Digimon Name: Terra
Default Form: Terriermon
Gender: Neutral
Alignment: Neutral
Skills/Talents:
[Art of the Hunt] Terra has a very keen sense of smell, which it relies on to track his targets. Of course, this does require that the target has a scent. To a lesser extent, Terra is versed with tracking footprints and other marks that targets may leave on the ground.
[Relentless Warrior] Despite his seemingly harmless appearance, Terra is a capable of fighter. It knows how to rely on diverse tactics and strategies to try and overpower opponents.
Inventory:
N/A
Personality:
Terra is generally good-spirited and often welcoming of others. It tries to always understand others and appreciate others before truly making judgments. While often accommodating, it is not hesitant to frankly decline requests or situations that do not suit it. It likes to help others whenever possible but not necessarily want to be friendly with all Digimon in all cases.
Terra is brave and bold, willing to put itself in danger. However, it is not stupid, and understands when situations may be impossible for it to deal with, in which case it would try to seek help or ultimately have to retreat.
Personal History:
Terra was a natural citizen of the Digital World, born and raised in a small village in the Mainframe Hills. It had a very peaceful upbringing, allowed it to grow and prosper with its peers, and was devoid of serious danger. Of course, every once in a while, the village was visited by a deviant Digimon, but the guardians always managed to take care of them with ease. Some of these deviant Digimon even rebirthed within the village itself. This set Terra’s mind to largely be agnostic of the concept of good or evil per se, rather seeing all actions by all Digimon to be just a natural part of the way the world works. There were Digimon that caused harm to others, and there were those that did not.
So when Terra finally was able to evolve into a Terriermon and leave the village, it brought with it a natural sense of neutrality. This has caused Terra to come into conflict with a variety of Digimon as it accustomed itself to the Digital World and the way it worked, as it learned that there were both forces for good and evil in the world. For the most part, Terra had tried to steer away from having to align itself with any particular organization devoted to the annihilation of specific groups of beings.
Eventually, Terra’s travel of the world was geared more towards natural places, away from where a lot of the conflicts occurred. It liked to travel from village to village and just help out however it can. It makes acquaintances with all manners of Digimon, attempting to appreciate other Digimon at face value rather than some other inherent factors that define said Digimon.
For a while, Terra did travel with a group of allegedly synthetic Digimon, who were more than welcoming of Terra and its beliefs. While these Digimon had positioned themselves as forces of good, it was clear that they were only hunting down other Digimon specifically posing threats to the world as a whole, which of course would include Terra itself. This was until the group was involved in a major conflict where a significant portion of their soldiers were killed in action, with Terra itself injured during the battles. Ultimately Terra had decided to part ways with the group, and now wanders the Digital World alone once again.
Fresh
Species: Zerimon
Appearance:
Under Zerimon’s tail is a set of characters engraved; Az-04-06582-Rjm18.
Attribute: Free
Family/ies: Nature Spirits
Type: Slime
Fighting Style:
Zerimon will attempt to resolve conflicts peacefully, or at least without injuries. However, this is more often because it understands that Fresh Digimon are weak and easily overpowered. Therefore, it would be best to avoid having to actually fight if possible. That’s why its attack is designed more to intimidate opponents and end a conflict then and there, as opposed to dealing major damage.
Abilities:
[Attack] Acid Bubbles: Spits acid bubbles to intimidate the opponent. (1 post CD)
Digivolves To: Gummymon
In-Training
Species: Gummymon
Appearance:
Under Gummymon’s left ear is a set of characters engraved; Az-04-06582-Rjm18.
Attribute: Free
Family/ies: Nature Spirits
Type: Slime
Fighting Style:
Gummymon is more comfortable in combat situations than in its previous form. With that said, it still prefers to keep its distance given its understanding of its current power in relation to most Digimon that exist in the world - which would be Rookie level or higher. Therefore, it first and foremost tries to keep its opponent in place with adhesive bubbles, often targeted to stick the opponent to surfaces, or if failing that, trying to again do damage through acid attacks.
Abilities:
[Attack] Double Bubble: Spews out a lot of adhesive bubbles. (2 post CD)
[Attack] Frothy Spit: Spits acid foam at an enemy. (1 post CD)
Digivolves From: Zerimon
Digivolves To: Terriermon
Rookie
Species: Terriermon
Appearance:
Under Terriermon’s left ear is a set of characters engraved; Az-04-06582-Rjm18.
Attribute: Data
Family/ies: Nature Spirits
Type: Beast
Fighting Style:
Terriermon is a capable fight and while still have preference for ranged assaults, do not mind getting into melee range of opponents to dish out a beating. It does have the advantage of having large ears that it uses as its main weapons, allowing for the use of its remaining appendages for maneuverability, in fact often surprising opponents by attacks that switch directions midway. It can also cover its face and body with its ears, preventing opponents from guessing its next moves.
Abilities:
[Passive] Large Ears: Terriermon’s ears are so large that when spread out, they can act as a parachute or glider to slow Terriermon’s descent through the sky, or if the situation allows, even allow it to glide. Usage of its ears when in the sky would cause Terriermon to once again fall at usual speeds, but it can immediately reorient its ears to once again slow its descent.
[Attack] Terrier Tornado: Generates a tiny tornado by spinning its ears like a propeller. (1 post CD)
[Attack] Bunny Blast: Spews out a shot of superheated air. (2 post CD)
[Attack] Terrier Punch: Slaps the enemy with one of its ears. (1 post CD)
[Attack] Terrier Feint: Pretends to launch an attack with its ears, which is launched forwards, only to in reality hide its arms and legs and allow for a sharp movement to be unnoticed, switching up the direction of the attack and hopefully catching the opponent off guard with its real attack with its ears. (2 post CD)
