”Don’t worry about it too much Amber. It’s merely a suggestion.”
Gaius smiled warmly and seeing the blackgatomon’s state he couldn’t help but sigh. He knew how this was and he’d make sure to send a message to his daughter. He wasn’t expecting a response from her at this time of day given the fact she kept to a fairly normal sleeping schedule.
”We’ll all work towards getting him I know. Don’t worry.”
Sixer smiled a bit at that hug and was grateful to see syre go; standing there and staring at where the portal was for a few long moments before leaning up against the wall again. Her face rather thoughtful. She’d flick her ears a bit and those reticle eyes slowly eased to amber.
”She’s one of the most amazing mons I know. No offense to those here.”
”None taken”
”She’s a good student and a good friend to those she meets. Why wouldn’t she be?”
Coal hummed thoughtfully and pause about halfway through a spoonful. Turning her head to her sister and letting out a small laugh. Yeah maybe it was for the best if she went back to her room? Sep on the other hand seemed to roll his eyes at the thought. Coal had already passed out once before but if she did so after eating that might lead to some strange dreams. He’d tug her along and she’d meep quietly. Sixer on the other hand? Well she’d pad after amber which prompted Gaius to stand up to follow.
His eyes flicked down to his D-terminal and a wry smile appeared on his beak. It seemed that his daughter was already on the way. Having been contacted by a particular butler. Seriously was there anything that Garlond wasn’t privy to in these halls? The gryphon shook his head and kept up his pace; leaving coal and sep in the kitchen for until they finished their respective meals...
