"That's good to hear." Duster stated after listening to Layer's response, "Yet still this world is far from a safe place for anyone to be in. Even Terminus is a far departure from the relative safety that Shibuya provides. So you both best be on your toes at all times or you won't be the only ones who end up being hurt."
Duster then stopped for a second as he dwelled on something Layer had said. It was a longshot, but there was a chance.
"I know it's unlikely, but during one of your earlier visits to Terminus, have either of you possibly have met with a teen around your age named Jimmy. He'd be about 6 feet tall and would probably be wearing a short sleeve jacket along with a black and white scarf." Duster asked the sisters. While he understood it was unlikely they had met or even have seen him, it was still worth it to make sure.
Lea rubbed the back of his head as he looked at the picture of Yaku's wife. Great now he was feeling guilty. If only there was a way that he could help this man out? Actually, maybe he can.
"Aw shucks. I can't leave you like this. Uhh... Come on. Let's go speak to Doc and see if I can convince him to help you on your journey home. I'll admit he probably won't be all to happy about you not having any news about his son, but I'm sure he'll be able to at least sympathize with your story having lost a love one of his own. And with Terminus not being that far of detour, I doubt he would refuse." Lea told Yaku in an attempt to cheer the man up before waving for him to follow. He wanted to have Yaku to end up being the one that tells his wife that he missed her. The man deserves that much with all he seemed to have gone through.

Layer took heed to Duster's warning, in more of a "I already know that but thanks anyway" sort of way. It's why the only major area outside of Terminus they been in so far was an area with a bunch of children. And as far as Layer knew baby digimon weren't exactly a big danger here.
Duster then asked the girls if they've seen Jimmy. The description was quite vague, Layer had to admit, but no matter what she couldn't help him.
"Sorry, I don't think we've seen anyone fitting that description. But we'll keep that in mind."
Layer then looked back to Callie, who was still in thought. "Callie, what is it?"
"Um... no, I didn't see anyone like that, I don't think... but that reminded me of something I heard off that podcast..."
"Podcast... you mean that guy with the nasally voice I can't stand?"
Callie happens to not mind the nasally voice..."Yeah. Recently I heard about some guy named Jimmy being a part of a dessert making contest. I don't think it's the same guy... I don't remember his last name, but he was human, and I think he won a previous one a while back.."
Layer then looked to the older man. She wanted to know if this was an angle he could use or not,

The businessman smiled, happy to have a lead in his quest to return home. Putting the photo away, there was a tiny tinge of guilt for making this digimon feel like it had to take responsibility for him, but he could apologize later. He'd learned that it was best to be in a group during all these events, especially if he wanted to return home alive. As we all know, the man will not be getting home like that. Even if he makes it to Terminus, the Status Quo will drug him and leave him in a bathtub filled with ice and a large scar on his stomach halfway across the world, but let's not focus on that. Adjusting his suit and tie, correcting his toupee and glasses, the man mentally bemoaned the fact he still need to shave and bathe. Smiling as he approached, Yaku tried to make a good first impression to the good doctor. Keeping his suitcase by his side, the businessman bowed to the three.
"Hello! I am Tridori Yaku. I am sorry if I am intruding on something, but your companion, Lea, told me about you and I was hoping you could assist me..." he made a mental backspace. Was he too quick? Should he have waited? Was he coming on too strong? He bowed again at the three. "Apologies, i-if um... I mean... you can keep talking, I-I won't... um..." He was choking, how? Everything's choking now! Time's up, over now! Snapping back to reality, the grown man was apologizing over and over again before finally shutting up and looking incredibly worried.

((Sorry for the wait.))
"Desert eating contest, you say?" Duster said as to comfirm He had heard rumors about a boy name Jimmy winning such a competition in Whitewater soon after he first set foot on the Digital World. Could it possibly be that his son might be over there right now? He had to take a chance right.
Before he was able to follow through with any of his thoughts though, he took notice of Lea and a pretty beat up looking man coming towards the group. The man soon introduced himself as Tridoki Yaku, and asked for Duster's assistance. That was, before he began choking out apologies towards the three. Duster eyes soon fell upon Lea in hopes the Monodramon could shed some light on the situation.
"Uhh... Yeah. Well you see Doc. This man told me that he was brought to the digital world against his, and began telling me how much he loved his wife and asked me to tell her that if I ever go to the human world and I couldn't exactly leave him like that. So I thought perhaps he could travel with us back to Terminus because we were planing on heading back over there right? And, I mean, look at him. The poor man doesn't even have a digivice or anything on him other then that briefcase. He doesn't belong here and I'm amazed he survived as long as he did like that." Lea said as he quickly as he could to try to get Duster to understand his reasoning.
Duster blinked for a second as he tried to comprehend what Lea had just said. He then looked over at Yaku before looking over at the sisters. A small sigh left his lips as he came to a dilemma. He had just been given what could be his best chance to find his son in a long time, but now this ragged man has come to ask him for aid. While the common decency in him wanted to help this man, he also had other priorities to keep in mind. Yet, with no destination as to where this contest is being held, it is possible he could do both.
"Hmm... Excuse me Callie. You don't perhaps recall if they gave you a location where that contest is being held?" He asked in hopes that this might give him the clue he needs to finally find his long lost son.

A dragon digimon came over with some ragged Japanese man that the girls thought was Lea's tamer. But no, Duster knew him, and this man was without a digimon or digivice of his own. Layer saw this as extra reason to be careful here, although she is surprised he made it this far without a digimon. Where did he even go? What did he see?
And why is he totally lying that he was forced to come against his will? Vetina totally asked him if he wanted to come.
Ahem...
The older man looked to be in debate with himself, trying to decide what to do. He turned to Callie, asking her if she knew where the contest was held. Callie scratched her head and looked away, a bit embarrassed.
"Um... sorry... I don't remember that. But I can tell you where I heard the stuff. It's called TabCast. The one who held the contest also owns a mobile restaurant and is Tab's aunt. I saw a picture of her and she's a... really big guilmon." Hopefully, Duster and Lea would remember the corpulent Guilmon girl.
Cal like looked through her coat pockets and pulled out a pen and some paper, items she had left in there and forgotten to take out until now. She wrote down the website and handed it to Duster. "I'm sure Tab'll lead you to your son. He tends to say he has good connections, and I believe him."

"A-against my will? I-I didn't say th-that... d-did I?" He tried to think back. He might have implied it, a little bit, but Vetina wouldn't have deliberately stranded him here. She seemed too nice a girl to d- Really big guilmon? Yaku blinked as he heard the mention of one of the few digimon he hadn't annoyed or gotten in trouble with. And his name was Tab? Where'd he heard that name before? "Um... e-excuse me... i-if I'm cutting in, th-that is... I um... Do you mean Lilly? Th-the guilmon? N-not to say she's fat or anything..." He really hoped they were. Lilly was a nice, kindly woman who had let him work in exchange for room and board. "I know her... I um... well, I worked for her a few months ago!" As Yaku explained his relationship with the unusual family, he smiled. "I-It'd be nice to see them again... I-I mean, m-maybe this is a bit out of character b-but one visit would calm my nerves a bit... A-and after that m-maybe we can go to Terminus? I-I mean... y-you... um... I don't want to make the choice for you, d-doctor... J-just letting you know I-I'm OK with whatever you choose..."

((Sorry for the long wait. Thanksgiving week has been exhausting for me. Also, quick question, have either of you been having any trouble with the CBox as of late?))
"Really big guilmon?" Duster ponder aloud. Why did that sound familiar to him? Before he could figure it out on his own however, the strange man Lea brought with him said that he knew Lily. The name brought a moment of clarity to Duster as he was reminded of the large Guilmon he met back when he first came to the digital world. Could she have had an idea of where his kid was at all along?
Duster took the piece of paper that Callie had handed him as he listened to Yaku mention that he wouldn't mind heading towards Lily's restaurant either. Though while he did so, Duster could of swore he heard the man call him a doctor. Nah. He must have just imagined it.
"Thanks Callie. You don't know how much this means to me. I've been searching for him for a long time now, and you have given me the best lead I had since I came to this world. So, again, thank you." He told Callie humbly before his eyes shifted over to Yaku and a small sigh escaped his lips.
"Look. As long as your willing to carry your own weight and don't slow us down, I'm fine with you coming along with us to find this Lily's restaurant. However I cannot promise you that we will be heading towards Terminus after that. My first priority is finding my son and making sure he's safe and sound. With that being said, I believe it probably would be a lot easier for you to just head straight back to the Terminus from here. In fact." His eyes glanced over at the siblings, "I believe these two were planning on heading back home to the real world once they finish with their fun here. So maybe, and just maybe, if they're willing, they could help lead you back to real world on their way home." Duster offered the option to the man. Of course, whether the two sisters would help the man back home was all up to them, and he honestly wouldn't blame them if they decided to not help the man. It was quite a large risk for one to travel with a complete and utter stranger afterall.

"No problem. I'm glad I could help you out. Usually Tab also posts where Lilly's restaurant is. I don't think it's at Terminus, but last I checked it's some distance away from there."
Callie had felt a sense of accomplishment aiding Duster. She hoped he found his son soon, although it appears that he was relatively fine for now.
In any case he human males both knew the fat, pink Guilmon. Yaku even worked with her before. Given how much Yaku wanted to go home, the girls would not know quite how surprising it was to hear that Yaku wanted to visit the family. But Duster had other ideas, suggesting that he should go with the girls to Terminus. That is, if they wanted to take him along.
"If he wants to, sure."
"Yeah, he looks like he needs a trip back. Or at least fresh clothes. We are, indeed, heading back home after this. As you already know neither of us wants to put our parents through your situation."
As for Yaku, it was his decision what to do next. Go with Duster and friends? Or go with the Belmont sisters?

Yaku blinks and looks at those standing before him. He had an important choice to make. These children could take him to DATS, who'd probably help him in a greater way than anyone else ever could. But he also had a chance to find Lilly and company again. He promised he'd come visit them again someday, and he doubted he'd find somebody else who'd know exactly where they were. As he thought deeply, worried about this. Ultimately, the most in character direction shone above the other and he sided with the children. "I... I'll go with these two..." He pointed towards Callie and Layer. "Sorry, I'm just kinda... not good with choices but I think it'd be best I go to Terminus, find DATS and come up with an alibi for being gone so long... but..." He turned to look at Duster. "If you see Lilly and her family, tell them that I said "hi". If it weren't for them I wouldn't have money for the ride home..."
