Teaching kids how to heal, that wasn't something Luna had considered doing. Maybe she should look into something like that too. "I'm sure you'll get it down, never thought about doing something like that. It'd make for a nice class." after all no harm in learning to heal, Literally. As the conversation gradually drifted into something Luna couldn't relate to Luna decided to stick near Hawkeye and Kaya, except for the fact that Kaya had walked off so she decided to wait on Hawkeyes response to her question, which wasn't exactly the response she was expecting. Luna's face softened a bit as she figured she knew why he wouldn't want to mention it, least it was what she assumed.
"That's alright, sorry. It's a nice name though. I think it suits you." Luna said giving a small smile, she knew exactly what late friend meant. Part of her felt like she just realized why Hawkeye seems a bit standoffish. She figured she would be as well if she was friends with someone and.... Okay Luna time to stop thinking about stuff like that and focus more on other conversations.
Then the Guilmon who asked the silly question repeated what Luna had said about Dust grabbing the Impmon and lifting the scarf, also them, upwards looking for the pendent in question. Luna let out a small laugh at this, not expecting something like that. "Yeah, I figured you weren't them. He never was much for hanging out with others. Thanks for checking though Gio" that was just the kind of laugh Luna needed to boost her spirits back up.
Luna looked back over at Kaya and the other human, they seemed to pf finished talking about whatever it was they were talking about, that was good. "Everything ok Kaya?" Luna decided to ask going a bit closer, she did seem mad before which surprised Luna.

Owen smiled at Shoutmon's words. "Don't worry, Rory's a good kid. Yeah he messes around sometimes, but never in a way that's too bad."
Hearing these words, Matty couldn't stand to be near his father anymore at the moment. Sure, the Gaomon would scold him in a heartbeat, but with other peoples' kids? He'd sing their praises all day it seemed. The Onmon sullenly moved to the bow of the ship, wanting some time alone. He felt somewhat peaceful, feeling the deck gently rising and falling through the waves as they sailed onward.
Owen noticed this and wanted to call him back, but, decided that maybe now wasn't the time to talk to his son. By the sound of it, it'd be a long voyage. Maybe it'd be better to let Matty cool down so they could talk more gently later than have an argument now?
Besides, the talk of digital shifts held the Gaomon's attention. "Is that so? Digital phenomenae happening in the human world? That's... very concerning.". Owen rubbed his chin. Perhaps one day he should go to the human world himself and investigate such things?
Jimmy meanwhile had noticed that Matty wanted to be alone for now. He had a similar conclusion to his dad, that maybe it would be best for Matty to just cool off for a bit and he'd help distract others from noticing by picking up the conversation too. "Yeah. Kitt helped Bezil find his Armor Champion digimental."
"He did what?!" Owen asked, surprised. Jimmy immediately blushed, he realized that Bezil had asked him not to mention that. Owen disregarded his look of embarrassment and beamed. "Well then! If he's done that, he's definitely a friend of this family. What's Bezil's armor level?"
"Umm... I think an aquatic digimon...?" Jimmy said, awkwardly. "I just heard it in a passing conversation, dad, he didn't tell me the specifics."
When Owen moved away, Jimmy looked at Matty in the distance, glad he didn't hear that. The Musimon then decided to be there for his twin brother and walked up behind him, gently putting an arm around him. "Man, dad can be a dickhead sometimes, eh?" he muttered.
"Yeah..." Matty agreed initially, then sighed. "Although we can be too. I shouldn't have said that in front of him."
"It's fine, bro, it's just a little snag, we can work it out from here." Jimmy assured him. Matty said nothing, but relaxed a little. "Say, what do you think of our crewmates?"
"Well, they're mostly okay..." Matty began, thinking about them all. "I like Dio and Gio the most I think. And I guess Shoutmon and Luna are okay too."
"Then how about we catch up with them later and get to know them better?" Jimmy suggested. Matty nodded, indicating he'd like that.
By now, the ship had caught the wind in full and was heading toward their destination at full speed. At midday, the ship's bell was rung, indicating that lunch was ready. A hearty meal was prepared for the crew. Three courses no less - the first being a potato and leek soup, the second being chicken curry, the third being chocolate chip cookies. Nothing luxurious, but satisfying at least for Owen, Matty and Jimmy.
"Hope you've enjoyed it. But be careful for the afternoon shift, that's when we'll be approaching risky territory." Captain Orcamon advised them once they were finished. And so the three digimon returned to their posts above deck, a little more cautious with this advice.

While Shoutmon wanted to be happy to hear that Rory was being a good kid from Owen, Matty's reaction to such praise left that sort of impossible. And he didn't blame Matty for reacting the way he did, if Shoutmon had parents he'd be pretty upset as well if they scolded him but then immediately turned around to praise someone else's kid. Shoutmon sighed and patted Owen's shoulder. "I'm sure he won't be mad at you for long..." he would say, not really knowing what words would be best for this situation.
Going back to the topic of digital phenomena... "I agree, it is very concerning. I want to say I doubt that it's at the level of an Ultimate Digimon accidentally showing up in Shibuya but we should be prepared if that does end up happening."
The conversation just as quickly moved on to Kitt the Spadamon, who apparently helped Owen's son Bezil obtain a Digimental of his own! And an aquatic one at that, like Shoutmon's own Digimental! "Whoa, seriously?! Man, this Kitt sounds like an alright 'mon!"
"He is definitely a good ally of mine and Kaya's," Hawkeye said with a smile on his face. "I can only imagine how he'd feel if he knew we were talking this highly about him right now."
"Oh, you guys are talking about Kitt?" Kaya asked as she and Adrian joined back with the group, having overheard the last little bit of the conversation. When they rejoined, Luna walked up to see if everything was okay. "Don't worry about it Luna, everything's fine. Oh Adrian, this is Luna. Luna, Adrian! Luna helped Hawkeye and I get our own Digimentals before."
"Oh you guys have Digimentals? Owen was the one that helped us get our own," Adrian said before looking over at the Lekismon with a smile. "Well a friend of Kaya's is a friend of mine. It's nice to meet you, Luna."
After introductions were finished with, the crew would go about their day until the bell rang for lunch. It would be a decent sized meal for the group, three courses and all, but problems would arise for Hawkeye when the chicken curry was served. The Hawkmon was strictly against eating any kind of bird meat, and while meat in the Digital World did just grow from the ground, just the thought of it tasting like chicken made him feel kind of sick inside. He would simply eat around the chicken though, to be courteous to whoever was the one that made this meal for the group. It wouldn't fill him up as much, but he could live with it.
His mood did a complete one-eighty with the third course though, the chocolate chip cookies. His standoffish demeanor shifted into a pleasant and joyous one as he enjoyed the treat. "Heavenly~" he would mutter to himself.
"I agree, chocolate chip cookies are the best kind of cookie," Shoutmon said, earning a rare smile from Hawkeye back to him. Maybe this would be the start of a friendship between them...?
Once the group finished their meals, Orcamon warned them that they'd be entering risky territory for the afternoon shift. Adrian and Kaya as well as their Digimon decided it would be best to stick together as they went to their posts, their Digivices on standby just in case.

"Any time, miss Luna!" The lizard beamed at her, glad of being helpful or at least making Luna laught as he gave her a nod whilst putting his brother back down, giving him a pat in the head perhaps as a means of apologizing. Dio sighed but didn't say anything, trying to take this in stride as dignifiedly as possible.
That mildly embarrasing moment aside Dio couldn't help but smile proudly at all the praises Kitt was getting, almost as if in an odd way he was also getting some of the praise by proxy. It was hard to blame him though, there was something strangely fulfilling about having someone that trained under you be this widely and positively recognized, even if admitedly that was all on Kitt's merits and his merits alone.
Moments later after the introductions were finally done and dealt with, lunch camen and went without much of a hitch, other than Dio quietly gifting his plate of soup to his brother when nobody was looking, not so much out of the goodness of his heart as he simply wasn't fond of leek and wasn't about to throw it overboard either. Beyond that the trio enjoyed the rest of the food along with the others, Carlos putting aside some of the cookies for later. Once that was done, they too would go for their posts as they began entering the so called "risky territory" as Orcamon called it. Needless to say out of everyone Dio probably looked the most ecstatic about this, almost as if he were looking forward to any possible trouble that might come their way.
So much so he was leaning on the boat's side, eyes tirelessly scanning the horizon in search of potential trouble. Gio meanwhile kept his eyes trained on the water below, watching the almost hypnotic way the waves crashed and reformed against the ship's hull.
"You two are bored already?" Carlos said, sitting next to the duo before turning to the imp. "If I didn't know you better, I'd think you want us to get boarded."
"Beats getting paid for doing nothing." Dio simply stated, with a shrug.
"Didn't you know? That's usually what guard duty is: get paid to be a living scarecrow."
"Does that mean we have to scare birds away?" Gio asked, confused, scratching his chin ponderously for a moment before adding with eyes wide open, "Do...do I have to scare Hawkeyes away?"
"Psh nah. We just have to sit tight and look mildly threatening, or at least not asleep. That's usually enough to keep trouble away. Also pretty sure that's not his name." Carlos said with a an amused chuckle.
"How dull..." Dio sighed somewhat resigned as he went back to scanning the horizon. Surely, being out in the open sea couldn't be this peaceful and boring, right?

Well Hawkeye didn't seem that upset as Luna walked off to check on Kaya about the name thing, so it should be all good then! At least Luna hoped so, either way it was too late to really worry about that now. Still as she left she heard Gio call her miss, she had never had anyone put that in front of her name before! Checking on Kaya she mentioned she was fine and introduced Luna to her friend Adrian, mentioning the island again Luna rubbed the back of her head a bit embarrassed. "I didn't really do much if I'm honest, just a barrier here and there. It's nice to meet you though." She recalled using her barrier move twice on the island, but now she was back and a lot stronger then before! Though thinking on that now her barrier can only affect one person instead of three... Eh best not to worry too much about it.
Afterwards a bell was run that surprised her a little bit, Luna hadn't felt that much time had passed but then again time flies when you're having fun. It was now time for lunch which Luna joined alongside everyone else, wasn't anything special but it reminded Luna that she forgot to eat much before she came here. For what it was Luna thought it was good. Out of the corner of her eye she did notice Hawkeye's reaction to the cookie when he got to it, making a quick note to herself to remind her about that interaction she finished her meal, a bit slower then everyone else it seemed but still finished all the same.
Still though she got out the others seemed to pair off into groups, being the odd one out without a group Luna just went to her post looking out on the horizon, her face was a bit more serious then before considering she was just told these waters were a bit more risky, eyeing around the area and hoping beyond hope that she wouldn't have to fight anything today.

Owen was grateful for Shoutmon's gesture. "Yeah, we should settle down." he replied, forcing a smile. But deep down he knew he had made a grievous mistake. He had been so used to having Bezil at his side for so many years, and having him be on model behaviour had led him to believe that maybe if he held his more troublesome twin sons to the same standard, they'd improve, but, after today, he knew that he was only hurting them in doing so. Once this period of bad feeling had run out of their systems, however, Owen was determined to treat Matty and Jimmy better.
The winds remained strong, but not too strong, which Owen learned from Orcamon. "A crisp, constant breeze will be ideal for us." he informed him. "Not too gusty, which would wear out our sails with the wind constantly coming and going, and not too weak. It's a terrible thing to be left on the seas with no wind on a sailing ship."
"Hence why you chose to make the voyage today?" Owen asked, curiously. Matty and Jimmy were playing toward the front of the ship in the meantime.
"Indeed. The winds suit us best today, and as long as we can keep the pirates away, we should reach the Blossom Isles swiftly."
"Out of curiosity, has there been any effort to eliminate the pirates in this area?" Owen asked, curiously. "I mean, it seems like a fairly important shipping route. Surely it would be defended by more than hired help?"
"Well, those Blossom Islanders tend to keep to themselves for the most part, and the pirates around these parts never do anything too outrageous, you know?" Orcamon replied, awkwardly. "Usually they just take a cut of the cargo and let the ships go in peace, but, I don't like that sort of business."
"Hmm..." Owen murmured, clasping his paws behind his back in thought. While Orcamon had a noble goal in intending to show force against pirates in this area, he seemed to be a little unprepared for the full picture. The Gaomon didn't like thinking back to his soldier days, but he couldn't remain silent. "So in hiring a mercenary crew to fight against said pirates, you intend to give them a message, right?"
"Yes, sir. That is my intention." Orcamon replied. Owen scowled.
"Best hope everything goes perfectly for you then." he replied, curtly. "You'll need nothing less for a plan like this to secure shipping lanes through pirate territory."
"With you all on board, I have no doubt it will." Orcamon answered, just as curtly. "Flying digimon are the perfect defense against pirates."
While Owen agreed with this, aerial combatants were incredibly effective in an open sea, he felt that the conversation had grown too cold for his liking. "Excuse me, Captain."
"Of course." Orcamon said, and let him go. By now the ship was passing by a small yet mountaineous island. Trees grew on every patch of exposed volcanic soil, making it look very picturesque.
Matty and Jimmy certainly appreciated it. "Hey, Matty, let's take a pic together!" the Musimon suggested. Matty agreed, and Jimmy pulled out his digital phone and shot a selfie of the two of them, grinning in front of the lush background.
"Hehe, see? It's like we're in a Pirates of the Crappyan film!" Jimmy grinned.
"Isn't it Pirates of the Crab Bean?" Matty asked, but in the end they both shrugged. It had been a while since they had seen that human world film.
However, their cheer soon faded as they passed the island. For on the other side, one of the crew on watch declared an alarm.
"Raider spotted port side!" came the cry from the crow's nest above them.
"Port means left!" Matty declared, and they looked to see a smaller yet sleeker sailing ship emerging from behind the island at full speed. To their horror, it was sailing a black flag with white skull and crossbones.
"BATTLE STATIONS!!" Orcamon cried across the decks. "PIRATES ATTACKING!"
At once, Owen ran to Matty and Jimmy. "Dad... what's going on?" Jimmy asked, unsurely.
"Pirates, mate. This is what we're here for." Owen said. "You two get below decks. We'll handle this."
"But dad..." Matty began to object, wanting to do more to help than hide. Owen had no time for this.
"Not now, Matty! You have to go below decks!" Owen said in the tone of an order. Matty gave a frustrated sigh. He knew it was the right thing to do, he and Jimmy weren't strong enough in combat yet, but he still hated being spoken to like this by his own father.
Before he and Jimmy went below decks, he turned to Owen and spat "I bet you wish you had your favourite son Bezil here instead of us, eh?!"
Owen was speechless as he stared back. He wanted to rush up to Matty and reassure him that he didn't feel that way at all, but Orcamon raised the alarm again, indicating that the pirate ship was closing in.
"We WILL discuss this later, Matty!" Owen promised, then turned his attention to his battle station, preparing to deal with the pirates if they threatened to board them. Jimmy by now managed to tug his brother below decks, the Musimon worried about the tension between them.
"What the heck were you thinking?!" Jimmy asked the Onmon.
"He needs to hear me say it!" Matty snapped back. "It's the truth, right?!"
Jimmy shook his head, scowling. "No! It's not! Dad loves us all the same!"
While Matty initially wanted to deny this, to validate his own feelings of unfulfillment, disappointment and being overlooked in favour of his older siblings, he was raised well enough to know that it wasn't true.
"...I've been such a dickhead, Jimmy" he admitted. Jimmy only patted him, hoping that those above decks could deal with the pirates quickly.

As Adrian's group was on the lookout for any potential pirate threats, the boat passed by a small mountain-like island. It reminded him of the kinds of mountains his family would pass by on boating trips, and it looked beautiful. Much like Matty and Jimmy's idea, Adrian suggested "Hey, why don't the four of us take a picture in front of that island there? It'll be like a souvenir."
"I'm down with that!"
"Yeah, let's do it!"
"I do not see the harm in that, I suppose."
The four of them would then line up in front of the mountainous island as Adrian pulled out his phone and took a selfie picture of the group, each one grinning in their own special way (meaning while Hawkeye's grin was present, it wasn't nearly as big as Adrian's, Kaya's or Shoutmon's.) The picture turned out beautifully, definitely a keeper right there. "I'll be sure to send the picture to you when we get home, Kaya."
Sadly their moment of relaxation was ended abruptly when one of the crew members sounded the alert, that a raider was spotted port side. Things had now just gotten serious. Adrian and Kaya looked at each other with determined expressions. "It's go time; you ready for this Kaya?"
"Ready as I'll ever be. Let's do this!" Adrian and Kaya began to activate their Digivices in order to digivolve Shoutmon and Hawkeye, but before they could do that a mysterious figure suddenly flew in from behind Kaya, grabbing onto her and carrying her into the air, dropping the Digivice as a result. Kaya screamed in response to this, punching the back of the Digimon that was carrying her. "PUT! ME! DOWN!"
"KAYA!" Hawkeye screamed as he watched his partner and best friend be taken away from him just like that. It was too far away to see, but the Digimon culprit was definitely humanoid shaped and had wings, which explained his ability to fly.
Unexpectedly, the figure did not go too far before turning back around... only to fly right past the group, this time taking Shoutmon along for the ride. "DID I ASK FOR A PERSONAL FLIGHT?!" Shoutmon yelled as he too tried to fight back, but he and Kaya simply weren't strong enough to fight against this Digimon's grip.
"SHOUTMON!" Adrian screamed as well, running a few steps before realizing that it would be pointless since he himself could not fly. And before long, the Digimon - and their friends - were out of sight. Just a moment ago the four of them were enjoying their time together, and now two of them were gone... Adrian didn't know how to fully respond to seeing his two closest friends being captured from right under him! And as calm as Hawkeye seemed, he was anything but. The avian Digimon picked up Kaya's Digivice from the ground and held it in his wings, the bad memories flooding in of how Eizo was taken from him by the sudden appearance of a Digimon as well...
And just like that, Hawkeye fell to his "knees", unable to hold back the tears from running down his face. "This can't happen... not again..."
Again? Adrian thought as he now noticed Hawkeye's emotional state. He didn't think Hawkeye was even capable of showing emotions like this, so it was truly heart-retching seeing him cry like this. All Adrian could do was... well, try to be there for him. "We're going to get them back, Hawkeye... and they are going to pay for taking our friends. I promise. Come on, we need to find Owen and the others." Meanwhile the other groups would be going through their own troubles. After a small argument, Matty and Jimmy would be sent below deck while the more powerful Digimon fought the pirates. What they didn't expect, however, was that one of the pirates had managed to sneak into the lower deck via swimming, a lower-ranked pirate by the name of Ranamon.
Unbeknownst to the twins, while the Musimon was distracted, Ranamon would grab the Onmon from behind, holding his arms in a grip and stuffing a piece of cloth into his mouth to keep him from screaming. If Jimmy noticed this at any point... well, Ranamon was a champion, able to easily overpower Jimmy. Once she got her chance, she would leave the same way she got in with Matty, swimming back to her ship with her new prisoner.
And while that was going on, another pirate crewmate by the name of Falcomon would sneak up behind Carlos and his Digimon. Once the alarm went off, the Falcomon would also gag Dio's mouth with cloth and holding his arms in a tight grip, quickly tying them up with rope before using his talons to grab onto the Impmon, flying him back to the pirate ship.
Just like that, four of the so-called mercenaries were taken hostage. This would make for excellent ransom material right here...

Just like that, as if to answer Dio's plight for something, anything to break the monotony of the travel the alarm went off, and orders being barked, yelling about pirates. Dio's face practically began beaming at this.
"Finally!"
Things became a blur after that. One moment they we're getting ready for boarding, for a fight to break out. The moment after everything went south in less than the blink of an eye. Carlos glanced down as he produced his digivice out of a pocket of his jeans, before coming to a sudden stop as his eyes caught something on the very edge of his vision. Before he had a moment look up, Gio was already standing there, looking at the sky absolutely dumbfounded. Alone.
As for Dio? Well, less than a second earlier he would have been raring up for a fight, but as soon as he started to get a move on he turned his back to the sea, and in that fraction of a moment found his arms being grabbed and pulled behind him, while a piece of cloth was forcefully shoved into his mouth as he began opening it to let out a rather foul curse that was soon muffled. A rope was wrapped around him just as quickly before he could even begin to offer even a token struggle, and just like that he was lifted into the air and away from the ship, carried away by a flying digimon he didn't even get to see.
"...ugh, well at least Bloom didn't get to see that." Was all he could really think as he was carried off, more angry at himself and his captor than concerned for his safety or hell, to even think of a way out.
Carlos kicked a nearby mast in anger, letting out a frustrated "SHIT!". It took a moment of breathing in and out for him to calm down slightly, though Gio could tell he was still trembling.
"Not again...I'm not losing him again." He muttered to himself, teeth biting down on his lips, before noticing at the black guilmon, looking up at him with a concerned look. Carlos' expression softened as he kneeled next to him, before giving the lizard a tight hug, which Gio immediatelly reciprocated. It was short lived, but once he let go the man was no longer trembling. He gave Gio a thankful nod, before turning to scan the ship, seeing that Dio was certainly not the only one to have been snatched.
"How many got taken?!" He asked, rushing to meet the other groups, hoping they had left enough people behind that could still put up a fight.

Luna had been sitting around for a bit just watching the ocean, slowly getting lulled into a weird state of unfocus as she just watched the waves go past the ship, staring out into the distance on the right side of the ship. With her great hearing she was able to hear others on the Ship talking, it was also proabbly due to this great hearing that when they shouted about battle stations she instantly broke from her trance and looked back over to the left side of the ship, sure enough there was a large pirate ship with all the pirate ship things Luna had come to expect, with that flag and a general look of not so goodness Luna stretched her arms out a bit getting ready for the fight ahead of her. "Me and my big mouth, guess we better sort this out fast." She mumbled to herself.
Still she overheard the others on the ship, Owen shouting at his kids and them shouting back, even if she didn't fully hear what it was about, Hawkeye and Kaya was something she heard as well... But something else caught her ear. A flapping of wings, it was hard to hear over the crashing waves and talking but she could make it out if she focused. Was there any flying digimon on the Ship? No. Luna started to spring into action looking around for what she heard, before she could see them however she felt something grab her by the back of the neck and start trying to lift her up. It seemed to be another Falcomon, a very brash and if Luna was honest stupid for attacking her Falcomon because Luna quickly pulled her head forward and back slamming into their face before turning around and laying a punch right on them sending them flying backwards and into the sea behind the ship dropping a rope and a weird cloth. "Dumba-" Luna stopped before she said a bad word before shaking off the fact someone tried to kidnap her and rush to the center of the ship.
She got there just in time to see Kaya and Shoutmon up in the air held by some digimon she couldn't really see well due to blinding anger. Pulling back her arm she created a few arrows of Ice staring down the target, however after a second she simply sighed and let the arrows drop and crash onto the boat below. She just stood there watching them go, cursing internally her inability to fly anymore, Crescemon or Dianamon could give chase but as Lekismon she was stuck on the ground, aside from a ridiculous jump height. Standing there feeling a bit useless she heard Carlos though and quickly just said. "At least two more, almost me too." Luna said with a much more cold tone then her usual upbeat one.

While they were distracted by the enemy ship, it seemed that the pirates' plan all along was to launch an aerial assault of their own. They laid waiting on the island itself, and while the mercenary crew for hire was focused on the ship, a Buraimon was able to approach them from the other side, snatching Kaya and Shoutmon. And a second digimon – a FlyBeemon, quickly subdued and carried off Dio.
Owen would not stand for this. A well familiar power rushed through him, his body glowing light blue as the moment of crisis required a response.
“Gaomon... warp digivolve to... MachGaogamon!”
At once, he grew in size from four feet to twelve feet, his limbs becoming mechanized, a jetpack forming on his back. Knowing that three of his allies' lives were at stake, he launched himself into the air, his jetpack bursting to life as he pursued Buraimon and FlyBeemon.
As an Ultimate level chasing Champion levels, he quickly caught up. However, Buraimon and FlyBeemon still had the advantage – three hostages.
“You come any closer and I'll throw this one into the sea!” the bird digimon warned, reaching out and holding Kaya threateningly over the waves as they approached the pirate ship.
“Then I'll catch her and come back for you, you bastard!” Owen snarled, although he hoped that Shoutmon and Dio could swim too. However, since Dio was bound by rope, yeah, he'd have to rescue him pretty quickly too.
“Heh. Sure you want to gamble that out here when you don't know who else we infiltrated your ship with?” FlyBeemon replied. This made Owen hesitate for a moment. Matty... Jimmy... were they safe?
This moment of distraction was critical, as it gave a digimon on the pirate ship a nice clear shot at him.
”Anchor Crossbow!” a Mermaimon shouted from the ship's forecastle, and fired an arrow of energy directly at Owen. He gasped and tried to evade, but it struck the left thruster of his jetpack, which sputtered and died.
“Shit! No!” Owen cried, struggling to regain control of his flight. The right thruster still worked, but without the left to properly stabilize it, he could control his flight no further. “Kaya! Shoutmon! Dio! I'll come back for you!” he tried to call in promise, but all it felt like deep down was defeat. All Owen could do was turn around and steadily descend to the cargo ship for a landing.
While this was unfolding, within the deck of the ship, Matty and Jimmy were hiding away as their father had commanded, only to be approached by a blue digimon that was twice their size.
“Aww, lookie here, two little princes thinkin' they're safe.” she said as she walked forward. “Well then, which one of you wants a tour of our brig, hmm~?”
“You touch my brother or me and our dad's gonna kill you, bitch!” Matty snarled, wanting to make up for his outburst at Owen earlier by speaking out for him.
“Oh goodie, we have a volunteer.” Ranamon replied, then rhythmically waved her hands before pointing her left skywards. ”Drainin' Rain!”
Matty and Jimmy were helpless against the attack. It quickly sapped both of their energy, to the point that they could barely move, but Jimmy still tried to put up a resistance.
“You leave my brother alone!” he snarled, trying to attack, but he was so drained that he could barely hold his Rookie form.
“Oh don't you worry yourself, hun, if your daddy does as he's told, we won't hurt a follicle of fur on your brother.” Ranamon replied, then grabbed Matty, leapt overboard, and swam deftly toward the pirate ship. Jimmy could do nothing but watch, and Matty couldn't do anything either. He couldn't swim, and he was too drained from the attack to attempt to do so. All he could do other than try and break free and then drown was to passively accept his capture, however sick it made him feel.
Owen barely made it back to the cargo ship. The MachGaogamon made a crash landing that buckled a few planks of the deck, and in an effort to preserve his energy for a better time, he immediately de-digivolved back to Gaomon.
As he did so, he watched in horror as the pirate ship turned away from them. It was faster than their ship, and they had no means of catching up. Before he could ask what happened, he saw Jimmy emerge from below deck, looking exhausted, tears rolling from his red eyes.
“Dad... they got Matty...” Jimmy told him. Owen felt those words as though they were a bullet through his chest.
“No...” he whispered, taking a step back, trying to deny what he heard, but he felt it from Jimmy, it was true. “No, No, NO... GOD DAMN THOSE FUCKERS, NOT MY SON!!!” he took out his immediate anger on a barrel of wheat, which exploded from the force of his punch.
Jimmy was horrified, he had never seen his father this angry. He had heard from others that once he was a fearsome soldier, but the Musimon couldn't comprehend how his cheerful, kind teacher of a father could have been like that. Seeing him like this, yeah, he could tell now.
“Dad... please, calm down...” Jimmy whimpered. Owen turned to him, realizing how hysterical he seemed, then purposefully tried to cool down a little.
“Jimmy... please... tell me what happened.” the Gaomon asked him desperately.
“It was a Ranamon, dad. She swam and boarded the ship while we were distracted. We tried to fight her off but she drained our energy, then she took Matty because he called her a bitch... I'm so sorry, dad, I couldn't do anything...”
Owen calmed down somewhat from hearing these words. He knelt down and hugged Jimmy, still crying. “Don't be sorry, mate, I don't blame you in the slightest.” he said. Then in the next moment, he wanted to rectify his mistakes in the past few minutes. He stood up straight, then glared at the enemy pirate ship as it sailed away.
“I am going to evolve to Mega, and I will destroy that ship.” he declared.
“No, dad, you can't!” Jimmy cried. “Matty's on board! So is Kaya, Shoutmon and Dio! If you destroy the ship you'll kill them too!”
Owen realized with a start that this was true. He winced, ashamed of saying that. At this point, Orcamon hesitantly approached.
“If it helps, I have experience with this sort of situation.” he began. “The pirates will want to ransom the hostages they took. Even if they escape right now, they will send a message later with that ransom. Also, if anything, I'm glad that you didn't evolve to Mega right away, I think if they knew that, they would hold your son and the others in a much more dire situation in which they know you won't be able to gain them back so easily.”
Orcamon's words drained the rest of the rage out of Owen's system. He was right. If he had evolved to MirageGaogamon there, the pirates would most likely use Kaya, Shoutmon, Dio and Matty as life shields for themselves. However, since he had only evolved to MachGaogamon, and proved to be someone they could fight off, that left options open.
“Okay... okay... I'm listening... what can we do?” Owen asked Orcamon.
“All we can do for now is wait for their ransom demands.” the captain replied. “Rest assured, I will not abandon your partners and family here, this ship will not abandon the area until they are rescued.”
Owen was at least glad to hear that. In the meantime, he turned to the others on board. “Is that okay with you all?” he asked them.

To say that Hawkeye was upset would be an understatement. His worst fear has been realized, he failed to protect Kaya and she was now in the hands of a group of pirates, who could kill her at any moment if they felt like it. He didn't just blame the pirates; he blamed himself. He should've seen the Buraimon coming from a mile away, he should have done more to prevent Kaya's capture. The look on his face said it all. It didn't take long for Adrian to notice. "If I know Kaya and Shoutmon, they'd want us to stay optimistic, Hawkeye," Adrian told him. "We're gonna get them back, I promise. There's no way I'd let anyone harm those two, especially Kaya."
Hope seemed to rise when the separated partners saw a MachGaogamon fly past them, going after the Buraimon and, from what Hawkeye could see, a FlyBeemon who had seemed to also gotten a hold of Dio, Carlos' Impmon partner. He and Gio must surely be feeling the same way Adrian and Hawkeye were at that moment. These pirates knew what they were doing, taking their loved ones like that...!
Thanks to his great eyesight, Hawkeye could see more of Owen's confrontation with Buraimon and Flybeemon than anyone else possibly could've. Buraimon threatened to drop Kaya into the sea if Owen got too close, extending his arm outward and holding onto Kaya's own arm with a strong grip. Kaya was desperately trying to break herself free, shaking her legs as she tried in vein to loosen Buraimon's hold on her.
"Only a coward would make a threat like tha-AAAAAAAH!" Shoutmon growled as he was held by the tail in Buraimon's other hand. The comment caused Buraimon to tighten his own hold on Shoutmon and dig his claws into his tail, causing the red dragon great pain. But it was FlyBeemon who caused Owen to hesitate, allowing him to be shot at and allowing Flybeemon and Buraimon to both get away.
"OWEEEEN!" Kaya cried out as she faded further away from Owen's view.
Hawkeye couldn't believe what he was seeing. While he saw what happened, he didn't hear a word of what anyone said. So from the Hawkmon's perspective, Owen simply floated there and let himself get hit for no reason. Not only that, he let the bastard who had Kaya get away. He was so close! HE WAS SO CLOSE TO SAVING HER!
The rest of the group that remained ran over to meet Owen where he crash landed back onto the deck. Hawkeye was the first to speak to the Gaomon, his eyes engulfed by a combination of rage and despair as he looked directly into Owen's. "You idiot! You almost had them, you could've saved Kaya, yet you hesitated and stood there and let them get away! Why?! WHY DIDN'T YOU SAVE HER!?!?" Hawkeye was screaming at Owen at this point, his eyes on the verge of tears. If something didn't happen soon, things were going to get even worse than they already were.
It would be at that moment when Jimmy would run up, sharing the news about Matty's capture. Hawkeye's heart plummeted when he saw Owen's reaction. It all clicked for Hawkeye in that moment; something up there must've made him worry about his sons, a worry which came to be justified. It wasn't long before the Hawkmon immediately began to regret his actions. "I... I'm sorry, Owen. Please... please forgive me..." Tears began to run down Hawkeye's face; he had made a grave mistake.
Between all the different kidnappings, it was getting harder for Adrian to keep his head cool. He wanted to cry just like Hawkeye was doing now. After all, both his best friend and his figurative little sister were both taken hostage. It was just like that night over a decade ago, when his own house was robbed. But this time... this time Adrian wasn't just going to take it lying down. He too glared at the pirate ship as it sailed away, along with Hawkeye and Owen. Owen suggested going Mega to sink the ship, but Jimmy reminded him that their friends were still on it, and that he could possibly kill them. Not only that, but Orcamon informed the group that if the pirates knew they could go Mega, then the prisoners would be in even greater danger.
"We can't just leave them though, can we?" Adrian asked with worry. Orcamon then continued, saying that the pirates would send a ransom demand sooner or later, and assured them all that they would not abandon their partners and family. Just that small gesture was enough for Adrian. "It's alright by me. Knowing Shoutmon, he'll do his best to keep the others' spirits up until we get there." Adrian looked down at Hawkeye who was looking away from the rest of the group, whether it be from anger, sadness, shame, or a mixture of the three. "What do you say, Hawkeye?"
"...alright. I'll wait. For Kaya." Back on the pirate ship, Buraimon, Flybeemon and Ranamon had all finally arrived with their prisoners; Buraimon with Kaya and Shoutmon (the latter of which attempting to nibble at Buraimon's wing, to little success,) Flybeemon with Dio, and Ranamon with Matty. Buraimon looked at the others with a cold expression. "Come, we need to put these two in the holding cell. The annoying one is starting to bite at my wing."
"I'll show YOU annoying," Shoutmon growled before biting harder at Buraimon's wing. Damn, this overgrown bird definitely had a high pain tolerance!
Buraimon would lead the way towards the holding cell inside of the ship. The cell door was already open, ready for the pirates to just throw their prisoners in. Which is exactly what Buraimon did, causing both Kaya and Shoutmon to slam into the wall, Kaya sliding into a sitting position while Shoutmon fell to the ground face first. "Heh... birdy's got a helluva throw, I'm impressed," Shoutmon still managed to quip, smirking with one eye remaining open. Buraimon simply ignored the comment
Once the other prisoners were in the cell and the doors were closed and locked, Buraimon turned to his crewmates. "I'll volunteer to guard the prisoners. I'll make sure they don't escape before the ransom is complete."

There was no sugar coating it. Carlos was fucking terrified. Not just because he was worried about Dio and the rest, or everyone's increasingly stressed reactions. The worst part was just how uncertain everything was. What were the pirates going to do now? Would they just drop them in the sea once they were at a safe distance? Keep them all locked up and waiting for ransom? Perhaps they would keep them as prisoners to be sold elsewhere.
Every passing minute a new, worse possibility kept popping up in his mind, making him more and more concerned and scared. Worst still, what little hope he had for the group to be switfly rescued by Owen was quickly dashed away as they got the better of him. So much for sending Gio to help him, not like he would have made that big of a difference seeing how things had panned out.
As for Gio well, he wasn't really taking things in stride.
As he saw that Flybeemon fly away with his brother in tow there was...a sense of something being torn from him, for lack of a better word. Not just someone he cared for, but a literal piece of himself felt as if it had been ripped away from his very core. One of the only two thing keeping him somewhat grounded to the world had just left him, and deep down even he knew there was realistically very little he could do to bring him back. He felt alone and confused, to the point he didn't even know how he was supposed to react.
Perhaps taking the sudden destruction of a barrel at Owen's hands as some sort of confirmation that it was acceptable to start lashing out in some form, the black lizard would focus his attention on an unnocupied part of the wooden floor, and after a short moment he'd stab his claws into it, not nearly deep enough for it to risk doing any meaningful damage to the ship, but enough that it would probably need someone to replace the now torn wood. He'd do this again and again, never feeling any less wrong but at least somewhat content he had something to keep his mind busy with...at least until he heard the Hawkmon loudly snap at Owen.
"Owen at least tried..." He'd mutter in an uncharacteristic dark tone, never once taking his eyes out of the small piece of flooring he kept stabbing at.
"Gio!" Carlos would be the one to snap back this time, sounding less upset and more just...taken aback at his partner's reaction. Perhaps in a rare moment of self awareness brought by the man's worried tone and look, the young lizard would sigh and apologize.
"...sorry." It was somewhat half hearted yes, but the return of his scolded childish tone brought back just a small amount of peace of mind to Carlos. They could mope and blame eachother all they wanted, but that wouldn't bring the others back. Thankfully Orcamon would soon speak up again, giving the miserable group a much needed pep talk and more importantly, a course of action.
Granted, it didn't go much further than sit down and wait for the ransom to come, but at the very least it helped ease off some of the concerns Carlos had. There was a good chance the other four would be fine for the foreseeable future...now they just needed to figure out what they would do once the ransom came.
"Alright so we wait it out...then what? We just follow along with all their whims?" He asked, trying his damnest for his question to sound genuine. Which in his defense, it was.
In the end despite Owen's valiant efforts, there was nothing stopping the pirates from carrying Dio, Kaya, Matty and Shoutmon away without a hitch. They were soon all thrown inside a cell with little care from their captors about if they landed on their feet or not. Dio was not the exception and while narrowly avoiding falling on his face that did little to soften the landing on his back, which might have hurt a bit were it not by the high levels of pure unadulterated rage coursing through his being. Now that he was finally released from his bonds, he could at the very least give his captors a very loud piece of his mind.
"Get back here you oversized insect! I'll make you wish for the sweet release of death in the form of a gigantinc bug spray!" He'd scream in anger at the Flybeemon as he'd jump back on his feet, repeatedly kicking the iron bars of the cell door to no avail. A largely meaningless attempt, but he had to vent his anger somehow.
"Yeah that's right, stay here with us you oversized poultry." He'd soon add, glaring at the Buraimon as he offered himself to keep a lookout on the prisoners. "When I get out I'll tear off each and single one of your feathers, you hear me?! I'll break your beak and floss with your SPINE! You impudent shits will rue the day you crossed the Dark Lord!" He cared little about any possible retribution knowing full well they were more valuable for the pirates alive and unharmed. Knowing that, he'd spend as much time as possible making the pirate's lives as unbearable as possible.
Or really, as mildly inconvenient as he could from inside his cell.

Post by Luna on Jan 20, 2021 7:30:08 GMT
Luna didn't exactly know how to feel about all this at the moment, sure she was angry and upset at the development but she knew well enough that she wouldn't be able to even come close to how everyone else was feeling, while lost in her own little mind the winds around the ship kicked up as Owen dashed over, doing what Luna wanted to do and going after the pirates. Luna paused for a minute watching before rushing over to the closest she could get to Owen on the ship, watching them in the air Luna held her hand up. Dark energy surged around her hand as she watched them closely. She wasn't stupid, if the pirate decided to drop Kaya in an attempt to escape Luna would make a barrier around Kaya to protect them from crashing into the water below.... She'd be thrown around like a hamster in a ball but it would be at least better then hitting the water at that distance and the barrier would absorb most of the impact. Kaya was the only one that made sense to Luna that'd they would throw off.
What she didn't count on though was Owen hesitating out there, looking at him he didn't make a move, sure he didn't know that Luna was ready with a barrier but he didn't even seem to try, even with her hearing she couldn't hear what was said over the crashing waves against the ship. Noticing it too late Luna saw something else coming from the pirate ship, some sort of projectile. She tried to turn her attention and barrier over to Owen to form the barrier around him but she was too slow, he got hit. "Damnit, Maybe I can..." Luna was going to try to make a barrier around Kaya and detonate it, would hurt the others but it was better then standing around like a goon... Too late though, they went out of her range. "....Sorry Kaya, Shoutmon." Luna muttered to herself as she let the dark energy within her hand fade away.
Luna stood watching them fly off into the distance for a few moments before hopping back to meet Owen when he landed on the ship. Rushing over a bit after he landed and degenerated back into Gaomon Luna recalled him getting hit. "Owen, I saw the hit do you need any hea-" As she walked up though she got to see a lovely display of him smashing a barrel of wheat causing it to blow up and her to get startled. "They got... Oh no." Was all Luna could say letting her eyes wander to the ground. As all of the sudden anger flared up, not in her... Well a bit in her but that was already there, this was in Hawkeye shouting at Owen about letting them go. Then a surprising slash of claws from Gio that she didn't expect and a small dark tone he gave Hawkeye after said outburst. "Getting mad at each other won't solve anything, it's no ones fault but those pirates. We should just focus our attention on what's ahead." It was without her usually happy tone but a more serious and focused one, even her face was replaced with narrowed eyes and a neutral expression.
She was going to say something about Owen blowing up the ship that she felt was quite obvious why it was a bad idea but Orcamon seemed to sort that out pretty easy, it seemed the only thing they could do was sit and spin until the ransom demands came. "No, it's not alright but there's nothing else we can do huh." Luna didn't have any idea how they could turn the tables, but instead wondered why Hawkeye was so angry... Then it hit her, the whole late friend thing. At least that's the only thing that made sense. Despite not knowing where she stood with him Luna decided to walk over to Hawkeye who was looking away from the group. "Hawkeye." Luna said as she walked in front of him to look at Hawkeye in the eyes. "I think I know why you shouted like that, Can't say I can fully understand but I promise We'll save Kaya. Whatever happened to your late friend won't happen to Kaya." Luna looked deadly serious as she made the promise, she reached out to pat him on the shoulder but halfway through decided not to and just gave him a small smile, trying to reassure the digimon.

Post by Owen on Jan 20, 2021 11:54:57 GMT
Throughout the ages, Owen had suffered many defeats as a military officer. While he barely remembered the details, he recognized the bitter taste of defeat, where he wanted to move the earth and heavens to save his friends, but orders and logic prevented him from doing so.
Owen had hoped that this time he would never have to feel those feelings again, but, in this moment, he felt it crush him on the inside. He had let down those that relied on him, and that was before the blow of him knowing that they had taken his son too.
While Owen had many children, they meant so much to him. The knowledge that these bastards had successfully kidnapped Matty made him feel ill. It was probably lucky for Hawkeye that he had the wheat barrel to take out his immediate anger. As the bird digimon initially raged at him, he clenched his fists for a moment, but Jimmy begging him to calm down and Hawkeye immediately apologizing made him relax fairly quickly from that. That Gio spoke out too was initially reassuring, but it just wasn't right for them to spit blames on each other.
Owen then turned to Luna who had been actively trying to assist their attempts of interception and rescue, and was also trying to calm things down. The Gaomon was glad that she was here to help like this. With all this in mind, he turned back to the Hawkmon.
“I forgive you.” Owen said to Hawkeye, but felt unable to say anything other than that for the moment. So many factors had been considered in those few precious seconds. The safety of the hostages, the minutiae of moments of opportunity in aerial battles. Owen had no time or patience to explain himself here. In his estimation, even if he had moved in that moment, he had very little chance of successfully rescuing all of Kaya, Shoutmon and Dio without hurting any of them.
For now, his thoughts were secured in how to rescue them now. That the pirates would ransom their hostages seemed logical. Owen would need a little time alone to fully ready himself for the necessary means to rescue his son and his comrades from their predicament.
How could they do so? Orcamon said that all they could do was wait for the pirates to make their ransom demands. Owen could see the logic in this. They would make the demands thinking they were in a position of advantage, when in fact they were not. But the timing was everything. If they revealed their full power too early, the pirates would hold their lives hostage. Ugh, it was just so much more difficult this time. Last time, when one of Owen's childrens' lives were at stake, it was so much more straightforward. He had to evolve to Mega to save Bezil or else Bezil would be dead. This time though... if he evolved to Mega, it seemed Matty would be dead. This was a problem he hadn't encountered since his days in the DWR Army.
“Orcamon.” Owen spoke to the captain. “Are they likely to be quick or slow about this?”
“In my experience, quick.” Orcamon replied. “They know they've got partner humans and digimon there and think they're fully secure, yet they know that reinforcements can arrive at any time and tip the balance out of their favour.”
Well, that was good at least. A long ransom process would be something that neither Owen or Jimmy could stand.
“So... what are they doing right now?” Owen asked further.
“Securing their bargaining position.” Orcamon answered, looking unhappy but remained honest. “They want to get out of this with an advantage, so they're figuring out just how much they can profit from this ransom.”
Hearing him say that, Owen had an idea. “Orcamon... would you be willing-?”
“-to put every ounce of cargo on this ship as payment for the ransom?” Orcamon finished his thoughts. “I would. You can evolve to Mega, I believe it can all work out from there, that is if I'm following your thoughts right?”
Owen gave a small half-grin to the Captain. “I think you might be.”
Jimmy meanwhile was confused. “What are you on about, dad?” he asked.
“I have a plan, Jimmy.” Owen replied. “Hawkeye, Adrian, Carlos, Gio, Luna, let's go to the forecastle and I'll explain it in full. And Orcamon, we need your input on this too.”
At the front of the ship, where the wind would only carry their words forward into the open sea, Owen and Jimmy waited for the others.
In the brig of the pirate ship, Matty gave a death glare to those that had captured him, but he could do little more. However, the Onmon was quite stunned when Dio was thrown in with them and spoke words that he knew Owen would have never wanted to hear.
Yet hearing them made him want to back him up at once. “Yeah! When my dad gets a hold of you, all that'll be left is fried bits of you in a bucket!” Matty added. Hearing nobody scold him for that, not even Buraimon, who continued to ignore him, hee, it felt good!
Still, that good feeling only lasted a moment. Matty realized that yeah, he was helpless and in danger here. He was hopeful that he would be rescued, but... he had just snarled horrible things at his father. The Onmon realized with a shudder that maybe he had gone too far? Maybe he had hurt Owen too much for him to want to rescue him? This feeling brought his emotions right back down to negative territory.
Feeling these horrible things, Matty retreated to a corner of the brig, shuddering as he hugged his knees, wondering if he had broken the father-son bond with his conduct.

Post by Adrian Boriker on Jan 21, 2021 6:12:16 GMT
Adrian had to admit, he was sort of scared of Owen at that moment that he punched a barrel of wheat like that. He always saw Owen as a good and friendly Digimon, so to see him in this absolute state of anger, along with Gio acting out and clawing at the ship's flooring as well... it reminded him of when he, too, would lash out when he was a kid. Once time he even slammed his own head into a wall from anger when he was in second or third grade. Now with hindsight on his side, he knows that acting like that only scares others, which is what Owen and Gio were both doing at the moment. "Owen, you're kind of scaring me right now..."
Hawkeye had just lashed out at Owen before quickly apologizing. Gio would then speak up in a VERY uncharacteristic tone, saying that at least Owen did try to save them. Despite Carlos telling Gio off for that, Hawkeye shook his head. "Gio is correct. I had a clear shot but with my uncertainty of the pirates' actions and me still processing what happened..."
"Luna's right, Hawkeye, it was no one's fault. They got the better of us, put us in a no-win situation. We need to focus on fighting them back now, and getting our friends back. Moping about it and blaming each other - or ourselves - isn't going to solve anything." It seemed that Adrian and Luna were the voices of reason at this moment in time, despite the former also losing not one, but two others that were important to him. Just how was Adrian not breaking down like everyone else...?
Speaking of Luna, the Lekismon seemed to be catching on with the true reason why Hawkeye was so upset. She walked over to the Hawkmon, saying she thinks she knows why he shouted like that and promised that whatever happened to his late friend wouldn't happen to Kaya. Hawkeye scowled. "Of course it won't. Last time there was only one Digimon who did it, and it was over in an instant. This time I have a chance, and I will show no mercy when I get my wings on Buraimon's neck."
Now they had to truly discuss their next course of action. According to Orcamon, in his experience with these pirates, they were fairly quick about securing their own bargaining demands for the ransom. Orcamon said he'd be willing to put all the ship's cargo as payment for the ransom, which seemed to cause Owen to start forming a plan. He told the others to meet him at the forecastle, or the front of the ship. Adrian couldn't say he understood why they had to go there, but he didn't question Owen's judgement. On the way there, Adrian decided it would be a good idea to strike up a deal with Hawkeye.
"I know you and I just met, Hawkeye, and you clearly have issues with trusting others, but we have a common goal here. Both our partners were taken by Buraimon. We're not bonded, I know, but I have other ways that I can help you. I love Kaya as well, and I want to save her as much as I want to save Shoutmon, What I'm saying is... I think we should team up, until the others are saved."
"Kaya trusts you a great deal, so I'd be a fool to not trust you as well. How can you help exactly, may I ask, Adrian?"
"I can explain later. Come on, we need to meet up with the others." It was a true wonder how Buraimon was able to ignore all the taunts and insults being thrown his way by the prisoners. Other Digimon may have made at least a witty remark back, but Buraimon here? He just leaned his back against the adjacent wall, crossing his arms and closing his eyes... but that didn't mean he wasn't paying attention, of course.
While Dio (and soon Matty) were sending insults to their captor's way, Kaya just sat in the back of the cell in a similar position that Matty later would, sitting down and hugging her knees as tears fell down her face. This was the most scared she had ever felt in a long time, moreso than she did at the volcano. She didn't know what was going to happen, and she didn't have Hawkeye with her to make her feel better like he always did. "I want my mom..." Kaya would mutter in a hoarse whisper. "I want mommy..."
God, she must've looked so pathetic right now, crying for her mother. But she simply couldn't help it...
Meanwhile Shoutmon would walk up to Matty, who has retreated to the corner of the cell. "Hey there, Matty," the red dragon would quietly say with a hopeful demeanor as he sat next to the Onmon in a casual position, resting his arm on his right knee as he looked at Matty with a slight smile. "I know we're... not in the best of places, but I know the others are gonna come rescue us, no matter what. And I can't even begin to imagine what your father would do to these scumbag scallywags, no one messes with his kids and gets away with it."
