DIGIFARM V0.8.3β(FAUSTEIN, KAZUMI, HONOKA, JOHN) [COMPLETE]

Honoka had approached the group at this point, and almost immediately she regretted it when Stein had noticed her. He went on a long and overly dramatic greeting, so she crossed her arms and glared at the man while she waited for him to finish, completely unamused. "I'm fine, Stein-san. Hello."
She turned over towards the woman besides the creepy mad scientist. In an instant her glare turned into a friendly smile with warm eyes. "It's nice to meet you! I'm Honoka! Nijimura Honoka!" She gave a formal bow before looking back to the group. Oh... there was one more person she had to introduce, she supposed.
"Ah, and this is Floramon... She doesn't really talk... like, at all, but I guess you could call her my partner..." She was still trying to figure out this strange dynamic herself. As if on cue, the Floramon waved both hands up into the air and excitedly jumped into the air.
Honoka overheard Vemmon's comment and let out a brief giggle. "But I wouldn't worry about anyone here!" She assured Kazumi's partner. "The only person that's suspicious is Stein-san, but even though he wastes a lot of air talking so much, he's surprisingly easy to take down! One knee in between the legs and he goes down in no time!" She turned to Stein for a brief moment, offering him a sweet smile. Floramon followed this up by waving at the man.
Honoka turned back to John and shrugged. "To be honest, I don't really know how I got here in the first place... I was out for a run when I suddenly... found myself in a tree, and Floramon, who's normally a spirit, mind you, is now beside me. But if there's a way I can get back to the human world, I'd really like to know. I've still got some things to do, and if this isn't the Digital World..." She put her head down in thought. "Since time works differently in the Digital World, that means this place might not offer the same benefits, or even have the opposite effect, right? I'd rather not spend an hour here only to realize that an entire day had passed in the human world..." Word Count: 372/ENOUGH

Faustein had chuckled when he had heard the Vemmon's remark about the possibility of him and his partners being sadistic schemers and smirked when its partner, Kazumi the human girl, had chided it for its cynicism. Something about these two had roused his spirit of mischief and so he had proceeded to play some mind games with them through his remarks "Oh, but you see, my partners and I are most DEFINITELY sadistic schemers, and our absolutely diabolical plot is to take over the entirety of the Human World and the Digital World as well."Then, he had broken out into a spell of maniacal laughter while displaying all the usual accompanying gestures of some stereotypical mad scientist from pop culture or literature. Then, he had made an intimidating face at the two of them which, thought meant to be intimidating, perhaps came off as either comical or unnerving However, the man named John had shown up and was accompanied by the ever violent little girl called Honoka. Since John had broached a rather concerning subject, namely the means of escape from this virtual space, and also asked him about how long he had been with his partners, Faustein stopped his deranged antics abruptly and then focused his attention on John and his two partners, Casimeir and Shinra, after clearing his throat politely "You may call me, Stein and these are my two partners, Taser and Lego. Ah, an Agumon and an Armadillomon, eh? Both are solid choices for partners, to be sure, given their excellent design and high degree of utility as well. As for how long my partners have been with me, not long, perhaps. Though, with the differences between the temporal flows of the Digital World versus the Human World, perhaps my calculations are lacking in some respect."He remarked, gesturing to his two partners which were " Taser" the " Kokuwamon" and " Lego" the " ShadowToyAgumon". Then, he fell silent briefly while considering John's query about potential escape mechanisms and then spoke up again "Well, that would depend, perhaps, on the methods of ingress to this space. For me, it was something that resembled an Einstein-Rosen bridge, both in morphology and behavioral characteristics. If that is the case for the rest of you, then perhaps it would be a prudent course of action to attempt a recreation of that phenomenon through some means. However, if this is a Digital Shift or some other sort of other such anomalous dimension, then it would be quite a bit more complicated and dangerous to attempt such a direct method of egress."He mused aloud while stroking his chin with a pensive look on his face, but then his reverie was interrupted by Honoka who did her intro to the group as well. First, she had greeted him in a rather unamused way, but this served to put a smirk of high amusement on his lips and the glint of unbridled mirth in his strikingly bright, hauntingly unnerving crimson red eyes. Then, she had gone on to not only introduce her partner, a Floramon, but also accuse Faustein of being the only threat to the group's safety. However, after that, she revealed the details of his past encounter with her in the Rustport prison and dismissed the fact that he could be a threat given how easily she had defeated him back then. Lastly, she had revealed that she had suddenly found herself in this virtual space whilst out and about in the city. "Firstly, it is comforting to hear of your wellbeing, for if the world was to be without such an ceaselessly amusing character as yourself around, there would be that much less entertainment for me and that would be a true travesty. Secondly, it is intriguing that your partner is a spirit and yet, is currently in corporeal form. Perhaps that is an indication that this space has the power to give tangible morphology to the normally amorphous? If so, perhaps we should explore the possibility to directing the fabric of this space to accommodate our present concern with force of will?"He mused aloud once more, this time in a more quizzical sense while studying her partner, Floramon. After that he fell silent and wondered how to respond to her provocation, and then resumed "Well, due to the inherent design flaws present in the structure of that anatomical region, it would not be surprising to find that ANY man, regardless of how physically durable he may be otherwise, would collapse into a heap while groaning in excruciating pain when met with an application of excessive force to that region by the likes of even the slightest of opponents." Kazumi stood up and looked at the white haired stranger incredulously while Vemmon looked at him in the same manner before he said "Y-You plotting to take over the world? I d-doubt you have that ability no matter how smart you are. T-That and there are digimon that would have no trouble eating you for breakfast s-seeing as humans are easy pickings for a swarm of in-trainings." It was obvious neither general or digimon were taking this stranger seriously.
When the odd stranger introduced himself as Stein and his partners as Taser and Lego, Kazumi said "Well it's nice to meet all of you, my name is Kazumi." She then pointed in her partner's direction and continued "And this is my partner, Vemmon."
While Stein mused out loud about possible means of escape, Vemmon's mandible made an amused clicking sound before he said "I-interesting idea, Stein. Y-you seem smarter than I thought since, at first I thought you were just out of your m-mind. H-How do you plan on pulling this escape off then?"
"Wait I thought you could hack into computers, Vemmon." Kazumi said obviously confused.
"H-Hacking into a computer from within is far different from pulling us out of potential anomaly in reality. T-That and I can only pull myself out of a computer m-meaning I can't exactly pull everyone out of here even if it w-was a computer program." Vemmon calmly explained.
Kazumi nodded in understanding. Now it made sense why he didn't pull them both out of that game they got trapped in a short time ago. When Honoka mentioned taking Stein down with a hit between the legs she chuckled before she said "It's a weakness in the female body too but one would have to hit a woman much harder there to drop them in the same manner."

John and his partners each listened to everyone when they returned introductory sentiments. More-so when the individuals speculated on how they all arrived inside of the peculiar app. Some even did their best to explain the phenomenon of how they arrived. Possibilities of returning to the human world were even offered; some ideas that John may have come up with on his own.
There was one possibility that wasn't mentioned. And John almost felt stupid not realizing it at first. Would he keep the idea to himself? Of course not.
"Weird idea," he started, "and it may be a bit of a stretch, but our Digivices are probably the key to leaving when we choose to."
After saying his piece, John grasped his device to look at the screen. And wouldn't you know it? In lieu of the normal screen, there resided a string of letters bordered by a box.
Exit App?
"Huh. That simple?" John felt relieved that he and the rest of the group wouldn't be trapped here.
The man weighed his options. He and his partners could stay here and enjoy the app. Or, they could get back to AEGIS HQ and report their findings, then come back to the app at a later time.
Coming to a decision, John gave a friendly smile to the group. "I'd love to stay and get to know you, everyone, but I should probably get back to my boss and let them know about this app in case they want to investigate it further. I'm a part of AEGIS, in case you're curious. I hope to meet you all again someday!"
John and his team would at least give the others a chance to offer goodbyes before pressing a button on his Digivice. He, Casimeir, and Shinra each turned into data-based energy. A portal was then created above before each of them were sucked through it.

Faustein had contemplated the Vemmon's query as to how he would go about escaping the virtual space they were all in at present and took in the Vemmon's partner Kazumi's suggestion as well after which he replied
"Oh? You have the ability to hack into computers and other such electronic devices? Now that's a truly intriguing ability and just might be useful to us as your partner has suggested just now. Perhaps the application of an overwhelming amount of energy into the fabric of this space used in tandem with that hacking ability just may be what we need to reopen a portal to the human world again."
Faustein suggested and then fell silent, considering other alternatives when the man calling himself John spoke up, proposing the possibility that their digivices were somehow linked to the phenomenon they had all found themselves in at present. Then, he had pressed a button on his digivice which, surprisingly enough, had actually worked...in that it opened up a portal which then proceeded to suck the man and his two digimon, the Agumon known as Casimeir and the Armadillomon known as Shinra into it and back to parts unknown, but not before Faustein and the others had the chance to bid farewell, of course. As if in response, yet another portal opened up soon after and this one sucked the girl he knew to be Honoka into it and presumably to somewhere else, potentially the human world again. Once that had happened, Faustein turned to the remaining two of the group and remarked
"Well, it would seem as though there is yet another option for our escape. So shall we try it out then?"
He asked them and then fell silent, awaiting their response while his two digimon, Taser and Lego, kept watch on the surrounding environment as per their usual instructions.

"L-Like I said I can only pull myself out of a computer program not others. T-That is why I needed another method of escape to get Kazumi out of that c-computer game." Vemmon said with an exasperated huff before he said "F-For a smart guy, you don't listen all that well."
Shaking her head, Kazumi said "Don't mind Vemmon, after the events involving that game he has been grumpy and antisocial. I think he's depressed. Though I guess I don't blame him."
"K-Kazumi don't get some weirdo involved in my personal business." Vemmon groaned as he tried to divert his general from what she was doing.
However it seemed she was not that easy to persuade as she said "You really should talk to someone, Vemmon, even if it's just me. Stewing like you have for the last week can't be healthy and you have barely been talking even to me."
"I g-guess I could use my hacking ability to try and get back out but w-what about Kazumi? H-How would I know she would be safe?" Vemmon asked.
"Please just try. You can come right back if you're successful." Kazumi said and though Vemmon seemed to be hard to persuade but the little digimon tried to use his ability only for him to still be there.
"T-That's not right. I s-should of been able to leave." Vemmon said with an irritated click of his mandible.

Faustein had chuckled in amusement when he had seen the Vemmon huff exasperatedly like that, but then the mention of a computer game in which the little alien bug-like digimon and its General, Kazumi, were allegedly trapped had caught his attention, leading him to remark with a curious look on this face
"A weirdo, eh? Well, I cannot truly fault you for thinking so as many others have said the same about me as well. That aside, you mentioned being trapped in a game just now...that would not by any chance be that rumored, suspicious looking VRMMORPG that has been making the rounds recently, would it? One called, if memory serves...Digimon Online or something to that effect?"
He asked and then fell silent while listening to Kazumi convincing the Vemmon to use its hacking ability to try to open up an escape portal, only for it to fail.
"Well then, on to back up plan A then. Perhaps we should explore the digivice method of evacuation."
Saying thus, he held up his digivice and pressed the same button sequence he had seen the man called John do earlier and in response, what looked like the shadow of a portal did materialize, but before any of them could try to stabilize the gate, it disappeared from sight, leaving the space around them as normal as it had appeared before Faustein made his attempt. Faustein then looked at his digivice with an even more curious expression on his face
"Well, that is certainly intriguing, perhaps that man John has a special digivice of sorts which can open portals from inside an artificial virtual space."
He mused aloud, wonder why his digivice could not do the same and about John's digivice as well.

Seeing as Vemmon was not feeling talkative again Kazumi explained "It was more like a virtual reality computer game that I became trapped in. Good thing Vemmon came after me or another Vemmon would of killed me. Apparently the virtual reality game was a trap by the creator of the game. The NPCs were imprisoned digimon. Turns out the creator of the game was Vemmon's father which was a digimon called Snatchmon. When we encountered him he became a frightening creature called Galacticmon. Even though we were aided by a digimon called BlackWarGreymon, she was killed shortly before we were able to escape."
"I h-hope you don't plan on telling the whole world about m-my evil dad. I h-have enough to worry about between my amnesia and processing being d-designed to be part of an evil digimon's army." Vemmon said with a soft sigh.
Noticing that Stein could not stabilize the gate, Kazumi thought about it for a moment before she said "Maybe John just got out before we were trapped but there has to be a solution to this problem."

As Faustein listened to Kazumi's narrative about her and Vemmon's experience with their version of the DMO VRMMORPG, his face showed more and more curiosity until it was practically glowing with it "Oh? It is intriguing that you two had faced a Snatchmon as well, for that is exactly what happened to me in my experience with this game as well. However, in my game, the Snatchmon did not evolve into this..."Galactimon", was it? Yes, it did not manifest that form of evolution for whatever reason."Then, he turned his attention to the Vemmon and knelt down till he was eye level with it before remarking with a a rather disturbing grin which one typically only found on the faces of the the most deranged of mad scientists and demented doctors and transfixing the Vemmon with a wide eyed, somewhat manic look in his strikingly bright, disturbingly haunting crimson red eyes "You truly are a rather intriguing specimen, Vemmon. This turbulent backstory and such unique abilities as those which you possess pique my curiosity greatly. Would you perhaps submit yourself to some thorough investigative research at a later date? It would provide us with much needed and highly valuable data which will most likely be useful in potentially orchestrating the eventual defeat of Snatchmon."He said, with the words clearly demonstrating his unfortunately absolute lack of tact and equally thorough obliviousness to the usual social mores and graces. He was about say more, but then Kazumi remarked about how it was possible that John had been able to leave before the virtual space trapped them in it. So he arose and after resetting his face back to its usual impassive expression, he replied "So, essentially, what you are suggesting is that the fabric of this spacewas in some sort of fluctuant state and therefore, John's digivice and that of Honoka were able to somehow force open a rift in it and then use it to escape? Hmm, that is one possibility, admittedlly, but then..."At that stage, he trailed off since out of the corner of his eye he had noticed something materializing into corporeal form. The structure looked like some sort of building, so he turned around to face in its direction and then remarked "There seems to be some sort of building there, so perhaps we could explore it and potentially find a way out of this virtual space?"Then, he fell silent, wondering if Kazumi and Vemmon would potentially aid him in the investigation of the building which had just materialized some distance away from them. Stein was making Vemmon uncomfortable and he voiced that with agitated click of his mandible as he stepped back from the red eyed human. Then he said "I t-think my issues with a certain parent of mine can be handled as K-Kazumi recruits more digimon for our army. N-Now back off because you're giving me the creeps." His agitated click had become a hissing sound and Kazumi, in an effort to calm him, placed a hand on his shoulder. Vemmon twitched his claws and hissed a bit longer but made no aggressive move on Stein.
Kazumi saw the building materialize not far away and had to agree with Stein. After all, why would a building appear out of thin air for no reason? "I think we should be careful when entering the building. What if it disappears with us inside it? If we're not careful we could possibly end up who knows where or maybe even worse." Though a blunt instrument sometimes, Vemmon had to admit his general was quite smart.

Faustein had chuckled when he saw how the Vemmon had reacted his request to study it, but decided to ultiamtely back off when Kazumi placed her hand on the Vemmon's shoulder to calm it down and especially since they had more important things which were preoccupying the group at present "Ah well, maybe some other time then. The offer still stands should you ever reconsider it."He said with a smirk and a shrug before pausing to collect his thoughts after Kazumi voiced her assent to the exploration plan he had suggested earlier After a few minutes, he spoke up again while nodding in acknowledgement of her remark about them needing to be cautious about their investigation of the building that had just appeared out of thin air a few minutes ago. "Fair enough, well then...once more unto the fray, comrades!! May the Norns, Verðandi and Skuld, watch over this expedition of ours as we bravely venture into the unknown and gaze into the abyss therein!! This venture shall henceforth be christened as...Operation Bifrost!!"He proclaimed dramatically while posing and pointing in the general direction of the mysterious building in a theatrical manner as was occasionally his fancy to do before beginning anything significant Then, he fell silent and started walking toward said building at a leisurely pace, leading the group towards it and then inside. Once inside, a series of counters with various digimon operating them came into view. They all greeted Faustein, Kazumi, and Vemmon in unison "Greetings, travelers! Looking to build a Digi-Farm? Well then you've come to the right place then!! We've got all the supplies you will need for such a project!! And we're currently offering a discount on all purchases made here, so come on down and buy, buy, and buy some more!!" OOC:WC: 304

"W-What an unusual human he is. J-Just because I'm an artificially created species doesn't mean I appreciate some crackpot hovering over me and w-wanting to study me." Vemmon said with a shake of his head as he and Kazumi followed Stein.
"Vemmon, that's not very nice. Yes, he may seem strange to you and me but I doubt he means any harm. Though if he does I'm sure you can handle him without upsetting his partners or hurting him." Kzaumi said.
"I c-can't believe you have such faith in me even after what we learned about my father. I'll a-admit I don't have the faith you do." Vemmon said with a sigh as he looked at the ground.
"I know you, Vemmon, better than that monster who referred to himself as your father and I know you're a better digimon than he is."
"T-Thanks, Kazumi but maybe I'd believe it more if I were a bit stronger." Vemmon said as the group entered the building and were greeted in unison by digimon trying to peddle their goods.
"Excuse me but would any of you know how to return to the Human World?" Kazumi asked hoping that if she was polite it would help them more efficiently.

"Return to the Human World? Oh that's easy, amigos! You just have to buy these wares from us and then build the farm with them! After that, the way will reveal itself if you've followed the instruction manual properly."
One of the digimon vendors, this one being a "Ponchomon" responded and explained to them in what seemed to be a rather marked South American accent.
"Well now, that was rather easy to discover in the end. Shall we proceed then?"
He asked Kazumi and Vemmon before striding towards each of the vendors and collecting the specific items necessary for the construction of the Digi-Farm and then walked back to the entrance of the building after which he waited for Kazumi and Vemmon to buy anything they thought was necessary for the construction project.
Hmm...a dumbell, a hammer, a sidestepper, and what seems to be a keychain of sorts. I wonder, what is the purpose of all of these objects anyway?
Faustein mused silently as he examined while waiting for Kazumi and Vemmon to join him.

It seemed Vemmon's mood was gradually improving but Kazumi knew it would likely be some time before her digimon partner was his normal self as he had grown quiet again. It seemed all that needed to be done was was build the farm though it seemed strange. As she and Vemmon caught up with Kazumi noticed the items and said "What an unusual collection of items. How are these things supposed to help us? They certainly don't look much like things one would find on a farm."
Kazumi looked at Vemmon and he merely shrugged indicating he was just as lost as she was when it came to the items. "The dumbbell and sidestepper look like exercise equipment but as for the hammer and key chain, what are those for?" Kazumi asked more confused than ever.
"D-Does seem strange that Ponchmon would be pedaling these things for a f-farm." Vemmon said while using his long claws to scratch his head indicating he was just as confused as his general.

Faustein nodded and held up the instruction manual which had been given to him along with the items
"Indeed, perhaps this instruction manual chip will enlighten us on the matter."
Then, he exited the building and then stepped out onto the farm and upon arrival at the point where he had appeared in the virtual space, he noticed that all the strange square-shaped areas which he had noticed all around the farm were now lighting up in clear bold red as if to indicate where exactly Faustein and company should go to lay the items for the farm building process. So, Faustein slotted the instruction manual chip into his digivice to see what would happen and in response, the digivice began displaying a hologram with instructions on the set up process.
"How very curious...well, perhaps we should not gaze into and inspect a gift equine's oral cavity as the ancient adage propounds in this situation."
Faustein remarked and then started to lay the items out as per the instructions in the manual, one by one. It took him and Kazumi and Vemmon several hours to finish, but finally, the farm building process was complete. So, Faustein took out his digivice and pressed the same sequence he had done several hours earlier to see if it would have any effect this time. Fortunately, that is exactly what happened, and thus the space in front of the digivice warped and twisted noticeably until a rift appeared in it. Faustein then put away his digivice and reached out to touch and tug on the lower edge of the rift which caused it to open up, revealing a gray colored fluid-like void while the upper and lower rims were creased in such a manner that it faintly resembled lips or teeth. Before stepping through, Faustein turned briefly to Kazumi and Vemmon, gave a silent nod, and then stepped into the portal along with his two digimon and then vanished from view, leaving the space as normal as it appeared before the appearance of the portal. A few moments after tumbling through the void-like portal, Faustein was deposited back in his residence once more and left to pursue what other course he may for the rest of the time, but nevertheless he had a feeling that he would see all of the group members again someday as he was very much a trouble magnet.
