Today had been a quiet day for Hibiki and his newly hatched partner, Yuki. The Punimon had been helping his new tamer for the last few days, and it had ended up with them growing pretty close. As Hibiki carried Yuki in his arms, the tired human of the two wanted to just go home and crash, but he still had one more stop to make in getting groceries and snacks for not only Yuki, but Blue as well.
After the store had been taken care of and exited, Hibiki was just about to turn home when he bumped into someone, causing Yuki to startle away. Bright brown eyes fell upon the person in question, his three horns twitching in unison.
Something was off about them -- though he couldn't pick up what.

Night life in Shibuya was always kinda fast-paced, enough to at times dizzy Cinnamon some. She remembered Sacramento being pretty active, but nothing compared here! Giant television screen with advertisements zooming by, bright and colorful lights lighting the street... she was thankful that she had some glasses to help her see better, less she'd be having a difficult time to navigate here!
Tonight was just a lil' night run to get herself a few snacks, nothing big. A few packs of low-salt chips and a few fresh fruits. She had no real work tomorrow, so she planned to just kick back and relax for a little bit. Maybe watch a little bit of anime perhaps? The girl felt giddy at those thoughts, though before she even realized it as she walked out of the store, she bumped into a fairly young man.
Cinnamon yelped slightly as she stumbled, dropping one of the two grocery bags she was carrying. To her dismay, it was the fruit bag, a few fresh apples rolling out on to the ground.
"Oh! I'm sorry! That was awfully clumsy of me!" The short girl would quickly apologize, she scrambling to pick up her groceries which were that were now all over the concrete, she taking a moment to wipe off any dirt on them before putting them back into the plastic bag she had been carrying them around in. "Sorry, you know how it is at night. People rushing to get home and all that! I guess I just didn't know where I was going!" She was quick to say, she bowing apologetically.
Now that she had stopped to collect her thoughts, she noticed something bright red in his hands. It was some kind of three-eyed doll... Odd, not many men collect plushies as far as she knew of... and even fewer brought them with them to public eye. Even the girl could admit she was guilty there... in a backpack being lugged on her back was a rather old and dirty black goat plushie that she affectionately called "Baffy." As odd as that may be to carry him around everywhere, he was her precious treasure and good luck charm. Either way, she was excited to meet perhaps another plushie enthusiast.
"Oh! That doll you have there is really cute! Where did you get it from?" She'd ask, her tilting slightly in curiosity.

Quickly moving to help her pick up said groceries, he offers a smile. "No problem. No problem." Easygoing as ever, one would think he'd take offense to such a thing, but that wasn't in his nature. Better to let bygones be bygones.
"Huh?" His thoughts didn't last long as she began talking about the... 'doll' in his arms. "O-Oh, uh---" Right, most people would think this was a doll, despite its clearly breathing nature...
"Uh... it was... given to me." Grasping for straws at this point, he offers a sheepish smile.

So he got it from someone else? Drat."Oh... do you not know where it's from?" That was a shame... she could tell it was a very high quality plushie just from how well-made it looked. Guess this guy wasn't as big of a fan of them as she was... Oh well, that was only of minor convenience. Maybe she'd research it on the internet later? "Thats a bummer... Would be neat to know the manufacturer. It's so well-done. I can't even see a messed up seam on it!" She'd comment, expressing some minor disappointment initially, though it turning into a friendly feeling of envy.
"I've got a plushie too though! His name is Baffy, and I had this little guy since I was six!" Cinnamon would cheerfully pull out of her bag, pulling out the rather worn down goat plushie and happily showing it off. It was only then that the girl realized she was acting a bit overbearing, she backing off slightly, but then smiling apologetically to him. "Sorry, I'm just rambling here... My name is Cinnamon. Nice to meet you."

"Um... not that I can say. It was a gift, and I didn't ask, so..." He didn't have time for plush toys, though he supposed he could understand why girls find them likable. He pauses though, a grin breaking out as she goes on about her plush as a whole.
It was clear she really did like them, and not only that, she was kind of cute!
"Cinnamon, eh? My name's Hibiki. Nice to meet you~"

The shortish girl giggled slightly, she readjusting the pair of glasses on her face before tucking Baffy away in her bag. She had not expected to get into a conversation with a random stranger, though this guy didn't seem like a bad dude. He was very well-mannered, a trait that seemed to be very rare on young men these days it seemed. "It's nice to meet you Hibiki! You seem very nice!"
Now that she had mostly everything sorta put away, she was least ready to head back home... It looked like Hibiki also had some groceries too, so he must have also been out shopping like her. Still... She kinda wanted to continue talking with him. It was always nice to meet new people, but she didn't want to be a bother if he didn't want to talk. "Heya Hibiki? Guess you were out shopping too huh? Where ya live at?" She'd ask casually, clearly expressing her interest to continue talking.

Well-mannered? Well, that could be left up to interpretation. Whichever worked, if he had known about it, he supposed. His grin widens as his ego is stroked. "Glad to know i'm a nice guy in your eyes~" Though he wouldn't mind being handsome, or funny, or any of the between to be honest when it came to cute girls.
He pauses at her question. "Hmm... I guess you could say I really don't live anywhere, but I stay at my bro's place on occasion." The Punimon remained as still as a statue, but it was clear he was listening and paying attention to everything his tamer said.

"You've got a brother huh? I don't have any brothers or sisters... always sorta makes me envious of those who do." The girl would muse, a slight feeling of envy coming over her. Regardless, she was quick to smile back to the young man, she blushing slightly. "I was just curious where you lived at as I'm probably going to head back home soon, but I wanted to see if we were going to be heading the same direction! You know... so we can talk a lil' longer on the way!" She'd say, she holding her hands together and smiling demurely at Hibiki, clearly interested in him.
"By chance does your bro live somewhere in Western Shibuya? My folks' house is around there. If you want, we could take a quick train ride over there. I think I'd have more fun talking to someone like you while riding the train than just sitting all alone. I can pay your fare!" She'd offer, silently hoping that he'd come along. She wouldn't mind if he couldn't or didn't want to come, but it certainly was something she would have enjoyed.

"Eh well... he's not really my blood brother. We were raised by the same woman. She took me in when I was a kid." He shrugs. "Hmm... well the place where I live is actually the way I came from -- but I decided to stop and buy myself something to eat for dinner." Sora was overworking himself, and so Hibiki was left to fend for himself until Sora could feel better at least.
"Actually it's in downtown Shibuya, but I can always use a bit more of a walk." He points out. You could never have enough exercise, after all!
"That's generous of ya. If you want too, you can, but I can pay for my side just as well!"
