"Dunno about you, but being a baker ain't exactly in the cards for someone like me!" Fladramon retorted as his fist collided with the horn. Sure it hurt, but it would have hurt Beta a hell of a lot more, to be sure! Hell, he'd the horn impale his hand completely, if it meant getting a good hit in. Plus, it would mean that he would have a good grip on his opponent! But whether that was gonna happen or not would be up to Beta, or the invisible force controlling all of Beta's thoughts and actions. In the meantime, the golden-glowing Fladramon simply did what he did best, because most of his other abilities were either passives, buffs, or still on cooldown. Whole issue with fighting twins and whatnot. Tends to burn through your moveset pretty quickly, even if you would have known this and even gave them the full allotment of Ram Upgrades and even a couple of Loaded moves in preparation. But such was life and whatnot. Anyways, Fladramon didn't seem to notice or care that the twins changed forms and were probably gonna try to wreck his shit in with another OPT combo. It gave him a free turn to deliver two fiery fist attacks straight into Beta's now-Baohackmon abdomen.
-Fladramon delivers two [Knuckle Fire] attacks in order to clobber Beta as much as he can. Abilities that may or not be relevant idk man I just copied these from the last post I made. [Passive] RU-G) Thunder Rai-der - A summonable mount created by the user, it summons a Lighdramon/Raidramon-themed board which the user can then hover around on during combat. It scales to the size of the user, and provides a 50% speed boost. Any attack the user's level or lower that specifically targets the [Thunder Rai-der] can destroy it in one hit. The [Thunder Rai-der] will reform in a number of posts equal to the cooldown of the move that destroyed it, to a maximum of 3 posts, and a minimum of 1 post.
[Passive] 1) Stoking the Flames - I don't know why you'd ever use a fire attack on a Fladramon. Seems kind of idiotic. But if you're dumb enough to use one, you'll find that oddly enough, he's not immune to it. Unfortunately, you'll also find that when he DOES take fire damage, his attack strength is boosted by 40% for 2 turns. For obvious reasons, this effect doesn't stack, but will refresh this move's duration.
[Active] 3) Knuckle Fire - The user covers their fist in flames and punches the enemy. That's about it. Sometimes you got to keep things simple. Cooldown: 0 Posts
[Passive] 5) Burnt Out? Nah, I'm Just Risin' From the Ashes! - When the user would be defeated, they regain 50% of their health back in a burst of rejuvenating flames, and their attack strength is increased by 100% for the next 3 posts. Cooldown: Once Per Thread
[Active] 6) Blazing Overheat - The user ignites themself with a flame so hot even they get burnt a little bit. The user takes fire damage equal to a basic attack, but their melee attacks deal an additional 100% damage. This bonus damage is fire-based. Having Beta by the horn would be a good thing, were it not for the fact that after getting hit by such a powerful 250% or so attack it sent Beta sliding backwards outside of any sort of grabbing range possible, that was the problem with powerful attacks, hard to follow up if your opponent can't endure the attack. " Alright, once more!" Alpha shouted, Beta nodded in agreement as she leapt up into the air once more, dodging the punches to her stomach by fleeing into the air instead. With that once more a dark cloud would surround Fladramon and Alpha would once again start going to town on the digimon, attacking with everything he has before kicking them up to Beta who would drop like a rock, even more so then before given her form change, and bash the Fladramon away from her with a powerful fireball. After that both would dash forward hitting him at the same time with a powerful point blank explosion. " THIS TIME STAY DOWN!" Alpha shouted as the two of them both made attempts to 'wreck his shit' with this joint attack.

Welp, Fladramon probably should have expected this once the pair double-baohackmon'd their way through the last bit, but oddly enough, he was busy on punching Beta a whole bunch. Who proceeded to dodge him. Twice. Talk about lame. Welp. Things looked like they were completely hopeless for our hero, as the villainous pair that Fladramon was hunting was about to tear him to shreds with another devastating combo. But thankfully, Fladramon didn't need the power of forethought in this situation, for he had the benefit of being lucky enough to have abilites going off on cooldown on the last post! Once again, Fladramon covered himself up in electricity, creating a powerful barrier that would protect him from damage for the turn! Would it be enough to completely block the damage from the foul Alpha and Beta who were bullying Fladramon because the flame dragon Digimon was trying to do his job? Not completely, but at the very least it would reduce the damage somewhat. OPT's weren't the end-all-be-all they were cracked up to be, after all! But it was still going to hurt a hell of a lot, but Fladramon had the ability to use two abilities per turn! So in addition to the electrical barrier he put around himself, zapping Alpha a bit more, enough to prevent the BaoHackmon from using named abilities with a cooldown higher of 1 or higher on his next post, he also covered himself in a shield of flames, finally using his last unrevealed ability! So by the time he got clobbered by the sibling's combo attack he leaped through the ensuing explosion of energy, clearly worse-for-wear, but still rocketing towards Beta, using the flaming shield around him to propel himself towards her and strike at her with a flaming lariat, still boosted by all of his buffy-buffs.
-Fladramon uses his combination of [Electro Barrier] and his last remaining move [Rocket Fire], using the shields and defensive boosts to tank the double OPT attack. - [Electro Barrier] still prevents Alpha from using named abilities with a cooldown of 1 or higher on the next post. Have fun with that nerd. - [Rocket Fire] halves incoming damage for the post at the cost of taking a bit of fire damage, and follows up with an attack, so Fladramon does so by attacking Beta. Abilities that are still a thing rn [Passive] RU-G) Thunder Rai-der - A summonable mount created by the user, it summons a Lighdramon/Raidramon-themed board which the user can then hover around on during combat. [Active] RU2) Electro Barrier - Creates a sphere of electrical energy that blocks all attacks for a turn. In addition, this attack can punish one unlucky person that decided to attack. If it was a ranged attack, this move reflects the attack back at the attacker, or at an attacker's ally within 25m of them for half-damage. If it was a melee attack, this move electrocutes them and prevents them from using any named abilities with a cooldown of 1 or higher for their next post. Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 5 Posts

Two barriers! That had got to be cheating right? Alpha slide back away still feeling the shock around his body, this wasn't good seeing as most of his abilities relied on high attack power moves which this barrier seemed to get rid of. Still he had his claws and he had another idea to help Beta out. While the Fladramon was covering himself in a shield of flames Alpha rushed over to him, sweeping at the board once more with a basic claw strike to hopefully destroy it and knock him off balance. Beta stood at the ready, one eye closed due to the pain as he ran towards Beta with a flaming lariat attack towards the Baohackmon. Beta braced herself for this one, if she could just catch him and knock him down she could hopefully end this with one of her moves! However before he could get close enough to hit her or her being able to actually grab him one sound rang out throughout the entire area. Just one loud sound of someone snapping their fingers. Looking around for a moment would reveal who was the one doing the snapping. A muscular Wizardmon standing a little ways away from the three of them. " Undo." He simply said as Fladramon would find that his flame barrier would instantly be snuffed out, the lariat he would be aiming towards Beta would not most likely be only on part with a basic attack aimed at the young girl. Seizing the moment Beta would lunge forward with a three slash combo from her claws, dealing heavy damage before grabbing him and throwing him down into the dirt with a massive amount of force, cracking the ground below him before creating a massive Fireball in her mouth before firing it point blank at the digimon ready to be done with this fight already.

(Move used) (Active Ram Ability) Grand Assaulter: Beta lunges forward with a three slash combo with her claws, ending in a grab where she lifts the enemy skyward before smashing them into the ground with a tremendous amount of force and firing a massive fireball point blank at the grounded enemy. 5 post cool down. If she misses the grab she can still shoot the fireball for less damage but more range.
(Current Cooldowns) Grand Assaulter 0/5
Joint Attack 3/OPT
Joint Attack (ALT EVOLUTION) 1/OPT
Dylas C.A: (Passive Abilities) Mark of Mastery: Dylas has always had a naturally affinity with magic, this extends to the idea of magic itself in combat granting him a 50% resistance to all types of magical attacks but leaves him with a 20% decrease to any form of physical attacks.
(Move used) Undo: Dylas casts a spell at an opponent who's currently using an active move, cancels that move and forces it on cool down, Doesn't work on OPT abilities or support abilities. 4 post cool down once he cancels a move. Doesn't work against moves that pierce, the reason being is those moves pierce straight through the spell cast or something like that. It just doesn't work okay.
(Current Cooldown) Undo 0/4

What was this? Someone coming into the fight when it was nearing its end? That seemed... incredibly lame and unfair. Especially since the writer didn't prepare for this, even though in retrospect, she probably should have!
But complaining aside, Fladramon's flaming lariat still turning into a regular lariat that laid into Beta, followed up by Beta knocking him around a bit and slamming him into the ground. Also the fireball, but at that point Fladramon was fed up with it all. Also Alpha broke his board. Again. Prick.
So when the dust settled and the smoke cleared, Fladramon sat up, beaten down, injured, but otherwise not in any life-threatening danger. "Fine... whatever..." He declared as he rubbed his aching neck with his aching hands. The golden light giving him strength died down as his power returned to normal. "This is becoming too much of a hassle, and now that there's yet another one of you there's no point in continuing this. Besides, I gotta pick my kid up from the Rosewood Daycare or else my ex is gonna get pissed at me again. And I'm already on thin ice in the custody battle as it is, with the bounty-hunting job and all."
...
you win...?

Alpha wasn't really prepared for Dylas to come swooping in but thankfully he did or Beta would've taken more damage then she should've "Took you long enough Dylas! Where the heck were you?" Alpha shouted at the muscular Wizardmon who simply shrugged.
"I had not expected the two of you to leave towards the island, a question about that is equally valid. What on earth are the two of you doing here?" He seemed genuinely confused about the twins coming to this island.
"We got told by a ship captain you came he- We got tricked didn't we?" Beta realized it almost immediately after saying it, considering they got attacked right after arriving and Dylas just got here from somewhere else yeah that was definitely what happened, apparently the Fladramon wasn't the only one out to make sure the two of them got captured.
Thankfully though the battle was over, with the Fladramon complaining about their ex. "Part of me wants to be sympathetic but you did just try and capture us for literally nothing but cold hard cash so I feel absolutely nothing." There was also that digimon he killed for actually no reason.
"Yeah pretty much the same for me too, just go away." Beta really didn't want to look at this digimon anymore, that and her stomach was still hurting quite a lot but before she could say anything else Dylas poked her with his staff getting her attention.
"Beta, grab this digimon real quick." Confused at the request since Beta had been doing literally nothing but grabbing him the entire match Beta placed her hand on the digimon's shoulder before instantly loading one of the said digimon's abilities, specifically the revive ability he had used on them before. Though doing so did startle the girl as she instantly backed off once it happened.

"Bounty hunters DO tend to catch mainly criminals, dudes..." Fladramon responded, shrugging Beta off as she did something weird to him. "So you'll have to excuse me for thinking that most of my targets are bad people who deserve it. At the very least, you two kids fight like assholes, so... whatever," Fladramon got some distance. His body was stiff and aching, but he sure as hell wasn't gonna let it show.
His board reappeared once more, and he set it down so it floated in front of him in a crackling display of electricity. "Anyways, be more careful who you encounter. That Piyomon was totally gonna trick you, digivolve to her ultimate form, and drop the two of you into a volcano until you two were burnt to a crisp. If you two really are on the lamb and innocent, you shouldn't be so trusting of everyone you meet, you know? Especially when they're not like me and aren't willing to take you head-on. Talk about uncool..."
Fladramon hopped on his board, got his balance, and started to take to the air. "Anyways, not the coolest ending for me, since I'm not getting paid today, but at least I got to take out one of my biggest competitors today. Can't get too greedy, dogs!" He gave them a grin and pointed off towards some islands in the distance. "Anyways, you kids were lost, right? The nearest Trailmon station is just a few miles off in the direction of that island off in the West. I'm totes gonna deny this gig of takin you rascals out in the future, so this'll probably be the last time we meet. But if you need someone taken down in the future, hit these digits, yo!" He tossed them a business card that read
Thunder Fire, llc. Bounty Hunting and EXTREME Home Renovations** services.
**Due to legal concerns involving his pyrotechnics license, Fladramon is currently unable to perform his patented "EXTREME Home Renovations" services at this time
"Considering I totes would have taken you kids down if your old man would have never showed up, you should like... buy him some ice cream or something! Seeya later, alligators!" And with that he flew off, never to be seen again.
It would never be revealed how true that bit about Piyomon being evil was true or not. But Fladramon didn't seem like such a bad guy if it were true. Unfortunately, either he was really bad with directions, or he was still salty about losing the fight.
The direction he pointed the group towards was most definitely the wrong direction!
(EXIT, ggs, seeya later, etc.)

Was, was he seriously still trying to take the moral high ground after all this? After being the one to come in guns blazing and talking like he was the hottest mon this side of the digital world? This seemed to flair Alpha's anger up, Dylas was about to stop him but the young digimon seemed to stop himself with just a muttered annoyance and a sigh. "Yes of course, we'll be more careful." Alpha said, his voice obviously lacking any sort of care in it, he was just ready to get this day over with.
"Dylas what's an A-"
"One of those words Mom told us not to say Beta!" Alpha quickly stopped that before it could go on. As he did though on reaction he managed to catch the card, looking at it for a few moments with a bit of confusion on his face. Nevertheless it was one less bounty hunter to deal with apparently so he decided to take that in stride. "Yeah sure, you'll be the first one we call." Alpha lied through his teeth.
"So why did you make me grab him Dylas?" Beta questioned looking at her hands for a moment.
"To the victor goes the spoils, in that weakened state he was in you should've been able to load and utilize one of his moves. Though I am surprised you two let him go. I thought for sure..." Dylas paused as the twins looked up at him confused.
"Sure of what?" Apparently the idea of actually striking the Fladramon down had never even crossed either twins mind.
"It doesn't matter, you two have wounds that need tending to, also that mention of ice cream has made me rather hungry." He mentioned casting a healing spell on Beta real quick, closing the wound in her stomach.
"Yeah lets just get back to Whitewater and get a bite to eat, I'm ready to put this day behind me already..." It wasn't all bad, they managed to regain their old evolutions and seemed to be able to switch to them at will! Also a new move that the two of them would totally have to test out later! Thankfully they just followed Dylas back the way he came, pretty much deciding to take Fladramon's advice and NOT trust directions from a stranger who attempted to murder them!
(THREAD END. GG's.)
