With the RedMagnamon literally cut in half, Shademon knew that he was screwed and scrambled to get everything ready to cut and run, as he knew he only had a few minutes at best to prepare. "Crap crap crap crap crap!"
Sadly, this wasn't a best-case scenario for the shadowy Digimon, as he soon found himself staring face-to-face with five very angry Digimon and a pissed off Tamer. "Fine, you may have escaped my nightmare, but you'll never take me alive! Shademon digivolve to EyesmOH HOLY SHIIIII-!"
Shademon's multitude of eyes all widened at once as his digivolution was interrupted by a pissed off Shoutmon digivolving to Ultimate with enough force to level the cabin and scatter pieces of the shadowy Digimon all over the place. The forest was deathly silent for a few moments before the scattered pieces of Shademon reformed themselves into the form of his Ultimate-level digivolution, Eyesmon. The shadowy Digimon was somewhat disoriented but more-or-less unharmed from the makeshift explosion. "Uggh. I. Hate. All of you!"
His foes may only be able to reach Ultimate right now due to their energy having been partially siphoned, but Eyesmon was still outnumbered 5 to 1.

Shoutmon's digivolution to ultimate was so intense that the cabin itself seemed to explode momentarily halting Shademon's digivolution as well as scatter the shadowy digimon. Mandrake used his cape to shield his eyes from the debris while Lothar blocked the biggest chucks with his muscular form as he shielded Mandrake from harm. Lothar stepped away from Mandrake and the two of them saw the shadow digimon begin to reform. "Of course Shademon wouldn't be so easily defeated." Lothar said with a groan.
Mandrake lifted his hat off the ground telekinetically, as it had been blown off his head in the explosion, before placing it back on his head and said "Apparently not but you and I know first hand that creatures of the shadows aren't always so easy to deal with." Shademon then finished digivolving to Eyesmon but maybe with a strong enough show of force they could get him to slink back into the shadows where he belonged. "Wizardmon digivolve to...Mistymon!" Mandrake said as he became a magical warrior which giving his knack for illusions one may not expect such a transformation. "Eyesmon, I am giving you one warning. If you want to preserve your hide you will leave here. Lothar and I may not kill but I don't think I can say the same for everyone else here."
Yes Mandrake was fully aware that the concept of a no kill policy was rare among digimon since it wasn't uncommon to absorb defeated foes to gain power. Mandrake never was interested in power but even without absorbing data he and Lothar had managed to become surprisingly strong in only a Human World year's time. "Leomon digivolve to...GrapLeomon!" Lothar said digivolving to ultimate as well his muscles flexing as he readied himself for his next potential move.

Luna let out a yawn as she got up from her little 'nap' having noticed that in her sleep she had grabbed onto Dust somehow while unconscious. "Luna, could you please let me go?" He asked, he wanted to start fighting Shademon now and the fact that Luna was holding onto him didn't make for the best battle strategy.
"Oh yeah, sorry one sec." Luna quickly let the Impmon go who hopped away facing against Shademon while Luna got up. Though as she did they both heard a crash and some large piece of the roof hit her on the head.
"Ow, dangit." Luna rubbed her head as she looked over to the whole group, three Ultimate level digimon, four if she decided to go Ultimate as well. Looking down at Dust he had his arms crossed thinking for a moment.
"I can't Digivolve into Beelzemon right now, but it seems you guys have it handled." While the commotion seemed to be going on Dust would hang back a bit, didn't want to get grabbed by the Dastard or nothing. Give him some time to organize his thoughts after everything as well.
Luna looked at her companions, then back at Shademon, she had an annoyed look on her face and her arm on her hip and just sighed. "Look, You're clearly outmatched, even if you do manage to kill one of us I can just revive them instantly like that." Luna snapped her fingers to emphasize her point. "Like Mandrake said, I don't want to kill you but I don't think Shoutmon shares my views. Degenerate back into your rookie form and surrender. You'll be put under arrest. Either that or try and fight four Ultimate level digimon and see how that works out for you." As she said this she quickly evolved into her Ultimate form to prove her point.
"I'll say this only one more time, if you don't surrender and tell us what happened to the rest of the digimon that you've 'fed' on we will be forced to delete and possibly LOAD you to make sure you never do something like this again. Which is it? Risk of death or being arrested. Your call." That was definitely a bluff but after what he put the five of them through there was no way he was in any position to call it.

Needless to say, Shademon was panicking greatly when the group awoke from the nightmare that he had sent them to. Shademon tried to Digivolve in retaliation, but was interrupted by Shoutmon's own powerful Digivolution to OmniShoutmon, damaging the house and dissolving Shademon's form. All was silent for a few moments...
Then Shademon began to reform. The pieces of the shadowy Digimon that had been scattered by the Digivolution slowly came together, reforming itself not as Shademon, but its Ultimate form Eyesmon. It was a horrid monster; a black shadow demon with eyes all over its physical form, complete with a large mouth and sharp teeth. "H-Holy shit...!"
After that, Mandrake and Lothar would each Digivolve to their own Ultimate forms as well, still giving them an advantage over Eyesmon. Mandrake and Luna both tried to be diplomatic, saying that Eyesmon was obviously outnumbered and that they could avoid deleting and possibly loading him if he just surrendered quietly. OmniShoutmon had other plans, however.
"I don't think he's going to surrender," Adrian says, pulling out a card. "Not that I'd let him surrender, anyways. Digi-Modify!" Adrian slashed the card with his D-Arc, activating its effect. "Berserker Protocol activate!"
OmniShoutmon could feel his strength suddenly shoot up after that. He glared right at Eyesmon. "After the hell he put me through -- the hell he put ALL of us through -- there's no way I'm letting him off that easily!" OmniShoutmon growled, his right arm glowing with golden energy in the shape of a blade. He dashed forward and slashed Eyesmon with his glowing arm. "Omni Blade!"
Adrian uses the "Berserker Protocol" card on OmniShoutmon. (Card uses remaining: 6)
OmniShoutmon dashes forward and attacks Shademon with "Omni Blade."

"What, you mean my previous 'guests'?" Eyesmon asked, legitimately caught off-guard by the Crescemon's question. It didn't take long for the Shadowy Digimon to regain his bearings, though he still paused to think. Honestly, the dark Digimon was tempted to take the Crescemon's offer. He had already gathered a fair bit of energy so far, and escaping from a jail cell honestly isn't too hard when your body is a malleable mass of darkness. "Alright, fine. I'll talk. But you're a bit too late, unfortunately. The only ones that were still alive were that Vegiemon and the Bacomon I was impersonating, but I'm preeeeetty sure your golden friend there just killed them when he blew up the cabin. I was keeping them in the basement, after all. Ironic, isn't it? You came all the way out here to save them, only to accidentally kill them yourse-GRK!"
The shadowy Ultimate was so busy gloating about the group's failure to rescue his victims that he failed to notice OmniShoutmon charging him until the golden Digimon's blade gouged a deep slash into the Eyesmon's side. The villain reeled backwards from the golden dragon. "What the actual hell?! I was going to surrender!"
The shadowy Digimon glared at the assembled group with his many eyes, while a low growl emanated from his throat. "Should've known that offer was a trap. Well, if you guys want to kill me so badly, then fine! If I'm gonna die here, then I'm sure as hell gonna take at least one of you down with me! Black Rain!"
Eyesmon quickly fired a ball of darkness from his mouth, sending it soaring straight up into the sky. After a moment, the ball would then explode to rain countless razor-sharp needles upon the surrounding area.
Eyesmon is suckerpunched by OmniShoutmon's card-enhanced Omni Blade, before retaliating with Black Rain.
Passives:
-Malleable Shadows (passive): Eyesmon’s shadowy body can easily be reshaped to help him avoid attacks. 30% evasion boost.
Actives:
-Black Rain: Eyesmon fires a ball of darkness straight into the air, which explodes to rain sharpened, black needles down upon everything in a 25m radius. The needles fall at a high enough velocity that they can penetrate most Ultimate-or-lower barriers. Full piercing, 5 post CD.

Eyesmon may have been telling the truth seeing as he didn't feel the presence of anyone else but even before the group had fallen into the trap Mandrake hadn't felt anyone else either. Yet he found himself running for the remains of the cabin before using his telekinesis to start moving around the debris hoping to find Vegiemon unconscious but alive.
Lothar, meanwhile, saw Adrian out of the corner of his eye activate the Beserk Protocol modify card before OmniShoutmon charged. It was clear what the duo had in mind but it was too late to stop them now as OmniShoutmon's blade found its mark causing Eyesmon to reel backward from the blow. "Mandrake and I didn't want to kill you, Eyesmon, no matter what evils you have done. If you just slithered away this confrontation wouldn't of continued but I will not let you kill anyone here." Lothar said as he leapt up toward the dark ball of the Black Rain attack just as the rain of black needles began. The turbines on his arms began to spin as several needles had sunk into his body the high velocity puncturing his armor. Yes he was in pain but adrenaline spurred him as a pale blue aura formed around him. "Aura Bullet Stream!" he exclaimed sending a stream of bullets made of his aura into the needles in an effort to keep the others from harm.
OOC:
Lothar leaps into the air and unleashes his Aura Bullet Stream at the needles in an effort to protect all allies.
Aura Bullet Stream: A pale blue aura forms around his body as his turbines on his arms spin. He then fires a stream if bullets made if that aura.
Mandrake heads for the remains of the cabin and begins clearing debris with his telekinesis hoping to find Vegiemon alive.

Well it would seem that Luna's idea was working, she wanted to avoid fighting as much as she could for now given they were here to save someone, but what the Eyesmon said made Luna's eyes widen as she looked over at the cabin. Without a moments hesitation she rushed over there. She had to make sure they were safe, even if the digimon was deleted if she made it in time she would be able to revive them! When she got there Mandrake had already been moving some of the debris.
Dust ran over with Luna to the collapsed building, looking back he saw the fight with Eyesmon had started. Shaking his head Dust looked over at Mandrake. "Mandrake leave this to us, I'll just slow you guys down as I am now and Luna's the best qualified to help them if they need medical attention. Focus on Eyesmon for now." That was the safest option, even if it was a two on one it was a lot safer if it remained more in the groups favor, they couldn't afford to have two digimon not fighting.
Luna didn't seem to care at the moment and was too busy trying to find a way into the basement, she was quickly joined by Dust in the search for an entrance, she couldn't let those digimon die! She had to get to them as soon as she could. There was a pretty clear look of worry and panic on the Crescemon's face.

Surprisingly, Eyesmon began to admit about his previous victims to the group. He claimed the only ones still alive were the Vegiemon and the Bacomon that Eyesmon impersonated to fool others. Adrian felt his heart skip a beat. There actually IS a Bacomon that lives here? Adrian thought. That's gonna make the whole destroyed cabin thing hard to explain... maybe Weston could help fix it?
"I'll apologize to them later," OmniShoutmon said. "If they are in the basement then they should still be safe." Surprisingly, Eyesmon actually was going to surrender to the group before OmniShoutmon slashed him in the face. "I don't give a crap if you surrender or not. You brought me back to the lowest point in my life, brought up memories that I just wanted to remain buried, and you exploited my fears for your own twisted gain! Why in the world would I just let you surrender that easily after that before I've gotten the chance to beat you to a pulp!"
The fight would now begin properly. Eyesmon fired a ball of dark energy from its mouth into the sky, which exploded and began to rain down sharp-looking black needles. Adrian was about to pull another card out for defense before Lothar leapt into the air and protected everyone from them with his Aura Sphere attack. "Thanks for that, Lothar!"
"Lothar and I will protect you guys until you get Vegiemon and Bacomon to safety," OmniShoutmon said. Immediately after saying that, the golden dragon man would dash forward, his legs turning into sharp golden blades as he proceeded to deliver a good ol' slash kick to Eyesmon. "Doom Drillpress!"
Adrian and OmniShoutmon are protected from "Black Rain" by Lothar's "Aura Sphere"
OmniShoutmon uses "Doom Drillpress" on Eyesmon.
Moves
Doom Drillpress: OmniShoutmon's legs transform into blades before he uses them to slash at the target. Cooldown is one post.

As Mandrake, Luna and Dust moved the debris from the ruined cabin, they would indeed find the entrance to the basement buried underneath. The door was in pieces, so the only thing blocking the stairwell was broken pieces of the cabin itself. As Eyesmon claimed, there was indeed a tied-up Bacomon and an unconscious Vegiemon hidden away in the cellar. The Vegiemon was looking rather withered and any attempt at interacting with the plant Digimon would only elicit a very faint moan from the Vegiemon, but he was still very much alive (if in dire need of medical attention).
"Oh, thank heavens! It's about time someone came and rescued us! That villainous Shademon has kept us imprisoned here for days!" The Bacomon exclaimed in relief as the basement's entrance was unblocked. He spoke with a rather posh accent, and his emerald green eyes would show that this is indeed the actual Bacomon that lived in thes now-destroyed cabin.
Meanwhile, Lothar's attempt to stop the Black Rain would stop the needles from hitting Adrian and OmniShoutmon even as the GrapLeomon was struck by several needles himself. The three cabin searchers were too far away for the Black Rain to hit them, but Eyesmon wasn't focused on them at the moment.
"Okay, that was actually kinda impressive." Eyesmon begrudgingly admitted, before forming a pair of shadowy swords out of his body to parry OmniShoutmon's incoming blade kick. The black swords were too weak to entirely stop the attack before shattering, but they did slow the incoming attack down just enough for Eyesmon to just barely distort his malleable body to evade being sliced open again. "Yikes, that was a close one! But by all means, continue to be angry! Your rage might just give me enough juice to digivolve to Mega after all! But now that you're here, let's see you dodge this! Wicked Eye!"
The Eyesmon would then unleash a barrage of lasers from his various eyes in an attempt to hit OmniShoutmon at point-blank range, although a few stray lasers would also end up heading in Lothar's direction.
Eyesmon barely deflects and doges OmniShoutmon's attack, before firing a Wicked Eye at point-blank range.
Passives:
-Malleable Shadows (passive): Eyesmon’s shadowy body can easily be reshaped to help him avoid attacks. 30% evasion boost.
-Deceptive illusion (passive): Eyesmon creates various weapons out of the shadowy data that composes his body. These constructs function as Eyesmon’s basic attacks and are as strong as a 0-CD named ability.

Mandrake was hesitant to cease digging through the debris but Dust had a point. Mandrake had no healing moves in his current form and, even if he was in his champion form, he knew Luna had far superior healing techniques than he did. Looking back for a split second he turned back in the direction of Eyesmon only to see Lothar landing on his feet before dropping to his knees and wincing in pain. By the time he got to Lothar he saw many needles sticking out of the GrapLeomon's body.
Lothar had noticed Mandrake and as if knowing what the Mistymon was going to say, he groaned "Don't worry about me, Mandrake. I may be in pain but it can wait until Eyesmon is dealt with."
Knowing his boyfriend could be as stubborn as he could, Mandrake nodded figuring convincing Lothar to back off or take it easy wasn't going to be an option as Lothar slowly and stiffly rose to his feet. Then when Mandrake sensed two unfamiliar mental signatures coming from the cabin he felt a sense of relief. It seemed Eyesmon's hostages were still alive but weak. Eyesmon announcing his Wicked Eye caught the magical knight's attention and upon seeing the laser heading towards him and Lothar, Mandrake drew his sword while Lothar attempted to evade only to collapse to his knees in pain again. Seeing this Mandrake, while holding his sword in his right hand, moved in to block the oncoming laser with his sword while bracing himself like he had seen Lothar do once in his champion form of Leomon.
Lothar, meanwhile, had once again rose to his feet and stiffly moved so he wouldn't hit OmniShoutmon or Adrian unless they walked into his attack on purpose. Grunting in pain he kicked out with his leg unleashing a cutting vortex of wind heading for Eyesmon as he exclaimed "Vortex Kick!"
OOC:
Mandrake moves to use his sword to block the laser heading for him and Lothar.
Lothar moves painfully into position before unleashing a Vortex Kick upon Eyesmon.
Vortex Kick: When he kicks his leg he creates a vortex of cutting wind that barrels toward his target.

Mandrake seemed to listen to Dust and decided to go back towards the fight letting the two of them focus on search and rescue. Thankfully it didn't take them too long to find the entrance to the basement itself, Luna and Dust made quick work of the debris to get inside the basement looking around for a few moment. Sure enough the two were there just like Shademon had said, Bacomon seemed happy to see the two of them while Vegiemon seemed a lot more worse for wear.
Dust and Luna didn't even need to say anything to each other, Luna quickly ran over to check on the Vegiemon while Dust made his way over to Bacomon. "Sorry for the delay but we're here now. We'll get you outta here." Dust assured as he went behind the Bacomon and started to untie the ropes behind him. Dust would've just used his fire but considering Bacomon was made of cardboard that sounded like a very bad idea. "Our friends are out there fighting Shademon, well Eyesmon. right now, best to stay here and close to her in case of any stray shots come by." Dust pointed at Luna when he said her, figuring he might as well be thorough about it.
Luna was busy checking up on Vegiemon, bent down next to the digimon Luna could only hear a faint moan from the digimon when she tried interacting with them. "Hey, we were sent by your sister to help you. Just hang in there I'll have you good as new in no time." Luna tried to assure the digimon as she stood up from them holding her hands in front of her.
"Blessing of the healer, let moonlight shine down and heal your wounds." As Luna said these lines a green ring seemed to surround her, fifteen feet around where she was standing. "Healer's Blessing." Finally the green ring was fully formed and the Vegiemon and Bacomon if he had any injuries would start healing within the field.
B.A: Luna uses Healers Blessing while Dust unties Bacomon.
Healers blessing: Holds her arms out before creating a large field of moonlight around her and two other allies that slowly heals them while they stand within the field, maximum range of 15 feet. Lasts 2 posts and 5 post cool down once it ends.

While OmniShoutmon, Lothar and now Mandrake were fighting the Eyesmon, Adrian could see that Luna and Dust had managed to round up the surviving Vegiemon and real Bacomon, the former of which looking like he needed serious medical attention. Adrian was definitely not looking forward to having to explain to the Bacomon that his cabin was destroyed by them though... maybe an offer to have a wizard help fix it would help?
With his passion and anger fueling him, OmniShoutmon had put everything he had into that one blade-kick attack. He was so sure he would be able to at least do some damage against Eyesmon with it. The golden dragon leapt forward, his blade-leg extended out, parrying the black swords that Eyesmon had created to stop him. When all was said and done, Eyesmon managed to distort his body to just barely avoid the attack altogether.
"Wh-Wha-?!"
The golden dragon landed on his feet, sliding across the ground before he turned around to face Eyesmon once more. Eyesmon taunted at OmniShoutmon to continue to be angry, as that alone would probably feed him enough to become Mega. "So it's not only fear you feed off of, it's negative emotions entirely," OmniShoutmon concluded. As an emotional Digimon, that hurdle would be hard for him to jump over.
Before OmniShoutmon even realized it, a barrage of lasers from all of Eyesmon's eyes would shoot out mostly at OmniShoutmon himself. From the position he was in, he would be unable to dodge it in time. His eyes widened before he turned away, holding an arm out in front of his face...
"Digi-Modify! Mirror Shield activate!"
It was thankful that Adrian was watching closely, anticipating a sort of attack like this. After he slashed the card, a shield made from pure light would suddenly form on the arm that OmniShoutmon was using to defend himself. The laser barrage would not only hit the shield and save OmniShoutmon from taking damage, but all those lasers would reflect right back at Eyesmon. He better have enough speed to avoid something like that at point-blank range!

The Eyesmon's reaction to OmniShoutmon using a Mirror Shield card to reflect the emotion-eater's own lasers back at him could pretty much be summed up in two words: "Oh crap."
At that close of a range, not even Eyesmon could possibly dodge the reflected lasers, causing the shadowy Digimon to let out a blood-curdling howl of pain as his own attack ended up cutting off sections of his own mass and scatter the pieces across the area. Anyone who was too close to Eyesmon as he screamed would find that the howl's effects would render them temporarily unable to attack at all.
"Ugh, Jesmon Christ Mode, that hurt!" Shademon growled out as he scrambled backward, trying to create space between him and OmniShoutmon. Unintentionally, this actually allowed him to avoid the worst of Lothar's Vortex Kick as the cutting wind grazed the shadowy Ultimate.
Meanwhile, Luna's Healer's Blessing wold slowly start restoring the Vegiemon to a healthier state, although it would be a while before the plant digimon would wake up. The Bacomon would slowly try to make his way upstairs, legs somewhat unsteady from being tied up for so long, but could only react in shock once he finally managed to climb up the steps and take a look outside. "What happened to my house?!"
Eyesmon unintentionally uses Cursed Howl upon being hit by his reflected lasers, and backs away from OmniShoutmon quickly enough that he is only grazed by Lothar's Vortex Kick.

OmniShoutmon's attack had the effect of sending Eyesmon's attack right back at him much to the shadowy digimon's surprise. As Eyesmon let out a scream from getting hit Lothar winced glad he wasn't any closer or he wouldn't likely be able to move. Mandrake watched as Lothar's Vortex Kick grazed the ultimate level shadow digimon but Omnimon's Mirror Shield seemed to do the most damage.
"You should of slunk back into the shadows from which you came while you had the chance, Eyesmon. As much as I dislike it I don't think I can stop OmniShoutmon from ripping you to shreds." Mandrake said looking at Eyesmon with a look of pity. Mandrake knew Eyesmon had brought his own defeat upon himself when he thought of this group as easy victims.
The sudden cry of 'What happened to my house?' caught Mandrake's attention and he opened a telepathic link to Bacomon while he and Lothar kept a close eye on Eyesmon. 'Shademon lured us to your house disguised as you and trapped us in a nightmare and we fought our way out. Then the fiend digivolved to Eyesmon when we were free of the nightmare and the fight resumed but I'm sorry to say that your house was not so fortunate, Bacomon. I'm sure we can find some help in getting it repaired after Eyesmon is gone.' Mandrake said over the link he opened to Bacomon. Yes Mandrake was not pointing the guilty finger exclusively at Eyesmon alone since the group all had some hand at what happened to the house.

Luna was checking on the small digimon, from what she could tell they weren't going to wake up anytime soon but they seemed to be stable at the least. "Thank goodness, That was a bit scary." Luna had to admit she was worried but those started to subside, now all they needed to do was take out Shademon once she finished healing them. Dust could probably stay down here with them while they fight outside.
Dust though heard Luna mention being scary as he finished getting the rope off Bacomon. "You have your strong heal still available right?" Dust asked as he tossed the ropes over to the side, not really caring where they landed.
"Yeah... But I want to save it incase Shoutmon and the others need it, though that might not be needed it's best not to use it unless I have to." Luna explained as she let her healing ability to its work.
Meanwhile Bacomon seemed to of gotten outside and noticed what happened to his house, Now that Dust thought about it what did happen to the house? That seemed to happen before he woke up. "I don't really know but I'm just gonna assume Shademon did it." It was pretty easy to blame them for this whole thing.
"If you want you can stay at our clinic in Rosewood till you get someone to fix it, we have plenty of space." Luna offered with a smile, hopefully it wouldn't be too bad to find someone to fix it, there had to be someone with a good grip on fixing blown up stuff!
