Silently, Governor followed Antylamon to get some food. He still had more questions, but he did not want to ask them of Antylamon, lest she had to stop midway, and spend another while writing out an answer. There were always opportunities later on.
They meandered through the streets, Antylamon taking him past shop after shop, until they ended up at a Takoyaki stall. As they passed it, Governor could smell the delicious aroma that absolutely enticed him. Luckily, this was exactly where they were getting their food! Unluckily however, the line was rather long. But, that was expected however - given how delicious the food smelled.
Patiently, the odd pair waited. One by one, they moved up the line, all the while Governor was content with just hanging around silently. Sometimes, his body would shift in structure somewhat, becoming more blobby. Other times, it returned to a spherical form. At times, his radiance would get brighter, though never quite as bright as it was while he was underwater when Antylamon caught him.
Eventually, it was their turn, and after Antylamon showed their order to the Etemon (who was wearing a very interesting apron). A moments' wait later, and Antylamon was carrying away a dozen Takoyaki balls, split in half. They found a bench nearby, and Antylamon set down a container of the Takoyaki next to Governor.
Well, time to dine then!
While Antylamon ate the Takoyaki the normal way, Governor pondered for a moment how he would actually consume the food. Then, the idea came to him. Governor would hover just over a single Takoyaki ball, turn his body to face down directly, and lowered his entire body over a ball.
As he devoured his food, he moved his body back a bit, looking front again. Finally consuming the one Takoyaki ball he spent all that time eating, Governor looked up at Antylamon and smiled. "This is so good!" He exclaimed. "How did you find out about this place?"

The antylamon shifted a little bit as they waited, she didn’t really have much to add during that span of time. What was she supposed to talk about really? Naturally the big digimon didn’t have much to say about most of what was transpiring. Or have any idea what to really talk about to the SeaMimicmon. She was kind of bad with conversations seeing as most people didn’t want to talk. They wanted to work?
Nothing bad about that though, it just got rather lonely most of the time. She’d tilt her head a bit as she noted that the SeaMimicmon’s body changed form and in radiance from time to time. Was that a conscious effort or was it something that just sort of happened? She wasn’t sure if he would even know the answers; but she wouldn’t know that unless she asked. Which maybe she would after they were done eating.
While she was content eating the Takoyaki the way you were generally supposed to, it was all too late that she realized that the seamimicmon didn’t have hands to really eat it with. She was about to pull out her journal to ask if he wanted help only to find that Governor had figured out something. Turning his body face down so that he could lower himself over one of the Takoyaki balls. She’d grin a little bit and shook her head, right there were innovative mon’s no matter where you went!
He seemed to like the taste of the Takoyaki and then shortly after came a question, how did she find out about this place?
The antylamon paused and drew out her journal again. She’d take a few moments to mull it over, how best to explain it? Well she’d start writing and it was thankfully not that complicated!
I do odd jobs for people here or there. The etemon had a package he couldn’t pick up and I was walking by. So he offered some food for picking up the package. He doesn’t charge me as much because I help him out with stuff.
It was also part of the reason she had a fishing pole or was able to get things easily. While she didn’t have a lot of bits she often more than not was running around doing things for people. The digimon shifted in her seat to take another one of the Takoyaki balls, popping it into her mouth and sighing sweetly at the taste.
There’s a few others that I’ve helped, but they’re more for sitting down than just street stalls. Bit more expensive too...

"That is really nice of you." Governor said with a bit of a muffled voice, given that he was still trying to chew and eat the same Takoyaki ball. "Thank you by the way, for helping me out. I suppose, I also owe you one now."
He went for a second Takoyaki ball, savoring in its delightful taste. As an In-Training, he did not need much sustenance, so just the first Takoyaki was already very filling. But! The taste. It was just too good.
Once he finished that, he turned to look up at Antylamon again. Gosh, he was so small compared to her. "By the way, do go ahead and have some of my Takoyaki. I cannot really eat much in this form."
Looking down towards the Takoyaki for a bit, Governor did return his gaze at Antylamon soon after. "Hm... maybe I should start doing jobs too. I think I'll also need bits, sooner or later. Not sure what I can do in this form though."

The antylamon flicked an ear and gave the other a small smile. She was glad they thought so; though she’d tilt her head as he seemed to think that he owed her one! She’d shake her head slightly and pat the tray that held the Takoyaki balls. Honestly it wasn’t a problem for her, it was just some food and what not. If anything she should be thanking him for dealing with her strangeness.
It’s just some Takoyaki. Nothing major.
She’d blink however when he told her that she could have some of his Takoyaki. The antylamon looked a bit surprised but hearing that he couldn’t eat a lot in that form it sort of clicked with her. She’d nod her head and pull out a small plastic bag. She’d quickly finish the few that she felt she needed to eat and would flick her ears again at hearing that he thought he should do some jobs too…
Well there’s not a lot you can do in this form I don’t think. A lot of stuff requires hands… I’ve been told it’s common place for In trainings to be in the village of beginnings or something like it. I’m not really sure what you could do either truth be told.
The antylamon sighed a bit and rubbed at her chin; stowing the Takoyaki bag in a carrier bag before depositing the tray into a nearby trash bin. She didn’t know what a mon like him could do or where he could go that would have need of him. If he was rookie maybe? The mon huffed a bit and took a seat once more.
I’d say for now learning the layout of whitewater would probably be in your best interests?

Village of Beginnings... maybe he should give that a visit? To be honest, he does feel a bit out of place here. It is not that he cannot find a footing here, Governor believes, but nonetheless, why make it harder for himself? After all, he-
Resequentialization code 200. Test initialized.
Cue Digimon digivolution music. Governor was suddenly surrounded by streams of light that seemed to be inputting in him some amount of data. Governor was facing Antylamon when this started to happen, and thus she would be able to see Governor's whole shift in his facial expression to betray an extreme amount of shock and surprise at what was happening.
Soon enough, he was engulfed completely by white light, and the shape of his body began to change, growing larger and longer, soon forming arms and legs of a vaguely bipedal creature. More distinct features began to form, and as the light faded, Governor's new form could be seen.
He had digivolved to Parvamon, a Digimon that vaguely resembled Antylamon, but was shorter and stout.
Test completed. Protocol deconsecration initialized code 201 202. Protocol deconsecration code 200. Thank you, and have a good day.
Parvamon is quite the odd Digimon. It has an ultrastructure similar to a Gargomon or Turuiemon, though sans any weapons. Parvamon is approximately 1.4 meters tall. However, it has the coloration of an Antylamon (albeit in reverse), from head to toe, and also the clothing of an Antylamon. Its ears are most similar to that of a Turuiemon, with the three separate tips but slightly elongated - though the color of the end of the ears is blue. When fully extended, the ears are actually longer than Parvamon's body. There are two kinks in the ears that causes it to fold onto itself a little bit, and thus normally shortening the perceived length of the ears - similarly to a Keramon's antennae/ears. On that topic, rather than the diamond-shaped symbols on the outside of its forearm, it has the eye symbols like on a Keramon's instead, even if as mentioned, the color scheme of the eyes is that of Antylamon's, being beige and tan-brown. Parvamon has webbing between its fingers/claws, paws, and also between the tips of its ears. The pants of Parvamon end somewhere around its ankle, giving way to bare paws that resembles those of a Gargomon. Lastly, two ridges extend out one each from each side of Parvamon's torso towards the back, where the red part of its clothing is. The ridges are normally covered, but if anything was to reveal them, they would see a pattern resembling Keramon's arm-eye-pattern, but stretched out slightly, on the side of each ridge facing the back. On one of its arms, this serial number is tattooed: Az-02-DS-0640.
Governor, the now-Parvamon, felt the bench underneath his feet start to teeter and feel like it might buckle soon.
With that, he hopped off the bench and landed very gently on his rabbit-like paws, before spinning around so that his body faced Antylamon - although his attention was diverted elsewhere. Governor was looking up and down his body, taking it in. For some reason, it already felt natural to him, and he knew mostly how it operated - what abilities the body had, and how to make use of them. It was a rather odd facet of Digimons and digivolution, but one that he appreciated nonetheless.
Finally, Governor turned his attention back at Antylamon, who seemed like she was still taller than him, despite sitting down. Governor opened his mouth to talk to Antylamon, but no words came out.
Governor's eyes widened, then his brows furrowed in confusion, as he tried again. Again, nothing. He looked down as if looking at the breath coming out of his mouth, breath that should have carried words into the wind. He tried again, and nothing.
Finally, Governor looked up at Antylamon, his face betraying a certain degree of incredulousness. Given that he looked so alike Antylamon, perhaps he was part of that Digivolution line, and did that mean... the muteness was inherent to their kind?
He did not know, and was now looking to Antylamon for answers. Maybe she could provide some answers?

The antylamon shifted a bit and then what she was gifted with was honestly a blessing. Seeing the streams of light that surrounded Governor well… Made her almost fall over the bench in surprise! He seemed to go from the strange somewhat fluid form to something that seemed like… Her? Well the feeling she got was he wasn’t a champion. In fact he wasn’t even close to it.
It was hard to tell but the suddenness of the evolution had her surprised! There were similarities that were close to her rookie form, but there were others simular to her current one. The gait, the weight and the stance fit her antylamon. While some of the more delicate parts fit keramon.
Perhaps the two of them were related somehow? That’d make sense seeing as the antylamon had been born on the beach…. Though once he tried to talk the antylamon’s eyes widened. Was he mute like she was? But he was talking just a moment ago! Even in her lower forms she had no way of communicating past the writing that she had to do.
It looks like you just digivolved to rookie! And it… looks a lot like me!
The antylamon shifted and if allowed would inspect the other; she was hugely curious and there was a faint blushing on her cheeks. He was kinda cute even. A small antylamon… but what would this be called? The rabbit let out a small huff and then wrote down something again before holding it up.
Should we get you a book of your own so you can write? I don’t know why this happened but it did happen.
She didn’t have a lot of answers, all she had were solutions to the issues he would be presented with if he was mute. His reach was a lot shorter and he wouldn’t be as strong but… they could still work with that!
