Defining Presentation Describing matters The Founding of the Digimon Accidental Tactics Squadron (Thereafter labeled D.A.T.S.) was meant for a cumulative boundary. During it's time in creation and presentation to the united nations, It had served as a factor for an unknown problem. Unclear is the organizations prerogative at the time, though that is mostly dismissed. The case had been that such branched across parts of the world at one point within the reason to strengthen this boundary. Amazingly, the organization was shut down from the main branch in Japan due to unresolved issues.
This wasn't the only time a section of D.A.T.S. had been cut loose, there were multiple problems with its application and state of power. Among them is an infamous outbreak of hundreds or thousands of in-training digimon, Pagumon. Between Japan's inefficiency to respond to the threat and the wasted time spent into development as a result ended up terminating the UN's use of the Squadron. Soon after this had Japan's branch closed down from said unresolved Issues. Some include the missing founders of D.A.T.S. who had formulated the idea as well as its capability to defend from other scares like this.
Such progress ended with a whimper that hadn't been answered too for a majority of three months. In that time, a new leader had presented the newer state of D.A.T.S. as a police union of Japan. Regulated by the government, this state of development had made it to funding the organization once again, albeit only so lightly. Within another period of time for both expansion and exemplary practical use, another presentation had been shown for the progress. As of right now, D.A.T.S. is allowed its full budget and proceeds to make use of it in the name of developing for good. Alignment Resolve Correct assumption of how D.A.T.S. is to negotiate is within the hands of the Law. Within the definition of good, its term does not fit on any pretense of the matter. Decision for what is good is exceptionally vague and deviates from the idea as a whole. Everything is done toward a means of how it is to regulate and control digital presence. Outside of D.A.T.S. is personal business of that person and cannot be held responsible by the organization there forth.
DATS as an organization exists mainly to maintain a balance and sense of peace in relation to humans and digimon in the human world. It stands to prevent mass panic and outcry from the revealing of digimon to the mass public and also to protect humans from rouge and out of control digimon. IT is NOT an organization that simply tries to push all digimon out of the human world. As a DATS member you will help to build a better future for everyone. Eligibility Requirements As far as the basic guideline for being a member of this organization, here's a small list:
Location A Place of Business Expansion of the organization has taken place to cover more ground in Shibuya. There is now a station in each section, headquartered in Central Shibuya. Each of them are easily out of place, making it harder to seek out in public. They're small but functional buildings that can house around thirty people and have the necessary essentials of electricity, water, and plumbing. Each has a large, main office for the senior superintendent along with smaller offices for individual members and squads. They're all outfitted with the latest equipment used by D.A.T.S. at this point. Equipment and How The Organization is entitled to make use of it's technology so that it may make further use to public safety. Each member is to have their equipment on them as a sign of their dedication and loyalty. They do not have to be used at all times, nor should they be abused.
[/b] What it comes down to when comparing the iC to other digivices, it is synonymous in power. Within function, it holds more capability than either of it's predecessors, the D-3 or D-Tector. Aside from small additions to the interface and it's appearance, it holds the ability to generate the Digi-Soul that it has been fed to make further use and can hold Digimon and small packets of Data sent from D.A.T.S. Each are given a certain amount on how much it can generate and hold and can be checked up upon at any time. There is also the option to upgrade your current digivice to iC standards and keep the design. You get all the functions an iC has but you get to keep it looking the same, neat huh? The only issue is the software may become laggy and rarely will 'glitch' as the way this is accomplished is by emulation of the apps using the on board AI that will be installed. • Arrow A.ITechnically another function included free in the digivice upgrade, however Arrow is much more prominent in DATS. It is a voice responsive A.I that helps monitor criminal activity and Information on the DATS network. It observes your battles to help gain data on possible threats, data that other members can access if needed with a simple vocal request. It can also be used to send messages to other digivices with Arrow installed. It currently lacks much of a personality, but the little it may have depends on the digivice. Arrow can also be asked to help with other applications on you're digivice. Arrow's central processor and hard disk storage are housed within the DATS H.Q, none of the data except an access application is stored on the digivice itself. • DATS AppsThese are applications for your digivice you can purchase for a cost to be integrated into your Arrow system. These are DATS exclusive, and payments help go toward the funding of the organization. •Digital Field: FREEA small, yet potent way to clear the area from public view, as well as a safeguard. It uses the digivice to generate a thick fog, though just in aesthetic appearance. This fog is a cloud of Data, extracted from the confines of the digital worlds own environment. It's much more harsher on those yet to actually visit the digital world and works like a perception filter of sorts, making the area less noticeable or appealing to ones subconscious and unless they're specifically looking for it will often pass by it or around it without noticing their choice. Humans, even those who have visited the digital world, will have a hard time seeing even while in the field unless wearing goggles as well To further emphasize it's use, the inside of this foggy area is actually quite clear and calm, except for the battle. Normal Attacks, like those fired from Champions and below will have a hard time removing themselves from the fog. It acts something like a barrier, dissipating most that is to hit it, but weakening as well. It can be broken with enough attacks and isn't perfect, as it can be dug under. • Overload: FREEWe understand sometimes you get into a battle that's way over your head. This app is designed to use nearly all your digivice's power to create an extremely bright flash of light accompained by a harsh painful noise. It's brief but can confuse digimon and humans for what is to be expected from something like a flash bomb. However all other functions of the digivice, except digivolution, are suspended after you use this for 3 posts for it to recharge and it cannot be used again that thread. Also Arrow can activate this function itself if it finds it necessary. • Riot Shield: 500bitsEnhancing an earlier function of the IC, the digi-soul creates a riot shield using the initial device as a handle. The shield can effectively defend against three rookie attacks or one champion level attack before dissipating and needing to recharge. The recharge is 3 posts. • Light Baton: 500bitsIt uses the same capabilities of the digivice to generate the riot shield but re-purposes them to create a baton of sorts. It is only to be used to defend oneself against a rouge digimon at close range although this is ill-advised, as it is just a baton made of hard light. • Recorder: 400bitsUpdates the Digital Storage compartment, allowing to capture video and audio of moments. Useful for compromising situations, as well as keeping data of certain enemies in tact. Mostly good for combat analysis and tactical purpose. • Digital Eyes: 500bitsAllows for the Tamer of their digimon to look through the eyes of their own digimon. They'll have the same optimal vision as the digimon, not making their vision better or worse. That is a normal case, this app can be adjusted to different digimon, but not on a whim. It takes time and testing to make such happen. Seen through the projection given by the digicice. • Uniform Always useful when it comes down to D.A.T.S. Missions and encounters, though not very popular. What the Coat is made to do exactly is protect the user from attacks made by rogue digimon. It does this by being laced with digizoid, an ore mined in the digital world. It now comes in a variety of colors, just not a variety of shapes and sizes. The uniform also comes with goggles to let one see clearly in a digital field. Example of a standard digizoid lined DATS uniform coat: [/ul][/font] Ability Command Sequence Digi-Soul Charge
Alone, the iC digivice is your average synonym to the D-3 or D-Tector, but within the correct hands, something unlocks. At its core, there's something generating from the Device, something you must grasp for your self. The Digi-Soul, charged by your emotion itself and manifested toward you and your digimon. By gaining this power, you can over power opponents of your level and be given the slightest chance to go toe-to-toe with someone even stronger. This is not Permanent, Neither is there a way to have complete control of it. The punishment has been diminished and Replaced with the Stabilized version of this procedure, but there is a limit per day.

Commissioner
The highest rank of D.A.T.S and the root of all control within it's entirety. Correctly, the Commissioner is the overall supervisor of every action, in and out of his own station, the Head Quarters. Exclusively, it commands the Digimon Accidental Tactics Squad, needing to be completely active and competent to keep his position. He should not only be used in higher jobs but be an active member in all areas and help amongst all other staff.
Level MinimumUnknown Tasks & DutiesManagement • Paperwork • Any Rank Mission • Field Work • Leading the Team • Having fun General The highest rank most offices can achieve these guys have really proven themselves. They are the strongest and most trusted members of DATS. They usually help with the Commissioner to watch over teams and even help with paperwork for the teams they do missions with. They are often used as floaters, not in a team but assigned to them for higher rank missions. They are also usually the ones picked for spy missions.
Level MinimumUltimate/Armor Ult Tasks & DutiesHigher Rank Missions • Some Paperwork • Field Work • Having Fun Captain The captain is a leader within his/her own squadron, being one who is always correct in matters of the conduct and laws abided by in DATS. As such, said person is not without their unit of members to watch over and report to the Commissioner of all goings in their Squad. Highly commended, they are shown to be a rank well worth prized. In other words, They lead and train the Officers in a squad.
Level MinimumChampion/ Armor Champ Tasks & DutiesLeading Missions • Leading the Team • Bit of paperwork • Field Work • Missions • Having Fun Officer
After they are recruited and trained a member becomes an officer of DATS, The simplist yet possibly most important ranking, these guys make up the majority of the team. They are organized into teams, each under a captain to train them and lead them on missions.
Level MinimumRookie Tasks & DutiesDeployment • Field Work • Missions • Having Fun Joining
Joining D.A.T.S. is less of a rare occurrence and more of a test on the individual. It is to aptly measure those who attempt to obtain a job within our Ranks and allows us to see what kind of person you may be. The way this is to happen is quite normal for those who have been working in the organization, but may seem unnatural to those who wish to join.
The Form in which application is gives us small bits of personal information, nothing too big. It consists of one simple question which can be answered in as many or few words as you want. This inquiry should be answered from your personal opinion, rather than what sounds best. Honesty is always better in the long run anyway. The Question is:
1. What does justice mean to you?
You can submit it at any time, though if you happen to be rejected( you probably won't) yet still wish to join, please give yourself time. Develop yourself more clearly so that you will be capable of joining
After you have been accepted you will become a recruit and have to be evaluated(maybe) and trained(possibly) unto then wich you will become an official officer.
Submitting You can submit your 'application' IC in the Applications thread under the DATS HQ Board. You can post the answer to the question there if you wish or you can submit the answer via PM and just post a quick post rping you turning in your application to the front desk.

REDACTED The Defenders of Tomorrow
Defining the Defenders Tomorrow Matters Most
The Digimon Accidental Tactics Squadron, or D.A.T.S for short, was always meant to be the epitome of "human world defense against Digimon". Though in recent times they have fallen short in the terms of membership and activity, the need was still there, and the threats that appeared were handled promptly. Though, for one of the higher up members, this wasn't enough. Simply defending the human world wasn't enough reason to call themselves an "accident prevention" group. There were places and people in the Digiworld that needed their sort of help as well.
Darian Soten, a member of DatS who answers only to the owner himself was the one who propositioned the idea of the Defenders of Tomorrow. A subsection of DatS that would hold their operations within the Digital World yet still be under full control of DatS and were able to be summoned when needed. The purpose of the group was to prevent and/or neutralize any accidents that may have occurred in the Digital World.
Their main focus is to keep Terminus City, the hub city where all of the Digimon in the Digital World conglomerated, free of any issues. The idea was to keep the area on the other side of the portal, where there would be several hundred, if not a few thousand humans in at any time, safe for them to come and go as they please. They are also available to be contracted for rescue missions into the dangerous areas of the Digital World, like the Dark Area or the Desolate Tundra.
Their jurisdiction doesn't extend into the far reaches of the Digital World though, and they will not be making an effort to join any territory battles or starting any fights with the other groups. They are simply the neutral party that keeps the area and its denizens safe from harm.
Eligibility Requirements for DoT
- Like DatS, teenagers of thirteen years and over are allowed to sign up for DoT.
- Since this team is based out of the Digital World and certain forms or Digimon varieties are more common on that side of the portal, Tamers, Domesticated Lone Digimon, Spirit Users, and Xros Generals are able to sign up for DoT
- Please be able to access Rookie and above, you are simply too much of a liability if you are any lower.
Location Business Meets Virtue
Unfortunately, the DoT do not have their own headquarters as of right now in Terminus City. Until the day that a headquarters is built, all DoT members are still considered a part of DatS and may use any and all human world establishments. Other Information
- While the Defenders of Tomorrow are mostly organized and ran by Superintendent Darian Soten, when it comes to the final decision, the Commissioner of D.A.T.S is who has the final say.
- Any equipment listed that is available for D.A.T.S members is also available for DoT members. Please see the above file on DatS for a list of equipment bestowed upon you.
- Members of DoT wear the exact uniform as D.A.T.S members.
Ranks
Compared to D.A.T.S, there are only two ranks within the Defenders of Tomorrow due to the limited availability of positions and the job description is relatively the same for each rank.
Commander
The leader of the Defenders of Tomorrow is known as the Commander. They are the supervisor of all actions performed by the sub group and report directly to the Commissioner of D.A.TS themselves. They are tasked with the training of less experienced members, undertaking high difficulty jobs, leading difficult jobs, and keeping the Human World side of D.A.T.S updated on what is happening with the Digital World side.
Soldier
As a member of DoT, you are considered equal beside your comrades as Soldiers. You are a member of DoT primarily, but also are obliged to answer a D.A.T.S call if you are needed. You answer only to the Commander and the Commissioner and are otherwise equal based on Digivolution level to the other members of DatS. You are tasked with rescue missions, halting and or neutralizing the development of crime in Terminus City, and above all, keeping the innocent within Terminus City, free from harm.
Joining
Joining the DoT is relatively the same process as joining D.A.T.S. You are required to fill out the same application form, only within that form, you must specify whether you are signing up for D.A.T.S or DoT so that the form may be forwarded to the proper officials.
Do remember that there are limited positions in DoT and if you are denied because of space limitations, you will be kept in a queue and offered the position at the next best time for the team.
