Victor is brash, loud and generally impolite. Usually the boy's antics are just a reason to provoke a reaction since he believes he's got the guts to back up his words. In other words - a reason to get in a fight and in his own mind prove that he's 'better' than you. His brutish persona might lead one to overlook the fact that Victor is a very intelligent kid, excelling at all of his classes and activities during his earlier years, his later academic failures and the dropping of his grades being simply due to the boy losing interest in school and studies and developing more into a street thug type persona that he seems to be now. His bullying nature and brash antics stem from a deep sense of insecurity, a case of a classic inferiority complex, most likely caused by his parents neglect of him in order to focus on their job and the early severing of sincere friendship bonds that he had experienced when the Kraus family moved from Berlin to Japan. An interesting aspect to this obviously stereotypical bully is the fact that Victor can't help but stand up for or help someone in need, usually those weaker or oppressed in the society, though he'd never admit this out loud. An interesting dychotomy seeing how he himself can usually be viewed as 'the oppressor' with his roughian ways.

He seems to posses a coned sense of fashion sporting clothes from the latest urban fashion trends and seems to prefer rather colorful, almost mural like designs on his stuff, as seen with his signature bomber jacket.

Victor was born in Berlin Germany to a German father and a Japanese mother. Both of Victor's parents accomplished bussinessmen, thriving in their field of work. They moved to Japan when Victor was 8 years old due to the company wanting to branch out in the Japanese market. All their academic and career achievement obviously hint at the fact that the pair were workaholics something little Victor would inherit in his own way, though with him it manifested as a single minded determination and blind ambition to whatever goal he found interest in. Though many of those goals would early on stop being related to anything academic or conventional. Even though the Kraus family was pretty well off financially Victor's childhood wasn't all that great. Due to the move to Japan Victor had left behind all of his childhood friends from Berlin and due to his parents obsession with work the boy mostly grew up lonely. In a childish resolve to draw his parents attention Victor started acting out very early on, becoming a sort of a class bully in his early years and getting in all sorts of trouble in his older teen years mostly frequent fist fights.
Though this failed to gain the desired attention of his parents Victor's punk ways continued throughout his coming of age because the boy essentially didn't know any better. The continuous neglect from his parents made him develop an inferiority complex and a fiery temper to hide his insecurities. This complex manifested as the need to be the best at whatever he chose to do, sadly the things he chose to do weren't anything commendable, one of them being the need to maintain his rough bad boy image and be the toughest kid around his neighborhood or school.

Even the occasional bickering and yelling the two exchange usually is with a weirdly humorous subtone (at least between the two of them, how it looks to others is probably a different story). Victor seems to be appreciative and even respects Agumon's fiesty nature and loud mouthed insult hurling, the digimon being one of the rare beings that actually bring out a sincere laughter out of the boy. In a similar manner Agumon deeply respects Victor's ambitious spirit and stubborn willpower, even learning a lot from the boy. Where the two become similar is with their shared love of battling, the virtue of strength and raw crazy ambition.

Finally able to fight properly after reaching the rookie level he fights as one would expect a creature of his nature to. Nero is unrelenting, vicious and purely offense based, with his attacks mainly consisting of vicious bites and strikes with his claws while his fire breathing abilities seem to take a back seat and are usually a second choice. No doubt the digimon's aggressive nature playing a part in this as he's more eager to get in close and pummel his opponents. The cocky attitude he had as a Pagumon also still pertains and serves as a weakness as Nero would gladly take time to gloat or offend his opponent after a successful attack and leave himself open to counters or simply give his enemy more time to recover.
Abilities:
-Tyrant's Flare- Basically a fancy and overblown name for the Agumon line's signature fireball technique. If anything it showcases his showboating nature.
-Crush Claw- His basic claw striking attack, though this move is more of a punch than a slash in it's execution. He either uses it as a single strike or many flurry attacks.
-Vicious Tongue- Hurls insults and provocations at the enemy similar to the technique of the same name from a previous level. However this time as Agumon evolved so did his arsenal of provocations. This 'technique' can enrage the enemy and prompt them to go on an offensive.
-Tenacity ; Passive- when pushed to the bring and on his last leg, Nero's ferocity increases and his attack damage goes up by 20%.

With his evolution to champion level Nero experiences an exponential growth in strength and size. This directly influences his battle style. Though the base foundation of his fighting style pertains from his Rookie form, that being vicious, unrelenting offense consisting of flurry of claw strikes and bites, Nero also implements his newly gained strength greatly in this new form, gaining some aspects of a 'strongman' style. He utilizes a number of throws and haymakers as well as using his large frame and strength to either pummel or grapple his opponents into submission. One of his go to tactics with larger enemies being to engage in a grapple lock and then fire his fierce flames while holding onto the opponent.
Abilities:
-Tyrant's Claw- A haymaker full power strike with one of his claws. Again this is more of a blunt hit rather than a slash much like he did in his rookie form only obviously far more powerful in this form.
-Master Flare- Shoots a large fireball out of his mouth that can leave burns on the opponent for one turn. The attack can be fired as a single fireball or a barrage of three consequitive balls of fire. One post cooldown.
-Sea of Flames- Transforms all of his surroundings into a sea of flames with a powerful flamethrower. AoE. Cooldown: 2 posts
-Forged in Flames ; Passive- Nero has a natural resistance to fire based attacks due to the nature of his outer layer of rough skin.
-King of Dinos ;Active Buff- Nero lets out a terrifying roar towards the sky while victoriously raising both of his arms. Increases his own attack damage by and lowers the opponents defenses by striking fear into his downed foe. Lasts for two post, with a three post cooldown. The activation condition for this ability is that Nero has to successfully land one of his other abilities and the opponent needs to either be downed or pulling back on the defensive.
-I Refuse to Fall! ;Passive Buff- Activates when Nero is heavily damaged and the odds are against him. Increases his damage, defenses and pain tolerance by 20%. Lasts for 2 turns but Nero suffers a heavy burn out and faints at the end of the second turn dedigivolving back to his Rookie form.
