The conversation between Max and his elder sister Gaz went something like this.
Gaz: "Max, bro, you've been pretty down in the dumps lately, everything goin' okay?"
Max: "Hm? Oh, yeah it's fine, I'm learnin' loads of new recipes and magic techniques all the time."
Gaz: "And... that satisfies your entire life?"
Max: "...ehh, I'd be lying if I said it was."
Gaz: "Well, why not pull back from bein' a professional chef stroke mage and just... try and get to know someone on the personal level, you know? Someone not related to you."
Max: "Like... a date you mean?"
Gaz: "Yeah."
Max: "But... how would I go about that?"
Gaz: "Well, halfway through February there's a day called "Valentine's", which is all about love and dating and all that, why not give that a go?"
Max: "Well... okay, I guess. But nobody else cooks. I'll give my date the best meal they've ever had!"
So, Max (Male digimon, about the maturity of a young adult) is signing up for this. His preference would be another digimon of either gender.

Valentine's Day Thread LinkCion & Syre have finished their thread with 5000+ words each! (And something truly special happening :3 ) However, due to me suddenly getting a new job after some time of unemployment, there was one instance where I broke the spirit of the posting guideline by requiring 10 days instead of 7. This is my fault entirely and thus I humbly ask thee to not punish Syre/Nol for it, who has shown perfect adherence to the guideline since our first event last year. Edit: Bits for us please ^3^
