Vikemon, the Yeti King [Ankh]

It had been nice of Ankh to provide transportation this time. Indeed, he flied faster than a trailmon could move in the ground, even with cargo. Of course, that cargo wasn't much, as it consisted of two in-trainings and a human who was nearly skin and bone.
They arrived at Terabyte mountain, the place Joseph had revealed to be the loaction of their next dealer. But where was he?
As if to answer his question, a white garudamon appeared, flying in their direction and stopping a few feet away from them.
"Hault! Who are you and what do you want?" The white garudamon asked.
"On who's behalf do you ask?"Chronomossimon inquired from Joseph's bag.
"Hm? I speak for the Yeti King. He is expecting visitors." The garudamon said "So you are?"
"We came to meet this king of yours. I'm Joseph and the two in my bag are my partners. I'll let the one giving us a ride introduce himself." Joseph replied.
"I am snowgarudamon, my King's most loyal servant. Please follow me to his palace." The snowgarudamon turned and flied down into the mountainside. Joseph wondered how they could hide a whole palace from sight.
The answer was...disappointing to say the least. There was no palace but simply a larger wooden hut. One could hear the festivities inside, half the digimon in there being clearly drunk.
"Here. Are you sure you are ready to face the might of the Yeti King with your very eyes?" the snowgarudamon questioned.
"You're kiddin, right? Just let us in." Joseph answered, angry with the cold of tyrabite mountain. Yet he couldn't show weakness of any sort, or he'd loose the deal.

[ENTER]
Ankh landed on a snowy mountain of some sort. Here they were, in their way to a castle where Joseph would meet another baddie, or it seemed. He was interested to see what the big bad held for them. Perhaps another power like T had offered? If that was so, the birdman would be more than pleased.
Suddenly, a white Garudamon, identified as SnowGarudamon halted them from entering the castle. He was about to fight him, but it would be wiser of Joseph handled this thing. After Joseph identified himself and his two Digimons, the white Garudamon agreed to let them meet the Yeti King. And who was this Yeti King anyway? Was he the one Joseph wanted to have a deal with?
They then arrived at a... wooden hut of some sort, that the SnowGarudamon referred as palace. It sounds like there was a drunken party there. He could expect if there were bar fights. "So tell me, Joseph. Who is this Yeti King?" The Garudamon X asked the teen.

Ankh was suprinsingly calm today, but Joseph suspected his curiosity got the best of him when he asked about the "yeti king".
"I'm not sure. All I know is that I have a deal to strike with him. That and his reputation. He is said to have a large army of snow digimon who keep fighting in spite of any pain or loss they may suffer from. He is also said to have a terrifying monster at his charge, something stronger than himself but chained to the mountain and in a deep slumber beneath the mountain's snow, that would be a bringer of destruction to many if it was released , if not to all. Most say it's just a myth. But then again, half a guys I have been dealing with are not supposed to exist. Oh, and I'd expect a lit of fur too." Joseph replied. The snowgarudamon opened the doors to the hut.
"My king, this is Joseph, here to strike a deal with you! He has brought three digimpn with him, one more than we expected, as he had to take "a ride"." The sniwfarudamon introduced them to the room. Many snow digimon were spread across the hall and in the end was a powerfull-looking digimon in a wooden throne that was clearly too small for him. There was a general alugther at the introduction by the drunken digimon and their leader, which Joseph confirmed to be a Vikemon.
"Welcome! We have matters to settle." the Yeti king stated.

Ankh listened to Joseph's answers of hif question throroughly. From what he said, the so-called Yeti King was indeed a formidable figure. A devious smirk adored his avian face, exited with the deal with such dangerous figure. So Joseph likes to gather massive army from dangerous mons, and he liked that. Of course, he couldn't afford to miss the deal as well.
"I see. So you have some courage to talk with those dangerous figures. T, and this Yeti King... You really have a strength, indeed. A strength of influence." Ankh commented Joseph. "But don't expect he'd do as we say too much. We must see if he's really trustworthy like T's case."
After SnowGarudamon called the Yeti King from the hut, said figure in question came from the hut. He was a Vikemon, and the whitish fur... It matched to his title, the Yeti King. "So you're Yeti King, huh? I'm Ankh. I'm looking for power... to subjugate the weak, and to cherish the strong." Ankh introduced himself and told the Yeti King his motives.

Ankh's comment gave Joseph a quick, prideful smile, which he was to try to cover.
"Thanks Ankh. You quite some guts yourself, not to mention you gotta be strong if you can to ultimate. If I had that power, I might not have to deal with half the poeple I deal with to achieve my goals." Joseph commented back at Ankh.
The Yeti King laugthed loudly when Ankh stated he was there in search for power.
"Power?" the large, furred digimon said " That's what every member of my army wants! Yet, you seem like a nice garudamon x and if you're working with Joseph...well then, I guess I did agree to work with his allies. If he proves worthy of it, of course."
"What do you mean?" Joseph asked.
"It's simple. Every member of my army has to prove himself through combat, and that includes the officers. You may command above even me, but first we need to see you are worthy of it. If I heard correctly both of your digimon are in-trainings. Well, one plus one equals two, so I guess I'll be raising the stake: your digimon Joseph, will fight a champion digimon. As for you Ankh, your challenge will be no other than my servant, Snowgarudamon. He will be receiving a small boon, of course, but oh well. Besides all you to do is impress us with your skills in the training grounds, not actually defeat the oponent." the Vikemon explained with a cocky smile in his face "But maybe actual fighting is too much for you."
"We'll do it." Joseph, Chronomissimon and Minomon said together.

As the Vikemon offered the group to fight some of his armies, Ankh let out a devious smirk. He was of course excited to test his own strength, and one of his servant's. If he could defeat them, he could get the army of his service. So, coming here wasn't waste of time at all.
"Let me see what you've got." Ankh said at the SnowGarudamon.
Ankh turned to Joseph, and worry began clouding his mind. His Digimons were still in In-Training stages, to fight a Champion? That was crazy. However, he was sure that they would Digivolve into Rookies eventually.
"So, shall we begin?" Ankh asked.

"I guess it's time then." The Vikemon said. "Halcemon, take them to the training grounds!"
A Halcemon appeared, ready and just waiting for Joseph to hop on Ankh.
The halcemon had them follow him into this pavement circle near the bottom of the mountain. It was a little warmer there, but just a little. Seeing, how Joseph was begging to shake, the halcemon just stared at him and laugthed a bit before departing.
Hidden from sight, the Vikemon took his too champions to drink of a birght blue water fountain that descended into the hut. There they both drank from that fountain, and their bodies began to freeze. But not in a regular manner. Their bodies were covered in ice, but they were both still mobile. And now, even more powerfull and dangerous.
The two champions, one the snowgarudamon and the other a Mojyamon arrived at the training grounds. Joseph took out his partners, but they were quick to notice the new look of their oponents.
"You're still in time to quit." the two snow digimon said together. Even their voices could chill someone.
"Ok, you know the rules. No action is permited outside the training grounds, nor is killing your oponent. You are also to only fight with the respective oponents. Don't follow these rules and you'll be deleted. And DON'T try to fool me. The last guy who did that will not be reborn to regret it." The Vikemon explained. "Start!"
(OOC: by "champions" I wasn't talking about their level on this post. Now:
Snowgarudamon (ice fountain mode): Attacks: Wing Blade: Creates a white eagle aura a shoots it into the air, then having it fall onto the oponent triggering a massive explosion. (2 posts cooldown)
Snowbolt: Throws a bolt of snow that slows the oponent and may even freeze it for 1 post.
White Claws: Claws the oponents with his claws covered by a white aura. This is especially effectove against slowed or frozen enemies.
Tundra Tornado: Creates a giant tornado that pulls the enemy into it and lasts 3 posts. Enemies pulled in will be slowed or even frozen for 2 posts once they exit. Any attack used within this hurricane will deflected back into the user.) Mojyamon (ice fountain mode):
Attacks: Ice cloud: sends out a gas that instantly freezes anything ahead of himself for 1 post (2 posts cooldown)
Snowbolt: Throws a bolt of snow that slows the oponent and may even freeze it for 1 post.
Boomerange Bone: Hurls a bone at the oponent which then returns to his hand to be used again until destroyed. Especially harmfull to frozen enemies.)

Finally, as Ankh carried Joseph to the training ground, the Halsemons followed them, escorting them to the place in question. After arriving at the training ground, Ankh placed them down on the floor. So here's where the sparring would take place, it seemed.
Ankh then watched the champion Digimons drinking the water from fountain. They began coated in ice, and still maintained their mobile body. Ankh smirked, in interesting way. So the fountain gave those Digimons power, huh? But Ankh wondered if it only worked for ice-based Digimons such as Mojyamon and SnowGarudamon.
"I wonder if I can drink that water too." Ankh remarked.
The digimons from earlier, SnowGarudamon, and Mojyamon came to the field. Vikemon explained about the rules, which he complied. This wasn't bad at all. It was time to test his own strength. Vikemon then started the battle, and it was... a fighting time.
"Let's see how powerful you are." Ankh said as the totem pole-like javelin appeared in his hand.
"Great Spirit!" He then threw the javelin at SnowGarudamon as a beginning, and then he flew around, initiating hit-and-run strategy. Regardless of SnowGarudamon getting hit from the javelin or not, the Garudamon X would charge at him to send a kick, unless the ice-based birdman moved away from that spot.

The mountain cold was not aiding to anyone`s hope when the two champions used that weird fountain to become made of ice. Like there was any other material that could be make them more powerfull here. It made Joseph wonder if that fountain was the scource of the Vikemon`s power. And most important: did it work outsider the mountain?
"I`d advise against it Ankh. I`m pretty sure that these didn`t just go drink it off the bat, especially given it essentially freezed them, despite that only having made them stronger." Joseph replied to Ankh`s remark.
Now it was time to fight.
"Hah, I will beat you without blinking!" The Snowgarudamon said in response to Ankh`s taunt. The Garudamon X then used his first attack, hurling a totem at the Snowgarudamon. The ice-covered digimon raised his fist "Snowbolt!"
A white bolt flyed from his hand and destroyed the totem, leaving the Snowgarudamon free to escape Ankh`s kick.
"Snowbolt!" The snowgarudamon repeated as flied upwards to dodge Ankh`s kick, throwing another bolt dowards to the Garudamon X.
Meaningwhile, Joseph`s fight had also begun.
"Boomerange Bone!" The Mojyamon shouted, hurling the newly created bone at Minomon.
"Pinecone!" The insect tried to use her attack to stop the Mojyamon`s bome with her attack, but it only managed to send the boné back.
"Chrono missile!" Chronomissimon screamed from behind the snowy digimon, hitting. This time the Mojyamon would be slowed down a bit, making his bone a lot less efficient and possibly buying them some time to win the fight. If that was possible, of course.
Joseph observed the fights silently, just as the Vikemon was doing. But while Joseph was trying to think of strageties to win or at least survive this fights, the Vikemon was merely trying to enjoy the show.

Ankh had anticipated its coming. The SnowGarudamon evaded his kick, and greeted him with a bolt. Ankh summoned another javelin and repelled the bolt with it. Looks like this Digimon has same type of strategy as him. One of the way to hit him is to stop his movement.
"He tends to avoid melee combat, I see." Ankh noted before extending his wings. The flame emanated from them before flapping them hard.
"Shadow Wing!" Ankh shouted as he flapped his wings to blow the flames, firing it as a flaming bird-like projectile. The flaming bird would fly towards SnowGarudamon. If he managed to avoid it, the Garudamon X would intercept him with another javelin throw.

The bolt was stopped by a new javelin, with little impact on the actual battlefield. The snowgarudamon atttempted to dodge Ankh's Shadow Wing attack, yet he still got hit on the leg. It hurt and a rack could be seen on the ice. Still, why would he need a leg when he could fly?
"White Claw!" The Snowgarudamon yelled as he saw the new javeling approaching. With a single clawing, the totem was destroyed and Snowgarudamon laugthed at Ankh. "Is that the best you've got? Hah! Tundra...Tornado!"
An enormous white tornado was formed between the Snowgarudamon's hands and it grew into gigantic proportions, pulling ice and snow and evryone around it except for it's master.
Meaningwhile Joseph's fight continued on a much less equalized manner. The Mojyamon was clearly strong, maybe too strong for Joseph's two intraining-partners to handle.
"Missile Crash!" Chronomissimon shouted bashing his head on the Mojyamon. The icy digimon gad to take a step back with the hit, but Chronomissimon was now an easy target, as he was blinded.
"Boomerange Bone!" The Mojyamon cried out, hurling his bone at Chronomossimon, yet just before it arrived, something pulled it back.
Vikemon and Joseph stared as the bone was pulled into the Snowgarudamon's tornado and vanished. Minomon and Chronomissimon were trying their best to resist the tornado, but it seemed they wouldn't be able to take much longer. For the first time in a long time, Joseph was truly worried. Would his partners end up deleted?

The SnowGarudamon broke the javelin with his iced fist and taunted him to have him throwing his best. He then conjured icy tornado, and Ankh was almost absorbed in it. The tornado was fierce, so he had to endure its pulling force to do his next move. One mistake, he would be absorbed in it.
"Tsk! All big talk!" Ankh grimaced as he tried to endure the tornado's pulling force. He then saw Joseph's partners were about to be absorbed. Not to mention the tornado was fierce enough to suck in everything nearby. The only thing to do is to counter it with same wind current, but with opposing spin.
"Then there it is! Fire Hurricane!"
Ankh flapped his wings as strong as he could, trying to form a large, flaming hurricane. If he succeeded creating one, it would clash to the snowy tornado, attempting to nullify its pulling force with reversed spin. Hopefully it would do well.

It seemed useless. Joseph's partners would eventually get sucked into the tornado, nomatter how much they struggled. Even the yeti king was fighting to avoid getting sucked, though he wasn't really holding on to anything, just frowning his forehead. When Minomon began to be pulled harder can she could manage, being set flying towards the tornado Joseph ran to her.
"No!" he yelled, grabbing Minomon while trying to hold on to the floor himself. Yet, he slipped and began getting lifted towards the tornado. Chronomissimon got hit by Joseph on his way up. Was this the end?
Joseph's digivice began glowing at that point, and so did his partners, turning into a silvery worm and a green one, very much like each other.
"Eletric Thread!" the worms said together. The green one pushed a thread towards the ground which allowed the three of them to hold on and not get pulled right into the hurricanes, while the other threw a thread onto the Mojyamon's leg, pulling the icy digimon in between Ankh's and Snowgarudamon's tornados with some help from their attractive force. With this the Mojyamon was caught in the clash of the tornado's being nearly torn apart and as the two attacks vanished, it fell to the ground, defeated. However he wasn't the only one falling: Joseph and his newly evolved partners were also up in the air when the tornados ceased, causing them yo have a freefall, and they might get extremly injured if they actually hit the ground like that.
"So, I guess I have more oponents now!" Yhe Snowgarudamon shouted, angry that his attack did not anhialate his enemies and that his ally failed his task. He lifted a fist. "Snowbolt!"
The white ball came flying towards the falling Joseph, Viralkunemon and Kokunemon. They're only hope resided in Ankh, it seemed.

The tornadoes clashed, and absorbed Mojyamon into between them, and then swirled him up to the air, falling soon after. He was knocked out from the fall. Oh, and Joseph and his Digimons, now were in rookie stage, fell after getting blown to the air when the tornadoes ceased. Looks like it added some more pain to the Birdman's butt, that his "partners-in-crime" were about to suffer from the freefall. And then Snow Garudamon trying to make it worse.
"Tsk!" Ankh grimaced as he flew towards Joseph and his Digimons. The snow birdman threw a white ice ball to them... "Crimson Claw!"
...only to be smashed by his fiery fist, while catching the teen and his worms.
Ankh then put the boy and his two larval Digimons down to the ground. He then looked back at the SnowGarudamon, and sneered, "Heh. I didn't expect you to be ruthless like Yeti King. You dared to injure Joseph and his two worms, I see. However, you forget one thing...
That I'm your opponent now!" Ankh snapped as he jumped and hovered midair, before dashing towards SnowGarudamon to send a flurry of fiery punches at the iced birdman. When fire meets ice, what would happen next?

The Snowgarudamon growled at the ease with which Ankh destroyed his attack, and got ready to continue.
"Ha! So you can survive some weak moves...let's see how you deal with THIS! Wing Blade!" The ice-covered digimon yelled in response to Ankh's taunt, releasing a white eagle aura. Yet, as it did, the mountain shook. Quite litterally. It seemed to alarm the previously smiling Vikemon, whose joy with the battle had grown even larger after being called "rutheless". The Yeti king jumped in between the Snowgarudamon and Ankh, Jospeh and his partners.
"Mountain Breaker!" The mega shouted as he punched the ground with both his fists, making two walls of a white gas appear from the ground. As the Sbowgarudamon's attack clashed into one of this walls and vanished as if it had never been summoned, it became obvious that this attack was extremly powerfull. Little did they know that if anything lower than a mega tried to approach it, they would be deleted or if they were lucky reverted to fresh or in-training.
"Stop this fight. The master of the mountain has decided. Joseph and Ankh have proven worthy. Come, let us drink in my hut. Take a ride from the Halcemon's if you feel tired." The Yeti King told them as the walls ceased. The Snowgarudamon was upseted by this, but it bowed and obeyed. "Wait, Snowgarudamon." The birdman stopped and turned to his king only to see an axe flying in his direction and hitting him in the stomach. With this, the empowering ice was removed from the bird-like digimon as it fell into the training grounds, uncounscitious. "Now, take my champions for healing." The Vikemon ordered the Halcemons.
