Seemingly, Dante didn't take too well Wormy's constant teasing. Well, that was kinda understandable, but exploding like that? Maybe the guy had a really short fuse or something. Wormy was endearing at beast, and who'd really care if he was the best at something like bumper cars. Not... much point on it, in all honesty.
The duo stared at the argument, Yuu feeling a little awkward about the sudden temper tantrum while Kyo decided to play mediator.
"Man, there's no need to get all worked up; this is just good fun! I mean, I'm sure that the least thing Wormy wants is to get into an argument with you, Dante. You should think less and play more! Now, let's get this on!"
Whether effective or not, at least that was her opinion. They'd have more than enough time to get mad at stuff as soon as they found the guy who turns people into keychains... even though they'd probably just beat him into submission. Eh, better to just not to think about it.
"Now, who wants to get bumped?" Kyo picked a black car, while Yuu settled for a purple car. Ready, set and go!
As they had accorded, or at least having into account what they had talked about, Wormy and Kyo were a team against Dante and Yuu. Neither had thought about Anthony, but he hadn't voiced an opinion either, so the blonde guessed that he was fair game for everyone? Still, her main objective was to beat those two digimons.

Maybe Dante was a bit too hard on Wormmon, and got steamed. Though Wormmon's mannerisms had been getting old. Anthony didn't have a dog in this fight, and might benefit by flying under the radar while everyone else is slugging it out. All the racers get ready. The bumper cars are started, and the madness ensues.
Wormmon starts going right after Dante. Instead of going with a direct approach, Dante tries to avoid the other cars, and gain an advantageous opportunity to catch Kyo or Wormy off guard. Anthony takes a hard right and bumps into Dante. Wormmon goes after Dante, but bumps into Anthony. Dante circles around and bumps into Wormmon, sending his car flying back. Wormmon changes tactics, and starts going after Yuu. Anthony bumps into Dante, backing him close to one of the walls. Kyo has an opening to land a big hit.
The two sides go back and forth, with Anthony as this wildcard that keeps turning the tables. All of a sudden, the bumper cars are shut off. Dante and Wormmon in particular are very angry. Some lights on the wall start to light up, and a section of the wall raises up. A new racer standing on the seat of a black and orange bumper car is raised up. The racer is wearing a black race suit, and a black helmet obscures his face. However they are not very tall. The racer sits down and drives out onto the floor. The other bumper cars are reactivated.
Dante doesn't know what to think? "What the? Who does this guy think he is?" The bumping resumes. This time the drivers are not so polarized. Everyone more or less goes after anyone. The mysterious racer starts to dominate, bumping into Anthony, sending him flying into Wormmon. "Oww! I'm jiggling like jello. Let's take this clown out, you guys!"

The duo had to admit that this was being a lot of fun. Bumping into people with cars had a strange charm. Not so much about getting bumped, but there wasn't much to do about that; it was the nature of the game, after all.
"Take thaaaaat~!" Kyo seemed to be definitely enjoying this, seizing an opening that had been given to her to ram Dante at whatever was the top speed of the car.
Suddenly, however, the cars stopped abruptly and...
"I see! A new challenger approaches! The black-helmeted meanie!" In all honesty, the Plotmon didn't care on the slightest. If he wanted to show up, they'd just get rammed, like everyone else.
The game continued like normal, even though the new guy seemed to know his game rather well.
"Seems like things had gotten interesting!" Wormy's call was maybe on the mean side, but that didn't matter. Dogpiling was fun. "Alright, let's do it!"
Kyo's car maneuvered across the field deftly, trying her best to bash into the new mysterious opponent. Yuu, on her stead, just went about like she had done so before. She wasn't really interested on ganging up on somebody. At least for her, that was no fun.

Everyone seems to be enjoying their somewhat competitive game of bumper cars. The new driver showed off some impressive skill, despite his short stature. They bump into Wormmon and send him back into the wall. Dante seizes the opportunity and rams into the driver from the side, backing him up facing the corner. He tries to turn but Wormmon is pinning him in the corner. While doing rather well up to this point, the new driver finished by getting pummeled by the other drivers.
The cars are deactivated, and the group heads towards the exit. The masked driver gets out of his bumper car and starts throwing a fit, pounding his fists in the air. Dante walks over to him. "What's going on here?" Dante crosses his arms and looks down at him. The pint sized racer finally removes his helmet, revealing a preteen boy with spiky brown hair. "Ow! What'd you go and do that for, man?!" Dante can't believe it. It's just the person he was looking for. "Takashi! What are you doing here? I thought you were being held prisoner."
Wormmon turns to Kyo. "Oh great, this dumb kid." Even with all the crazy and annoying people Dante has met since he became a Tamer, Takashi is by far one of the most obnoxious. "Ya, and a great job you did trying to rescue us! I hope Piedmon turns you into a doll so you know what that's like." "All this time, I thought you were in trouble, and here you are, playing around an amusement park. Acting like he's pro at bumper cars." Takashi just scoffs and raises his fist. "I'm not just pro, I'm super beast at everything! You can't handle my skills." "You don't get to boast after you get your butt kicked."
Well, Dante has found one of his missing friends. But what is he doing here? Dante and Takashi walk over to the group. "Ladies and Anthony, I introduce to you, Takashi." "Hey guys. Dang, what are you dweebs doing hanging out with a hot girl like this?" Anthony face palms. "So this is who you were looking for? Dante, you really keep some strange company." Dante sighs and tilts his head forward. "Believe me, I wish I knew where these people were coming from. Takashi, if you don't start behaving yourself, I swear to Goddess..."

The games had been so fun! Kyo was exhilarated at their little session of bumping cars. It was something so simple, yet having fun was something she missed on doing, especially with people she know considered her friends. Dante and Wormy were strange... but they were so fun!
Regrettably, the power eventually went out and the fun eventually ended
"That was so fun! We should totally do it again sometime!" Of course, she was still going on about it as they descended from the cars. Maybe that had diverted them from their apparent goal, but still... she had enjoyed it a lot!
Surprisingly enough, that mysterious racer was also somebody who Dante and Wormy knew, and apparently, it was somebody who they were supposedly searching? Funny that in the end, he had found them.
"Huh, do you know him?" The dog asked Wormy. So weird. "Guy has a strange way of showing himself, I gotta say."
So, his name was Takashi and apparently, he wasn't somebody the Wormmon wasn't really fond of.
"So... mission accomplished, I guess? At least a bit of it. How many people are you missing? Hopefully we'll find them playing the other games this place has. That'd be fun!"
Of course, everyone partook on the pleasantries as soon as Dante introduced all of them, Yuu waving whilst Kyo smiled at him.
"Sup, mate! Why hot though?" Kyo was a bit surprised at the boy's comment, though. "I think the weather is just fine."
As if to confirm, she looked at the blonde. Nope, she wasn't sweating or anything, so she had to guess that it wasn't hot.

Things were starting to look up for the gang. They just enjoyed a fun game of bumper cars, and they already found the 'friend' Dante was looking for. Dante could tell Anthony is getting a little impatient, anxious to bring his partner back. "Well, Takashi. Now that you're here, we can go get Anthony's Digimon partner back, and play some more games. Then we'll all go back to our world." Takashi smirks and wags his finger like Sonic the Hedgehog. "Nuh ugh, I'm not going anywhere with you. I'm staying here. This place is awesome!"
Dante resists the urge to sigh. Takashi was happier here at the amusement park. "Look kid, life's not just one big party. Sooner or later, you're going to have to grow up and act mature." "Well when I do grow up, I won't be half the dork you are, Dante! Hahaha! Besides, I'm not going to leave my new best friend hanging." "You made a friend? Someone actually tolerates being around someone as annoying as you?" (Thinking) "Like I have no idea what that's like, you little green monster." Takashi raises his hands and tightens his fists. "Puppetmon freed me after I was stuck as a doll. He's the coolest, you've gotta meet him!"
Anthony was not warming up to this kid. Yuu and Kyo are cool, he can sort of put up with Dante, but he's not thrilled about having Takashi tagging along. "Look, it sounds like he's happier here. Why don't we let him stay, and go check out the eggs?" "Gasp! There's gonna be eggs?! Scrumptious!" Wormy gets carried away and starts chomping like he's eating, until accidently bumping into Yuu's leg, and drooling on her shoe. "Wormmon... Not those eggs. Digi eggs. You know, you were an egg once." "Ba haa haha ha! Me, an egg?! I think I would remember something that ridiculous." Dante leans back and stretches his arms out. "Alright, fine. Stay here. Whatever. I'm just supposed to rescue you guys, but it turns out you didn't need saving."
"Come on, Dante! Stop being such a sourpuss." Takashi jumps up and down. "Let's go, I'll take you on all the coolest rides." The gang goes around to all different kinds of rides. Giant swings, roller coasters, the works. Wormmon nudges Kyo on the shoulder. "All these Humans around, we could use some more Digimon in the mix, bro." Dante has fun on the rides, but he can't shake this bad feeling. What about Takashi's family? What about the rest of Takashi's team of tamers? Dante is thinking too much to really relax and enjoy himself. But everyone else seems to be having fun, so Dante tries to lighten up and have a good time.

The situation was a bit strange and... tense, so to say. Apparently, Takashi wasn't keen on returning to the human world once their adventures were over. Well, not much that they could do about it; probably time would make him realize that the lifestyle he was pretending to have wasn't all that viable. Until then... they probably didn't care about the situation too much.
Until then... there was more fun to be had! Kyo was surely looking forward to do more fun stuff. And it had been tons of fun! Kyo was still jumping on her place due to the excitement. All whilst Yuu was... recovering; she wasn't the type that could stomach being on three roller coasters in a row... literally. So, while she excused herself to the bathroom...
"More digimon?" Kyo replied back, after Wormy nudged her shoulder. "What are you proposing we do? Like... right now, we are searching for Anthony's digimon, aren't we? Maybe he'll join the roster once we find them!"
And now that she thought about it...
"Oh wait. Where's Takashi's digimon? If he's in the Digital World, that means he gotta have at least one, right? Unless he's one of those types that can transform into digimon. That's neat too!"
After... getting it out of her system, so to say, Yuu returned to the scene, and the first thing she noticed was that Dante seemed to be a bit worried. Quickly, she wrote a note and passed it to him, some concern showing on her face.
Everything's fine, mate? Maybe it's me, but you don't look to be having a good time right now. Want to talk about something?

(Sorry for the delay! Every day it's like, oh, I'll post tonight, it's late I'll post tomorrow. Been really busy. Hope you are having a great week!)
Despite Takashi refusing to leave the island, that didn't stop everyone from having a good time. It is clear Takashi knows his way around the park. Anthony is a bit surprised at just how absolutely lax Takashi is. The way he jumps over railings instead of walking around, his childlike obliviousness and lack of shame. Takashi's looks about 13 years old, but he still acts like a kid. Could someone just relinquish all responsibility and live in an amusement park? It couldn't be so simple.
Wormy starts talking about other Digimon joining their gang. Kyo asks about Takashi's partner. It was unusual for a Tamer to be flying solo in the Digital World. Upon thinking about his partner, for the first time today Takashi shows some grief, which then turns into rage. "My Digimon partner is the coolest! Agumon can do all kinds of things. But Puppetmon said I can't see him any more. He said that Agumon isn't trustworthy, and that he steals my rare trading cards!" "And you actually believed him? Takashi..."
It was immediately obvious to everyone else that Takashi was being played like a fool. "It sounds like Puppetmon is pulling your strings. Why would a Digimon steal your cards?" "It's true! I had all these ultra rare cards, the kind that dominate in competitive play. One day I left Agumon alone with my cards, and when I came back some were missing!" "Do you really think Agumon could have done it? From what I remember, Agumon always had to work extra hard to look after you, and keep you out of trouble." "Well, I guess it's clear. Not only are we looking for my partner, but we've gotta find Agumon too."
Yuu couldn't help but notice Dante wasn't exactly in the mood for fun in games. She passes him a note making sure everything is alright. Meanwhile Wormmon sees a face paint booth and rushes over. "Ooh ooh! Come on, let's get our faces painted." Dante talks to Yuu while the others start heading towards the booth. "Ya, Things are fine, I'm just thinking a little too hard. Thanks for asking. It's just weird seeing Takashi again after all this time, and thinking about the other Tamers that are still captured. But, one day at a time, I guess. Today's about fun, and missions."
After going on way too many rides, the gang gets their faces painted. Wormmon gets his face painted up with orange and yellow paint, like some kind of fire troll. Takashi goes with a monkey, Anthony gets a dog on his cheek, and Dante gets his face painted like a tiger, but it looks more like a sad cat. Wormmon points at Dante's face and laughs. "Ah ha haha! Dante looks like grumpy cat, you guys!" Dante just stands there, trying not to scowl any more than he already is. "Alright, let's get down to business. Where are we going next?" "Let's go see what Puppetmon is up to. He plays all kinds of fun games. The eggs are on the way." The group sets off towards the large field filled with Digi Eggs in search of Anthony's fallen partner.

I feel you, man. Totally XD. Well, things weren't exactly easy to sort out. Apparently, Takashi had... mixed feelings about his digimon partner? On one side, he seemed to be genuinely proud of his Agumon, and on the other, he had left him, preferring to go solo because... he supposedly stole his cards? And that was something that a digimon called Puppetmon said.
Well, Yuu wasn't really an expert on the matter, but... it was painfully obvious that Takashi was probably the most gullible person she had ever met. Not even her little sister was this naïve, and that was already saying something.
Kyo didn't feel all that different; if she had palms, she'd have probably facepalmed at the boy's statement. Just how dumb could somebody be?
"Yeah, that's probably the smartest thing we can do." She replied to Anthony's statement. What was strange, however, was that despite being played like a fiddle, Takashi seemed to be rather keen on visiting that guy Puppetmon again. "Guess we can go there too. I'd like to have some words with that guy. I'm already looking forward to that conversation."
Face panting seemed like an okay idea, at least to the vocal member of the duo. Yuu preferred to... skip it, in all honesty, so she waited outside until everyone was finished.
"That was fun!" Kyo was the last to come out of the booth, a butterfly-like pattern being painted on her face. Once again her partner shrugged, looking again at Dante. He seemed to be really out of it; even if his answer was somewhat coherent, she was still a little worried for him, and that ensued another note being passed to him as they walked to meet Puppetmon.
You sure everything's okay? You don't look like you wanna continue with this; we can stop at any time, you know?

Dante was a little too deep in thought for his own good. Seeing Takashi again brought back all kinds of memories from when he first met Wormmon and became a Tamer. He reassures Yuu that he's fine. "No, I'm alright. Just got to shake it off and get my head back in the game." Getting Anthony's partner back is a priority, and the group wants to meet this Puppetmon, and see what's really going on.
The gang heads out down the path to the nursery. The path is nice and clean, surrounded by green grass and beautiful flowers all around. This area of the Digital World is a lot nicer than most places. Wormmon stops to smell a purple flower. "Sniff sniff. Mmm, this flower smells like pizza." "Like pizza? Are you sure?" "Ya, Dante. Like melted pepperoni and cheese." Anonthy kneels down and smells one of the purple flowers. He takes two sniffs and starts sneezing. "Oh, my sinuses." "Your whaaa?" Wormmon looks confused.
"The pollen from that flower set off my allergies. But it didn't smell like pizza." "Maybe you're just imagining the smell, little Wormy." "That's Big Bad Wormy to you, Dante! Come on, we're almost there." Takashi walks in the front of the group with his hands behind his head, daydreaming. (Thinking) "Hmm, Takashi hasn't said much since we left. He used to never stop talking. Maybe he's finally starting to act mature." Wormmon gets tired of crawling along the path. The Worm King flips over on his back and almost passes out. "Oh, I'm so tired. Somebody carry me." "What happened to Big Bad Wormy? We haven't been walking that far."
Dante reaches down and picks Wormmon up. "I don't mind carrying you the rest of the way. You might be annoying and obnoxious all the time, but I can't imagine not having you around." "Aww, thanks Dante. But you don't have to get all mushy about being a Tamer. You're embarrassing me in front of Kyo!" Anthony yawns and stretches his arms out. "You know, I'm feeling kind of tired to. Strange." The gang continues walking down the path. Anthony's feeling fatigued, but he knows it's important to get his partner back. The gang reaches the nursery. Rolling hills of grass covered with Digi eggs. "Whoah, check it out! It's like the Easter Bunny went crazy." "But how are we going to figure out which egg is Anthony's?"

Yuu was kinda worried about Dante, but... if he said he was mostly okay, she had no reason to not to believe him. Maybe he felt a bit guilty about this strange situation? That could be reason, but she couldn't imagine why it was this strong. Anyhow...
Both members of the duo now looked at the constant small arguments between Dante and Wormy as something fun by now,m both giggling every now and then at them. Who'd have known that a random encounter in a train would result on something so fun.
Barring their strange encounter with flowers that apparently smelled like pizza, the only event that caught Kyo's attention was when... Wormy said he was too tired to walk and Dante offered to pick him up. "Awww, that's so cute!" She exclaimed with delight. "Wormy looks really cute on Dante's arms."
The blonde couldn't help but to snicker at her partner's reaction; the scene that'd unfold would probably be worth watching. However, their trip would end rather soon, as they found themselves staring at a gigantic field of eggs. And... Anthony's partner was supposed to be there.
After showing their amazement at the sheer amount of eggs, Kyo began to look at Anthony, as if expecting for him to get to work on finding his partner. At least until... Dante asked how they were supposed to be find them; It should be easy enough, but with the Digital World, one never knew. Yuu looked at Kyo, then Kyo back at Yuu; in the end, both shrugged as the small digimon spoke. "I'll go with the obvious and say that... Anthony should use his digivice? If his partner is anywhere around this place, his digivice should react to it, right? Otherwise, uh... we're up for a long day."

The gang had come a long way, but they are close to reuniting Anthony with his partner. Wormmon wasn't too happy about Dante getting all mushy, feeling embarrassed like a child being babied by their parent. Still, it was reassuring to know that even with the odd pairing of Dante and Wormmon, the two made their own kind of dynamic. That's just another interesting thing about being a Tamer. Different people and different Digimon. But what kind of Digimon is Anthony's partner?
Anthony looks around at the grassy fields, like a tourist lost in a big city. Kyo suggests using his digivice to locate his partner. "That makes sense. It should be able to lock on to my partner." Anthony grabs his digivice and holds it out, moving around like trying to get a signal on a phone. His digivice is a yellow and black D3 with an upgraded hand grip. "I'm getting a signal. Looks like my egg is southwest of here." The group heads towards the signal, passing by different eggs of all kinds. Common, rare, stripes, spots, all sorts of color combinations. Finally they reach a golden digi egg with jagged white stripes.
"That's it! It looks just like my egg did." Anthony bends down and picks up his egg. Dante can't help but feel delighted for Anthony. Maybe even feeling a bit prideful for him and Yuu helping him out on the train. Still, this is Anthony's moment. However, Takashi doesn't share the same sentiment. "Ya, you got the egg. Great. Let's get going! I wanna show you Puppetmon's cool games and tricks." "Calm down, Takashi. Goddess... You just ruined the moment. It was, so touching." "Ya, you're totally harshing Dante's vibe, maaan."
"What's with Dante being such a pansy? I mean, he was always whiny and annoyed, but come on." Anthony scowls at the pint-sized Tamer. "Dante's right! You're just a selfish little punk that doesn't care about anyone but-" Takashi cuts him off. "Hey, you know what would be a really cool Digimon? One that could shoot food as an attack. Wouldn't that be neat?" It was becoming more obvious that Takashi doesn't have basic social skills. His mind would bounce from one thing to another, not caring about what was actually going on around him. "Takashi, we will go see Puppetmon next. Just calm down, and try to stay focused for 5, minutes."
"Shut up, Dante. 'Calm down, calm down'... Don't treat me like some dumb kid! I'm a WAAAY better Tamer than you could ever hope to be." Considering Takashi's past battles, this was laughable to Dante. However, Yuu, Kyo, and Anthony wouldn't be familiar with his history. "That's funny. I'll admit, Greymon is a powerful Digimon, but your partner always carried you. You're a, pathetic Tamer, with a tough partner." "Plus I'm a lot stronger than the last time we fought. Stingmon can't be denied! Woo ya ferocity unleashed!"
Anthony has had enough of their squabbling. "I'm ready now. Let's just go." "And maybe later, Yuu and I can get together without you nerds around. Check out my muscles!" Takashi poses and flexes his boney arms. Before anyone has the chance to smack Takashi in the face, they hear a Digimon approaching. "What's going on here?" The gang looks over and sees a cyborg Digimon, with the appearance of both a nurse and a bear.

Their suggestion had been good enough, at least. With the help of his digivice, Anthony was able to trace a patch towards the egg of his partner. "Awesome!" Of course Kyo was elated at this, knowing that the reunion between the two was more or less imminent; once Anthony had the egg, it was a matter of time before their eventual reunion. Lest to say, she totally knew where that guy came from, and the fact that this otherwise sad story could have at least a temporary happy end made her feel really good.
Eventually, they found it, both members of the duo smiling at the tender moment shared between the unborn digimon and his partner... at least until Takashi decided to be a little s*** and throw any measure of tact straight out of the window and instead insist on them going to see Puppetmon asap. Even if Kyo hadn't minded the boy's somewhat bratty attitude this far, this was pretty close to be the last straw. "Just wait a second. We'll be with the guy soon enough; for now, just let Anthony be."
This was way more of an ordeal that what it should've been. Dante and Takashi beginning to bicker about who was the "better tamer" didn't manage to make things any better. Still, Yuu managed to calm Kyo down with a quick gesture; hopefully, he'd stop being a brat as soon as they confronted Puppetmon and did him a favor at retrieving his own partner back at him.
Well, at least that was the initial plan. Soon enough, they were approached by what looked to be the place's caretaker. Waving at it, Kyo did the proper introductions. "Hi! We were just searching for an egg. Sorry if we bothered the babies; we'll be on our way soon."

With Anthony reunited with his digi egg, the group was free to continue on towards this Puppetmon Digimon Takashi has mentioned. However, tension was filling the air. Dante, Anthony, and Takashi's tempers were flaring up. Not only ruining Anthony's reunion with his partner, but calling out Dante's ability as a Tamer, Takashi was doing what he did best, stirring the pot. But now it appears that a caretaker Digimon has detected them. Would they be able to leave with the egg, or was there more to Anthony and his partner than appeared?
The new Digimon takes a few steps closer, skeptical of the group's intentions. Dante speaks up to confirm what Kyo told them. "That's right. We came here to find Anthony's egg. I hope there's no problem." The caretaker's expression goes from alert to cheerful. "Oh, that's good news! For a second, I thought you might have been stealing eggs. There's been a few incidents lately, and seeing a large group had me worried." The Digimon extends out its robotic paw. "My name is Mabumon. I am one of the caretakers here that looks after the eggs."
This Digimon is unlike any Digimon Dante has met on his adventures. How could a cold and calculating cyborg appear so caring and nurturing? Who designed and constructed this model? "Ah, that makes sense. My name is Dante. This is my partner Wormmon, and these are my friends." "My name is Anthony. I'm sorry if we startled you. There should be an information booth or something around here to help locate the eggs." "You mentioned someone has been stealing eggs. What's that all about?"
Mabumon frowns. It's clear Mabumon has formed an emotional attachment to the eggs she takes care of. "Yes. A couple months ago, the other caretakers and myself have noticed eggs are going missing. Then one day we saw some Digimon running off with the eggs. Oh, it would be such a tragedy if those Digimon were to grow up influenced by those no good thieves!" Dante takes a moment to think. A few months ago, eggs started going missing. Takashi arrived here a few months ago as well. Could there be some connection? Was this Puppetmon responsible for the eggnappery? There wasn't any evidence at this point, but it was definitely something to keep in mind if they are going to pay Puppetmon a visit.
"That's terrible! What if the eggs are being sold on the black market?" "Don't worry, Dante. Nobody is gonna steal eggs and get away with it as long as the Worm King has anything to say about it. We will find the thieves and bring them to justice!" "That's more like it. Don't worry, Mabumon. We're on our way to see Puppetmon. If we don't find anything suspicious there, we will start checking out other areas for the thieves." Takashi is agitated. "How dare you accuse Puppetmon of stealing eggs! You don't know him like I do." Anthony turns and glares at Takashi. It was clear that Takashi had gotten on Anthony's last nerve hours ago, and played hopscotch on it.
"Little brat... Mabumon, did you see any of the thieves? What did they look like?" "Let's see. I remember seeing this one group last time. There was three of them. An Agumon, a cloaked figure, and a humanoid Digimon with some kind of ridiculous getup. She was wearing black and white, with way too much skin showing, and she had a top hat. I didn't realize the circus was in town." (Thinking) "Hmm... black and white, top hat... no it couldn't be!" "Wait a minute, Takashi your partner is an Agumon, right? What if your partner is stealing eggs?"
Takashi starts throwing a temper tantrum. "WHAT?! First Puppetmon and now this?! How dare you accuse Agumon of stealing eggs?! Sure, I mean, Puppetmon told me that he stole from me, but he would never do that! Besides, there's like, dozens of Agumon." Wormmon starts getting impatient. "Alright alright. A little less conversation, a little more action! Let's go find those thieves and serve them a big dish of face punch pie! Right Kyo?" "Ya, we will find those e- *AHH-CHUUU!*- eggs... sorry, my allergies are still bothering me." Mabumon throws up her paws in celebration. "Oh, thank you strange Tamers!" Mabumon looks at Yuu, the only normal one. "Tell me, are all boys this unusual?"
Dante runs his fingers through his hair and tucks it behind his ear. "Don't worry. Wormmon's gonna drive a freight train full of pain right through those thieves. Let's get going." Mabumon bows towards the group as they set off towards Puppetmon's home. They follow Takashi out of the hatchery and make their way towards a giant mansion. While the rest of the village looks happy and childish, this house is dark and unsettling. "This is it. Come on, let's go inside." "Famous last words..."

Good thing that this had been mostly a misunderstanding. "Pleased to meetcha, Mabumon. I'm Kyo and my Partner's Yuu!" The mon seemed to be nice, but that was more or less given for a caretaker; unless it was angry for some reason, that is!
The story about how the eggs began to disappear some months ago was a little alarming. Why would somebody steal digimon eggs? The hatching process would take way more outside of the village of beginnings, not to say that having a number of babies was completely useless for a good amount of time until they evolved, unless... they were being used as food.
That mere notion made Kyo sick to her stomach; if there was anybody so heartless as to use newborn digimon, they had to be dealt with immediately. Such offense was unforgivable, not to say that the black market theory Dante had wasn't really any better, even though they could probably hit with the responsible really quickly if that was the case. "We'll make sure to find out who's behind this shady scheme. Don't worry, we'll do our best to bring as many eggs as we can back."
That was the spirit! They'd fix the problem asap and return the Village to its original state; at this point, neither Yuu nor Kyo could bring themselves to care about Takashi's ocassional comments. "Alright, let's do this!"
Giving a tiny of a shrug at Mabumon and a quickly scribbled note saying "Yeah, most of them are that way." Yuu found herself following the over excited group towards that creepy mansion ahead. "Famous last words? We're going to wreck whatever's inside this place's if it tries to mess with us. You can count on it!"
