As much as the 15 years old wanted to go home quickly to tend his bruises, he can't do it as quickly. Currently, he's inside Trailmon that headed back to Shibuya. The gate from Digital World to the Real World, he really have no idea how to converse the time over there to the time on the Digital World. Maybe he has gone for two days? Three days? Or maybe a month? Or maybe more than that?
If only he doesn't have the D-3... If only the egg ended up somewhere else... Maybe he won't get into this kind of problem. It's troublesome, really troublesome... He have to listen to demand of a small purple furry blob that soon evolved when it eat enough food... yet before he know it, he got into fight. He got into troubles and he got wounded. Troublesome doesn't spell it right enough.
...Why him?
Why him of all people? Why him that chosen, and not his brother Kenji that still pure and seem to be more heroic than he is? Why wouldn't Dorimon choose his sister, Kuzuha, instead? She's optimistic, quick to act and most of all very talented. Why him, the broken soul that lacks adventure drive, always choosing safest route for himself that is chosen?
Why? There are so many question why the sleeping fox-like Digimon beside him choose him instead of other person. Not to mention, this guy now while always teasing him, or press his buttons, he still decided to stick with him. Despite the offer to break their bond, he's the first one returned to him.
He got so much faith in Yuuki, yet Yuuki doesn't even have single ounce of it to him. Dorumon is brash, kind of selfish, yet he means good. He's ready to help those in need. However, he pulled him, his tamer, to his actions. He's simply like the past him. How he's supposed to have faith of someone like that who brashly act like that?
...Thinking about it make him chuckles bitterly. Yeah, there's no way he can have faith in that little dragon.
At that moment, a static occurred in front of him. What he saw on that seat in front of him is...
Him, 11 years old.
Yuuki rubbed his eyes in disbelief. The smiling boy in front of him truly resembled him back then, even down to clothes and mannerism. Suddenly, the younger Yuuki approached him and offered something to him. His mouth flapping, like talking, yet Yuuki cannot hear him.
On his palm is a necklace with sun-like symbol on it.
"...?"
The moment Yuuki took it for his younger counterpart's hand, he fade away like static. Before vanishing, Yuuki swore he heard his younger self told him one sentence.
"Yuuki no Monshou"
OOC: No, not the real one.
