Rosaria In Her Outfit One, two, three, each arrow hitting the center fired from one single red hair beauty. All happening inside an expensive building own by the Alanis family, right now being outside in the archery field, having several boards, arrows and people to use them, many just came having a crush on her others to learn, finally turning around to greet everyone smiling after shooting. "Hello everyone and thank you for showing up. Allow me to introduce myself my name is Rosaria Alanis many of you might know me or my father but please forget about that for today and focus on your archery." Rosaria was giving a free lesson to everyone willing to come today, having it in the local newspaper towards word of mouth. "How many of you had done archery before? Please form two groups, anyone who has go to the left, and the ones that haven't towards the right first I will see what level everyone is at and go from there, to make it fair I'll have one person from each side go at the same time." First the one who had little experience, just about hit the board so still a beginner. "Try and keep your hands still when shooting." The one without experience was a child who got annoyed unable to connect the arrow to his bow as Rosaria got down towards eye level helping him. "Try and not get upset it takes time before doing this perfect, take a deep breath and relax." Her soft smile made him feel the tension leave as he finally did it Rosaria holding bow with him as the arrow shoots out hitting the red outline the small child doing better and the person with experience as Rosaria guided him. "Thank you will I ever be as good as you?" The small child said looking upset but it changed towards him blushing and smiling brightly, as Rosaria stood up smiling at him. "I'm sure you will but it takes time, so have patience, good things come to them who wait." Each person did this saying their name and as they had a go when towards the back.

Post by ricochet5-Alucard on Jun 2, 2020 1:23:58 GMT
Alucard was making his way to the field where the archery lessons would be happening. He was sporting his new holosuit which gave him the look of a well dressed human in a white suit and wearing a bracelet reminiscent of a holy digimon's holy ring around one wrist. His icy blue eyes scanned the scene spotting human children among the ones taking the archery lessons. With a smile on his handsome face, Alucard approached until he spotted a familiar face in the form of Rosaria. He wasn't expecting to see her as soon as he did but at least he didn't mind seeing her again.
Approaching Rosaria he said "So this is where the archery lessons are. It is good to see you again, Rosaria. It's me, Alucard." Alucard decided to wait to see how she would react to him before doing anything more. He didn't know if she was aware of holosuits. His reminded him of another digimon though he couldn't put his finger on the one in question at this current time.

Post by Kaya Matsui and Hawkeye on Jun 2, 2020 4:43:01 GMT
Kaya almost did a double take when she was searching the web with her tablet that morning. She wasn't exactly looking for anything specific, but because she happened to be the Tamer of one of the supposed best archers in the Digital World, this story definitely interested her. Apparently some rich girl named Rosaria Alanis was holding archery lessons for anyone to take part in. She rushed over to her Hawkmon partner who was napping in the corner of the girl's bedroom.
"Hawkeye... Hawkeye, look at this!" Kaya yell-whispered, trying to awaken Hawkeye from his small nap.
The archer bird did open an eye to get a good read on the article, before closing it once again. "I doubt they're a better archer than I am."
"Well maybe you'd be able to make friends who are into archery here? Besides, can't help to go and maybe learn a new thing or two, right?"
"Anything I need to learn, I teach myself. Not interested in making new friends."
"Alright then, I guess I WON'T buy you that strawberry shortcake later today, hm?"
Anime anger lines appeared on the side of Hawkeye's head. "...why do you always play that card, Kaya?" And just like that, Kaya and Hawkeye, the latter of whom was hologuised as a male human around Kaya's age with white hair, made their way to the location where the archery lessons were being held, despite Hawkeye's objections. He really couldn't resist getting strawberry cake afterwards.
The two of them joined the group of people that were already there, grabbing the supplies that were laid out for them. Both Kaya and Hawkeye had done archery before, so they joined in on the left side with the others. While they were waiting, Hawkeye felt... something. Something familiar.
Something digital.
"Kaya, I believe there's a Digimon here somewhere," he whispered to his partner.
"Again? Maybe they're friendly?"
"Possibly, but I don't want to take that chance. I can't tell who the Digimon though... they must be using a holosuit like I am."

Post by Kenny O'Hara and Skadi on Jun 2, 2020 6:47:21 GMT
Now normally, Kenny wasn't exactly the sportiest fella out there. He was more of a computer geek, interested more in technology and digital hardware and software computers and all that toss. And yes, you'd also think something like archery would be the last thing he would be interested in, especially since his partner, Skadi barely screwed around with them in any form.
Yet, who could say no to 'free'? It could be a bit of a lark, killing a couple of hours. Don't knock it until you try it and all.
And so, here they were. With Skadi holosuited as a young girl, allowing her to easily masquerade as a younger sister to a big brother like Kenny, the two would set off after a short drive to the address listed and, after a quick knock, the two would enter inside. And as they walked, Skadi peered at the advertisement listed keenly, while asking, with a curious look on her face, "Hey Kenny, have you ever done archery before?"
He was all too happy to answer, turning to the holosuited sheep, "Yeah, but that was, like, a long time ago. When we were at my camp back in year 6? It was so weird. I never really seemed to get my shots on target. I've never really got how all the people in the movies could learn how to shoot with precise aiming in 5 seconds or something. I guess I never really found that hook that'd get me into it otherwise."
That thought made Skadi rub her chin a little, "Yeah, you do have a point." Just then, another thought came to her head, and she snapped her fingers eagerly, "But maybe we could learn a few new skills along the way? That could translate into bigger and better abilities in the Digital World for the both of us!"
"Heh. Always the opportunistic, eh, Skadi?" He chuckled, ruffling his giggling partner's hair, as per usual. Did her enthusiasm rub off onto him over time, and he never seemed to notice? Well, it seemed like it. He didn't exactly feel like rolling over and feeling pesmettic today for some lessons. He seemed just as willing to give it a go, just like his partner/best friend/comrade.
Or maybe that was the happy pills talking, who knew?
Once there, the two would approach the red haired woman, the apparent teacher running the whole shebang. The tamer would give her a little tap on the shoulder to grab her attention, Skadi giving an innocent wave to the lady, "Hi, uh, we're here for the lessons today, ma'am. Are we too late or something? Sorry to disturb you if otherwise."
Yes, before you ask, he was still working on his social and speech skills.

Post by rosaria on Jun 2, 2020 9:02:37 GMT
Rosaria mostly did this type of thing as a way to be kind towards people who couldn't own or afford the things she could like archery equipment or.... The building itself. Rosaria looked blankly towards this stranger, but his voice did some famailar. "Oh Alucard it's nice to see you again, what brings you here to the human world?" She asked smiling towards him, still helping everyone at the same time. Some of the people said they haven't done archery before lied, letting on that they didn't so Rosaria would help them more, which she didn't fall for knowing it's an act.
Rosaria couldn't believe that this handsome man could be that little white rabbit, she knew a little about holosuits just enough to know it hides digimon, but had zero idea on how. "I didn't know you would like to learn archery?" Rosaria said seeing if anyone else needed attending to.
You would have noticed no hostile threats had entered, well it was a reason for that this building belongs towards the Alanis family having more things upstairs for other stuff in other rooms, guards made sure anyone that had hostile intentions wouldn't make it in, which is good giving Rosaria is a young rich beauty many stupid people could show up like that, but they could still be a pay and make it past the door if they didn't show it upon entering.
Now back to the story, Rosaria looked at Alucard again. "If you like to try please line up in one of the two lines, you never know you might like archery." Rosaria said smiling politely, but wouldn't let him skip past others being someone who doesn't treat anyone different unless she has to, many digimon where showing up one after the other but Rosaria wouldn't know that giving it's not a skill humans like herself possess.
Rosaria was tapped on the shoulder looking at this little girl, smiling towards her. "No you're not too late, please join one of the two lines left is for people with experience, but I can make an exception as you too can learn together that way in one line, if you sir had done it before, but this young lady with you hasn't I'll allow you both learn in the beginner line which is right from me.." Rosaria offered this as the little girl sounded a little shy. "Oh please just call me Rosaria." She said attending to everyone now as the turns when by, she would ask the next people to step in, but said something else first.
"As we have more people and I thought I'll let three people from each group shoot at once giving we have the room." Six in total. We had enough room for more but Rosaria wanted to help them nicely, she could train more people at once but with less care. From the line with people that had experience shooting would be Kaya & Hawkeye, and the beginner Alucard & Kenny & Skadi if they didn't join that line that is, if any of them three when into the left line, Kenny or Skadi wouldn't get their turn yet, but if Alcard did join the right line, then only one at this time out of Kenny or Kadi could shoot right now, but if they everyone was in the lines that was explained then everyone would be shooting. Some boy that looked around his age who was 18, possessed a smile having one thought. 'I'm not a beginner, I have been learning archery for years, but all I have to do is show I'm the best student here and she'll be all over me.' Rosaria would ask everyone their name, and the boy who had that thought would go first.
"My name is Aito, and I'm already better and any student here as I'm just that good." Rosaria would sigh he was really overconfident, next it when from Hawkye to Kaya to Alucard to Kenny and then Skadi, as they all would say their names, and get ready to shoot., but would they say more like the young man who came before them? Who knows.

"I'm just here for the archery lesson, Rosaria. I heard about it while I was here trying out my new holosuit. I figured I needed a little break from training to fight in the Digital World and since other digimon come to the Human World I figured, why not?" Alucard answered in his cold and aloof tone though it was toned down because of the children that were at the lesson and he didn't want to frighten them.
When Rosaria instructed the him and the others that just arrived to get into line Alucard could sense some of them were digimon. Not that it bothered him any. Heck, as long as they caused no trouble he wouldn't have to reveal his true nature. As he stood in line with the others, his thoughts went to why his holosuit reminded him of a digimon. Then it hit him. He looked like a human version of Angemon. What were the odds he would choose such an image for himself when he had no idea what his champion form was.

Post by Kaya Matsui and Hawkeye on Jun 2, 2020 19:59:46 GMT
Hawkeye noticed that the teacher Rosaria was speaking to a human that looked vaguely similar to something while she was still helping out anyone else that needed it. This person... he looked SO familiar, but Hawkeye couldn't put his finger on it. He let it go when the man left to go join the amateur group.
A couple more people had shown up after Kaya and Hawkeye arrived. One was a foreigner that looked around Kaya's friend Adrian's age, and the other was definitely younger and looked nothing like the man she was with. Maybe he was just a babysitter or a family friend, Kaya thought. She couldn't deny the cuteness from the girl though, and it made Kaya feel a little bit jealous, if she were to be honest.
Once those two joined the amateur line as well, Rosaria announced that three people at a time would be pulled from either group in order to demonstrate their own skills. The man and the two newcomers were chosen from the other group, and Kaya and Hawkeye were chosen from their own group, along with a really smug looking human. This human said his name was Aito and claimed that he was better than any student here. Hawkeye chuckled a bit at that statement, since it was clearly untrue.
Now it was his turn to introduce himself. "My name is Hawk. It is a pleasure to meet you."
Next was Kaya. "Hey! I'm Kaya Matsui."

Well, that was a nice surprise; turned out, there was plenty of space open for the two to give it a try. Skadi happily gave a nod to the woman, "OK Rosaria!", before running off to join one of the lines excitedly. For a moment, Kenny blinked as he watched his partner run off to their slot, near 'Alucard', as Rosaria called him, as she grabbed her own bow and arrow set to ready herself for her turn.
A moment later, he just shrugged at his instructor, "Don't mind her. She's just my very excitable sister. I'm kinda used to it, honestly." There was a nugget of truth to those words. Even if Skadi was a little uncontrollable at times, it actually kind of grew on him. It was honestly much better for him to leave her to her own devices instead of trying to rein her back far too much for her own good.
It felt much more rewarding for him.
Regardless, he'd follow Skadi in turn and grab his own bow and arrow set to join the other two, the both of them jumping in line, with Skadi standing behind the man, and Kenny following suit. While Alto introduced himself to the rest of the group, the holosuited Valaismon would rather give a quick tap on the shoulder to the man in front of her.
Had he turned around, he would see her happily waving to him, "Hi! I'm Skadi! My big brother here took me here today so we could learn a bit of archery!" She gestured to her supposed 'big brother', pointing behind her, "His name's Kenny, and he's a really cool big brother!"
"She's lying. I'm actually a dork." Kenny jokingly clarified, "But yeah. I'm Kenny, her 'big bro', as she put it. We're actually here because we thought it'd be fun to try this whole archery thing out today. Maybe learn a thing or two, who knows? Nice to meet you, man."
Underneath her holosuit, Skadi fought off the urge to twitch her ears once more. Was there a Digimon around here or something? She couldn't quite put a finger on it. Ah well; as long as nobody was screwing everything up, or raising hell around here, who cared? It was no skin off her nose.
Friends were friends, after all.

Rosaria did know a little about fights that go on in that world, she herself had amazing abilities that could make real digimon jealous. "Oh I see, I hope you like it then, also archery can help in that world, didn't you see my arrows as a digimon?" Rosaria said smiling. Rosaria wouldn't notice how he looked like Angemon giving she hasn't seen that digimon yet. Aito would notice Hawk laugh looking annoyed, but he had a smug look after he said his name, trying to get him annoyed in someway.
Rosarjua just smiled at, Kenny. "It's okay, I don't mind, I deal with children weekly." Rosaria also helped out teaching at some schools for extra credit. "Okay everyone please listen, first set the back off your arrow onto the bow string." Rosaria was holding one showing the back that had four slots that bow string could fit into. "Then position it in the middle, it should be easy the find as it has a slot yours can fit into." She would watch them all. "Now focus on the board and try hitting it, the center isn't the important thing right now, and don't turn away from their as you're doing it, only aim in that direction we don't wish to see people getting shot at do we. So it's really important while a arrow is loaded not face anywhere else. Also shooting nobody get their arrow, I will explain that after everyone has had a turn." Rosaria would watch from behind now walking over there. "Okay, shoot when ready if you need help please say so, you can raise your hand but please unload your arrow if you do." She said walking left to right seeing if they got it or not, they can shoot now if they wished.

Aito might have been more annoying if Hawk, as he called himself, seemed to have the teen under control. Something about Hawk suggested that he may have had experience with a bow as he was not standing in the beginners line. The girl called Skadi made Alucard smile but he had a feeling at least one digimon other than himself was here but it was no big deal to the disguised white Lopmon. As long as no one became hostile he couldn't care if all the students were digimon.
Grabbing a bow, he listened to Rosaria's instructions before he stood in the place where the archers would shoot. Drawing the bow as instructed, Alucard took aim at the target and let the arrow fly. What happened next was something he didn't expect seeing as he had never used a bow in his life. The arrow had surprisingly hit the target dead center causing Alucard to stare at the bullseye he made with his blue eyes wide in shock. After taking a moment to compose himself he stepped out of the way so the next one in line could take a turn. Who knew how everyone else would react to his beginner's luck.

Hawkeye watched as the little girl showed that she could rival Kaya in terms of energy, eagerly grabbing her archery equipment and striking a conversation with the man in front of her. She seemed to be proud of her "older brother", by the way she was speaking.
Something looked familiar about those two to Hawkeye. He could've sworn he saw at least the brother somewhere else before... did he meet them at the mall? Or in the forest? Ugh, his memory was failing on him, it was going to drive the disguised Hawkmon crazy until he could figure out what was so damn familiar about them. Didn't help that he was sensing a Digimon nearby like crazy, and he was unable to figure out who exactly it was.
Now it was time to actually try to shoot an arrow towards their respective targets. Hawkeye listened to the instructor, but it was all stuff he already knew. Still though, important for newcomers to learn this stuff. After she was finished, Hawkeye loaded his arrow and aimed, just like he usually does. He let go of the arrow, watching it soar right into the bullseye area. Hawkeye smirked towards Aito, he couldn't wait to see the kid's reaction to just how perfect his shot was.
Meanwhile Kaya did as she was asked to do, loading her arrow into the bow and pulling it back, aiming at her own target. Her shot wasn't as good as Hawkeye's sadly, not even nearly as good. She hit the outer white ring in the northeast side of the target. "Dang it, I suck at this..."
Like Alucard, both Kaya and Hawkeye would step out of the way so that someone else could take their turn.

Kenny hadn't exactly done archery for a while. And by a while, we mean by the tail end of his primary school years. And now that sense of unfamiliarity was starting to come back to haunt him. Still, he and Skadi followed the instructions on how to load the arrow into their respective bows from Rosaria, and waited for their turn to start.
In the meantime, however, they would watch Alucard fire off his arrow first. And. surprise, surprise, he hit it on his first try. Neither knew what to say, but Skadi did applaud him. For someone who didn't exactly look good at archery, he seemed to bear a natural talent to it. Kenny on the other hand, could only watch as he walked off before taking his own position.
He kept his eyes on the target as he stretched the arrow as far as he could, and let it off with a satisfying twang, letting it soar through the air, for a bit, as the tamer watched it hopefully...
...before it hit the grass, just short of the target. Immediately, Kenny's arms slumped in disappointment, while Skadi pat his back reassuringly with a smile, "Don't worry, Kenny. I'm sure you'll get it next time."
The disappointed tone was not hard to ignore in Kenny's voice, but that sense of reassurance did at least help him out. He smiled back at his partner, "Thanks, Skadi. Heh, maybe I'll hit it next time. I'm sure of it." Already, he was starting to feel better, and as he moved back in line, Skadi would step forwards herself and prep herself, stretching out her own arrow to aim at the target, letting out a similar twang as he arrow went flying.
Similar to Kaya, Skadi would hit the outer white ring of the target, this time at the bottom. That wasn't bad at all. In fact, she already felt a bit of confidence in her. That just made Kenny think; what was he doing wrong, exactly? He knew how to fire off an arrow, how he couldn't aim properly was beyond him.
Hopefully his next turn would more than make it up to him.

Even now the young spirit user wouldn't guess that three digimon are in this class but it wouldn't cross Rosaria's mind only knowing off the one. Aito was a little annoyed how Alucard could hit it like that, even Rosaria was surprise, but giving he's a digimon he had added abilities we didn't was that why? Or was it just luck? Well, didn't matter, it was many other students who would shoot. The reason Aito was annoyed because he only hit the yellow area, yet some newbie gets lucky and shows him up, it wasn't fair well that's what he thought. "Great job Alucard." Rosaria told him, saying the same thing towards Aito after he took his shot.
Alto was truly annoyed now, unlike with the last one being more luck, this person Hawkeye had true skill even Rosaria looked shocked looking towards Hawkeye, wondering why a person at her skill level or even maybe above is here. "That was very good Hawkeye, you might be at my level or above with them types of shots." She would think why he's here and ask, but that girl who came with him shown her skills which are nowhere near his, so it's mostly because of his sister? girlfriend? Who knows, letting out a soft smile Rosaria would say and look at Kaya. "Don't worry, it takes time to master you did well, ask your friend he knows it takes many years." Rosaria said ready to watch the others.
Rosaria waited for the last two Skadi and Kenny, the brother and sister pair. Rosaria would smile at Kenny. "You will it just takes getting used to the weight of how you shoot, you will learn your own way of doing things soon. Your focus was on point so keep that in mind." Now the last was Kenny the girl with much energy, so for her being able to focus on something like this might be hard for the young girl, but still Rosaria wasn't the type to underestimate people.
As she had seen the shoot going forward Rosaria witnessed and could see where it was aimed. "That was well done Skadi!" Rosaria said towards the young girl, now as everyone finish she would move onto the next part of this lesson, if you learn archery you need to learn safety.
"Okay everyone follow me." Rosaria would go onto the field with everyone walking all the way over towards the archery bored, asking a question. "Before we remove our arrows, does anyone know the proper way of getting your arrow out and walking away with it? This is even more important than learning how to shoot giving if you don't learn this you could hurt someone or yourself." She would wait to see if anyone could answer her question.

Alucard noticed that Hawkeye was very skilled as an archer. While the other digimon Skadi wasn't so much but, like Rosaria said, it was okay. Not all digimon used archery to fight after all. Then the humans Kaya and Kenny hit the outer ring of the target which wasn't all bad. What puzzled him was how he managed to hit the target on his first try seeing as he had no archery based abilities in his arsenal. The real treat though was the look on the human boy's face, Aito was it?, when he somehow got that bullseye. A brief smirk appeared on his face before he went back to his normal cold and neutral appearance.
"I don't know much about archery, I'm afraid. Nevermind removing arrows from targets but at least we waited until everyone stopped shooting before retrieving them." Alucard said his words calm and composed. "I doubt we just yank them out though because we might damage the arrows themselves since they appear quite delicate."

Hawkeye was completely satisfied with how annoyed Aito was at the fact that two others, including one from the newbie group, just one-upped him in terms of skill. The disguised Hawkmon shot a look at Aito, a smug grin on his face. "Perhaps you shouldn't make claims like being the most skilled if you can't back it up." He looked over towards Rosaria as she praised him. "Thank you, ma'am. To be honest I really am only here for my friend Kaya, as I have trained in archery for years at this point."
After Rosaria was done speaking with everyone else, she asked the group to follow her. As they walked, Hawkeye just kept studying the others in the group. His look was enough to make Kaya a bit worried. "Hawk, what's up?"
"I'm having trouble figuring out which one of these 'humans' is the Digimon I'm sensing," Hawkeye whispered to her partner. "I have a feeling it's those two siblings over there, Kenny and Skadi."
"It seems like most of the city is just disguised Digimon at this point, ya know?" Kaya whispered back. "Is it really that important to you?"
"I cannot relax until I find out which ones are Digimon. It's a survival instinct thing, I'd just feel more comfortable if I knew."
For now though, they'd continue listening to Rosaria's lessons. She asked the group to describe the proper way to hold your arrows and walk away with them. Hawkeye knew the answer, but he wanted to let one of the less experienced students answer it, just to make it fair.
