(Now I know what you're thinking, Shi you already did this for Alpha and Beta. Well now here's some DLC for another MPC featuring their mother Cici. So enjoy. Same as before ABCD set up for buttons.)
Fighting Game Character:
Profile: Cici is a pretty straightforward fighter, using her main weapon of a katana for most of her moves while using a variety of different weapons and styles for special's and other buttons giving her a massive range of attacks both close range and long ranged making her a deadly combatant at both. She requires a lot of mastery on her moves to make her work but it's well worth putting in the effort.
Appearance: The weapons she uses are her regular Katana, a Sword based on a Jesmon's sword on her back. Two fire gauntlets on her arms and a Bow that Sleipmon X uses. She is still in her Sistermon Ciel form.
Cici's normal moves.
A: Strikes forward with the hilt of her Katana, a very fast jab that scales really high but is great for catching the opponent trying to mash out of whatever you're doing. Can be repeated twice in the same combo or block string.
Crouching A: Low to the ground Ciel sweeps at the enemies feet, very fast and hits enemies low causing them to trip leading into a scaled combo. quick recovery so best to use this move just to make sure they're blocking low.
Forward A: Ciel spins the sword, thrusting the blade forward causing the Sheath of the blade to fly forward and jab the enemy. Leads into a small combo with specials afterwards. The sheath and her hand don't have hurtboxes on them making this a very safe move to throw out. Quite a long recovery so best to make sure the opponent has to either get hit or block.
Air A: Cici punches in front of her with a quick jab, can be repeated up to three times in a combo. Mostly used to stop air approaches with a quick option or to add on a bit of damage when you can't combo further.
B: Performs a quick sword slash before sheathing her sword again, slicing the air in front of her horizontally, very fast and leads into a full combo on counter hit, the sword doesn't have a hurt box so this is mostly used to catch opponents doing risky jump ins or rushes.
Crouching B: Performs two sword slashes, one aimed at the opponents feet while the other aimed to knock the opponent into the air with an upward slash. The first hit will trip any opponent hit by it leading into the second. The second hit won't make the opponent go into the air unless they already were in the air, the first hit connects or it's a counter hit. Used mostly after Crouching A to catch them doing something unsafe.
Forward B: Slashes twice at an upward angle, used to catch a jumping opponent and lead into a combo. Bounces the opponent into the air on counter hit.
Air B: Cici spins around with her blade outstretched covering a decent area around her with a hitbox, combo filler but can also be used to catch opponents trying to challenge her jump in.
C: Cici grabs the Jesmon sword on her back before smashing it into the ground in front of her, slower then her other moves but deals a decent amount of damage, plus on block and leads into a massive combo on counter hit if you know how to follow it up.
Crouch C: Ciel grabs the sword on her back and performs a mighty swing upward, reaching high above her and hitting anyone who's trying to jump in. Puts the opponent into the air on hit and counter hit and leads to a combo. Very unsafe on block.
Forward C: Swings the massive blade on her back around twice, performing two slashes back to back, goes forward quite a bit and hits the opponent from round start easily, very unsafe on block and if they block the first hit any frame 1 option will interrupt the second. Counter hit bounces the opponent off the wall leading into a full combo. High risk high reward.
Air C: Grabs the sword on her back, slashing downward, on hit and counter hit bounces the opponent off the ground and back up to Cici letting her deal another move. Like her other C moves it's very unsafe on block.
Throw: Cici grabs the opponent, faster then they can see she slashes them twice with her Katana before kicking them away.
Back Throw: Cici spins the opponent around before stabbing them while they're behind her with her Katana, causes the opponent to crumble behind her leading to a full combo after.
Air Throw: Cici pulls out the Jesmon tail sword off her back before spin cutting the opponent, taking them to the ground as she falls cutting them all the way. Deals more damage the higher up she is.
D: Cici gets into a stance with her hand on her sword, if the opponent hits her while she's like this with an overhead or a normal attack she instantly counters knocking them backwards. Low attacks, throws and projectiles beat this move.
Crouch D: Cici gets into a low stance with her hand on her sword, if she's hit by a low move or a normal move she instantly trips the opponent with her sword. Overhead attacks, throws and projectiles beat this move.
Forward D: Cici stands with her sword drawn in front of her, if hit by a projectile in this state she will instantly move behind the opponent and slash them. Loses to all moves except projectiles.
Air D: Cici pauses in the air for a moment with her hand on her sword, if any attack except a throw hits her she will drop behind the opponent and attack them.
Cici's specials
Quartercircle forward A, B, C: Cici pulls the bow off her body before firing an arrow at the opponent, A and C fire it straight and B fires it at an angle. A is faster but C deals more damage and leads into a combo on hit and counter hit if you're close enough.
Forward, down, Forward C: Cici pulls up her fire gauntlets before delivering a flaming uppercut to the opponent. Invincible reversal, very unsafe on block and leads to no combo even on counter hit.
Down Down C: Cici throws the massive Jesmon tail sword forward, it spins in the air in front of her for a few moments locking the opponent in place. While it's doing that she can't use any C moves but she can move and mix up the opponent.
Forward Forward: Cici dashes forward a short distance, can be used to cancel out of any of her normal moves and her bow move to close distance, can instantly act after dashing as well.
Cici's Super Moves
Halfcircle back forward C: Cici pulls out the Jesmon tail sword, glowing with white hot power as she spins around, slashing at the enemy with every spin before putting all her weight behind the last swing smashing it into the opponent causing a beam of light to erupt under their person dealing a massive amount of damage.
Circle Circle B: Cici pauses for a moment before slashing all around her faster then the eye can see appearing back in her same spot sheathing her sword, once she does many strikes all at once hit the opponent dealing massive damage. Basically if you have meter and your opponent does something stupid use this and take off a third of their health!
Halfcircle back forward D, A C B C D C D halfcircle back forward C: Cici glows for a second before dashing forward with her sword slashing the opponent, inputting each button correctly at the right time will have her do additional slashes adding on the damage with the final input being put in after the last hit making Cici charge forward with her fire gauntlet and delivering a power flaming fist into the opponent. If you miss any of the buttons leading up the the last input Cici will stop and shake her head leaving her open. Deals a massive amount of damage.
Instant Kill
Down Down Down D: Cici pulls out the Jesmon tail sword stabbing at the opponent, if this initial attack hits Cici will follow it up with a long series of sword slashes, each one accompanied by Atho Rene and Por slashing the opponent to ribbons before she lifts the blade up, glowing a white hot with power coursing through it and delivers the final slash finishing the opponent off. Can only be done if the opponents health is below 20% and it's the match winning game.

Idle animation: Cici Stands with one leg back and a hand on her Katana, if she doesn't move for a bit she's quickly run her hands past all her weapons to make sure they're secure before looking back at her opponent.
Taunt: Cici yawns in front of the opponent rubbing her eyes, tired.
