The Music We Share (Sho T.)

A pair of strange figures sitting atop a flying broom, gently moving above the surface of the rippling water, the entire scene bathed in a harsh orange as the sun's last moments on the horizon stain the light with fiery tones, tranquil and yet introspective. The one in the front is the passenger, a tall woman with long green hair and an slight elegance to her form and posture, contrasting the shorter and more energetic blonde clearly steering the flying cleaning equipment.
No amount of gazing away at the ocean or her notebook can stop Alice from thinking something does not feel right, Dorothy having the same mood about her, a slightly uncomfortable, though comforting smile shared between the two as they head back to land, the city of Whitewater twinkling with the lights of activity. Eventually, one of them, the more human of the two, speaks. "You know, I've never asked why you enjoy... Flying so much."
"The feelin' of freedom ain't something I like to miss." Dorothy's response is spoken as they reach the sand once again, the Witchmon nudging at her Tamer to get her off the broom. "You don't seem too keen on missin' out on cool stuff, either. Which is why sittin' here in Whitewater seems a lil'... Odd. Like you're hidin' from somethin'."
"You're just assuming things." Denying the statement completely, the emerald haired woman takes that ever-present notebook of hers out, and holds it to her chest with a sigh. "Shall we head somewhere for the night? It's getting dark..." Indeed, even if Whitewater is still bustling with activity around this time, things seem to have quieted down just a bit, no longer an uproar, the distant hum of conversations and music keeping the lively mood present in the background. "Hopefully our temporary replacement in Rosewood is doing well. Either way..." Being on the beach at night is both lonely and somewhat peaceful for the two, but both Tamer and Digimon alike are restless despite the late hour.
Perhaps something or someone will answer their need for excitement as the pair head back into the busier parts of the city, Dorothy having wandered off someplace for a moment as Alice waits for her underneath a light post, looking down at her Digivice now instead of her notebook, the orange light of its' slightly cracked screen illuminating her face. She can't help but think of the difference between humans and Digimon and just how massive that difference really is.
Her train of thought is interrupted when Dorothy returns, this time barely recognizable due to the fact she's changed her outfit completely, a blue getup much unlike what she'd normally wear. "Hey, you won't believe what I've found!" A cheerful grin greets the Tamer, the witch Digimon laughing to herself a bit.
"What do you mean?" Alice's response is delayed, mostly due to the whole surprise about this, the green haired woman nudged away from the lightpost and lead into a brief chase, confused about it all to say in the least. What she finds after following Dorothy is a bit of a strange sight, heading down one of the quieter, less traveled paths to discover a pair of other Digimon setting some sort of stage up, their most unusual feature being the similar attire to Dorothy's current wear. "...This really doesn't make sense to me."
"What? C'mon, these dorks are just like me! Interested in human culture 'n stuff!" Dorothy waves to the pair as if she's somehow close friends despite having just met the other two, a Lopmon and Terriermon with similar, but better fitting blue outfits struggling to set up all manner of human sound equipment, all manner of microphones and speakers with a drum set and a guitar off to one side. It's clear to the green haired human that the pair of small Digimon are struggling with their task.
"We're a band!" The Terriermon insists, giggling wildly as he plugs things in, stumbling slightly with a long cable in his arms. "Like one of those ones some of the humans passing through want to see! We're doing practice and need a singer and some... Uhh... Other stuff!!"
The only response Alice can muster is a confused sigh. Every day, the line seems to get blurrier and blurrier.

Sho had his eye on this makeshift ensamble for quite a while, nestling himself between palms and in the trees as he watched. Watching seemed to be what he did best, the dexterous and acrobatic body of a Bastemon just made the work all the better. As the small digimon fumbled with stage equipment and cables below, he took notes and checked the different musical reference books he'd stashed in his satchel. The pair of bandmates had been getting pretty far on their own, at least by his standards, but now a Witchmon and what looked to be her tamer had entered the mix. A tamer and her eager partner coming upon the scene with this much interest? That could lead to whole new developments! He couldn't wait any longer, he had to get in on this halfway-band! Sho waited patiently, listening in to the conversation to try and find the perfect time to jump in. When the Terriermon finished speaking, he pounced on the opportunity, leaping out from the foliage in his half-feline form. His crimson hair lashing behind him like a second tail. "Would a dancer qualify as 'other stuff'? I don't sing very often, but I doubt I'd be too shabby, so I'm happy to help..." A demure grin crossed the Bastemon's face as it bowed towards the group, gracefully giving his respect to them all. She began to swing the rough brown satchel on her back to the edge of one of her claws, dangling it out for everyone to see. It was small, far too small to be hers, but she balanced it as carefully as if it were her own. "I hope you won't fault a curious cat for eavesdropping, especially since this cat happens to be an expert in human affairs! Even if music isn't my specialty." He proudly asserted, launching the bag into his other hand and opening it up to reveal some aging records and spiral bound books. "See? Proof!" Sho exclaimed, enthusiasm permeating through everything he said. Before, he might've been sickened by being so eager but now it was the best thinf about being this way.

The pair of more humanoid individuals are caught off guard by the sudden appearance of the guest, with Alice in particular seeming a bit surprised, her attitude turning a little more hesitant at first. "So you were watching us, too?" The emerald haired woman can't help but chuckle a bit at this, the feline Digimon seeming both friendly and yet having more than a little flair for the dramatic, yet alone proclaiming themselves a bit of an expert on human culture. "I guess we could all use more help, I'm not sure if these two can do this by themselves."
"Oh? Yes!" The Terriermon hops up and down excitedly at this, dangling his stubby arms in the air upon seeing the books and records, almost begging for them. "These look useful! Umm... I know how to play the drums, but we still need a singer and..."
"Not tall enough for the guitar, huh?" Dorothy comments, seeming just as excited as the pair of smaller Digimon that have approached the Bastemon. "So, we've got a dancer, a drummer... Guess I'll take the guitar, then! Alice, you can sing." The grin the blonde, humanoid Digimon shoots at Alice is smug to the core, as if she knows she'll strike a bit of a nerve with her Tamer.
"...When did you learn to play the guitar?" Trying her best to deflect Dorothy's statement, Alice asks another question. "...I can be the singer, but..." She sighs, not fully confident in herself, or perhaps a bit embarrassed. "Must you share that with everyone?"
"I've played enough dumb games to pick that kinda thing up, and ya sing great in the shower-" The witch Digimon's response is interrupted by a grumble, Alice heading to the microphone and plugging it in.
Alice's next few words are both confident yet slightly nervous. "Just... Don't ever mention this to others. I have other things I want to do." She then turns her attention to the mysterious Bastemon after making sure all the cables are connected properly. "Do you have a name? I'm Alice, and my partner, the one who thinks she can play that thing is Dorothy."

"Yes, I was watching very closely...a feline like me is nothing but curious." The Bastemon in question began to chatter, walking about the stage, checking the same equipment they did, cocking its head to the side as it observed the instruments they held. With its claws, it had rummaged through the satchel it held, carefully retrieving a notebook and pen to take note of what they were missing and who was who in their little band. Their ears perked up the minute they were mentioned, quickly turning to the tamer with a small bow. "If you have to know, it's Sho! "Book" in Japanese- funny isn't it?" they giggled as they introduced themselves, not because of the odd meaning of the name but thinking of what the girl might say if she knew that was the normal name of a human being and not just a strange moniker picked up by a curious Digimon. The fact that Alice often sang did bring a grin to their face, even if it seemed cruel to Sho to start smiling. Wait, cruel? The Bastemon clearly thought otherwise, placing its hands on its hips. "Well what do you have to be embarrassed about? You probably have more singing experienced than all of us combined!" They praised, giving an energized nod before raising a claw. "Speaking of 'us', what should we call the band? The name is part of the image, very important for a human band..." Sho nodded along, very convinced of what it was saying. "Those outfits make a pretty striking image too! If we had more time I might throw a few bits around trying to make more." The Bastemon turned their attention towards the Lopmon and Terriermon, circling them while they stood by their instruments. "In fact, I think that by now all we need to figure out is what songs we'd want to play...Music is fluid! We can figure it out as we go along, right Dorothy?" Sho inquired, putting the witch on the spot with a wry pair of finger guns pointed at the pair. Or rather, finger claws?

"Hmm... It's good to meet you, Sho. Perhaps you're bit of a bookworm in secret, just like I am in the open?" A chuckle escapes Alice's mouth, finding the coincidence amusing until she sees a notebook and pen, the green haired human now more... Puzzled than anything else. What an eerie coincidence, she thinks to herself. "What makes me not like singing? Well... It just reminds me of times that I was a bit more innocent. Times that I feel like I've let go, for the most part." A vague answer, but ultimately Alice seems fine with it, waving her hand somewhat dismissively. "I'll be fine, it's just that it makes me anxious." She taps the mic gently to see if it's working, her expression turning into the faintest of smiles.
The Terriermon and Lopmon work hard on their setup, the stage having four large speakers, the drum set from before, a microphone claimed by Alice and the guitar in Dorothy's hands. In a large box tucked away in the corner are a somewhat banged up (but still functional looking) musical keyboard and another guitar, the label scribbled over, perhaps possessions of someone who used to be here a long time ago. A couple of other objects are in the box as well, mostly picks, a few smaller instruments, and an amp, probably for the guitar Dorothy has with her.
"Umm... w-what about the Code Waves?" The Lopmon among the makeshift band finally speaks up, seeming a bit more nervous than their energetic, confident twin, lost in thought more often than not. "I, umm... It's an idea."
Dorothy, on the other hand, seems a bit more confident. "C'mon, that's kinda corny. Let's call ourselves the Crimson Cats! And yeah, I like these outfits! Not every day I get to wear somethin' that ain't my usual..." She can't help but laugh loudly at her own comment, the witch noodling a bit with the guitar to get the hang of things. "Oh, right! Yeah, we should probably practice before we start doin' songs. I, uhh.. Ain't too keen on lookin' like a dork in the bad way."
"I still think Lopmon's band name is better!" The Terriermon insists, shaking its' head. The two back and forth for a bit, with no conclusion in sight. Perhaps the name can wait.

Sho couldn't help but giggle at the prospect, covering their veiled mouth further with a set of claws. A bookworm in secret? If that was going to be his persona, he'd run with it in a heartbeat. Finally, an excuse he could get behind...he should introduce himself like this more often. "Oh, if you see me around any libraries, don't tell anyone~!" They laughed, stopping once they heard Alice's explanation. "Anxiety is good for performance in my opinion, you just have to control that stress and rewire it into something resembling focus...that wasn't too long-winded, was it?" Sho shook their head and looked elsewhere in their slight embarassment, watching the setup while the others stated their ideas. This bickering was another kind of funny, but there was a nugget of truth in what Dorothy was talking about. "Practice would do us some good, maybe even help you kick that anxiety out before actually doing a performance. That being said, I might need my practice too...I do only dance to certain styles of music." They noted, absentmindedly twirling on one of their feet in an attempt to get themselves warmed up. Sho had an odd sense for what this Bastemon could do and what it couldn't...so maybe if he let go, just for a little bit, he'd be able to dance better in their body? It occurred to him that it might be a little intense to do that, but then again, he only had so much control when it came to this anyway. "Try plucking something out if you're not sure, improvisation is valid!" They finally called out, perfectly eager to begin the jam session.

"Perhaps, and that is good advice. I should probably be... Less worried about the future and the like. Or at least channel that into something productive." After speaking, Alice clears her throat, her eyes still pointed directly at Sho, uncertain of the strange Bastemon, but trusting them enough to at least know that they aren't a threat . "And if you say that's long winded, you should see me trying to explain the difference between the Human world and the Digital World to someone..." The green haired woman doesn't start singing yet, mostly just leaning against the microphone with a long, drawn out sigh as her eyes slowly move towards Dorothy's antics. The sounds coming from Dorothy's attempts to play the guitar are far from perfect, the ridiculous amount of enthusiasm evident, but also the complete lack of skill. She's not particularly good, but at least she seems to be enjoying herself. Her attempts at singing, meanwhile, are far less pleasant, something she soon becomes aware of when Alice and the two smaller Digimon start glaring at her. "Gyahaha, ain't the first time I've been told not to do that, my bad...""...So, er... I'll do drums!" Terriermon leaps onto the seat, agile enough to use its' long ears as extra limbs. "If we're practicing, we better all get onto something!" They cheer, holding their large prehensile ears in the air with a drumstick in each. As uncertain as the little white and green Digimon is, its' excitement is obvious. Alice looks to the other things in the box, and shrugs. "I'll set up some of that if needed... Personally, a band isn't just a guitar, a singer and drums, but..." Before the practice session officially begins, She digs through the box to give Lopmon something to do, propping up the old musical keyboard on another box and checking if it can even be turned on. To her surprise, it works, the green haired woman letting the Lopmon take a look at it, a few notes being played on the old thing by the brown, rabbitlike Digimon. "There we go. I'd say we're ready for practice!"The group's first attempt at doing something coherent together isn't great, to say in the least, a cacophony without coordination. "...Ya think we might need somethin' before we actually, uhh... Do anythin? We ain't nothin' without a plan, now that I think 'bout it." Dorothy is the last to stop, her awkward smile an obvious sign that perhaps she was having a bit too much fun once again.

"Really~? You should hear what happens when somebody calls one the 'real world' over the other when I'm in earshot!" Sho gave in a giggling comment before the practice began. They were able to cover it up well enough with their dancing, but for a moment the Bastemon's ears lowered, trying to shield itself from the cacophony of odd sound, all somewhere adjacent to proper melody. But once they were able to collect themselves, they remembered that planning was one of their most special of specialties. Dorothy did raise an important point once again...there wasn't much use in practice if their wasn't a plan for it. Sho had nodded along with what the others had said before, but now they felt they could really understand it. It wasn't just that nobody had practiced the instruments they were playing, nobody knew how the others were trying to play. How could they be in sync without knowing that? "I've got it. Y'know how in some songs and different genres of music, instruments will layer onto each other one by one?" Well, Sho knew that the majority of them there probably didn't, but they already explained the idea, so they might as well run with it. "We should do that with everyone's instruments! Everyone can figure out what everyone else is going for that way and figure out how to fit in the best with each other. It doesn't have to be anything super complicated, but if we at least do that, I'd know how to make a dance that fits the music." Sho nodded moving to the center of the stage between everybody. "I even have a bit of an idea about the order..." The Bastemon stuck their tongue out in thought, swiveling on a tip of a claw to quickly change perspectives and gain a better sense of the stage's bearings. "How about drums, lead, a bass if we have it, then singing. And I'll have to start dancing throughout as the piece builds itself... it'll probably be way more comfortable for me if we did that." Putting their hands on their hips, Sho stood ready, confident in their little scheme.

Opening her mouth, the emerald haired woman almost says something about how she doubts there even is a "real world" sometimes at this point, all the surreal and both wonderful and horrifying experiences she's had being difficult to understand and even more difficult to look back on when every single day is an adventure. At least they're easy to recall when written down in her notebook, Alice finally speaking after considering her words. "You're right. That would be a disservice to this place and everything in it... It's wonderful. This world, the people here, the people I've met... Everything about it is worth protecting. Except those that seek to destroy it, of course."
When the first attempt to play is stopped, Dorothy is the first to agree with the plan, something that causes Alice to raise a brow. "Yeah, you're probably right that we should gradually get started one by one and get an idea for what everyone's doin'." Her enthusiasm is obvious, now directing the others as if she's the leader, a strange turn of events given one of the band members is her own Tamer. "Okay, once ya get some good drums goin', I'll start, 'n then everyone else slowly follows suit, gotcha?" She's kind of just saying what Sho said, but perhaps it's just to reassure herself, pointing at the Terriermon with an almost foolhardy confidence and expecting everyone to follow along.
"You seem to be having fun. That's good, given all the things we've been through lately..." Alice waits for her signal after commenting, the other two band members more patient than her, it seems. The second attempt starts off better, with things going surprisingly smoothly as the group starts off one by one. The improvised tune is fairly decent, though it goes without saying that Dorothy comes close to trying to steal the show on occasion, her excitement and enthusiasm perhaps a bit misplaced for now. She has to stop herself from bursting into song, given how Alice is the one doing that... She's not the best at figuring things out on the fly, and when the group stops a second time, Alice immediately gets to writing in her notebook. "I'm never putting those words together in sequence again. I'm a writer, not an ad-libber. We're... Getting somewhere, though, that's for sure. One more practice session, and we might be able to get something going?"

They could feel the rhythm take over as if it was written into them, going along with that one by one system really got this Bastemon going, but it finished just as easily as it started. The minute it stopped a frown crossed her face, passing just as quickly as the end of the song. Just for that moment, it felt like something so close to them was torn and ripped away. Sho could understand that feeling completely... Well, other than the fact that as far as he knew, it wasn't his feeling, was it? Instead of thinking about it, he blotted the idea out of his mind, beginning to pace about, listening to everyone's comments. The thing that Alice said struck him quite uniquely... It's wonderful. This world, the people here, the people I've met... Everything about it is worth protecting. Except those that seek to destroy it, of course. Cliché? Yes. Anything less than the truth? No, not at all...Sho began to prance again, testing out different rhythms and hums as they paced back and forth, again and again and again... "Again! Again! I think I've got something, I really do..." Sho begged, beginning to recount what he'd just thought up. "Um...ah...Alice, you said you were a writer, right? I think we can do something jazzy or upbeat and both worlds, you know? About how crazy both our worlds can be. How about that?" They proposed, barely having an idea of what she could possibly talk about.

"Ah. Well, I can easily adapt these ideas I've been thinking about into lyrics..." The green haired woman smirks, showing off her notebook. One page, the one she's writing on, is mostly blank, but the other clearly has more research-oriented notes and a sketch depicting a fish-like Digimon. "Hm... About the two worlds?" She closes her eyes, her expression thoughtful as she holds her pen by one end, gently bobbing it up and down before getting to it, mumbling ideas to herself. "I'm no expert at this, but I guess we're all out of our element a little bit here. Always a fun time. That's part of what makes things so interesting... Another day, another adventure, another experience..."
While Alice writes, the Terriermon looks to Sho with a question of their own. "Umm... You seem a little angry that we stopped... Why is that?" The little rabbit-like Digimon curls up its' ears a bit, still a bit anxious. "I, umm... I'm not sure I'm quite good enough, but I'll keep trying my best. Never mind!" Given the current situation, the dogbun tries to keep calm despite the uncertain mood. "Yeah, don't worry 'bout it. We're all learnin' here." Alice's partner seems more relaxed about things, having thoroughly enjoyed herself since this started, the witch dressed in far less supernatural attire perhaps amused with her more rockstar-esque look right now. "Things ain't easy, but that's what friends are for!" Her glance soon shifts to Sho, and she compliments the Spirit Warrior before taking some time to move around the stage, guitar still in her hands, feeling like she owns the world. "Nice moves, by the way. I'm a lil' jealous, t'be honest."
It isn't long until Alice stops writing, and shares the results of what she's been creating. "There, hopefully this isn't too bad..."Have you been to the secret places, Worlds beyond far away? Great cities, worlds, unfamiliar faces Everything you've dreamed of and more
Towers of lights as high as the sky Endless noise filling streets below you won't believe the things that you'll see Colonies in places wet and dry Creatures of kinds you'll never know you won't believe the things that we've seen
Have you seen the great mysteries, Secrets lost far away? Old legends, myths, strange fantasies Just what are you all waiting for?
Ancient histories, lost and timeless Worlds that were so long ago will you believe the things that you'll see Hidden power within us, endless the strength within us all to grow will you believe the things that we've seen?

To be complimented on a skill you never thought you'd have...It's a strange feeling indeed. Strange because of that reason and because of how familiar it seemed to them at only a cursory thought. What seemed to bring a puzzled expression to the Bastemon's face was the Terriermon's question. "Angry? No...I'm just really excited, I guess. Well, it's better to say I really liked how that groove felt. I want to keep going with that, even if we still need more rehearsal, we should keep that consistent no matter what." Sho nodded, explaining their antsy position a bit further, trotting about the stage to think on what it all might sound like once they went through it a couple dozen times. "Oh, and thanks Dorothy, I should probably show these off more often, honestly...Might turn more than a few people green, eh he..." The panther-woman adds, ears perking up once Alice's new lyrics and notes got her attention. Sho struts over to Alice, squatting down to get a good look at all of what she'd written. These ideas were nice to think about. As lyric poetry, it worked, but putting it to music? That would be the difficult part. She began to hum different tunes and melodies she'd heard during rehearsal along with the lyrics, trying to place it to a rhythm without actually singing it just yet. "I think reading it out loud would be nice, that way we could all hear it in our heads while we're rehearsing and come to you if we think of any way to better sing it. How's that?" Sho proposed. The more they thought about it though...there was definitely a lot of the cheesiness of the idea carried into the lyrics, maybe that was just their own uncertainty mixing in, but there had to be a way to properly express what that feeling was like... "If we feel unsure about anything, we'll never know until we start singing or playing it...best to be open-minded now than missing out on something later." Sho stated. That would be a good idea to carry throughout their performances, at least they thought so.

While Dorothy seems smug about the fact her compliment was accepted, Alice proceeds to clear her throat, and tries to read the lyrics she's made out loud, her anxiety apparent for a few seconds but swiftly fading away. Perhaps now, she's finally realized just how corny what she's created really is, at least in her eyes. As she reads, she looks around to the rest of the group as if she's the one being judged, a bit of an inversion from her previous slightly curious usual attitude. "...I'm not sure about them now that I read them outside of my head. They could work.. Maybe I could truncate it a bit and simplify things?"
"I think it's worth a shot to try it as it is. You'll never know until ya try, after all." Dorothy perks up slightly, propping herself up with the guitar, something she already seems to be slightly attached to. "C'mon, greeny! Sing 'em!"
"...Sure." The emerald haired woman sighs before taking a moment to focus, the entire band likely focused on her as she begins to sing what she's written down, making a somewhat energetic melody on the spot to the best of her ability.
"Ah, you really do sound good, but..." Terriermon looks over to the green haired human with slight confusion, not sure what she's trying to accomplish until she stops, the small dogbun's expression slowly lighting up. "Umm... Does everyone approve of her lyrics? I'm... Not so sure."
Alice closes her notebook with a sigh, and looks to the others, perhaps having expected a better reception. "Well, it was worth a shot."

There...his little workaround worked perfectly well. Now it wouldn't look like he was just calling Alice out. For a second he felt some sense of great pride..."How's that for reading the air?!" was what he wanted to shout. If he kept this up he could really stick it to all the people who took shots at him for his social ineptitudes. Sho kept his joy hidden for the most part, continuing to pace about and play the part of the pensive, musically-inclined, slightly nerdy study of the humanities this Bastemon was."Well, if everyone's not on board, I could totally propose some suggestions. It's not like the vocal talent isn't there, and the idea has something to it, doesn't it?" The Bastemon proposed, nearing Alice again and peeking over to take another look at the lyrics she'd been reading from. What to change...what to change...Digimoji and Japanese definitely had some similarities, both phonetic, the meter could be considered similar. It struck him quickly that he could approach this like making a particular kind of poetry. With a single swift motion, he retrieved the notebook and pen he had stowed away in his satchel and began to write out his new ideas...
It used to be a shock— Couldn't spare any of my time Now there's new notches on my clock Got a strange desire— My heart says this place is in need of my fire
Back there I took a breath before I ever needed air Right here I don't have to think Sparks fly just running everywhere—
I took the match You took my hand Maps are so dry Who needs a plan I'm here and there and here and there Where the sun's a blaze above my hair
Don't ask why I stare— When there's Promethium— In both worlds ~~~~~~~~~
Sho's pen flew off the page with a flourish as he finished...This sounded a little better to him, but what would the others think? "I've only got a verse, a bridge, and a chorus, but how does it sound so far?" The Bastemon bashfully asked, putting the pages forward for everyone to see.

The first thing Alice does is tilt her head slightly upon realizing that she's not the only one with a notebook, almost feeling a bit.. Happy that she's not the only one recording their journey through this strange world. For now, she raises a brow, curious as to what the unusual and fairly mysterious Bastemon is writing. "No matter what we do, I'll keep trying my best. I'm having fun here, after all!"
"You? Havin' fun? What has the world come to?" Chiming in with a laugh is Dorothy, who seems even happier to hear this than anything else so far, the witch Digimon leaning on her guitar gently while she waits, watching the Lopmon and Terriermon stretch their legs and goof off. "Heh, it's all good." She looks up at the night sky with a grin, perhaps enjoying this improvised jam session just as much.
Slowly pacing around, Alice tries take a look at the notes being written by Sho, feeling more curious about it the longer she waits. "Well, these are definitely interesting." When the Bastemon finishes, her interest is sparked further. "Well, I'll give them a try, and we'll see, how's that sound?" As much as she isn't willing to say it, Alice has been bested, Sho's lyrics considerably more interesting and less... Try-hardy.
"Well, get back to the microphone! I'm just as excited as you are to hear this, Sho here's got many talents..." Dorothy's ready to continue, her hands firmly on the guitar as she picks it back up. "Once we're all ready again, we can hit it 'n hopefully get something big going!"
"Right!" Alice heads back to the microphone, and readies to sing, this time a bit quieter as there's no instruments. All she needs to do is make sure it seems good, the green haired woman smiling a bit partway through the first line, and stopping after the first two verses. "I feel like it's perfect, if you ask me."
