted to go up against this shutmon. She didn't just come here to train. No she came here to learn about herself and those around her. Her kind words had thrown them off their groove and silence's ears flicked. The young man covering his face and the stuttering emotion from Skadi made her realize that there was another thing they needed to practice. She was able to push past it with her heart and force herself to move forward. To focus on what was in hand. Silence wasn't going to take this moment to attack her. That would be scummy and silence wasn't the sort to make that sort of opening. Something she needed to- Silence blinked a bit as the ear splitting bleat's shockwaves approached her. She felt her ears tremble and the shutmon clasped her hands around them as she felt the shockwaves hit her. The wolf cringed a bit as she felt her eardrums shudder and she could even feel a bit of dribble of blood rolling out of her ears. "Holy hell that's loud..."The shutmon took a step only to find that her balance was off and she'd stumble a bit. Slapping her face to get herself together. Gritting her teeth she'd grip onto her sword and with a single simple motion the sword flipped into a dual edged staff-like variant for all of a moment. Silence would then draw in her breath and gently breathe across it's surface. The dual ended sword staff shuddered and shifted as ice grew around it in great swaths; pumping out a small ring of cold around her as it came into being. With a simple motion the shutmon nocked an arrow of the same kind that the bow was made of before leveling it at Skadi. The bow having to be turned on it's side thanks to the sheer size of it. "Your physical nature makes you open to special attacks. You have attacks that make up for this but for a opponent that are mostly ranged or special attacks with evasive means would make it difficult for you. Your goal during fights like that is to give people no quarter. No room to maneuver. Cut off what it means to 'escape'. Create your ring and make your enemy play by your rules."The shutmon let loose a single arrow, it was a test of reflexes for skadi. It was a rather fast projectile in itself, nothing compared to the beam attack but there was a devious hint to the arrow if it'd strike the ewe. They'd feel that seeping cold into their body; the absolute frigid nature of the Shutmon's power making it clear that skadi was up against a northerner much like herself! "Kenny is your responsibility. No one elses. I've run into pairings before that the digimon didn't like the tamer that they had. Only to find the mon later on in pieces because they couldn't protect them. I don't know if you've had to deal with that sort of thing before. I don't know what sort of experiences you've had. But it's the worst thing to see. The worst failure to feel."Her eyes flicked to kenny, there was a softness in them that ill fitted the battle that was ongoing here before they shifted back to Skadi. A small but somewhat cheerful smile splitting her face. "His love is your power. Your love is his power. Your emotions and the form you take is the catalyst for change. For greatness. For the places and people you meet. Doesn't that feel good? To know you can do what you believe in? What you want?" Log: -Silence gives Skadi and kenny the time they need to throw off her words. -Silence takes battlecry, disorientating her and costing her her movement action. -Silence uses Invoke the mausoleum and launches a single arrow at Skadi. Passives: Oathbreaker: Vaccine types take increased damage from this digimon.
Bound: Using it's powerful legs, this digimon may treat even air as solid ground. Allowing it to basically "fly". Move: [RAM UPGRADE] Invoke the Mausoleum: Using the giant sword on her back as a catalyst this digimon can summon a bow made primarily of ice. It's easily bigger than most digimon stand tall and requires to be shot at some sort of angle rather than a standard long-bowman pose. This weapon can be formed immediately after switching weapons thankfully. This certainly allows the digimon to keep her mobility while also allowing them to attack with ice arrows formed from the digimon's energy pool. It takes not but a moment to do so and the arrows are large enough on their own to be used as a close quarters weapon. However because of the way the bow must be held any other weapons that this digimon has can't be used in fear of breaking the bow itself. Lastly, when struck by these arrows they slow a target considerably. If struck consecutively the target digimon is frozen for a single post and then cannot be affected by this again for another three posts limiting the power of the bow in the mean time. This bow may fire incredible distances but requires a proper sight line to use correctly; as blind firing this bow is incredibly dangerous. Cooldown: BB: [1/3]

Now Skadi wasn't exactly the type of Digimon with an intent to kill, unless the opponent in question was directly threatening her or her friends, and God forbid if you even thought of laying a finger on Kenny. But Silence was nowhere near that level. Skadi's brief moment of euphoria quickly died out as she spotted blood seeping from Silence's ears, as she winced a little bit from that not-quite-pretty sight, and even Kenny was struggling to look. Just a moment after, watching Silence stumble, Skadi called out, "Are you OK?"
Regardless, she still kept guard and watched what Silence would do next, and as it turned out, the Shutmon managed to craft a bow from not just her own sword, but also her own ice breath coating it as well. Skadi could only watch in awe but that didn't mean she was entirely distracted. She still needed to focus on the matter, even while Silence was highlighting on the sheep's strengths and flaws. Just as Silence fired the arrow directly at Skadi, Kenny's D-Nexus started to glow without any input from him, with Skadi quickly following suit. And the young man just smiled. Was Skadi willing her digivolution to Markhormon without any input on his behalf? All he knew was that Skadi knew what she was doing, and sure enough, when the light broke away, the Markhormon in her place was kneeling, with her trusty great sword held out in front of her in a defensive position, almost like a shield. The arrow merely bounced off the great sword, and a small smile emerged on the goat's face. Was that exactly the result Silence was expecting? Probably not. But hey, as was the old saying, Silence couldn't exactly argue with results there. Nonetheless, still keeping on a defensive position, she still would listen to what Silence had to say on the matter, and hearing that Kenny was her responsibility and her's alone... that struck a chord with her. The battle with Arkadimon still stung both of them to this very day, especially Skadi. Her general inexperience at the time had outright left Kenny open to attack, and she forced herself to reluctantly load the mantis' data just so everyone else could be safe. But Silence did have a point. And needless to say, Silence's surprising glance did confuse Kenny for a moment, as she explained about the love that made everything they did together possible. As she told them that, Skadi was silent for a moment, before another smile came to her face, giving only a slight nod to the Shutmon, while Kenny briefly glanced at his D-Nexus. Did he really will Skadi digivolving just so she could defend herself properly against Silence's arrow? "Have to admit, I'm pretty impressed." He muttered to himself.
In order to meet Silence's Invoke the Mausolem head on, Skadi digivolves to Markhormon, and uses her sword as a makeshift shield to block the arrow. She decides not to move... for now. (New) Passives:Mountaineer (Passive): Markhormon possesses a tough and well-rugged body that has survived even the harshest of winters. This in turn reduces damage from all Ice attacks by 50% and physical attacks by 30%. However, she takes 50% more damage from fire attacks.
Toxic Immunity (Passive): Markhormon’s immune system naturally prevents Skadi from suffering poison/corrosion from any attacks/passives, or suffering any ill effects from them (damage, paralysis etc). Likewise, her foamy saliva, if swallowed, or in some cases, rubbed into an affected area of a poison victim, will automatically heal the Digimon of any poison/corrosion effects they may suffer… if they’re willing to use it at all, obviously. If used on an ally, then they have up to 2 poison/corrosion effects lifted from them, and Skadi goes through a 3 turn cooldown period, where she will be no longer immune to effects from poison/corrosion until it finishes. If Skadi digivolves to this form while poisoned/corroding, then she will automatically be cured in the same post.
Voice of Old World (yup, still the same): KIZNA assault team members are attuned to the land where they fought in. By using the link of their own data and the data of the land where they are, they could boost their resistance to certain degree. Elemental resistance up based on where the area of the thread happened Core: Lightning and Metal Resistance +20%

Silence knew without a fact that Skadi was a tough customer, it wasn’t hard to see that the goat had a good head on her shoulders and that she was a powerful combatant to boot. Maybe there was a chance later on that they’d work together in the field rather than the sort of training that they had going on now. With them being worried about her the shutmon gave a small thumbs up; knowing that if she didn’t respond in a positive fashion that the other would not want to continue. Silence was a touch extra when it came to things like this, she wanted to make sure that those that she trained knew how fights really would be. She’d spin her bow around, checking for faults; checking for anything that might make it difficult to fight with the equipment. Now suffice to say that the digivolution that garnered the ability to block her basic attack was inspiring. She rarely felt such a connection between a tamer and their mon as clearly as this one. The great sword was something that she’d have to take into account... Furthermore, she didn’t know what sort of attacks the other had and with a bark to the other’s even after they took in everything she still had more to give them in terms of advice. For example they should of used the digivolution timing to launch a wave of attacks or set themselves up in terms of combat for the next few minutes. But Silence wasn’t going to address that until after the fight. Silence inhaled a little bit and then with a finger drew a line across her bow; a light blue energy warping around it and fueling the weapon’s design. It’d flow, grow and shift as her finger ran all the way across its length; tip to tip, edge to edge. The shutmon being left with a bow that was a third energy, a third ice and a third sword. The shutmon drew her arm back and in place of where the ice arrow normally spawned an arrow of both ice and energy came into being through the wolf’s combined powers. She’d kick off of the ground before shooting the combined arrow at skadi again. Seeing how she’d cope with something that wasn’t boosted just a single time. Her bow was more powerful than her sword but more fragile, now it was more volatile. Silence could already see a crack forming in her bow’s length from the single pull. Doing this was dangerous and likely would end with her being left with her sword rather than an empowered energy ice bow mix. ”Your job now is to push yourself skadi! Push yourself as hard as you can, find out your limits of energy in this form so you can know what you can do at any given time! If you don’t do it for yourself, do it for him!”The digimon pointed at kenny and her eyes slid to the young man. There was encouragement behind those eyes, a somewhat supportive light mixed with the hardened gaze of someone that had done this hundreds of times. The shutmon wasn’t just calling her own experience, no she was calling on her past iterations too. Willing to put aside her pride to teach a younger generation what they were capable of and what limits they had. The safety of that generation was paramount. The shutmon chuckled a bit and shook her head slightly. She realized just how jaded that kind of sounded, the younger generation? She was a part of that now! Even younger than her daughters, her son and even her past friends! ”Let your love show! Kenny! You’re free to use cards if you see an opening but let skadi do most of the work! Your contributions are important but we need to know what she’s capable of!”For now? Silence would try to keep her distance from the obviously powerful close ranged fighter. If the goat managed to close in she’d be in a heap of trouble given that the bow was a fine show of just how fragile power could be… Log: -Silence enhances her Invoke the Mausoleum with The Seventh Key, creating a powerful but short term weapon. -She launches a single arrow from this bow at skadi, wanting to see just how powerful this form is. Passives: Oathbreaker: Vaccine types take increased damage from this digimon.
Bound: Using it's powerful legs, this digimon may treat even air as solid ground. Allowing it to basically "fly". Move: [RAM UPGRADE GIGA]The Seventh Key: A Gift from her last iteration, for unlocking the potential that she was capable of. This ability is naturally represented by digital coding on various parts of her body, one on each of her arms, legs[Dragon, Space, Sword, Silence] and a seven pronged key on her chest in light blue Luminescent pattern. This ability allows her to draw forth a saberk unlike any other, one that bleeds into others of it's kind to strengthen them if they are present while also allowing a blade of its own use if she deigns so. This saberk is capable of being any weapon, capable of shooting out energy waves or projectiles and lasts until broken or dismissed. To enhance a present saberk she must invoke this ability separately. The range on the energy blasts/waves differs level to level for melee 15/50/150/300/1000 and ranged weapons 30/100/300/600/N/A respectively [Measurements done in feet]. Additionally if a physical weapon is present on a form this saberk variant may empower them instead. Persistent effect: [RAM UPGRADE] Invoke the Mausoleum: Using the giant sword on her back as a catalyst this digimon can summon a bow made primarily of ice. If struck consecutively the target digimon is frozen for a single post and then cannot be affected by this again for another three posts limiting the power of the bow in the meantime. This bow may fire incredible distances but requires a proper sight line to use correctly; as blind firing this bow is incredibly dangerous. Cooldowns: BB: [2/3]
