Digital Chronicle #2: Just bounce with me! Fei & Lucy's 'fishy' quest!
Although it was not everyone's to-go touristic attraction in the Southern Tropics, the Binary Archipelago did have some pretty interesting islands to visit. One of those rather beautiful landscapes this particular group of isles could offer was Drogogo Island.
The small territory, located at the northern part of the Archipelago, was actually the island where Fei had been living for three days now. After the events of the war unleashed in Terminus, she was more than aware that she had to prepare for their next battle. If she ever wanted to see him again, only her absolute best would cut it. She had to be the strongest Fei that had ever existed. Considering she became this strong by being isolated from interactions for centuries, forcing herself to do the same for a while could only have similar results, right?
In all honesty... some meditation time was much needed too. She required time to be with herself and process everything that had transpired in that gruesome battle. After some research, the nurse and experienced sorcerer had picked this uninhabited island for it to be her training ground. And boy, had she enjoyed the fact that it was completely empty of any living creatures! She had been able to launch magic attacks everywhere, She could practice her dodging and her most powerful spells without having to worry. After all, the circular island only consisted of a beach, a thick jungle and.. well, a lot of water surrounding it.
Or so she had thought. Until last night, the idea that there was not a living digimon in kilometers had accompanied her. It was then when the sight of the shadow of a truly gigantic creature moving below the water had made her wince. While she ate her dinner (luckily, more than enough fruits and vegetables to maintain a healthy diet could be found at Drogogo!), the light of the moonlight had helped her see this truly massive... monster. What was that, even? Could a fish even be that big? Or was this a digimon she had never seen? Eventually, that huge shadow had vanished and the Lekismon had decided to sleep.
Regardless of what that thing was, the training must continue. The next morning, Fei tried throwing coconuts into the air with all of her strength to then strike them with bursts of magic from a huge distance. As the pieces of one of the fruits she had stricken fell in front of her, the digimon squinted. The nurse stared at the sea for around a minute before reaching a conclusion.
Over the ocean, on the horizon, there was something coming to this island. Was that... a ship? Who could be traveling in this? And what did they want from Drogogo Island?
