Appearance:
When it comes to describing Ryuu, many people will jump off to the wrong conclussion that he should be around fifteen, or even sixteen, a common mistake when meeting the youngest of the Kazan siblings. In fact, Ryuu is only thirteen, but his appearence is very misleading in that sense. First, he is fairly tall for his age, standing at 1.70 metres, standing out of other boys his age. Not only that, but his body can be quite decieving as well. Having trained with his brother regularily, he is quite developed, with a well-defined torso as well as muscular arms and legs, all thanks to practicing and improving in martial arts.
His face, while not as angular as Tatsuya's, is also defined by mature features, such as a decided gaze coming from his blue-greenish eyes, that give him an electrical effect that is able to make people nervous when exposed to prolonged eye contact, a slightly angular jaw-line, and his short nose. His mouth is what we would call average. Ryuu's ears are usually hidden by his silver locks when looking from the front, but they are able to be seen if you're looking at him from one of the sides.
However, perhaps his most distinctive trait is his silver coloured hair, which he posesses due to a recesive gene in the Kazan's blood that his brother didn't inherit. He keeps it long enough for his bangs to make its way into his face, partially covering it at times, but it depends on how he styles it. Ryuu will usually cut it shorter whenever it reaches the nape of the neck, without delaying the least bit after it reaches the point; otherwise, it's bothersome and tedious to deal with, specially when getting out of the bed.Since his eyebrows are coloured in the same way as his hair, attention usually gets drawn to his eyes.
When it comes to clothing, he is usually more discrete, wearing a sleevless grey vest with a white tank-top when the day is hot enough, maybe to the point of removing the former, since he can't stand the hot weather that well. Otherwise, when winter's hitting hard, he also has a black sweatshirt with a red logo on the front. He likes wearing jeans (usually, in a deep blue hue), for he finds them comfortable, but he can be also seen wearing more formal trousers when the situation requires it. Ryuu's feet will often be covered by a pair of grey sneakers. The only accessory he wears is a black sports wristband on his right arm.
Personality:
At first sight, Ryuu might be described as aloof, because he usually tends to go at his own pace, interacting with unknown people in a slightly cold way at the first exchange of words, something that is highlighted by his voice, already hitting the deep tone that one would expect in a fifteen year old boy. Despite all this, we can't judge a book by its cover, can we?
Being greatly influenced by Tatsuya's bold and confident attitude when approaching other people, and the fact that knowing your relationships won't last for longer than a year at most Ryuu has also developed the necesary skills to make friends in short periods of time. Even if he seems uninterested in the person in the first contact, he relaxes and is much more friendly after a few minutes. He shares the lack of timidness with his brother, but taking it to a different level.
Ryuu will always speak his mind, even at the risk of being considered captain obvious at given times. Even when girls try to use innuendo's in him, he'll quickly take the interaction to a far more direct ground, even if he's able to follow the tease at times. Complete sincerity is something people have to deal with if they are speaking to the younger Kazan, for good and bad things. Of course, he will slightly limit this trait when facing an acquaintance, but when he gets to know someone, he'll end up being this way.
The silver-haired teen can also be quite calm and collected in mostly all situations, although he is always up for a friendly joke that helps lighten the mood. This contrasts with Tatsuya's carefree attitude towards everything and anything. If he's having fun, however, this will dramatically change to a much more playful and mischievous side of him, though this is only seen by friends, family, and potential love interests for the boy.
If someone manages to get him flustered, however, he'll end up behaving in a more erratic way, struggling to find words and becoming very nervous, to the point of saying things he doesn't really think and make absolutely no sense. It is a difficult task for someone to make him show this side of his personality, but every time that it spills out, he's most likely to screw up.
This happened just a few times during his childhood, but still, he doesn't hold those memories dearly, for they were a constant reminder of this immature, childish trait of him.
Now, when getting on his bad books, Ryuu's cold side will kick in. In this state, he can literally spit venomous words to the other person. Being an observative teen, the moment he knows someone long enough, he is capable of discern where to aim his words at to make his "target" feel bad; make no mistake, the blue eyed teen will attack those weak spots with stoic indifference, showing almost no interest in the argument.
Let's move onto his likes and dislikes.
Ryuu loves not only practicing his Karate skills alongside other teens and his brother, but he also enjoys listening to rock music, leading him to begin taking electric guitar lessons when he became 10. There's nothing than can let him get rid of a tense feeling than taking his Fender and pouring his sentiments into anything he can be playing at that given moment. He also loves water, hence why swimming can usually take a good portion of his free time.
The teen dislikes are liars. He can't put up with people that can't cope with reality and its consequences, and have to try to modify it to continue with their lives at ease. "What can you solve if you're so scared you can't even tackle the problem head on?" is one of his mottos. He also can't stand girls who show a diva complex towards anyone and everything. Although he is fond of computers, he's never been much into using them as long as his brother: when bored, he prefers watching TV-shows.
Personal History:
Being born in the Kazan family, Ryuu's life wasn't exactly what one might call ordinary. The second child of Fuji Kazan and Elizabeth Johnson, the latter gave birth at him while they were temporary living in England due to the male parent's business in English-speaking countries. Soon after he had been born, there was something strange of him: his white-silverish hair. Despite what they thought at first, he was not an albino, rather, there was a strange combination of recessive genes that led to his hair having that strange colour, although thanks to his brother's infulence, it would become something he would use to meet new people, specially when moving to another school, where everyone would ask him about it.
His early years were completely different from his brother's. When he turned one, the bias the Kazan's parents had entered in faded away, with them moving to their next location. Since very little, he would then be used to make friends in a similar way as his brother, becoming an extrovert boy that had no problem whatsoever in meeting new people. However, he was different than Tatsuya. Education and ettiquette managed to make their way into the younger of the Kazan siblings' head, meaning that he would usually address people in a less-familiar way at first; despite this, he had always been the "give a finger and he'll take an arm" kind of person, so he would quickly get comfortable around anyone with just a few minutes of proper interaction.
Being bilingual was also a good thing, for there was no impediment for him to meet new people, even if they were constantly on the move, searching for countries they still hadn't been in, or revisiting old ones, such as the USA, where Tatsuya had been born, at the age of 7. His brother and he himself had begun practicing karate the year before, which meant they already had some experience. Their parents quickly managed to put them in a dojo also ran by a similar family, with an american mother and a japanese father. It was then when they met a girl that would be around his brother's age, named Nanami Mukaido.
Thanks to the boys extrovert personality, they quickly got used to having her around, becoming good friends, although they knew they would have to leave, eventually. Ryuu holds memories of the time in that dojo, specially when he and his brother saw her... light on clothes, one could say. However, they were used to leave after a while, so he thought that, although they'd miss her, everything would be alright. He couldn't know how wrong he was. Their parents had told them that they would be around there for six months, but their time was then cut short when they announced they were leaving the day after.
He saw Tatsuya turning very angry at them, shouting at them as he said that they couldn't leave at that time, not without him telling Nanami something that was completely unbeknownst to Ryuu. He kept screaming and cursing, to the point of earning a slap coming from her mother. Although he was too young to understand, he loved his caring older brother, and became slightly angered at their parents's reaction as well. They had lied to them, or at least that's what he thought at the time.
Afterwards, when they were in Canada, he could see a friend he had made being very hurt by another person he held dear, everything because that other boy had told him a lie that broke his relationship with his previous best friend. It was this, coupled by his brother's experience, that made Ryuu despise everyone who told lies to other people, not daring to face reality. It was such cowardness that made him sick to death, because everything he had seen lies create was pain. The rest was completely destroyed; even the strongest bond could be torn apart so easily.
A few years later, when he turned ten, the Kazan's second child started taking guitar lessons. He had always loved bands like Iron Maiden, Metallica, and others with a similar style, which made him keen of playing the electric guitar. Thus, when he began playing his first notes and slashing the chords, his love for music kept increasing exponentially. Coupled by karate and his social relationships, it took over almost his entire free time, so he had no time to mess around with computers so much as his older brother, but he was happy about it anyways. The biggest change in his life, however, would come when Tatsuya turned eighteen and he was thirteen.
Announcing that he had become tired of that lifestyle, the older sibling had flown away from the nest, and began his new life in Japan. Ryuu was very saddened by this, since he had always had his older brother for whatever he needed, even though if he usually mocked and teased him, making them argue. To him, he had been a reference, a role model, since he was very young. Accepting this, however, the younger sibling kept living with his parents... but would that change soon? Unbeknownst to him, he was about to be called by a strange world...

- Mic Breaker: Using his microphone, Shoutmon lets out a loud roar. Afterwards, arc-shaped energy waves will begin coming from the device, stunning and damaging enemies hit for a post. 2 posts cooldown.
- V-Ignite: Concentrating his energy, the V on Shoutmon's head begins to shine. Afterwards, he fires off an energy laser that explodes on contact with the first enemy hit. Charging it for a post increases its power and makes it have no cooldown later on. 1 post CD

Attacks:
- Knuckle Fire:charging his two fists in fire, he will then shoot three fire blasts from each of his armored knuckles, spiraling towards the desired enemy. These projectiles travel very fast, making it easier to block them than to dodge. Moderate damage, no cooldown.
- Fire Rocket:After jumping high into the air, Flamedramon will dive towards an opponent, completely covered by fierce flames that will create an explosion on contact with the enemy, burning them for 3 posts to the equivalent of a Champion based attack. The attack has a one post cooldown, while the effect can't be refreshed by consecutive hits.
- Sun Storm:Flamedramon leaps into the air, charging his right leg with power. Afterwards, he'll perform a kick from right to left, releasing three burning projectiles directed to the ground which spread on a cone. These nukes hold great pressure, being able to knock an enemy inside their trajectory should they hit. Upon impact with the ground, a fire geiser will come out of the landing spot, with more following for ten metres ahead of the impact area. One post CD. Enemies hit by this will be seared for a Champion level attack on their next post, partially impeding movement of the scorched body area.
- Yol:Once per two of his posts, Flamedramon can shout at the enemy, igniting the air in the process and creating a shockwave that leaves a scorching trail as it rapidly advances to an enemy, being able to cause good damage and knock the enemy down due to the pressure of the move shouldn't them avoid or block it, thus making it easier for the following attack to land. This attack is able to make any water in a Champion-level attack evaporate upon contact.

Attacks:
- Flame Shield:Flaremon's left gauntlet creates a fire shield that is able of stopping up to three energy attacks before fading. If the enemy attemptes a physical assault, the flames will burn them for a Champion-level attack when they make contact, but they'll pass through without any other added effort. A water level attack will make the shield fade. Two Posts CD.
- Ripping Inferno: The Digimon’s golden claws become enveloped by fire. Afterwards, Flaremon will slash the air three times, releasing five fire blasts with each slash (one per claw) that spread in width as they travel through the air. Despite their nature, they won’t burn, but rather, slash the first target hit. Moderate damage, one post CD.
- Sun Wind Destroyer:Using his two hands, Flaremon focuses the energy of the sun, creating an extremely compact, hyper dense ball. Afterwards, he'll release it to an enemy, with the nuke expanding as it melts most materials it faces on its path, even able to partially damage Chrome Digizoid armor. Specially useful against Machine-types/Metal Empire targets due to the nature of the move. One post cooldown.
- Werewolf’s takedown: Clading his paws in fire and using his body at its fullest, Flaremon stands on four and rapidly sprints towards an enemy, plunging onto them, taking anything up to an Ultimate-level to the ground (although Ultimate levels can block the charge due to them being at the same level). Afterwards, with his golden claws, he’ll attempt to lacerate their skin, causing serious wounds and leaving scorched, bleeding injueries that deal damage during four of their posts, equivalent to an Ultimate’s attack when the fourth tick is applied. One post cooldown if it doesn’t hit, two if it does. The effect can’t be refreshed by hitting twice.
- Yol Toor: An upgraded version of the Yol attack, Flaremon does exactly the same tan Flamedramon, however, the shockwave is now fueled by the Beast Spirit’s fire, making both the damage, the and knockdown capabilities much stronger. It will also evaporate most water Ultimate-level attacks. Two posts cooldown.

Attacks:
- Trident Gaia: The three blades of the Dramon Breaker extends, giving it a trident-like appearence, then begin shining red, increasing the range and power of each of the blade hits by 25%. If used against a Dramon Digimon’s shield, it will break up instantly (unless it only shields against energy attacks, in which case it ignores it), although the attack boost effect witll fade afterwards. One post CD
- Enryudaiki: Channeling the fire element that fuels the Spirit, VictoryGreymon’s sword begins acquires an orange hue that glows, as if it was covered in magma. Afterwards, a long-range fire nuke will be shot from the blade, exploding on contact with the first target and burning it heavily, dealing damage and impeding movement of the scorched area the next enemy post.
- Tenkuumen : VictoryGreymon slashes the air from left to right with his Dramon Breaker, igniting the air and the particles it holds and creating a flame wall that stands eight metres tall and 20 metres wide. It will deflect up to five projectile or stream-based enemy/ally attack. The enemy can pass through the flames, but doing so will result in them suffering a burn equivalent to an Ultimate-level attack for their next post. 2 posts CD
- Gaia Force : The Trident Gaia’s sword mode kicks in, the tips generating three beams, electrical in appearence, that converge over the Digimon. A big sphere is then formed by the energy converging on one point, with VictoryGreymon releasing it with a flick of his sword. This will melt through most metals, and even damage Chrome Digizoid armors. Very effective against Machine/Metal Empire Digimon. One post cooldown.
- Dai-Ten-Kou: This attack is a combo initiated by VictoryGreymon slashing upwards, its blade covered by flames. The initiating hit can easily be prevented by the enemy, though. Should the first hit be avoided, or blocked, nothing else will happen and the attack will go on cooldown for 3 posts. Otherwise, the enemy will be launched high into the air along with the Dramon Breaker, rotating due to the strength of the impact and being stunned for the rest of the move. Afterwards, VictoryGreymon will follow, grab his blade once more and begin an incredibly fast combo that involves fifteen fiery slashes combined with two kicks. As a finisher, he’ll charge a last downward slash, releasing it and falling to the ground with his oponent being driven down by that last hit. Upon contact with the ground, a fire geiser will erupt from the ground. The result is a heavily damaged foe, but VictoryGreymon may not use this attack for four posts, and if may not attempt it on the same target for the following six posts.
- Berserker’s Onslaught: VictoryGreymon’s Dramon Breaker expands, acquiring its characteristic trident-like form. Afterwards, the Digimon will begin rapidly spining for the following two posts, moving through the battlefield at high speed while slashing through anything at standing on his way while creating flame shockwaves with the Dra. During this spins, he can do two actions repeatedly. They are different, depending on the time. If it’s the first post of usage, he may jump forward and slash his sword downwards, before falling and start spinning again. If it’s the second post, it’ll release an explosion that scorches and heavily damages anything in a 10 metre radius before beggining his charge again. Four post CD, Victory Greymon may not attack the following turn.
