"You want word of mouth advertisement? I think I can hear it now. 'The kidnapping wasn't the best I've had, but his fingers were divine. 4/5 stars.'" Crystal teased.
"Still your business plan doesn't sound all that bad. Just leave out..." Crystal let out a small gasp, "Just keep leaving out the whole kidnapping business, and try to avoid pointing a cannon at others. People tend to not like those types of things. Though the fact it's free should help out a lot." Crystal then paused for a second as she just thought about something, "Uhh... This is free right?"
Perhaps something she should have made sure about before Catch began.

Catch chuckled a bit at the whole kidnapping remark, even though he did miss it. The only thing he would change were the clients kicking and screaming and shooting him. But if he could kidnap someone who was grateful for his services...
But that is something to go over for another day. He already stopped the kidnapping bit, so he might as well not restart it.
Right after she asked if this was free, Catch turned around to CB.
"Catch-bot!"
"SUGGESTIONS-FILED"
"Good, you're being useful, hehehehehe. And now..."
He turned back to Crystal, shaking his finger.
"This is a work of passion; the business side is just for support bettering my base. I'll ask for your money, if I want your money, before I work on you. I performed on you because you seemed down, and your improved mood is payment enough.
Besides... you don't have any pockets and you're alone. What could you pay me with? Bullmon bits?"

Crystal gave a sigh of relief, "That's good to hear. I was actually getting a little worried there. I thought I would be forced to run over to the warehouse to pay you, and I'm not so sure you would trust me enough to come back." Crystal told him.
Plus I don't want to think what you would do if I was unable to pay. Crystal thought silently to herself as a shiver went down her spine, I don't think I'm really cut out for masseuse work.
She doubted she would be doing any massages in that hypothetical situation. Catch was to devoted for to his job for that to happen. Instead she would probably be either balancing his budget, or work on advertising. Neither of which really appealed to Crystal.
"Oh... If you don't mind Catch, I was curious how long you've been a masseur for anyways? I would guess for quite a while given how good you are, but you still seem slightly new to the whole business side of thing as well."

Catch had thought to himself that he would never allow a situation to get to a point where someone would run off without paying. The client either paid first, or the message was free.
He also wasn't too sure if Crystal would be of any aid to him. He was, indeed, dedicated to his work, and he doubted that her tiny hands would be able to do much to anyone.
As for the subject of how long he had been a masseur for...
"Indeed, it's been years since I realized that I have this power... this urge to mold the flesh of a digimon for their betterment. My very own niche that I've yet seen fulfilled by any but myself.
... but power that must be trained. And train I did. More and more I found it intoxicating... to conquer one's stress by sinking my hands into them. That... feeling of the client becoming content... becoming happy! Full of life and energy! Hehehehehehehe!!!"
Catch had rose his arms up to the air, giving another maniacal laugh before suddenly mellowing out again.
"But indeed, I'm new to the business side. I don't mind doing what I do best for free but I do wish to develop my base. "

Crystal reeled back a little when Catch did his evil laugh. "Just another suggestion. Don't go doing an evil, maniacal laugh like that around people who don't know you. It gives people a bad impressionk, and probably won't want you to give them a massage. Much less anything else." The Lopmon wondered where exactly Catch picked up some of his mannerisms. They were a bit to eccentric for her to believe he didn't pick them up from someone.
"So where did you train at then and who trained you? Or was this one of those you trained yourself around the world kind of things?" She then asked.

Catch just looked at Crystal, surprised and a bit taken aback by her advice of not doing his laugh.
"I'm self taught and been doing it for yeas but...
Evil? M-my laugh sounds evil? B-but this is how I've always laughed! I can't just... I can't promise that... it's just... natural...
...it doesn't sound evil to me... distinct, perhaps... I thought it was the laugh of an overly passionate digimon!"
"LAUGH-FINE"
"Of course you'd agree, Catch-bot, you're literally my other half."
The Mamemon took a deep sigh... not having taken that comment about his laughter well.

"Sorry about that. I didn't mean to insult you or anything. It's just that your laugh reminds me of when our old caravan would do these plays. The digimon who acted as the villian of the story usually always used a similar laugh. Heh heh..."
Crystal then pushed her face into the bed she was lying on. That comment just made things worse didn't it. Not to mention her own sadness as she thought back to the digimon who ran the caravan. She deeply missed every single one of them.

"... a villain?"
Catch pondered over this, but not too much more as he looked at Crystal, realizing that she hadn't made matters better. But there was something else, too. She stated some "old caravan". Certainly not the group he last saw her with, he didn't think.
"I apologize... perhaps I should examine my own... quirks after all. Maybe I am... crazy. Maniacal. I get carried away and I love giving messages, hehehehe-... sorry.
Well, I guess if I was to hear it from someone... might as well be someone like you. Still... I enjoy being me, quirks and all.
I'm sorry I made this all... awkward... and I really hate to directly cause someone to be sad... I don't even like hitting digimon, actually..."

"No no no no. You don't need to apologize. I know your not... harmful to anyone. I was just..." Crystal stated as her voice trailed off, "Why does ti feel like every time I try to help someone, I only make matters worse."
Crystal paused as she thought about her own situation once more.
"Catch? Do you have any family?"

"Family? No... it's just me. I can't count Catch-bot either because, as I said, he's my other half. I'm more or less fine with that, though. I have my... mission, shall we say, that keeps me fairly busy. Honestly there isn't much to my past, my life has been more or less static." The Mamemon had rubbed the back of his head, looking away briefly. He wanted to ask her something, but decided not to. Not until CB interjected, though.
"INQUIRY. INQUIRY."
"Catch-bot... *sigh* well, I guess we're both curious.
If it's not too much to ask... what has happened to you since we last met? I wasn't going to directly ask you but... I don't know, I'm curious and worried. And I don't want to see a repeat client so stressed."

Crystal's eyes glazed back to the bed below her as Catch asked his question. She should have expected as much. Hesitation began feeling her head once more as she wonder if she tell Catch anything. Yet she quickly rid herself of any doubts as she was determined to see her decision through.
"To be honest, I don't think you would believe what I'm about to tell you. I don't think anyone truly would." Crystal began, "I think it may be best if I started from the very beginning. It actually began before we met you. Sanoske, Pure, and I were setting up camp in the woods. Then, while Pure was all alone grabbing berries for food, a parasitic s*** head possessed his body. The bastard then assaulted another digimon named Vetina and left us to clean up his mess. By time we figured out what had actually happened it was to late.
"There was nothing I wanted to do more then to give chase after him, but there was ultimately nothing any of us could do to help him. Vetina was kind enough to give us a lead to someone who could in Whitewater however. We went in that direction and found the woman she told us about. Together we headed began heading our way back to the woods where we lost him. On the way we ended up getting more help from Vetina as she found out where the parasite was hiding.
"Our plan was simple really. Our new companion had a power similar to the brother stealer that would allow her to essentially kick the bastard out of Pure's body. Unfortunately Mel ended up having predicted something like that and had an ace up his sleeve. A gun that was able to weaken those like Ghost and himself. So we retreated and came up with a new plan. This ended up going much smoother." Crystal gave a nervous chuckle as she said that last part. "Okay maybe saying it went much smoother is a bit of a stretch. We still managed to succeed in incapacitating Mel and destroy his lab.
"We were about to rid Pure of the monster inside him when Pure pleaded with us not to. Apparently Mel was just trying to rescue his sister and Pure sympathize with that. Despite my protests otherwise, everyone decided to go ahead with Pure's wishes. I only ended up going up along with it under the circumst that the moment that parasite inside of him steps out of line, we kick him out immediately. Yet that wasn't enough for me. So from then on I began blasting Pure with Mel's own gun to ensure he couldn't take over Pure's body again.
"This leads to after we met you when I recently learned that because I blasted Pure and Mel so many times with that experimental gun, they ended up becoming fused together in a way. Now Pure is probably stuck with Mel forever and it's all my fault." Crystal looked like she was on the edge as she buried her face into the bed once more. She was trying everything she could to keep her bottled emotions in check.

Catch had listened to Crystal give her story and grievances, all without uttering a word. It certainly was a lot to take in (although it helped that CB was also listening). However, Catch was in a situation he was never in... trying to console his client with so much emotion baggage. But he won't just her be that way without trying to help.
"Yes, that story is hard to believe. But I do believe you. And I think I got a decent grasp on the events you've told me.
If I screw up in some reasoning, tell me, but I think there's a few things you may be able to do.
First, you could keep shooting your brother. If you shot the parasite enough where it weakened him to a point that he's no longer able to separate himself from your brother, perhaps shooting him more would render him unable to even 'be'. Too weak to get out, too weak to even take control... and maybe too weak to even sustain his being.
Second, you could find some way for forcefully remove the parasite. If they are merged, perhaps you can just remove the... uh... parasite parts and leave your brother be. You mentioned some other friend of yours you said aided you, perhaps that's an option.
Third, you could do neither of those and make the best out of a bad situation.
Granted, for all I know none of my answers are satisfactory. As much as I want to solve your problem, I'm only a mere masseur. What I can suggest is that, whatever you do, commit to it and see it through, minding the consequences.
Of course, I'm probably of no real help so... eh... "

A depressed sigh escaped Crystal's lips as she heard what Catch had to say on the matter. "So those are basically my options after all." The lopmon said as she had already came to a similar conclusion, "Option two would honestly be my favorite out of those three. Yet the problem is that apparently such a removal would be impossible. Mel isn't just some parasite we can cut off. He's fused to Pure to the very core. Their now like two colors of play-doh mixed together. Trying to seperate them would be a nigh impossible task and who knows how much damage we would cause if we were to even attempt such a thing.
"Then there's the gun which brings up a similar problem. How much I wish I could just rid ourselves of him like that. Yet things could never be that simple. It's the machine that merged them in the first place. How can I know using it again won't end up merging them even more? Sure it would end up making Mel disappear, but at the cost of my brother as well. To the point that all that's left is some amalgamation of the two. That's also not to mention the fact that even if I was somehow successful, not only would Pure and Sanoske would never look at me the same way, but I'll also be robbing someone their sibling."
Crystal paused as she took a deep breath. Was this really all the choices she had on the matter? Couldn't she somehow manage to free her brother from his kidnappers grasp without causing great harm to him in the process? She felt truly pathetic when no answers came.

"So, you understand that getting rid of Mel has led to a situation where it only caused issues, and any plans to continue will most likely cause some harm to Pure.
Even if Mel is removed which would likely cause his death, you'd be worse than he is. Kidnapping your brother doesn't quite match killing someone else's. And what about Mel's sibling? You hadn't mentioned her much yet, but I'm not sure if she might hold you responsible for doing something not altogether different from what Mel did.
So... all you have left to do is apologize."
Catch put his hand back on Crystal's back rubbing gently. This wasn't the hand of a masseur on her now, but one of someone trying to be a friend and trying his best to help out.
"You bear that weight for your actions... at the very least, you can alleviate some of that. Have at least some... positive certainty in your life. Let him know that despite your mistakes you only had his well being in mind. Ask for forgiveness, pour out your heart. Make your life that much less stressful.
And if you don't I'll never message you again. If he doesn't forgive you, I can take you in as my protege an teach you master the ability to rend the stress and tension out of other's bodies.
But I'm fairly certain that he'll forgive you. Still, I only ask that you go and do that. For me. Because if it gets to the point where looking at him causes you strife and only reminds you of your failures... that's still losing your brother."

((Sorry for the long wait. It's been a pretty exhausting week and I couldn't muster up the muse to post for this thread til now x.x))
Crystal remained silent as she laid on the bed. Her mind pondering on what Catch had just told her. She wanted nothing more then to contest with what Catch had told her. To tell him that it wasn't quite that simple. Yet she knew that doing so would be futile.
And so, with a deep breath, she got off the bed and onto her feet. "... thanks..." Was all she said in a hushed voice as she walked away. There was no more that Catch could do for her now. The next step was one she needed to make for herself.
