Surely, nothing can go wrong today... right? (Closed)

Stepping off the Trailmon and dressed warmly, Kazumi looked around the station to the city of Ys. The whole way she had spent the trip looking out at the beautiful scenery while her digimon partners were in her Xros Loader since the Trailmon had been very crowded the whole trip. The reason was apparent as she had overheard information regarding a festival so she decided to get off at this place called Ys to check it out since the festival might be fun for all of them.

Now clear of the Trailmon the goggle wearing red head brought out her Xros Loader and held it out before she said "Upload Vemmon, Dorulumon, Hudiemon, and BlackAeroAgumon!" Soon her four partners appeared from within the Xros Loader. Both Hudiemon and Yuki were stretching their respective wings ending with a brief flutter. All four digimon were happy to be in the open though it wasn't crowded in the Xros Loader there was nothing better than the fresh air to all of them.

The group of five made their way around looking at the various stalls set up before Dourulumon spoke up "Been a long time since I've been here. This city is still as beautiful as I remember it."

"That's right before you met Vemmon and I you used to do some exploring. So is there anything we should no?" Kazumi asked.

Nodding Dorulumon then said "While not as old as some places in the Digital World, Ys is ruled by a king known as Hikaru."

"M-Maybe while we're here we'll see this King Hikaru, w-who knows?" Vemmon said the soft spoken digimon sounding eager to look around more.

Soon the sound of screaming caught the group's attention with Dorulumon catching the sound the soonest and running. Hudiemon grabbed Kazumi and flew after Dorulumon while Yuki did the same for Vemmon. It would do no good for the group to be separated in the confusion that was this festival after all.

Soon the group spotted a teen girl, a Kenkimon, and a glowing Keramon around a horde of children. Deciding it was time for damage control, Kazumi said "Hudiemon and Yuki, try your best to get those kids under control. Vemmon and Dorulumon, you two will help me check on the others."

Vemmon and Dorulumon nodded and they and Kazumi began approaching the teenage girl and her partners.

"I fucking hate it here." A crimson Veemon grumbled, largely to himself as he traversed through the Economic and Crafting District with both his brother, an azure Wormmon, and his tamer. ...Who is probably the only other Aizawa to dare set foot in Ys, truth be told. "What's the issue?" Speaking of, Hisato posed that question to Gyo while Scarab just opted to remain quiet and keep eating his ice cream. ...It was sea-salt flavored. Don't judge.

"...I can't throw hands." "Which is why it's the perfect place to practice your diplomatic skills." "Yeah. But I can't throw hands! What's the point of having hands if you can't throw them, Sato? C'mon."

This would have been a pretty humorous conversation to pursue, at least until stuff just happened to start going completely south nearby. Scarab had turned his head over to see a Digimental fall right into...a Keramon's mouth. The Keramon began to glow and start screaming as other parties scrambled into action. Some as fast as he was in Champion form, and others...well, they were just whisked away by...Okay, Hisato couldn't see it. Scarab could make it out as a Flamedramon variant. Gyo? Gyo just didn't fucking care, man.

"...Hey, buddy, you ever consider that that might just be them armor digivolving in a weird, egg-eating way?"

"Scarab, he's fucking screaming!" "...Well, hey, at least that guy was nice enough to grab everyone?" Gyo didn't care. Hisato was a bit more concerned.

The chaos involving the Keramon that was screaming and glowing took a turn none of Kazumi's forces could explain as a fast moving figure had moved everyone to safety. Well everyone except for the Kenkimon it seemed as the poor guy was now on his back. Before Kazumi could say anything, however, Hudiemon had fluttered over to the bulky digimon and waved to the others obviously signaling them to help her out before she said to Kenkimon "Don't worry sweetie, my friends will help you up."

Vemmon, Dorulumon, and Yuki took position around Kenkimon with Hudiemon and between the four of them managed to right Kenkimon. Kazumi, meanwhile, was watching as the Keramon had digivolved into Eosmon and was now zipping around like a hyperactive child before disappearing from sight causing her to voice her thoughts the best way she could think of at the moment. "What? How? Wha?" Yes she was surprisingly well spoken considering how confused she was.

Hell had been delivered into Ys in a handbasket that somehow, someway, circumvented the magic do no harm barrier, and it was witnessed via a wave of energy erupting from the site of the screaming just after they had been put aside by the blur. And by hell, the true meaning here was 'how does one stop what seems to be a child going on the world's worst sugar rush?' Hisato was stumped. Legitimately so.

Until it hit him. "Scarab, Gyo, you said you could utilize Perfect-level forms, right?" "...We can. We're not going to attack that Eosmon thou-"

"I'm not asking to attack. I'm asking you to give chase with that Flamedramon variant so you can try cornering him. Two fliers and a ground-based Digimon should be able to fix this up pretty easily."

Unless things somehow went more wrong than they already did. Hisato was not even sure if this hare-brained plan would work, but...Hm. There were parts that could be filled in here. He saw Psych go after the faster one. It was likely there was a plan of their own in place that he could piggyback off of. With that out of the way? He'd look to Hanako and Data.

"Hey, I'm sorry if this is a bit much to ask, but what's the quickest form your buddy there's got? Because more pairs of hands here are definitely welcome!" Then a look was shot Kazumi's way. Given the sheer number of Digimon around her, she either had a lot of mercenary contracts or was one of those Xros generals. It mattered very little.

"Same goes for you, if your partner's got an agile form, put it to use here."

"Let's get this over with. I hate it here." "I heard. Shut up already."

With that, Hisato'd ready his D-Arc, and raise it upwards, a bright light pulsing outwards as it enveloped the Wormmon and the crimson Veemon, a ball made of a latticework of double helixes enveloping both as they were replaced by much taller forms. A blue JewelBeemon that practically towered over Hisato, and a red AeroVeedramon that was a smidge taller than the JewelBeemon.




Without another word, they took off. After that Eosmon, no less! Given they both had a birds-eye view of things, taking sight of the target should be simple.

Great and Kazumi thought sugar rushes in human children could be bad but apparently the equivalent of one in a digimon was many times worse as Rush zipped off at a speed Olympic sprinters would be jealous of. As Kazumi was trying to figure out how to handle this situation while the other twins took after Rush.

"Well, theoretically, since Hudiemon and Yuki can fly they would be the fastest but Dorulumon is fast as well. It's just.." Kazumi began.

As if reading his general's mind Vemmon then said "Y-You're worried about leaving me in the dust aren't you. W-Why don't you form a Xros with either Hudiemon or Yuki then."

"After that you can ride on my back." Dorulumon offered as he lay down waiting for Kazumi to decide.

Knowing she had to make a fast decision she brought out her Xros Loader and said "Vemmon. BlackAeroAgumon. Digi Xros!"

Vemmon and Yuki came together and after the transformation finished the form said "V-Vemmon X2e!"

Vemmon X2e opened his metal wings and took off faster than Hudiemon but probably not that surprising seeing as the champion form had less mass to move. Kazumi then climbed onto Dorulumon's back and he stood up before running with the red head hanging on for dear life.

Vemmon X2e turned the corner almost running into Rush head on and attempted to make a grab for the hyper ultimate. "E-Easy there friend. C-Calm down before you get into trouble."

Buddy, I don't think I need to ask if you're speaking in my mind. Hisato's plan was essentially to corral the Eosmon into a corner by having the two of us flyers follow you and your brother.

Regardless, yeah, we can help with that.

I believe we already were. Time is of the essence--and we need to ensure we don't come to named attacks.

That was the extent of any response Psych would get from the twins. If they did, they were likely to get booted out of the city. And that was not an ideal conclusion for anyone. Either way, they flew on, past Speed as it were thanks to that brief intermission due to something or someone grabbing him. Scarab's main objective here was to try gaining enough speed to wind up spooking Rush potentially. Which would probably send him away from the JewelBeemon and towards Speed.

With the other two coming in, Gyo included, that should box him in. Problem was, this was also a matter of ensuring nothing broke in the chase, frantic as it was.

Notably, there was no attempts to dogpile yet.

Vemmon X2e blinked in surprise at his blunder, though the action was hard to notice behind his dark visor, and released Speed. "S-Sorry. M-My bad." he said clearly embarrassed by his mistake.

Hudiemon had just caught up being slightly slower a flier than Vemmon X2e as she tried but failed to grab the little digimon. "Quick little bugger but I should of expected that from a small digimon."

As Dorulumon and Kazumi came into sight the group witnessed Rush splitting into three in an attempt to make things more difficult. Dorulumon sniffed the air catching the scent of the three Eosmon noticing how two of them smelt the same but the last one carried the scent of their target. "Hold on real tight, Kazumi. I'm going to start going full speed." Dorulumon informed and Kazumi quickly grabbed on tighter on his fur. 

Then Dorulumon leapt forward following the real Rush's scent while Hudiemon fluttered after the clone that said 'Meep. Meep.' Meanwhile Vemmon X2e, as if channeling Yuki's wisdom, flew after Dorulumon for a while before moving to try and cut off Rush. Hopefully everyone's efforts would result in catching the hyper little digimon.
