The Cycle of Madness - [Tats, Mana, UFADO] - [Hunt]

So off they went heading for the digital world. They just had to get a ride from the trailmons and...
Expected. The trailmons were as picky and lazy as ever. UFADO was about to attempt to use a more "aggressive" strategy, until Tatsuya managed to convince the trailmons to give them a free ride. UFADO was a little jealous of the human's capacity to influence, as well as worried. How could he know Tatsuya hadn't influenced him? Maybe the boy was the behind his recent suffering, this strange emotions that grew where they shouldn't be growing.
They got on the trailmon, and UFADO headed to an empty , seeking to think for a while. Today they would meet Ryouta's dark side, which might provide insight into the human emotion and perspective of the worlds. Maybe even power or the finding of one of UFADO's missing parts. One could hope...
They were now going to the village of begginings, the place where digimon were reborn, a fact which made his head hurt. If felt like there was a trapped memory, trying it's best to leave it's prison, but still unable to, nomatter how much he tried.
Another reaction from UFADO to that fact was fear. UFADO knew for a fact that there weren't many ways to permanently destroy a digimon. Absorbing a digimon's data was one. Destroying it's egg before it hatches was the second. If they got beated where they were supposed to be reborn, this is, in the village of begginings... they might never be reborn.

Looks like Tatsuya managed to secure them one train! Alright! He was about to ride that one before... He saw that guy... he saw the other him, grinning. He has entered another Trailmon! Ryouta gritted his teeth and gone straight to the Trailmon where the other him has gone to. Dracomon, surprised at the sudden turn of event stayed on place for few second before yelling to the other.
"Aniki gone to the other train! Guys, guys! Let's go after him! It might be trap!"
Should everyone goes inside it, they would find frustrated Ryouta who doesn't seem to find his dark self. Looks like the train does not operate unless they all are inside of it. As soon as all of them inside of it, it'll start moving. The route it took is definitely to the Village of Beginning if someone who already took the route there from Terminus noticed. However, what's surprising isn't that... the Trailmon suddenly evolved into Locomon, then once again to GrandLocomon. It doesn't take long before they entered the thick forests.
"...I'm really having bad feeling about this..." Ryouta commented.
And as soon as they entered, the surrounding area changed. The sky become bloody red. The trees become ashy grey, with the leaves turned dead. Something definitely up.
"...This..."
My playground, of course... the dark Ryouta suddenly appeared out of small vortex, grinning sadistically.
Surprised? Why don't you all sit down before the trial? There's a lot to explain afterall... unless, of course, you're thinking you can defeat me that easily here? If so, then, go on, by all means... do try... but eh, if you do that to me, I guess it'll be useless and that guy not going to get the new power anyway.

They were just about to enter the Trailmon, with Mana telling Tatsuya that he was an influential guy before joking about how he could possibly get her teachers to send her more homework. The older teen grinned, and confessed something about him. -Well, when I forgot to do them, I'd always end up finding a way to avoid getting chewed, so I guess that's where it came from, though you've gotta do them, kiddo -the older boy told her. However, Ryouta then caught a glimpse of his dark self getting on a different Trailmon, following him the second he discovered the evil version.
The young man groaned, knowing that it was bound to be a trap. Anybody could tell by the way the apparition had smirked at them, almost as if he wanted them to follow him. No, even for Tatsuya, who usually plunged into battle without thinking alongside his partner, it was too obvious. Dracomon seemed to have noticed that malicious hue as well, but followed Ryouta regardless, asking them to follow.
Tatsuya and Dorumon stepped down, apologizing to the Trailmon for having bothered him. As they got inside, there was no sign of the dark Ryouta, however once the train started moving, it mysteriously digivolved to GrandLocomon all of a sudden, passing through the Locomon form in the process. The older male cursed, for he knew that was bound to happen. Now, there was no turning back. The dark Ryouta had them, as if everything was going according to plan.
In the end, they reached the deep forest... which changed as well. It was covered in ashes, as the land turned into a barren wasteland with a red sky. The Dark Ryouta grinned, telling them that it was his personal playground and asking them to come at him if they truly pleased, but that would prevent Ryouta from gaining a new power.
Tatsuya chuckled at the vision's comment. -What? You appeared as a cocky bastard yesterday, but now you're afraid of us going all out on you? Isn't it a little wierd? -the older teen asked with irony filling his voice. -I'm listening, big guy. You mean Ryouta has to do something about this, right?

Apparently Tatsuya's ride has not been good enough, or so had thought Ryouta, because he had started to run to another Trailmon, and he seemed to be quite angered about it to boot. Dracomon's call only accentuated the obvious, and Mana was soon running in her direction. "Wait, Ryouta-san!" she shouted in her direction, as went there with Ayaka in tow behind her.
When they entered the new Trailmon, Ryouta seemed frustrated, and immediately addressed his concerns about the situation. Before Mana could say something, however, the landscape began to twist and warp, becoming something totally new; dead trees, a blood-red sky... it was definitely terrifying. And to add the final touch, Dark Ryouta manifested himself out of a vortex, just in front of them. His speech, while intimidating, didn't make either Mana or Ayaka flinch. The two of them were already determined to help her friend.
She looked at dark-Ryouta with a determined expression. Yeah, they'd have to abide by the rules of his game, but that doesn't mean that they couldn't skip some facts "I won't sit through this" she said on a defiant tone "So why don't you just explain us what are the rules of the game, so we can kick your arse and go home? I've got homework to do".

After some time, UFADO began to notice the train wasn't even moving. He got out and saw everyone else getting on a different trailmon, which angered him deeply. Where they doing this to get away from him? What kind of human rules did he disrespect this time to get this kind of treatment? He ran off to the other train with everyone else.
When the train digivolved, UFADO grew concerned. Maybe it had nothing to do with him afterall. Probably it was the work of the shadow Ryouta. Time flew as they headed towards the village of begginings...or they should have gotten there. Unfortunately, they arrived at a forest which turned into what shadow Ryouta would describe as his "playground", after revealing himself to them. Sky and leaves red, trees ash grey... It reminded UFADO of something else, something he couldn't grasp...yet it wasn't good. At all.
Worried, especially by shadow Ryouta's words, UFADO decided to search in his progamming. It was quite broke, as part of it was contained in his missing body segments, yet he believed he managed to get the correct response: he'd taunt the shadow Ryouta, an attempt to test his personality and get mistakes and information from him.
"So...a playground? What are you a small child, too afraid to come out to a land where things don't by his own petty rules? Please...digimon are reborn. What matters more is not life itself it's you use it. And you are using yours in a poor manner. Show some gut's you cowardly weakling! Or don't you have more in there than a fresh digimon?" UFADO taunted "I bet you wouldn't even be able to come up with something bright if you tried, but you're too lazy to do it. A simple baby ready to get fed, yet unable to think on it's own. Come on, prove me wrong! Show me this pathetic ideas of yours, which will certainly bring me much laugther when I hear them."
(OOC: the insults in this post are directed at dark ryouta and are in no way ment to be taken as an offense. UFADO's progamming is making him attempt to taunt his oponent through insults. Entirely IC, therefore)

Tsk, impatient newbies who think beating me would solve everything... fine, you want to die that fast? Honestly I don't mind, but what's the need of it if I cannot prove my point just yet? Now be good kids and sit.
As if strong gravity forced them to sit, the party of seven would be forced to sit somewhere, facing the dark Ryouta before he transformed into badly wounded scarred version of his current self, with more muscle mass and he looks even taller than Ryouta himself. A chair appeared for the Dark Ryouta to sit on, which he did. A feral looking Dracomon appeared beside him, also badly wounded. Intent to harm is clear on his eyes, but the chaotic version of Ryouta simply patted him on the snout.
Easy boy... give them a chance, will you? Don't worry, you'll have your share of fun soon...
Many screens suddenly appeared in front of the party, one for each person. It looks like a recording, or maybe, a movie. First, it show eggs... although in biological sense, it's ovum... human's.
So, welcome to little lecture of peace-keeping. Here, I'll tell you something... Fiiiiirst, let's assume all of these eggs contain angels, shall we? Figurative angels, of course... 10000 eggs, that exact amount of eggs, all of them holds angels, which means of course, good beings... On the course of the time, they would become babies! Cute little babies, crawling about happily without care of whatever wrong in this world... Until one day... Their mind becomes more and more complex... more and more developed. Babies might be incapable of thinking evil thoughts, but as they grow, they become capable. At first it might be simple mischievousness, then if grows uncontrollable, it becomes evil deed... and the stronger that becomes, the more it risks to become uncontrolled, and here born criminals...
Am I being too hasty? Yeah, I think so, too... back in the past when I haven't lose many peoples I hold dear thanks to that virtue called mercy, of course.
Still, that's human... for Digimon? Let's say we delete them, but they can return back! They can return back as Digitama, and guess what? They retained that memory! That memory of being deleted, being killed, being robbed of their 'grand plan of world domination' or whatsoever that crazy stuff they have... and so, they become stronger, stronger and stronger... the cycle keep repeating... You think it's enough to just beat someone up and think they learned their lesson? Nope... Not at all... Now, please do deny me if you think you're on the right side.

That time, it was Dorumon who stood forward, facing the dark twin that was supposed to be responsible for Ryouta's trial. With an enraged gaze, he looked at the human without hesitation, but they were forced to sit by a mysterious force. Tatsuya kneeled down, but still resisted the power as much as his body could handle, his partner imitating him while taunting Dark Ryouta as well. -The question is... do you want to die? -the Rookie Digimon asked, unfazed.
The male then transformed into a taller, more built version of their Ryouta, with a feral-looking Dracomon appearing next to a chair on which their foe was sitting. It was clearly eager for battle, but its Tamer calmed it down by patting his partner's snout while muttering that it'd have his fair share of fun later, making Tatsuya clench his teeth. So in the end, they would have to fight the Groundramon... however, they had BlackRapidmon's speed and power, which was greatly magnified against an opponent that couldn't fly.
Dark Ryouta then began a long speech that would question about mercy. The dark teenager gave them a metaphoric example using angel eggs, from which babies would be originated, of course. Now, they didn't have the consciousness to know what they do is wrong or right, but eventually, they will grow up, and become able to separate the good from the evil deeds; thus, what could have begun as simple mischief could evolve as well, turning into criminal deeds. If upon death they retained the memories, nothing would stop those "angels" to continue with their lives as if nothing had happened.
Tatsuya looked at his partner, and then stared at Dark Ryouta with resolution. -Listen, I don't want to think having mercy with people is wrong, but... I'll tell you something. Upon birth, it's true that we don't know what we're doing. However, as humans, we act based on how we were raised, our personality, our desires... but above them all, our actions are biased by the world's effect on us.
Evil isn't born... it's made. We're all responsible for it.

So this guy was powerful. Like, really effin' powerful. He had made them sit out of some strange gravity force that Mana couldn't resist even if she tried. Then dark-Ryouta showed his true form; apparently he was as scarred as they came and also taller and more muscular that the current Ryouta, maybe he was older than him? And of course, his Dracomon appeared soon after; she felt sad for him, at seeing his badly wounded state too, but the feralness in his eyes was clear. He wanted to fight with them, and he wanted to do that soon.
Then the screens appeared. They showed something that puzzled Mana; Ovum. Ryouta then did a somewhat weird explanation, about the human growth cycle, and how they became more prone to do evil as they grew and lost their naivety, aand that was augmented by the exact same speech, but speaking about digimons, saying that they just return back when deleted. Yet at his words, Mana denied wiith her head. She was sure that dark-Ryouta's way was not the correct way.
"Yet you know, when a baby grow he just doesn't become more prone to become a criminal. Babies are just selfish in the sense that they only care about their welfare, rarely thinking about other person that themselves. When their mind grows, so does their community sense, and they actually begin thinking about the other human beings that surround them! Just as they're prone to do as bad as you say, they can become good people!" she sighed about the point she was about to make. She didn't like to admit it, but if no other possibility was available... "And digimons can be absorbed, so their data never reformats again. It's a radical solution, but if you've beaten the same guy over and over again, I guess that's the only one?".

The atmosphere was tense, as if looking for a way to start the fight that would almost inevitably come. UFADO Streched his claws, ready to take action but the shadowy Ryouta used some kind of spell to create a gravitational force to force them into sitting. At first UFADO, resisted, as he didn't know this kind of power, he wasn't aware of what might happen if he allowed himself to be it's victim. The shadowy Routa's tautong speech didn't help either.
The force was immense. In the beggining, UFADO managed to stay up, yet his bottom eye noticed how data was beggining to leave his legs with the effort. He fell to his knee, still resisting and finnaly was forced to sit. His breathing was hard, something he wouldn't have thought possible, but then again, he was broke anyways.
The shadowy Ryouta began his speech, telling them if how darkness can grow in both humans and digimon from an innocent start. Tatsuya and Mana tried to oppose this, thought the last did somewhat concede the point to the shadowy Ryouta.
"You have to learn too, shadow. You have to learn that digimon's sistems evolve. I won't day anything about humans, they're still too complex for my analysis, but I can tell you digimon evolve, even through death. Once reborn, a digimon either will not retain his memories or will remember what happened before. In the second case, keeping their memories will eventually teach them who they shouldn't mess with, who's right. They will learn to accept a better point of view eventually. Once, my life was solely based upon that fact. But later, the first case, the one in which a digimon does NOT retain his memories, led me to a different conclusion: while what I explained is teue for many digimon, others will learn only from the environment they live in. If the digimon that teach them are good, they will be raised good, but if those digimon are bad they will be raised bad...none of those suggests digimon are naturally bad. They are...misguided. It is our task to teach them." UFADO explained, remembering his past life, how he at first thought the solution was to destroy all digimon until they learned his standarts, then moving on to going for the root of the problem. UFADO removed the sword shard from his small leather bag. It used to belong to Omnimon...UFADO kept it as a reminder of his goal of avenge against Yghdrasil, so the digimon could finnaly be allowed to attain perfection, without the fear of a powerfull tyrant. "Revenge is not good on it's own. You can apply it if there is a grater cause. But that cause has to be absolute and correct."

Amusing that this purple rat with cow face think he can kill me that easily... when all you can reach is a measly Armor Ultimate at least? Try to say that to someone who's not Super Mega, really, Ryouta's dark counterpart grinned sadistically. Either way, it's not like I want to kill you all either... I'm here just to teach you stuffs... stuffs that you can't forget eventually. But I guess it's clear that you think it's all your responsibility to teach them to be good, somehow... Now I ask, if you going to do that all day long, I wonder what would you do if all of that proved to be useless? Can love, friendship and even all the guidance you give would save you when your children for example, become a criminal?
"AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW!?" Ryouta roared at his other self. "WHY DO YOU CARE ABOUT ALL THIS!? Are you some kind martyr who got tired of all the sacrifice you gave, huh!? Well aren't you some big he---"
That, is almost correct. I lost a friend, I lost someone really important. I lost lot of comrades, all because of mercy of simply killing Digimon partners instead of their Tamers while at it, too. For mercy of not absorbing data of problematic Digimons who apparently just grows stronger the more we kill it. When they return, they just have to raise all hell over. Now why don't you just shut up when you knows no s**t about me?
"...Wha...? I thought..."
That I got no tale? Yeah, it's not wrong, but I do got some tale. I'm you, but at the same time, I'm not. I'm the side that called because you're tired of giving mercy, of fighting and whatever... so here I am with the solution... Eliminate everything.

Dorumon smirked at the Dark Ryouta's words, not believing that he had reached the Super Mega level. Judging from his speech... no, it didn't make any sense, at least for him. So, he was afraid of something that "couldn't be stopped" when he held one of the greatest powers in the Digital World? Perhaps a newborn would fall for that, but not Dorumon.
-Oh? So you're complaining about your inability to do things, yet you have the Super Mega level's powers at your command? Yeah... no. As a Super Mega, one can do virtually anything in this Digital World. Having an unrivaled power when compared to other Digimon... calling them demigods would be more accurate. Also, I'll let you know. Eliminating everything is just the coward's way out.
-I'm afraid he's right. If you don't like how things are, you just eliminate them? No, that's not correct. We boys grow into men when we're able to face the problems of reality and eventually conquer them, Dark Ryouta. If your problems are Digimon who'll just keep respawning, the easiest thing would be to destroy the Digitamas. However, nobody should have the right to erase a new life without giving them a chance... that's like cutting their freedom before they are even born.
Also, there can't be a world without evil in it. Being good or being evil... it's like the two opposite sides of the coin. A world with darkness or light alone can't exist, for brighter the light, darker the shadows. It's pure balance, man. By the sound of it, you've had it rough, but this is natural. No power can change this fact, I believe...
-Hence why I called the SuperMega Digimon "demigods", not blatantly gods. The humans can't create such a world, hell, not even Yggdrasil could. And it'd be boring as hell to live in a perfect place.

Mana looked at Ayaka, who looked back at her. The girl was puzzled, as it was obvious that in the previous meeting, nobody had changed their postured about their opinions. Obviously this Ryouta would heed only to his reasoning, so trying to make him heed to reason would be pointless. On the other side, the other Ryouta, the one she cared about, maybe this time the evil Ryouta could influence him and make him... a murderer. The mere thought made her shudder; she was deathly afraid of criminals, after all, and looking at her ex-crush (or not so ex, she wasn't even sure that the time) turning into exactly that would sadden her even more than the rejection she had recieved yesterday. She wanted for this to stop, but was so distraught that she couldn't mutter a word. That's when Ayaka reacted.
"We are not interested in your chatter" she said on one of her coldest tones "Even if you have a tearjerking or symphatetic sob story, you will not convince Ryouta-san to stray into whatever you have in hands for him, not after injuring his partner just out of spite yesterday. So make your point already and let us begin with whatever you have prepared for us. We are not afraid if you, even if you can go Super Mega or whatever you claim to".
She had been cold, and most probably rude, but she was willing to defend her partne— her friends with all she had. Ryouta had already stood for her when she was only a newborn, and she'd return him the favor, even if she risked being veiwed by his other self as a cruel digimon, she wouldn't care as long as Ryouta remained on the good side.

UFADO took his time to ponder the question. Indeed, the shadow Ryouta's belief's were twisted, though in one thing, one thing in which UFADO agreed on: elimination is required. But what elimination? And what was the thing in shadow Ryouta's spech that made seem so...twisted, to UFADO?
He was soon to learn the answer to his question: The Shadow Ryouta was basing his ideas on a possible history he had, one which let him , angry and vengeful against corruption. Lifes lost, sorrow, grief, those were his motivations, not the same as UFADO's.
"If you let emotions guide your every thought, shadow, you will see that will lead to your downfall and madness. I do not quite understand that phenomenon on yet, but I am sure of this: this, hatred you have, is being put into the wrong things. I do agree, there is a need to eliminate corruption, but that can't be done if you eliminate life in the process. You need to teach them, one way or the other, and eventually they will evolve into understanding the truth." UFADO commented. "As for vengeance, it also gas to be applied. In itself, it's a terrible thing, an attempt to extend destruction. But with a higher purpouse it can be justified."

The Dark Ryouta only could scowl at the party's answer, but summarized that they has made their decision, so there's no way that he can tell them more of this idle chatter... either way, it's clear that they're not in the same view with him, so there's nothing that he can do to make them think otherwise... Figured as much... none of you would understand either way... well, doesn't matter... if he doesn't want to do it, then let me teach it to him personally...
Out of nowhere, now they're in field that looks like a cavern. Ryouta dreaded that they might would have their ability impaired... However, that was not all... His dark counterpart grinned maniacally and pointed his thumb to the end of the tunnel... village of beginning. Is he trying to...!?
"I WON'T LET YOU!!" Ryouta shouted at his dark counterpart, only to be struck fiercely with an elbow strike that is strong enough to push him back a good few meters. The attack made his arm really hurting.... dang, he just hoped that it won't leave him with any kind of fracture...
So the rule is simple... try to stop me if you can. If you do, I'll yield and probably give you new power... However, if you can't... well, you'll be in for surprise... Also..
Suddenly, he encase both Ryouta and Dracomon in a crystal cage, putting them to sleep. He then extends his hand to Mana, encasing her in similar cage of crystal, but the difference is she's not asleep. A line extended from her to Ayaka before it vanished.
You're coming with me, little girl. You won't be able to command your partner, but at least she still can Digivolve. Now... let's hope that you'll win... I myself would love to see you struggle...
The boy vanished with Mana to a room that seem to be full of monitors, the GranLocomon... He crossed his legs and watches as his partner evolved into Groundramon and dug the earth so fast that chasing it seem to be rather pointless... Now, they need to be careful for any kind of attack.

Tatsuya growled as the other Ryouta knocked his friend off with a blow. Should he had been able to move, he'd most likely have been able to knock the dark twin off, since he was much more versed in martial arts than the Noguchi was... but then again, there was that damned Dracomon, ready to face them at any given instant. However, what came next was completely unexpected... their enemy enclosed both Ryouta and Dracomon into a crystal cage, then Mana! The boy separated her from Ayaka, telling her something that Tatsuya wasn't able to discern, for he was too busy struggling to get free from the gravity that bounded him to the ground.
Dorumon was also struggling as well. -You bastard! Let Ryouta and Dracomon go at this very moment! -the Rookie said with a feral look in his eyes. Then, the dark twin vanished into the shadows, and its partner, turning into a Groundramon once again, began preparing his attack towards them, digging underground. Tatsuya took a look at his surroundings... the place was dark enough for his partner to take full advantage of it.
Once he was free, he took out his D-3. -Let's show this cook what we're capable of! Digimental UP! -Tatsuya called out, a black beam shooting towards Dorumon as he began orbiting the Digimental. As he approached it, he pronounced the words prior to taking a stronger form. -Dorumon! Armor Shinka...! -afterwards, he merged with the Digimental, and his body was enveloped by a black sphere with three holes and a red, triangular crest. Legs popped out of the inferior holes, one after another, as a muscular body came from inside the top hole, whose top part generated another piece of armor from which two arm like cannons grew. A missile launcher formed on it's back as the new Digimon's face came out of the armor. As long-ear like protuberances and a small horn grew, yellow eyes glowed as the bubble of light bursted.
-The cry for Freedom-BlackRapidmon!- the creature called out, before the dark light vanished... and he wasn't there anymore. It had completely disappeared from sight, its stealth and speed boost kicking in at the same time. At that time, the Groundramon wouldn't be able to locate him, which meant he only had to wait for it to emerge, and blast him with all his firepower.
