Notes • For the purpose of the application, this Digimon will be referred to as "Greymon", which will be his default form once achieved. Also my tables were being butt so it looks awful but whatever. I'll think of Digimental virtues when the time comes. |
Default Form • Greymon |
Gender • Male |
Alignment • Lawful Neutral |
Personality • Greymon's defining trait is that he dislikes picking a side. It's not that he's undecided, but rather that he wants to be able to function as an unbiased third party when necessary. Rather than explicitly supporting one group, he considers it his task to try and solve conflict in the world, and when that is impossible, protect the warring parties from each other. He doesn't believe in justice, and to him there's no such thing as morals, but he does think everyone should be able to live in peace in the Digital World. However, that makes it sound like his personality depends on others to be around. When his judgement is not needed, he's friendly enough, though generally not very interested in making allies. He's somewhat arrogant in that respect, believing he's able to do everything by himself, and that's usually not wrong. This means he usually travels alone, perhaps meeting others along the way, but rarely establishing any long-term relations. Despite his insistence on maintaining peace in the Digital World, he doesn't necessarily dislike fighting. He's had quite a bit of experience with it, even when he was young, and has come to appreciate it almost as a hobby - his issue is when the fighting isn't consensual, and others are hurt more than necessary. |
History • YukimiBotamon's Digitama did not hatch in The Village of Beginnings as is usual. Instead, he was born on Terabyte Mountain, in a small village of Digimon seeking a challenging environment to live in. Apparently he had been taken there as an experiment, to see how the cold would affect a newborn's growth. Being a YukimiBotamon, the temperature didn't bother him as much as one would expect, and he had a fairly comfortable life as a Fresh Digimon. The other Digimon in the village were friendly enough, and all seemed very interested in seeing how he would progress Well, nearly everyone. It didn't take long before he Digivolved, becoming a Kapurimon, and stopped being as fragile as he was during his YukimiBotamon stage. A few of the Digimon didn't like the special attention Kapurimon was given, and often forced him to do their work in the village. It didn't bother him that much, and he didn't want to cause any trouble, so he just did as he was told. The issue was that this was work intended for Champions, and Kapurimon was merely an In-Training. He'd have trouble carrying heavy objects, and thus often mess up, which would result in punishment. Sometimes he fought back, but that obviously had little effect on his much stronger "co-workers." It had been months, and Kapurimon was seriously considering leaving the village for a more comfortable life elsewhere. After finishing work on a particularly awful day, he finally decided to leave, in front of the whole village. Those who had forced him to do their work obviously weren't happy, but they couldn't really do anything in front of everyone else. The satisfaction was enough to cause Kapurimon's Digivolution to the Rookie level, and he left Terabyte Mountain as a SnowAgumon. He roamed the Northern Prominence for a long time, never staying at one location for more than a few weeks. He sort of made it his routine to visit the various settlements and help out with their problems every once in a while. He didn't want to get paid, he simply liked knowing that he was making a difference in an area where it really was quite necessary. One day, while visiting a particularly isolated settlement on the edge of Desolate Tundra, SnowAgumon ended up in the middle of a conflict between two groups of civilians. One side wanted all inhabitants of the settlement to leave the Northern Prominence, so they could live somewhere the wind itself wasn't lethal. The other side argued that they'd have to leave their houses behind, and thus wanted to stay. SnowAgumon wanted to be able to help, but he thought both sides had a point. It was getting dangerously close to a fight, something SnowAgumon definitely didn't want. He stepped in, and somehow managed to think of a solution that worked for everyone. Along with volunteers from around the Prominence, they all worked together to rebuild the settlement in Network Plains. They were able to leave the Tundra, and still be sure to have a place to live. Having experienced a somewhat warmer part of the Digital World for the first time, SnowAgumon decided to stay in The Digital Core for the time being - there were probably lots of new Digimon he could help out there. |
Fresh | YukimiBotamon Slime Digimon | No Attribute No Family Diamond Dust YukimiBotamon breathes frigid air, doing no real damage. |
In-Training | Kapurimon Lesser Digimon | No Attribute Metal Empire Howling Hertz Kapurimon's horns vibrate, producing an uncomfortable howling noise. |
Rookie | SnowAgumon Reptile Digimon | Vaccine Nature Spirits Hail Storm SnowAgumon freezes water in the air into icicles, then launches them at his target. White Fire SnowAgumon fires a white fireball from his mouth, which is mysteriously frigid rather than hot. |
Armor Champion | MailBirdramon Machine Digimon | Vaccine Metal Empire Passive - Eagle Eye MailBirdramon has infrared vision, allowing him to locate Digimon otherwise out of sight. Digimon that don't produce heat are obviously not affected. Plasma Cannon MailBirdramon fires a highly destructive laser cannon from his mouth. Nighthawk MailBirdramon drops plasma shells from above. The shells explode on impact, and have a destruction range of roughly 3 meters. |
Champion | Greymon Dinosaur Digimon | Vaccine Metal Empire Passive - Sear All Greymon's attacks cause additional burn damage for 2 of the affected Digimon's posts. Mega Flame Greymon shoots a large fireball from his mouth. As opposed to SnowAgumon's White Fire, this fireball has normal temperature. Horn Impulse Greymon's horns become glow white as they become extremely hot. Greymon then charges at his target, attempting to impale them. |
Armor Ultimate | Deckerdramon Cyborg Digimon | Vaccine Metal Empire Passive - Float Mode Deckerdramon can sacrifice some of his offensive power for the ability to sail on water, his shape becoming similar to that of a barge. Deck Missile Deckerdramon fires a barrage of anti-aircraft missiles from the launchers on his back. Smoke Machine Deckerdramon produces a large amount of harmless smoke, making it difficult for airborne enemies to pinpoint his location. Direct Suppression Deckerdramon rapidly fires bullets from the guns on his head. Coupled with his tail, this allows him to put up a fight against opponents on the ground as well. |
Ultimate | MetalGreymon Cyborg Digimon | Vaccine Metal Empire Passive - Trident Arm The red claws on MetalGreymon's left arm are constantly heated to a very high temperature. Any wounds inflicted by them do additional burn damage for 3 of the affected Digimon's posts. Giga Destroyer α MetalGreymon fires missiles from all available weapons. Giga Destroyer β MetalGreymon fires laser beams from all available weapons. Nova Finish MetalGreymon fires a white fireball from his mouth. While damaging to any Digimon, it's extremely dangerous to Virus Digimon of any level, doing highly increased damage. |
Mega | ZekeGreymon Cyborg Digimon | Vaccine Metal Empire Passive - Gold Digizoid ZekeGreymon's armor is made of the extremely powerful Gold Digizoid metal. Digimon below Mega level are very unlikely to do any damage to ZekeGreymon at all, even if they outnumber him greatly. Plasma Railgun ZekeGreymon uses the gun on his right arm to rapidly fire plasma "bullets" at his target. Hyper Launcher ZekeGreymon charges the gun on his right arm, then releases one very powerful blast of plasma. Zeke Flame ZekeGreymon breathes flames of high density, which are seemingly impossible to put out by anyone but ZekeGreymon. They do additional burn damage to all affected Digimon for 4 of their own posts. Final Strikes ZekeGreymon becomes a golden arrow of light as he darts at his target with extreme speed. Being pierced by ZekeGreymon during this attack means almost guaranteed destruction, so using it causes ZekeGreymon to turn back into Greymon, and also makes him unable to Digivolve for the remainder of the battle. Used only as a last resort. |
