RAM UPGRADE PLUS: Demon King's Charisma [Passive]: If the user was not hit by any attacks in the previous turn, reduce all of his cooldowns by 1. This ability itself is not affected by this, having a natural cooldown of 3 turns.

Despite being gaudy and flamboyant as always, his jokes won't make you laugh. His skill in magic and trickery is without equal, and if you happen to stumble across Piedmon, you probably won't be able to do anything but curse your fate. Clown Trick [Keychain]: Clown Trick's most fearsome application is its ability to turn people into keychains! This can have the same effect for the user as loading one of the defeated Digimon's moves, which can then be used as long as the user has possession of the corresponding keychain. Mercenary #1 Digimon Name: IceDevimon Default Form: Champion Gender: Male Alignment: Chaotic Evil Skills/Talents: Cold as ice, Dancing (so he claims) Personality: Some mon aren’t looking for anything logical, like money. They can’t be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some mon just want to watch the world burn… or in IceDevimon’s case, freeze over! A killer with an ice-cold heart, both metaphorically and literally, IceDevimon was a Digimon known for its cruelty, torturing his victims, killing them and absorbing their data. The only thing stronger than his hunger for violence is his devotion to Jokermon, whom he served as a loyal underling way back in the day. Ever since he devoured an entire archive of vintage comedy sketches in a ravenous frenzy, his behavior has gotten… weird. He has developed a peculiar speaking pattern, and has become much more eccentric and bizarre. Make no mistake! While he is a more comical character now, he can be just as threatening as he was in the old days. As a side note, IceDevimon is always seen wearing a cowbell around his neck. He doesn’t know why he’s wearing it, he only knows that he needs more of it. Such cold temperatures might give you a fever, and his only prescription for that is more cowbell! Abilities: Frost Claw [Attack]: Slashes the enemy with his icy claws. Wounds inflicted sting like frost burns, increasing pain and agony as the fight goes on. Zero Freeze [Attack]: Fires a freezing beam from his hand. Can target specific body parts to freeze, lowering the target's mobility. It takes 2 turns for the ice to melt on its own, or 4 turns if they are fighting in a cold area. Has a 3 turn cooldown. Icy Shower [Attack]: Releases a barrage of very sharp icicles from his wings, hitting multiple opponents. Has a 3 turn cooldown. Cold Blood [Attack]: He points at a target and his eyes shine. All of the target's attacks become Water-element for 3 turns. Has a 4 turn cooldown. Cold Breath [Attack]: Blows a freezing breath that drops already cold temperatures way below zero, causing severe damage if the enemy has been afflicted by ice-based moves in the previous turn. He gets easily stoked at the thought of hitting the waves with his bros and “hanging loose”. His dream is to become the “Big Kahuna”, the most awesome, most radical surfer in all of the Digital World. That would be hella tight, dude! Unfortunately, when you’re born as a Devimon spawn, it tends to limit your career options. You can’t even “hang loose” when your hand is shaped like a scary claw. That’s a total bummer, man! He has to live a life of crime and mischief with his sworn brother, IceDevimon, and has become bitter and hateful as a result. He has to live in the darkness and anguish of the Dark Area, and the abyssal depths of the sea, when he should be out there, having a tubular time under the bright sun in Whitewater City’s beaches, searching his soul and hanging out with hot babes in bikinis! Man, that’s heavy. DIGIMON'S EVOLUTION LINE UltimateSpecies: MarineDevimon Appearance: Attribute: Virus Family/ies: Dark Area, Deep Savers Type: Aquatic Beast Man Fighting Style: An oddly cheerful member of the Devimon family, who shouts surfer catchphrases like "Cowabunga" and "Duuuuude" during battle, he nevertheless can be as violent and cruel as the rest of his kin, and is not afraid to fight dirty. Abilities: Marine Biology [Passive]: MarineDevimon is normally sluggish on land due to his tentacles, but on water his speed rises to astonishing levels. Even being near a body of water triggers this. Guilty Black [Attack]: Shoot poisonous ink from his mouth that slowly corrodes the enemy Digimon's data, adding a sliver of extra damage each turn. Evil Wind [Attack]: Discharges dark electricity from his mouth, causing damage and making the target's body feel extremely numb and hard to move for 1 turn. Has a 3 turn cooldown. Neck Hanging [Attack]: Chokes the opponent with his tentacles, severely limiting their mobility for 1 turn. Has a 2 turn cooldown. Chaos Slash [Attack]: Attacks the enemy with the claws of his tentacles. Wounds inflicted cause data to leak out, making the Digimon feel intense pain for 1 turn. Has a 3 turn cooldown. His dream is to become the “Big Kahuna”, the most awesome, most radical surfer in all of the Digital World. That would be hella tight, dude! Unfortunately, when you’re born as a Devimon spawn, it tends to limit your career options. You can’t even “hang loose” when your hand is shaped like a scary claw. That’s a total bummer, man! He has to live a life of crime and mischief with his sworn brother, IceDevimon, and has become bitter and hateful as a result. He has to live in the darkness and anguish of the Dark Area, and the abyssal depths of the sea, when he should be out there, having a tubular time under the bright sun in Whitewater City’s beaches, searching his soul and hanging out with hot babes in bikinis! Laughing Mad should only impact active cooldowns.
Clown Trick - Its difficult to categorize this move. It has too many potential effects.
KeyChain - This would have to take a loaded move slot.
Masks Square - Far too powerful. Teleports need an internal two post cooldown.

Laughing Mad: It now specifies active cooldowns.
Clown Trick: Added the following line “Despite its variable nature, the intended effect is always to distract the opponent for a single turn.” So the multiple “effects” are more like having a bunch of different attack animations. Hopefully that checks out.
KeyChain: Made it just a fancier-looking way to load new moves, while keeping the restrictions the traditional method has.
Masks Square: Teleports now have an internal cooldown as suggested.

Clown Trick is still too problematically random. Suddenly placing an opponent on a ball is akin to a displaced autohit.
