Show me your teeth, because you're a teddy beneath So just grin and bear it a while Just grin and bear it a while
Avery stood in the fringe of greenery just to the side of the track that Vikaralamon had made through the forest. The deep grooves wound through the jungle like an ugly scar. As Patch disappeared into the foilage chasing the mega-level pig, she took off, swiping aside leaves and branches to keep up. Voices rose up around her and she soon found herself with another group of humans. Two older men and a young girl. Her icy gaze drifted over to a large bear that had created a heart shaped-barrier to slow down Vikaralmon's attack. It seemed to subdue it for momentarily.
Her attention caught to Patch who was punching into boar's side. "Patch! I don't think it's doing anything!" Baby blues darted back around to where the bear started. Patch's own azure orbs caught to A.J's and he nodded. He ran around to the side where Warumonzemon stood holding off the huge Digimon. Pulling out his sword from it's place at his side, he let out a mighty roar and brought down his sword in an attempt to cut through the thick fur and flesh.
A yell caught the Italian tamer's attention and she momentarily took her eyes off where the Digimon were to see a young boy about her age trying to get the Vikaralmon's attention. She narrowed her eyes, vision honing in. She could swear that voice was familiar. Yes! She knew that boy! She could swear he was the one that had been at Cat Street when she had found Patch's Digitama.
Her eyes widened as Vikaralamon changed his direction and began charging at the Spirit Wielder. When the pig whipped around, Patch was caught on the tail end of his charge and groaned, but he righted himself up. Now she understood. He was acting as a distraction. Patch and A.J's gazes met once more and he nodded in understanding. He took off once more but came to a tree and launched himself up into the branches. A.J's gaze flickered around, but she had lost him to the tree tops, so she looked to see how the other Digimon would react.
Patch raced through the tree tops, feet skimming them lightly. He stopped momentarily, bracing himself against the trunk, to look down on Vikaralamon's rampage. Once he got close enough to the boy, he would jump down, his right foot first to bring down his Crushing Kick attack. How much effect it would have, he had no idea, but probably not much. But hopefully the other Digimon would also charge and they could combine their attacks for a great effect.
AJ's small frame shook as the boar-like Digimon began crashing through the forest again. She flailed her arms and then righted herself against a tree trunk. Her gaze flickered around, trying to find something to hold onto. She wrapped her arms around a tree, holding on for dear life.
Crushing Kick: Patch uses his feet to kick or stomp furiously on the enemy.

Yaku turned and looked at the little girl who was calling to them, confused as to why she was allowed come to a location this dangerous in the first place. Before he could say anything he blinked as a small stone-sized block of ice fell into his hands. Looking up proved the worst idea as another, slightly larger hailstone embedded itself into Yaku's glasses, where one of his lens were, stopping mere centimeters from his eyeball. As the lens popped out onto the ground, he responded in the same way many a person before him would... by screaming like a little girl.
Making a quick dissertation by removing his glasses to confirm he was not dead, he replaced them and closed the blocked off eye, not going to be able to use it with the lens anyway. He heard someone yelling, but he was quickly distracted by the shouting bear. "N-no need to tell me twice!" He said, beginning to run to Mana and grabbing her hand. "This is not a safe place!" He stated obviously as he jogged past.
Now, one may wonder how Yaku would fare against a shockwave. Normally, running away from a shockwave would be the smart thing to do, the more things between you and the wave, the less powerful the wave is and the less likely your lungs are to come out your mouth from sheer force. The usual way to avoid being harmed by a shockwave is to duck and cover, just like the 1950's short suggested. Hearing the impact made Yaku do just that, not because of knowledge of 1950's propaganda, of course not! It was a natural response for a coward to fall to the floor and curl up in a ball when terrified, dragging his briefcase and the little girl down with him. The only difference now was that this time it might have saved his and Mana's life.

Well, this wasn’t definitely your everyday battle. Not that Mana knew how everyday battles were, as this was her first one. Besides from the two suit-guys from whom she knew only Everett, now two other people had appeared; a girl who seemed to be a year or two older than her and was most likely partnered with the lion-guy and a boy that seemed to try and lure big piggy out of the businessmen’s way. She had to squint her eyes, but she actually recognized him! He was Jimmy, another one of the participants of that cooking contest, she was just sure of it. It was rather curious actually, maybe Shortmon was in here too? But she soon shook her head, trying to clear her mind of those now useless tangential thoughts.
What actually mattered in this moment was that the giant teddy had created a huge heart shaped bubble and that had absorbed piggy’s charge and that said piggy seemed to find easier to pick on Jimmy than trying to do anything against the businessmen again, and after he started charging to be boy, the lion guy went in hot pursuit behind him. But what took the girl for surprise was that now the giant boar’s attack wasn’t a charge directed at one person in particular, but a shockwave that was directed at everyone and everything that was in there.
Granted, Mana had a knack at adapting to new situations, but this had taken her completely by surprise. She just stood there in shock as if she was awaiting for the wave to sweep her like a duster would sweep a particularly nasty layer of dust. Luckily, the grip of the suit-man that wasn’t Everett snapped her back into reality. He took her hand and began to drag her up away from the radius, and what was just what Ayaka needed to more or less ensure her partner’s safety.
She continued with her dance, each step faster and more graceful than the previous and as she did it, the unnatural hail ceased to rain, only to be replaced by thick flakes of snow that were relentlessly falling in the area, covering everything in a 300 meters radius with a thick sheen of unpolluted whiteness. Ayaka figured that the snow would make the shockwave dissipate faster, and also thought that as currently Mana and the stranger were the ones farther away from the boar’s impact point, they would be the least affected by it.
Returning to Mana’s current predicament, she was still being dragged by suit-stranger, but now she was actually running instead of just being a burden to the older man, at least until the man decided to dive into the floor while still holding her hand. Obviously, she wasn’t going to fight back when the stranger seemed to have a good idea, so she dived with him as she braced herself for the shockwave, or rather the closest thing. As the stranger was in front of her, he would most likely receive the brunt of the shockwave’s impact, but she couldn’t actually check on that because when said shockwave approached them, it also came with a good deal of the nearby snow and the result was that she was half-buried under the compressed whitish flakes. As she unstuck herself, she wondered how that kind suit-man had fared against the brunt of the wave as she kept looking for an actually good place to be if piggy decided to do funny stuff again.
OOC:
Ayaka's using Rain Dance now, meaning the weather's changing to Snowstorm (As always, details on my sig). Active Weather: Snowstorm. 2 posts remaining.

It seemed Jimmy's taunt work as he saw Vikaralamon now charging towards him instead of the other humans. That's good. Now to move to the next part of the plan that involved a lot of running. Hopefully Shin would be able to get the others away from her soon. Jimmy had no idea if he would be able to do much without spirit evolving and there was no telling how Vikaralamon would act if he did that. He just have to try his best to keep Vikaralamon's attention for as long as he could.
As he ran away, he heard Vikaralamon call out an attack. Taking a quick look behind him, he saw that Vikaralamon had jumped into the air, and was coming down fast. Jimmy didn't knew what exactly what Vikaralamon was doing, but knew it wasn't good. Jimmy running as fast as he could as he saw Vikarlamon land, creating a large shockwave that was rapidly moving all around the giant pig. Luck seemed to be on the teens side however as when Jimmy returned focus on what's in front of his, he saw a low baring branch that he climbed onto just in time as the shockwave passed under him.
Sighing in relief, Jimmy looked back at Vikaralamon. "C'mon. Is that all you got?" Jimmy taunted as he put his hand in the pocket where his D-tector was at. It was obvious that he wouldn't be able to keep this up much longer. The only reason he was still standing now was because he was lucky enough to find a branch he could climb up quickly. "C'mon Shin. I don't know how much longer I can handle this." Jimmy said under his breath as he carefully watched what Vikaralamon does next.
Meanwhile, Shin quickly made his way over to where the others were at. He kept looking back to where Jimmy was to check how the young human was doing. That was when he saw Vikaralamon's attack in action. Shin's powerful legs were able to quickly jump over the shockwaves created before gliding his over to where the humans seemed to be at. This snow was beginning to bother him as it obscured his sight, but he choose to ignore it for now. He just needed to hope none of the humans were made into pancakes by that attack.
The first human Shin made it to was AJ (and anybody who happened to be around her) as he saw the girl clinging onto a tree. "Hey. You best being getting away from her as quickly as you can. The sooner all you humans get out of that monsters sight, the sooner we won't have to worry about baby sitting all of you." Shin said as he kept looking back towards Vikaralamon to keep an eye on how things were going.
((Sorry that this isn't exactly a good post, but my muse is kind of low at the time and I'm finding it hard to keep track of what exactly 6 other people are doing.))

As she find the Falcomon warning about the attack to the girl that somehow hanging on a tree branch, Karin looks around for more peoples. There seem none...
"MISTRESS, WATCH OUT!!" she heard Chessmon warned. The small puppet Digimon dashed forward to pull her down to the ground... however, she's too late. The shockwave that came afterward made her tumbling forward and launched Chessmon quite far away because of her light weigh. Karin yelped in surprise as her body propelled forward. She prepares herself for impact before suddenly...
Her rhodonite D-3 shoot out white bars to the sky, followed by digital letters. When it reaches certain height, golden flame sparks descends to Pawnchessmon's body. The sequence was short, but for Pawnchessmon, it felt like good twenty seconds. "Chessmon, Shinka! d'Arcmon!"
The knight angel Digimon kicked the nearest tree to propel herself to her tamer's side and grabbed Karin right before she hit the snowy ground. Quickly, d'Arcmon soars up again and put
"Y-you evolved!?"
"This is my original form, my past life. But that can wait later. Right now, we should think of better strategy... For now, let's not care about others than those that is in here. Our priority is to get you and other tamer to safety!"
"But if I goes too far from you, you'll be weak! We can't have that!"
"Digimon's safety is the least of concern! We can just revive!" despite d'Arcmon's obvious heroic words, Karin could hear a tinge of fear... a tinge of trauma of being left once more.
"Young lady!" d'Arcmon addressed AJ who clinging for her dear life. "Over there is dangerous! Vikalaramon can get clear shot at you! Please run with my mistress!" she have no idea if the tamer would understand, but hopefully, now that she extended her free hand in a gesture to help, the girl would understand.

The impact hit hard, as the bruin expected, but his plan had worked. His tamer was safe, the energy portion of the swine’s attack had dissipated, and now it was just him, the goopy wall, and the enemy. Clenching his jaw, Graedon felt himself sliding as he attempted to hold off the colossus. The dirt beneath him became soggy, wet from how deep he was being ground into it. He knew it would be moments before the bubble would burst, until he too would need to get the hell out of Vikaralamon’s way.
WaruMonzaemon’s muscles were burning, every joint in his body screaming for him to release the tension he needed to brace. At last, he noticed there was no one left behind him, no one left in the pig’s path of peril. The bear felt the pressure build up inside the bubble he pushed so powerfully against, he knew that it would give way any second. Graedon knew he had a split second to react, and suddenly he threw himself laterally as far as he could. The hollow defense had burst, a deafening blast emanating from it, filling the nearby forest.
The large ursine landed with a thud, crushing several trees beneath his body. Jolting to his feet, his pink eyes shifted frantically, scrutinizing the environment for his tamer. Everett was safe for now, though it was only a matter of moments before he’d be targeted again. Graedon briskly summoned another heart-shaped bubble, this one much smaller; just enough to surround the man. He made sure it enveloped Everett so that if he were to be attacked again, he would have enough defense around him not to be directly damaged. The bear controlled the protective layer so that it hovered in the tree tops, hopefully disguising him a little and making him more difficult to see.
Turning his focus back to the battle, Graedon’s ears swiveled like radars; an attack was coming. Although, this move was not directed at him nor Everett, this was going straight for the other group of humans that was caught in this mess. One particularly stupid human, in fact. Did that boy think he had the slightest chance of running away from, or even hurting this monstrous beast? If even he, a 25 foot tall ultimate digimon, was on thin ice? Graedon knew one thing for sure, that kid was on a fast track to getting himself killed. Not that it was of his concern, and not that he cared.
The moment Vikaralamon leapt up, the ursine knew it was his chance to attack. Being behind him, the behemoth wouldn’t see him coming! Graedon shot up into the sky, rotating his body around as he gained air and momentum. A vortex of wind wrapped him as he gained speed, forming what looked like a tornado around him. He was like a drill bit, a rocket, his claws leading the charge as he prepared to dig himself into the side of the foe’s abdomen. Like a screw, he’d twist straight into the pig’s brisket, hopefully being able to reach his flesh through the monster’s hide. Surely, with such rapid drilling and the maximum momentum, getting through hair would be rather probable. If this were to succeed, and if he managed to carve into the digimon, he would then fight to stay latched onto the beast.

Vikarlamon’s stampede had been a little less successful than he’d been hoping, the shockwave eventually rippling out and dissipating into the forest, taking out a couple of collateral trees in the process. The random assortment of digimon still seemed to be under the illusion they could actually harm him in some way, and seemed to be launching various melee attacks, which his hide was more than tough enough to deflect. He was a pretty tough digimon to actually land proper damage onto, given the high toughness of the hide, along with the sheer density of the thing. Really most of the current attacks where just ineffective, nothing more than a tickle to the large pig digimon.
He began to pick up momentum in his charge this time, pursuing the human directly infront of him at this point. He had a better thought out plan this time, and continued the charge towards Jimmy, eyes blaring. The Warumonzemon landed on his side at this point, denting the hide slightly, but the bear digimon was going to need to hold on for what was in store at this point.
”Bristle Battery.” The sound echoed out, Vikarlamon gaining in momentum as he charged at the human, and regardless of whether he hit or not, continuing the charge into the forest beyond. As he moved at a fairly high speed, bristles shed from his hide, spiking into the ground behind him as he carved out more damage.
No attack description this round, as it would betray the secondary effect of Bristle Battery

Show me your teeth, because you're a teddy beneath So just grin and bear it a while Just grin and bear it a while
It was like mice running through a maze. Humans and Digimon were darting every which way. Humans protecting humans, Digimon protecting their tamers, and Digimon fighting Vikaralamon.
The shaking eventually subsided, but this did not help the pounding in AJ's head. Two voices were fuzzy in her ears. She blinked and glanced up. Her vision blurred and doubled back, finally clearing to allow her to see the two Digimon in front of her. At first, she wasn't sure what they were saying, but it was something along the lines of getting out of the vicinity.
"Hey. You best being getting away from her as quickly as you can. The sooner all you humans get out of that monsters sight, the sooner we won't have to worry about baby sitting all of you."
...
"Over there is dangerous! Vikalaramon can get clear shot at you! Please run with my mistress!"
AJ frowned at the Falcomon's comment of "babysitting." She wasn't sure who his tamer was, but she sure hoped he didn't talk to him or her like that, but the D'Arcmon's plea was much nicer. AJ couldn't help but wonder distractedly that "mistress" was an odd way to address what AJ could only guess was her tamer.
AJ nodded numbly, baby blues darting to try to make out Patch, but he wasn't around. She felt cold ice over her veins in fear. "I'll go with the other humans, but please. You both need to help take out that beast! Patch and the Warmonzemon need your help."
When she let go of the tree trunk, she stumbled slightly, but managed to upright herself and make her way through the woods where she was pretty sure the other humans would be.
Patch growled in frustration as his Crushing Kick seemed to be of no effect. The pig's hide was so think that all of his attacks were merely bouncing off. At least the Warmonzemon was able to stall the mega swine-like Digimon. Speaking of the Warmonzemon, he seemed to be getting ready to do some kind of drill attack. Patch let out a roar as he pounced towards the Vikaralamon, his fangs brimming with flames as he proclaimed his attack, "Beast Fang!" He doubted that this would have any effect, maybe a slight burn, but maybe, just maybe he could distract the swine to allow the ultimate bear-like Digimon to land a hit.
Beast Fang: Fire surrounding his muzzle and as he bites down on his enemies he will inflict burns. (Burn Duration: 2 posts/Cooldown: 2 Posts.)

Yaku'd taken the brunt of the force alright. Even after hitting multiple trees and the piling ice and snow, the shockwave still flung the unfortunate businessman like a toy in the hands of a toddler into a nearby lamp. The lamp, in this instance, shall be played by yet another tree. So it was more like a baby throwing a toy into a lamp in a room filled with lamps. The baby being in the lamp room solely to destroy toys and lamps, being placed their by their parent who is... this metaphor's going everywhere but forward. Forget it. The shockwave tossed Yaku into a tree like a shockwave would toss a Japanese businessman into a tree; violently and painfully.
Now, one may wonder what the businessman's reaction was. This is a silly thing to wonder, because his reaction was, of course, having struck the tree stomach-first rather than backfirst (as that would cripple the man and render him useless for play), to be knocked completely out of breath. Coughing and... you know the drill, the businessman kept slipping in the snow as he tried to return to his feet. His toupee had been flung like he was, which was like a toy being flung by a baby into a lamp, except having been tossed off of the toy and into another lamp in the veritable forest o- There I go again. Yaku lost his toupee in the wave. There, that wasn't that difficult. As he noticed this he moaned and began searching, his eyes filled with tears of pain and half-blind looking in a growing pile of white for something black.
It was not as easy as it sounded. He'd completely forgotten about the battle surrounding him, his hand still clutching the precious briefcase.

The fight seemed to intensify itself each second, and the scales seemed to be tipping in the giant boar’s side with each passing moment. Granted, it seemed that the colossal mammal wasn’t the brightest knife in the drawer because Jimmy’s taunts were being pretty effective, and they had served to distract their foe long enough for the giant ebony teddy handle the bursting bubble he had and to dive laterally, concentrating only in evading that attack instead having to think about how to handle the newly charging boar that had locked its sights on Jimmy now. But even if fortune smiled at them, it really didn’t seem to matter because of the unreal amount of brawn and stamina the swine had. Yeah, it seemed that Jimmy had evaded the boar’s subsequent attack by sheer luck, and now was running farther and farther away from the group.
As the shockwave kept rampaging through the forest, she could make another figure at the distance, it was really far away, but it looked like a woman with wings clad on a golden armor, and it looked like as if it was joining the fray on their side, although Mana couldn’t be so sure because she hadn’t acted yet, but from the same place, she saw a raven-haired girl running towards her direction. Maybe it was the lady angel’s tamer?
“Over here, stranger-san!” she called barely uncovering her face and the hand with which she was waving at her. The rock was large enough for the two of them to cover from any direct thing the colossal pig would do. Mana could only hope that the girl had noticed her.
As her honey eyes focused on the fight scene again, she saw how the black teddy looked like he had caught his breath back, and now was spinning mid-air towards the hog, making the impression of a really (at Mana’s eyes) cute drill that barely dented his target’s thick hide. The pork just seemed to be impervious to anything they could do to them, but maybe they were being just a little too direct on their approach. But maybe…
Her train of thought was interrupted when she heard one last taunt from Jimmy before the boy was totally covered by the titanic pig’s huge frame and it started charging towards him, but this time, there was something different. Little bristles were littering the ground, as if the animal were molting its hair. The suddenness of the event piqued Mana’s curiosity as she observed what she could from her hiding spot behind a very large rock. As the boar looked like it didn’t mind what was happening, it almost seemed as if those bristles were part of something it was about to do, so it couldn’t mean anything good. As the boar advanced, she saw again the lion-guy leaping towards the pig’s hide on a seemingly pointless attempt to damage him… it all seemed so useless as of now. Did they even have a chance to deal with this huge problem? Her view of the situation only worsened itself as her eyes recognized the businessman who had saved her from the shockwave on a really pitiful state. He was some meters away, his position nearby a tree that he seemed to have collided with. He was struggling to barely stand and seemed to be searching for something in the snow. Maybe his digivice? Her eyes quickly scanned the area in hopes of helping him, but the only strange thing she saw amidst the whiteness of the snow was a small black spot that looked like a lot of hair for some reason.
She tried to concentrate. There should be a way to do a meaningful amount to the unstoppable colossus that they were fighting, but what was that way? She thought about what all the attempts on the boar had in common, and she thought she had it. “Ayaka!” she shouted in her partner’s direction “Can you help these guys out? I think I have an idea!”
The Cherrimmon simply nodded. Maybe it was too early to use her most powerful weapon, but maybe this would create a good enough opening for them to start turning the scales on their favour. On the following seconds, her feet seemed to barely touch the ground on a series of breathtakingly graceful steps, as she poured all her skill and heart on each move she made. Shortly afterwards, a faded and barely noticeable light blue aura surrounded the bodies of the giant teddy, the angelic looking woman, the lion guy and Jimmy. Ayaka guessed that the first three would make the damage, and Jimmy… well, he would need to be fast if he were to avoid the huge swine’s rampage in one piece.
“Everett-san!” Mana cried again to the general direction from where she had seen the businessman the last time “Attacking directly mr piggy’s hide’s not workin’! You have to try and find a more vulnerable spot and strike there! I don’t know what my partner just did, but I’m one hundred percent sure that Teddy-san’s stronger now! He’s the strongest of us, so please, seize the moment!” She could only hope that Everett had heard her plan and trusted her just enough to believe her words. Otherwise, she thought that the battle would just slowly devolve into a fight to evade piggy’s unending rampage.
OOC: Ayaka's using Şımarık. Şımarık on a nutshell (because it's somewhat complicated to understand) d'Arcmon, Patch, Graedon and Jimmy gain the following benefits on their next post: Their damage and accuracy are greatly increased and their speed skyrockets, enabling them to use up to two special attacks on the same post without physically straining them. Furthermore, when that post ends, all their current cooldowns are reduced by one post.
Active Weather: Snowstorm. 1 post remaining.

Ever stared down a train as it was rushing towards you? Well that was how Jimmy felt at this time as he watched Vikarlamon start charging towards him again. Logic told Jimmy that this was it, while instinct told him to forget logic and just get out of there. The teen sided with instinct on this one as he moved to avoid the attack.
Surprisingly, as Jimmy moved, he found himself enveloped in a strange blue aura, and his movements were quicker. With one quick movement, he was able to stand on the branch, and jumped away just in time. He landed with a roll sending him a few feet away from the strange bristles that Vikarlamon had left behind. Right now, Jimmy could feel his heart pounding against his chest. It was just one close call after another right now. He was certain if not for the strange aura that surrounded him, he would of became a new hood ornament for the Vikarlamon.
"Okay. We should be far away enough. Time to kick things up a notch." The teen decided as he pulled out his D-tector, nearly dropping it in the process because of the unusually speed he has now. To be honest, Jimmy wasn't quite sure if they were far away from the others now, but he had no other choice. If he kept this up, he wouldn't last for more then a minute at most. Besides, there was a good chance he'd see a Spirit Wielder as a more lucrative target, right?
Well only one way to find out.
Jimmy held his left hand in a fist just a foot away from his face. Giving his D-tector a small toss, he opened his fist so that the palm was facing him, and as he did so, his fractal code appear like a halo around it. "Execute! Spirit Evolution!" Jimmy then called out as he caught the D-tector and pressed its scanner against his fractal code, causing it to expand to the point where it completely surrounds him like a cocoon. Inside, his body began to change shape and before long... "...Lobomon" The newly digivolved spirit wielder called out as he burst through the cocoon of data and took a couple of practice swings with his sabers.
"Sorry, but I'm not as suicidal as you make me out to be. I'd be just a bug to that boar over there." Shin responded to AJ's request to assist the others in fighting, or at least he assumed the request extended to him as well. It didn't matter either way as he quickly began his search to find if any of the other humans had survived the shockwave attack.
It wasn't long before he saw the searching figure of the toupee-less business man in the snow. "Hey idiot. I don't know what your searching for, but I know it's not worth your life. Now I suggest you get moving before that ugly pig decides to rear it's ugly head this direction." Shin suggested to the man before looking in the rough direction of Mana and Everett, "The warning extends to you two as well. If you value your lives, you would find a nice comfy hole to hide in and wait for all of this to blow over."

d'Arcmon smiled at the black haired teenager before saluting at Karin. It's not a smile of someone who think she'll win, but it's a smile of someone on death's door, trying to do a desperate move. However, d'Arcmon cannot care less. She's been in this kind of situation so many times. And as many times as that, she'll crawl if she needed to and return to her side. Unless, the Digimon will absorb her data... Ah, again with the sad thoughts... she should clear her head off.
"O Lord, I entrust my fate to you..." d'Arcmon chanted, summoning her sword and staff. The same time, her body coated with faint blue light. She looks confused, but she felt great power surges right inside her. She felt like she can do strong attack right now!
d'Arcmon speeds off to the boar's side, but seeing how he's in charging mode, she can't hurt him on his nose. For this time, she tries to keep up with the speed and once she's on the eye level...
"Saint... Sword Dance!"
d'Arcmon executes seven quick slash, enhanced with the effect of the blue aura, at the oversized boar's eye as she flies forward, then quickly pulled back. Generally, two consecutive use of Saint Sword Dance would leave her a bit too tired to do anything afterward, but with the help of the strange buffing effect, she felt she can do this. Damaging or not, hit or not, she hoped the boar will change its target... to her. She doesn't have any major damaging moves. She's only a knight in here, but she can fly and probably have better chance than anyone. She saw a certain figure that she could never forgot... so it's truly him afterall...
"It's nice to see you again, Teddy. Humor my request just for this time and take down this Mr. Pig, would you?" d'Arcmon bitterly joked.
Nb: Sorry, I cannot access my usual image hosting site, but the result of the dice roll is 4 and 3. As per Saint Sword Dance's description, the max number of hit per usage is 4 and the lowest is 2.

The large bruin struggled, his drill bit rocket managing to pierce just the thick layer of coarse hair of the Vikaralamon. Graedon clenched his teeth, his spin coming to a stop as he became entangled in the massive swine’s hide. ”God damn it…” he cussed under his breath. Shoveling his claws into the boar’s skin, he realized that the enemy probably didn’t even feel him there; maybe it felt something similar to a mosquito bite, though his skin was insanely tough, rough, difficult to damage.
Clinging onto the massive digimon, his claws dug into the leathery hide, Graedon mulled over his options. He had to do something else, something different, something more damaging. He braced as he felt a multitude of hairs around him raise and shoot out, his muscles tensing as he held on as close to the pig’s skin as he possibly could.
Shortly after the needle storm was over, his ears swiveled, picking up voices around him. D’Arcmon passed by him, talking to him as they’d met before. Graedon had no recollection of this angelic woman, but right now wasn’t the time to reminisce. He had to devise a plan, for he was the only one here that stood any chance whatsoever. He was the sole ultimate, backed by champions whose attacks seemed to do about as much damage as the bite of a newborn human.
And then it hit him; a plan. He would have to recharge, that last attack left him with a brief cool down, and right now the rest of his arsenal was useless. Slowly, the giant bear began making his way to the front of Vikaralamon, swinging on the swines fur and hooking into his hide. Though Graedon knew it would take him forever to climb around this beast, by the time he would be ready to make his move, he should be close enough.

Everett gritted his teeth at the sight of his partner’s failed attack. It looked promising, but the young girl was right; Graedon needed to be smarter. They’d never faced such a defensively sound, not to mention colossal opponent before, and he knew that the bear’s fighting style relied on brawns and brute force. He would have to change things up, but Rett trusted that the ultimate digimon would realize this soon. Besides, it wasn’t as if Grae would be able to hear him from this distance. ”Don’t worry girly,” he said with a smile. ”I trust Graedon, I know we’ll win. He can do it, just watch. We’ll get him!” The man gave Mana a thumbs up before turning his attention back up at the pig digimon. ”I know you got this bud, I know you got this.”

The charge has missed, but Vikarlamon continued on his path. The bristles erupting from his hide were bound to at least cause some confusion, and nevermind the secondary effects. Chasing him was a pretty silly endeavour at this point, being large and generally difficult to stop, all one could hope to do was keep up. The Warumonzemon was clinging on, and various other weaker digimon seemed to be dancing around him at the same time. They where probably trying some damage, but his hide was certainly absorbing most of it. The hide smoked a little where the Leomon was applying fire, but the majority of other attacks just absorbed into his hide.
Oh, and to get back to those bristles.
He stopped suddenly, feet simply no longer bothering to carry him forwards, and the rest of his heavy body skidding through the overgrowth for a moment before also stopping. In an instant, the bristles left behind all tensioned up, retracting out of the various nooks and crannies they landed in, firing back towards his hide like several hundred arrows. This could hopefully catch at least a couple of the weaker idiots out, and hopefully get rid of that irritating teddy bear. He was a little annoyed by the amount of attention, the amount of digimon who had decided to try and stop him. It was an issue, he’s much rather just mess up a defenceless bunch of trees than have to squash bugs.
Bristle Battery: Vikarlamon charges in a straight line, shedding bristles from his hide as he moves. Upon stopped, he will pull all the shed bristles back to his hide, piecing those caught in their paths

Show me your teeth, because you're a teddy beneath So just grin and bear it a while Just grin and bear it a while
“Over here, stranger-san!”
Avery's crystalline gaze shifted around when she heard the small voice. She eventually located the owner and dashed over to the rock that hid the small girl. She was young, probably around 12 or 13. She wasn't really sure what to say to Mana, just gave the young girl a smile. When she called to "Ayaka" she assumed that it was her partner and her eyes moved to the said Digimon.
Just then, her own eyes grazed the surrounding area for her own partner. He wasn't difficult to spot. By the way a little smoke rose from the pig's hide, it seemed his hit had done a little something, but not enough to effectively turn the tide of the battle. AJ's hands fisted, the knuckles turning white. There had to be something they could do. Just then it seemed as if the forest came to life momentarily as the spikes that had protruded from Vikaralamon's hide shot back towards him. AJ grabbed Mana and squeezed tightly against the rock, hoping nothing hit the girl. She felt a few shoot by her and one shot her in the arm. She bit down a cry as warm blood rushed to the surface.
Patch glanced back, blue eyes widening as the furs came back towards him. Rolling deftly to the side, he managed to escape the brunt of the attack, but a few caught him, stinging as they buzzed across his skin. He rolled into the dense vegetation and stood up shaking his head.
He took in his surroundings, eyes darting to his tamer who was hovering over the young girl. She seemed safe enough. Her blue eyes met his and she nodded, giving in the answer he needed. His gaze traveled back to Vikaralamon and he noticed the WarMonzemon making his way up the pig's hide. So the ultimate seemed to have a plan Just then it came to him! The teddy-like Digimon was going to go for a more vulnerable spot. He quickly latched onto the nearest tree and scaled it with ease.
Once up in the tree tops, he hopped from branch to branch until he was right above the pig and hopefully in the Warmonzemon's site. Drawing his sword, he nodded towards the WarMonzemon. If the Ultimate had seen him, hopefully he would signal back. He pointed downwards towards the Deva's head then ran his forefinger and thumb along his blade. If they could time their attacks just right on the boar's head, maybe, just maybe they could defeat this brute.
He readied himself in a crouch, muscles bunching up as a lion's would just before the killing pounce.
