Sitting at a coffee shop Rudi was in deep introspection, he sipped on the bitter drink he ordered. Just yesterday he had returned from the Digital World, and any plans of aight seeing were long forgotten. Now he wondered how he would return and unite his Spirit Totem. The Digidestined held his Digivice in one hand, and his mug of espresso in the other.
Upon arriving the oblivious young man quietly made his way to be seated. The coffee servers were tidying up his table and he waited to be seated, however he did not have coffee on his mind. Ever since the train ride to the Digital World it was all he could think of. His battle with Goblimon, Babamons sad story, and Apollomons Journal were all Rudi could think of. Nothing could shake this newfound passion. The epic tale of his spirit guide Apollomon, and his triumph in protecting the Digital World Sun was an even grander tale than Moses on Sinai. As if a movie were replaying in his head, he retold himself the story Babamon had retold him; over and over again until he knew it by heart. Rudinhad a new hero, and it was actually himself.
Imaginingnhow cool he must look as Flamon X, Rudi was staring off into the blue yonder. Suddenly the waitress tapped him on the shoulder, a petite Asian teenager; "Feel free to sit?" She said, and Rudi thoughtlessly did so like a dog on a leash. Usually the lumberjack man was alert and aware, but it had only been a day since he returned to Earth, and so many new dreams were blossoming in his heart. His head still contemplating the magnitude of Sol Ymir, the Sun star guarded by Apollomon, Rudis curiosity traveled the gamut.
As he sat and waited for the waitress to take his order, Rudi fiddled with his Digivice in his pocket. Unbeknownst to him the girl watched him playing in his pocket. Waiting for him to finish, she finally tapped on his shoulder again and rudely asked for his order. After awkwardly ordering an Americano, espresso mixed with hot water, Rudi continued to sit at the table and stare off into the distance.
When he got his drink he just sat there, holding his coffee and Digivice. He looked sort of weird, and sleep deprived. It was clear the friendly young man had something on his mind, but he wasnt sure there was anyone else who could relate. Wearing black slacks and leather loafers, his trademark black jacket was facing the doorway. The Kanji for "Spirit" was emblazoned in white, and his red hair was easy to spot out. He was just staring off into the distance, his red scarf hanging loosely like a boa over his shoulders. Rudi wondered if he could Digivolve in the real world, and considered it as he was drinking his coffee.

Stacy had returned to her human form in a discreet spot out of sight near the coffee shop before walking the rest of the way. She looked like hell but more along the sense that she had gone through something traumatic recently and that was no exaggeration. It had only been a short time since Faustein's death but she knew she couldn't hide away like a hermit if she was to find her remaining spirits. It didn't hurt any less though. Sure Faustein was crazy and seemed to have what one would consider loose morals but the two of them had grown to respect each other and she even considered him a friend.
Damn she was feeling tears begin to creep forth again and struggled to hold them in at least until she sat down and ordered. Somehow she had succeeded as she was seated and ordered her coffee before removing her glasses and covering her face with her hands as she silently cried into them. When it seemed she had gotten the crying out of her system for the time she took a tissue from the dispenser on the table and wiped her face with it before putting her glasses back on. Looking around she saw a man maybe roughly ten or so years younger than her fiddling with a D-Tector. Her own was currently nestled into her left pocket of her leather jacket.
Now she was curious. Why was he messing with it so openly? It was possible he was new to being a spirit wielder so it was likely he had no idea that digivolving in the Human World in front of those unaware of digimon could cause trouble but she supposed she couldn't blame his curiosity.

With his mind heavily distracted by the fanciful ideas of the Digital World, Rudolf was mindlessly swiping his index finger along the thick rubber buttons of his Digivice. The soft easy listening was a mildly underwhelming sensation amidst the action packed internal retelling of his fancy spinning fire crescent kick against the Goblimon.
Nevertheless the scene in his mind was being played out while he sat there, and Rudi looked dreamt eyed. Before long his Americano was emptied, and Rudi was lost sitting there with heroic dreams resting in his mind. Eventually he was just idling with his Digivice, carelessly scrolling through his recent notifications.
Hoping to break the monotony of empty headedness, Rudi began navigating through his Digivices applications. The main screen featured his Divine Fire Totem, and from behind the modicum of Apollomons figure could be made out as the Totems image. Rudi pressed a button, sliding the screen upward and into his Digivices document storage. Flicking the rubber buttons until he reached Apollomons logs, Rudolf decided to read some of what Apollomon had written in his journal. The particular entry was titled, "Digi-Farms, and Helpers."
Ap9llomon was a profound writer, and filled his journal with tidbits of knowledge from all sources. Having just aquired his Digi-Farm, an inheritance by his Spirit Guide, Rudi figured he would be best to brush up on some practical measures of harvesting fruit trees in the Digital World.
While he was reading dutifully, Rudi was pleased to order another Americano. Despite his buzzed up awakeness from the first cup. Sipping and reading, he barely noticed that someone from behind had taken note of him.
To his surprise the Sigivice began ringing in his hand. A new feature to be revealed to the young Spirit Wielder. Unsure who might be calling him, Rudolf curiously held the Digivice up to check the flashing caller I'd. To his surprise he was recieving a call from the Explorers Guild.
Pressing the bottom rubber button, Rudi answered the call. To his Disappointment it was just a Digimon Telemarketer, hoping to recruit him for the guild. Rudolf politely declined, and hung up. Confused, Rudi looked around the shop as if he had been prank called.
As he noted the residents of the local coffee shop, a woman was markedly wet eyed. Compassionate towards her plight, Rudolf glanced her over twice to date his curiosity. Looking her direction with his Digivice still in hand, Rudolf was turned away from the coffee table.
Smiling a friendly grin, Rudi waved with his free hand. Hoping to distract himself from the endless mysteries of his Digivice, Rudi was inviting the woman to conversation.

After receiving her coffee which was a mocha with caramel in the largest size they had, she went back to watching the stranger fiddling with the buttons on his D-Tector. The digivice was making noises as the man made his way through the settings only to start ringing moments later. Taking a sip of her coffee she had to admit she was more curious now as her own D-Tector didn't ring like that. Stacy watched his confused expression while a brief and faint smirk appeared before vanishing as suddenly as it came.
Still holding his digivice he was now looking at her with a smile and waving with his free hand. Her curiosity of this individual was taking over full swing as he seemed to be inviting her into conversation. Deciding she needed some distraction and to satisfy her curiosity she waved back before she said "You can come over here if you want to to or I can come to your table." Setting her coffee down she dug into the left pocket of her jacket before pulling out a digivice similar to the strangers only blue with red highlights before showing it to him. "Besides I see you have a device like mine and seem to be curious of it. I was in your boat last year when I got mine."

Rudolf curiously wiggled the hand equipped with his D-tector. The red Digivice was lit up still, and in the screen his Totem was spinning slowly. Rudolf smirked as he noticed the other Tamers similar Digivice. Wondering if this woman was a Spirit Totem Wielder like himself, Rudi suddenly realized he was unaware if anyone might had known about Digimon besides him. Babamon had failed to mention such a thing, though when he thought about it there wasnt a reason why it couldnt be true. Sparked by the idea of a Digital Friend, Rudolf nodded happily as he was invited over to a new table.
Still holding his D-Tector Rudolf grabbed his coffee mug in his other hand. The steaming espresso swished back and forth as he excitedly approached the table. As he sat down, Rudolf suddenly realized he had no idea how he would even begin. Hopeful she would direct his curiosity, Rudolf was sitting across from the still unnamed woman. Smiling he put his D-Tector on the table, and took a sip of his drink. Rudi was incredibly trustful to begin with, but it didn't seem threatening to be around this woman regardless. Despite her previously sullen demeanor, her tear stained cheeks hinted that she was a humble lady.
Speaking quietly, Rudolf decided it would be best to keep the conversation quiet. He didnt know if Digimon were a widely known phenomenon among the public, but it seemed unlikely. Quite frankly he had a purely one sided information panel on Digimon, most of his knowledge coming from the data banks his Spirit Guide left behind through his Digivice. Reaching out to the sacred digital device, he pushed a button on the D-Tector. The button opened the Library menu of his Digivice. Tapping the screen he opened his own Statistical Page for his company to read.
As the screen read "Flamon X," Rudolf introduced himself in two parts. "My name is Rudi, and this is my...." The DigiDestined pointed at his screen, where the image of Flamon X was displayed. Underneath the opaque image of his Sprite Totems Form was the design of his Spirit Totem. Shaped like Apollomons top half, the totem had a solar halo surrounding it in the image. In a text bank the title Divine Spirit of Fire was listed as Rudi's handle. Rudolf was smiling wide, excited to share his Digital Story with a friend.
Ccontinuing on Rudolf asked, "You say you're familiar with, the Digital World?" Rudi chuckled awkwardly, and his eyes met the gaze of his companies.

The stranger grabbed his coffee and made his way over to where Stacy was sitting. He kept his voice down as he spoke as he seemed unsure that Digimon were common knowledge. Though he didn't say that outloud his body language made that obvious.
He then introduced himself as Rudi and pointed at his D-Tector which was showing the image of his totem. "Nice to meet you, Rudi. My name is Stacy. As for what you have it is called a Spirit Totem. All Spirit Wielders like you and I have one. Digimon aren't exactly common knowledge as only a select amount of people are even aware of digimon at all. Though I don't know how people are selected." Stacy said as she got a better look at the totem and said "It looks like you have a spirit totem of the fire element."
Setting hers down she brought up her totem on the screen resembling a snow white shining wolf curled up sleeping. "My totem is a holy digimon that also has fire abilities as well."

I am practically starving for food.” Vera asked her human tamer, hearing her stomach growl a bit after her sentence was done. [break][break]
Viktoriya, meanwhile, would spot a little coffee shop with a cheerful sign. The duo came up to the glass door which there were already some people inside. As Viki opened the door first to walk inside, Vera followed behind with a glimpse over to the small cakes being displayed in a glass display. With the young teenager finding an already occupied table with two talking people, a red-headed man and a woman, the first thing she could do was politely ask if she could have a seat there.[break][break]
All the same, Vera was given the amount of money needed from her tamer for food and drinks. She rushed in line in front of an old couple, contemplating of buying a vanilla cream cake though she wouldn't forget to buy her tamer a green tea latte. Completely drawn in by Stacy's Digivice, Rudolf found himself experiencing an utterly surreal moment in his life. While the discovery of Digimon was truly a paradigm shift, to meet another with the same experience was astounding. Rudolf watched the Wolf Totem on her Digivice, and nodded with amazement as Stacy spoke to him. The womans connection of info was certainly greater than his own, and atudipuy Rudi paid mind to note the following conversation.
Replying with a tone reminiscent of a kid in a candy store, Rudolf spoke to Stacy. His Digivice was still displaying the Divine Fire Totem. " Well... I'll be.. I never imagined another.. Did you ride the train too?! I just found the Digital World this week. I figured Fate was some kind of force of the Digital World that brought us there to fix jt." Rudolf briefly paused while he rapidly considered how Fate might be interacting with the Living Spirit of Word through the Digital World. His mind was buzzing, and he scratched his head. Randomly he let loose a smile, obviously not quite keeping his train of thought centered. Regardless he did have a handsome smile, and the young man continued whatever words he might have had prepared in regards to DigiDestined. A term he knew from Babamon.
"Ah well ain't that a neat way to describe it. Spirit Wielder, in the notes my Digivice.. uhmm well Appolomon before he died he left a private collection of notes inside of his DigiCore like a packet of data documents. He didnt call me that, I imagine he didnt know what would happen after his death. All he knew was that the owner of the Spirit Totem would be Chosen by the Sun of the Digital World itself. Well, that's what he was certain of." Rudi knew that Apollomon had been turned into a Spirit Totem, Babamon clarified that much for him. To her, he was just a Digidestined. In fact she hadn't told him anything about Tamers, or even Spirit Wielders. All she told him was that the Totem he had, was incomplete. He was destined to stack upon this base Sprite Totem, what that would be he didnt know exactly. Babamon only vaguely told him about the other Totem of Divine Fire; she wasn't exactly privy to the Sol Ymor Associations work with Fractal Code some hundreds of years ago.
Piecing all of this together was great fun for Rudi, but in the passionate heat of conversation there wasn't much time to analyze every word and title used. Smiling away, despite that unfortunate fact of life, he considered what the Holy Digimon of Stacy's Totem may be. The totem itself was quite regal, and matched her gentle nature. As she told him about the fire abilities of her lupine Digital Form, Rudolf recalled the amazing magic he had access to as Flamon X, while his physical body is fused to the Fractal code of the Divine Fire Totem. It had yet occurred to him that finding that next Totem Babamon mentioned would alter his actual Totem. Glancing his own Digivice he wondered what the charming image of Flamon X's upper body would look like after acquiring more of the Fractal Code for his Divine spirit Totem. Even how was still mostly unknown to the Novice, since he had access to limited knowledge of what Fractal codes were.
"Yeah according to the data logs on my device here, this Sprite Totem contains the base for all of Apollomons life work. I dont know what all that includes, but I looked some stuff up. Flamon X is a species with a connection to Solar Shamanism." Rudi looked around for anyone listening since the company had yet to arrive. "Lotta that kinda magick available seems to be products of Apollomon. I dont know what he did to become a Spirit Totem, but it was definitely a reward well earned." his red hair hung over his two different colored eyes as he leaned closer to say that. Besides trying to be discreet, he still felt a bit weird recanting the things he had read in Apollomons journal. Besides that his Digivices own Library of Data had still yet to be properly looked through, so speculation was still hard for the beginner to mention.
While he was leaning forward, his Digivice was on the table, and he turned his head to the side as he spoke. Surprisingly there was someone approaching, in fact it looked to be two. Rudolf furrowed his brow to get a better look, and then whispered to Stacy before brazenly replying. "Oop here is company, should we..?" He was going to ask if they should put their Digivices away, but it was too late. Company was in their midst now, and Rudolf didnt want to be rude so he sat back, and raised his voice to an appropriate level.
Continuing he responded to the stranger in Japanese. He wasnt sure if Stacey wanted to keep their city versation exclusive, and the young man figured a change in language would suit a change in conversation. Glancing the newcomers over thoroughly, Rudolf was certainly happy to entertain the company of ladies. Trying to be cool and calm, while still heavily devoted to talking about the Digital World, Rudolf sort of whispered.
"Well of course, we were just noticing your own fine choice in drink too. Haha." Rudolf never made good jokes, but he didnt know what else to say besides the truth. "We were just meeting for the first time. My name is Rudolf, I am from Detroit. I studied in Beijing as a youth so excuse my accent. I am on vacation, I took the Shibuya Railway here to see the Temples of Shibuyas forests."
Speaking eventually to everyone, he tried to give a good formal introduction. As well he hoped mention of that so very bizarre and unexplained train ride might stir up some good talk.

When Rudi mentioned the train Stacy blinked for a moment before it came to her what he may have been talking. "If the train took you to the Digital World then you must be talking about the Trailmon. I have taken them to get to the Digital World many times by now. I still find it funny that I ended up riding a Trailmon for the first time without realizing it the night I got my digivice. It came out of my computer for a reason I still don't understand on a night I wasn't able to sleep. When a compass appeared on it I, for some reason, followed it to the station. I later fell asleep on the Trailmon waking up when it pulled back into the station here in Shibuya. I went to the Digital World sometime later after that."
As Rudi described Apollomon leaving him notes Stacy said "Fate seems to work in strange and mysterious ways doesn't it? Though I heard some spirits talk to the bearers that is not the case with the ancient spirit I draw strength from. The most communicative my spirit gets is through instinctive nudges in and out of battle which has kept me alive so far and got used to fighting as a digimon as fast as I did."
Speaking of instinctive nudges coupled with Rudi mentioning company it made Stacy look up and saw two unfamiliar girls asking if they could join them. When Rudi changed to speaking Japanese Stacy quirked an eyebrow and listened politely as he introduced himself to the strangers. When he finished she smiled and, in Japanese, said "As for myself, I am Stacy and I am from Seattle. Japan has been the only other country I've lived in."

Interested to know about Trailmon Rudolf almost mentioned it, but that would be too soon given the two new girls sitting with them. Instead hisattention shifted to Japans unique melting pot of various cultures.
Shibuya seemed to be filled with people from other countries, and that was refreshing for Rudi. Despite his teenage years being spent in Beijing, he had a special fondness for the Western Culture of Europe and the Americas. Japanese culture was so rigidly defined, where people from Western civilization had a more laxodazical approach. Sort of like how the southern United States were more friendly than denizens of Detroit or New York. The culture was cured differently.
As he listened to the introductions the red headed man was smiling cheerfully. His two colored eyes were shining in the artificial lights above, and he looked positively entertained.
Speaking with a thick Midwestern accent, Rudolf spoke his native language now since it was clear the group was multi lingual. His ooh and ah sounds were extra fat like grease in a bacon skillet. Corn fed Rudolf was full faced, and his full lips smacked together as he incorporated a familiar slang to his words.
"Well it's nice to meet you both. I was an exchange student myself, quite an experience ain't it." He wasn't asking, the rhetoric of his gritty home city filling his words. If he hadn't been so cheerful he might have sounded apathetic. Filled with joy of Shibuya and Digimon, Rudolf was clearly just making small talk to get at another point.
Rudi intended to probe Viktoriya and Vera for rumors of the Digital World. His curiosity was so strong, but he could hold it back for a bit. Expert in communication Rudi knew if he could bring up something vaguely these two hip kids might reveal some urban rumors. Or something. In Rudi's mind, Digimon were to fanciful to be hidden so naturally. Something that big and beautiful, always had a parade surrounding it.
Furthering his part in the conversation Rudolf continued, but not before casually scooting his Digivice closer to his chest so that there would be more room on the table. As his fingers graced the tech device, Rudi arched his eyebrow to the three girls he sat with. "So Stacey, Viktoriya, Vera; what kind of hot topics surround this fine Japanese settlement?"
Rudi sipped from his cup slowly.

Stacy listened politely as Viktoriya and Vera introduced themselves in Japanese. Stacy then, in Japanese, replied "Nice to meet both of you. High school, huh? Sure has been years since I graduated." Though Stacy possessed a round baby face and looked no older than twenty five it wasn't uncommon for those to be surprised by her true age. Hell she didn't look like she was of legal drinking age until she was in her early thirties.
"As for myself I was educated in the United States so I never had the opportunity or money needed to be an exchange student. I moved here to Japan a year ago and now am mostly fluent when it comes to speaking Japanese. Reading and writing it, not so much. Learning new languages are hard." Stacy said still in Japanese before taking a sip of her coffee.
"Well I've been hearing stories of a fast moving white dog running through various parts of town." Stacy said in reply to Rudi's question. Sure the 'white dog' was her all along in her rookie form but since she was trying to be careful to avoid using the word digimon since she didn't know if Viktoriya and Vera knew about them. The fact that her rookie form of Hinookamimon was a wolf not a dog was only a minor issue.

I do have to admit that I get homesick sometimes.” Shibuya’s entertainment with the movies and the arcade were great to spend time with her digital companion, but she wished she could show her friend around Russia at some point.[break][break]
As Rudi asked if both Vera and Viktoriya had seen the hot topics around Shibuya, Vera would be the first to speak. “I don't think we have been looking into it more since we had homework to do most weekdays, but we’ll be sure to investigate whenever we get the opportunity.” [attr=class,ooc-notes] some ooc notes can go here!
