Name: Emily Goldberg
Age: 12
Gender: Female
Height: 150cm // 4’11”
Weight: 37kg // 81 lbs
Birth Date: November 18
Birth Place: Weston, Connecticut, United States
Digivice: White and Gold ic
Personality: Emmy is a girl who’s sweet and kind. She’s polite, always does her best to respect everyone around her, and does her best not to cause a ruckus. She can get pretty flustered and overwhelmed when things get busy and excited, so she likes it when things are peaceful and quiet.
Emmy was raised to be a good, proper girl and while she’s had her share of privilege in her life, it hasn’t changed her altruistic nature. Unfortunately, her privilege, combined with her youthful naivete, can sometimes have her coming off as unintentionally condescending at times.
Emmy has found that she’s found the simple things to be the most pleasurable in life, however. She wouldn’t dare tell her parents this, but she would much prefer a cheesy action flick and a cheap, greasy burger over anything that only an exorbitant amount of money can buy.
While Emmy was raised to be quiet and humble, and never stand out, there’s a growing part of her that’s slowly beginning to bubble to the surface. A newfound confidence that’s anything but humble. She’s begun to realize that despite her age, she’s quite a bit more astute and intelligent than those around her, and it’s been conflicting with her upbringing of never standing out or embarrassing her family.
Maybe it’s because she’s become a bit more independent recently, but Emmy’s recently caught the adventuring bug, and has been wanting to be more and more outgoing as of late, where even a walk in the park is something she can find exciting as of late.
Appearance: With golden hair and sparkling, emerald eyes that never seem to be cloudy, Emmy emits a sense of confidence that’s rather unbefitting of someone her age. Her neutral expression is a small smile that’s quick to grow whenever someone approaches, as if their very presence is enough to brighten her day. She prefers light, free-flowing clothes, generally light in tone, even though she’s more than willing to get them dirty, but she doesn’t seem to mind very much.
FaceClaim: POKÉMON • lillie • Emily Goldberg
Personal History: Having been born into an obscenely wealthy family, Emmy hasn’t ever considered her privilege until very recently. The youngest of five children, each one quite a bit older than herself, Emmy was something of an unintentional present to her parents, Winston and Annalise. Her parents are loving enough, she supposed. They can be a little cold at times, and they definitely don’t react so well whenever Emmy would act out, but it wasn’t like she knew anything different, right?
And in Emmy’s early childhood, she was spoiled to no end, nearly to the point where she was rotten. Her parents had already gone through the whole, child-rearing thing multiple times before, they didn’t want to deal with it once more. As such, Emmy got to spend a great deal of time with their housekeeper, Miss Yuki. So long as Emmy didn’t act out or cause a ruckus, Emmy’s parents didn’t care much about what their daughter did.
And chances are, if it weren’t for Miss Yuki, Emmy would probably have been just as spoiled rotten as her four other siblings. But Miss Yuki was insightful, patient, kind, and had a great deal of wisdom, and it just so happened that Emmy was someone willing to learn. Emmy was homeschooled, with private tutors brought in to teach Emmy various things that she never needed to know in the first place, but her true desire to learn came from Miss Yuki and her stories about her homeland.
But things couldn’t possibly last. Eventually, there was something wrong with Miss Yuki. Emmy didn’t understand very much about it, but apparently she wasn’t who she said she was on her job application, and her parents fired her. But the Miss Yuki that Emmy knew wasn’t a liar or a bad person, right? She needed a better explanation! So after nearly a year of begging, Emmy finally convinced her family to take a vacation in Japan.
And it was then that Emmy made her move. She was swift to escape from this little vacation, making her way to Tokyo, more specifically Shibuya, the place where Miss Yuki had to go. But such an obvious foreigner, a wealthy runaway at that, wouldn’t be able to make an escape for very long. So Emmy had to find Miss Yuki soon!
But first... Emmy needed to find this Magical Train that Miss Yuki said that she came to this world on...
Digimon Name: Auras
Default Form: Terriermon
Gender: Male
Personality: From his holy little conception in the Village of Beginnings, Auras had always known that he was gonna be special. And by special, he meant “having a well of energy hidden deep inside of him that he can’t fully control yet”. He doesn’t know what this power is, how it came to be, or even how to properly utilize it just yet, but surely it means that Auras has a good deal of significance, right?
And for some reason, being special is important to Auras. Because a life of insignificance could possibly be his personal hell. But with this significance, Auras feels like he has a reason to live. Which is what we’re all looking for, right?
Now, a lot of this makes Auras come off as a bit arrogant, and while that’s true to a degree, he’s ultimately a Digimon that wants to make the world a better place. It’s just that, sometimes, he can get caught up in the pursuit of his own destiny that he can forget about the people around him in the present. But if he’s not caught up with himself, you can be sure that he’ll be there for his friends.

6. Divine Overflow - Auras taps into his divine power just a bit too much, fully refreshing 3 cooldowns. If [Divine Judgment] is one of the refreshed moves, Auras takes a moderate amount of damage for the folly of using a 6-cd move twice in one battle.

[RU1] "Divine" Retribution - Auras foregoes his divine power schtick and slugs an enemy with his gun arm.

[RU2] Divine Oversoul - Auras has a massive amount of power within his body, and if he tries to tap into it on his own he'll explode and kill everyone around him. But by diluting it with a more plebian source, such as a human partner's Digisoul, he can channel it to a certain degree and triple his attack strength. For each turn he uses this ability, it Emmy's strength progressively dwindles, to the point where she's barely conscious after the third turn. Any more, she'll die, and Auras will explode and kill everyone around him. But like, flavor shit. The point is it can't be used for more than 3 posts.
