Katsura had just returned to the digital world, being able to make a portal to Terminus is a far better way to travel than jumping into a river. In her arms, Katsura was carrying Nyao the salamon. As they walked around, Nyao couldn't help but notice that the plains seemed to be in a rather bad condition for the time being. This didn't bother Katsura much who just wandered. Aside from that it was a quiet place and it had it's ups being a large grass field. "What happen to this place?" Katsura asked. "I don't know, it seems like some kind of war had happen here in the past."
Katsura sighed, she understood that violence is not only necessary but normal. On the same time, it disappointed her to find out that the digital world was no exception either.

Leons journeys through the digital world in search of the Ogremon that destroyed his friend had been nothing short of eventful. He had met digimon of all different calibers throughout his journey the most influential of which was his newfound friend Brad the Bearmon. His journey had lead him to the Network Plains, which was usually one of the more peaceful places in the digital world. Although this wasn't the case this particular time the plains were damaged as if a vicious fight had taken place here.
Upon his trek through the war ridden plains the young Leon would spot something off in the distance of terminus. “Who is that?” The pride digimon would stalk his way closer to the unknown entity until he was close to being on top of it. This was an unknown figure was it what the digimon referred to as humans? The humanoid figure was holding a Salamon which meant she wasn't a threat. The leon would walk out to her and would smile. “Hey there the names Leon!

Katsura kept going on her journey, it was still a peaceful place. If it wasn't for the signs of a war, she would had never guessed that this place would ever had fighting. Katsura was as always not sure what she was supposed to feel about this and it didn't help that Nyao had proven to be able to see through her fake persona meaning trying to act impressed or happy was a moot point anyway leaving her just looking empty.
Eventually, Katsura and Nyao discovered what looked like a lion. Like the last time with Brad the bearmon, Katsura instantly freaked out. She turned her face away and hold Nyao in a firm grip as if she was a gun
"A LION!"
Nyao sighed, "Katsura, he is not a threat either. Look at his neck."
Katsura took a moment to look at Leormon, indeed as it turns out this digimon was wearing a holy ring which marked him as a heroic digimon. Ironically this time it was Katsura who reacted before getting antagonized. The moment Leon started introducing himself Katsura calmed down and made her fake cheerful smile in an attempt to remember what her past adventure had taught her.
Katsura bowed politely for Leon returning his gesture.
"An honor to meet you, I'm Ise Katsura and this is my partner Nyao."

The lion would look at the human as she frantically extended the salamon in front of her. Only to be corrected by the small holy beast informing her of his holy ring. “Yes I assure you that I mean you no harm this world can do without anymore violence.” The lion would then look over the damage. “The pleasure is all mine!” He would then return the bow that the young girl was giving him.
“Do you guys know what happened here? This place was trashed by something big.” The lion would smirk, “So I have to ask Nyao what's the human world like?” The truth is that Leon secretly longed for a bonding friendship like the small holy beast before him had.

The lion seemed very friendly, this was a good thing. Recently Katsura had started liking the digital world more than the human world as it seemed like everyone in the human world who wasn't a tamer were one way or another cruel. In this world even bears and lions were nice, this made Katsura wonder whether she it was ever worth living in the human world again even now that she had an easier way to travel than jumping into a river.
Then the lion wanted to know what had happen around the fields, Katsura shrugged because she had no idea what happen. Katsura then turned to Nyao,
"I was hatched some months ago, don't ask me."
By then Leon was asking Nyao about the human world, which was a reasonable question considering that they had spent some time there. On the other hand though, Katsura and Nyao had had some dark adventures from the digital world and on top on not wanting to remind Katsura about her repressed traumas.
Since it seemed like this lion wanted to visit the digital world, Nyao didn't had the heart to crush his dreams and thus she found out a nice way to answer:
"Well, so far it seems okay. We have been to the city of Shibuya and it's kinda like Terminus city."

A sadness would sweep across the young lion as he tried to deduce the cause of the damage. “Regardless of what the cause is it's sad seeing such beauty trashed by frivolous violence. Don't get me wrong I enjoy the competition of fighting a strong opponent, but it's just for my pride as a warrior.” The digital world was going through some dark times this battle field just happens to be proof of it. Shaking his head he would draw himself back to attention. “So, you have only been out of the digiegg a few months, and are at the rookie level?” The lion would question out of curiosity.
Could having a partner help to provide him with the strength to defeat Ogremon, and anyone else who could need his assistance. The idea was beginning to grow in the digimon's head leading him to a simple question. “Like terminus city eh? Sounds like a good time, how might I get there; I must find a tame….errr go sight seeing.” A deep shade of red would wash over Leon as he noted the fact that he gave away his true reason for wanting to go to the real world.

While a sadness flew over Leon for seeing the damage, Katsura felt... absolutely nothing at that time. Still Katsura understood that it was necessary to express emotions so she kept using her happy personality because she wanted Leon to see her as friendly. It did however depress Nyao slightly to see what was supposed to be a calm grassland looked like it was partially turn apart by war which was probably what had happen.
Meanwhile Leon was talking to Nyao, she nodded on the accusation that she had been a rookie.
"I didn't think much about it but yeah." Then Leon allegedly wanted to go sight seeing, but for Nyao it was more than likely that he just wanted a human to power him up. Leon had not at any point convinced Nyao that the point of this hypothetical trip was for just sight seeing. Partly to torment Leon and partly to make him tell the truth Nyao choose to act really curious and supportive about the idea, much to Katsura's confusion.
"That's sounds exciting, so what do you want to see in Terminus city? I hear there's this café just for digimon, without humans around the line is very short. And the dessert is amazing."

Alice had appeared from nowhere in particular as she was originally in her room. This would mark the second time she'd be sent to this ungodly place. She wasn't like Timothy, who was all about this place, she just wanted to avoid it at all costs. The last time she was here, she met a crazy bird sword fighter thing that wanted to kill them all slowly, the time before that, she was in a place called "The Forsaken Wasteland." Everything she never wanted was all in this world, packaged in one horrible place.
Alive had to get back home quick, lest she found something really dangerous. She made her way across the ruined plains, guessing she was in a really dangerous place again. As she went along, she slowly moved her hand down to her bag almost instinctively, and without a thought, grabbed the pink, phone-like device from it. It seemed to have a little bleep on the screen... Maybe it was a way out! She began moving that way, in almost a full sprint. For about a minute, then stopped and decided to walk instead because she didn't want to get tired.
As Alice went along, she spotted a Lion, a puppy, and a girl... This sounds like a bad comedy. She began to approach them rather cautiously, grabbing a rock to protect herself. As if that could protect her though... She approached the trio, ready to attack at a moment's notice.

The lion would laugh at the words of the young pup named Nyao. “I have ambitions to do a lot of things, but before I can dedicate myself to any of them I must finish up here in the digital world.”
The lion would then look out in the distance noticing someone coming in there direction at a rather fast speed. “Get ready we have someone headed this way really fast.”
The lion would then take a defensive stance unaware of the threat that the human could pose to him. The lion would then begin to growl with a stare deadlocked on the girl whom he noticed holding a rock. “Do you just run up on people holding a weapon without introducing yourself? Who are you, and what do you want from us?”
The lion did not know what to think about the girl, or if she was a threat to the group. Locked onto the girl he would await an answer, and was prepared to defend himself if need be.

Nyao was about to reveal just how little she believed Leon's words when a little girl appeared out of nowhere. At first Nyao didn't acknowledge her presence but then she picked up a rock which aggrieved her. A ball of dark energy was about to appear in Nyao's mouth... Only to be blocked by Katsura who placed her hand in Nyao's mouth.
"Nyao, I know what you're doing. Look at her, she's just a scared little girl even younger than me."
Nyao tried to say something but it couldn't be heard due to Katsura's hand. Getting the hint, Katsura removed the hand and allowed Nyao to breathe.
"Bu-ut she's clearly threatening you!"
"That rock won't protect her anyway, so calm down."
Nyao sighed, visibly disappointed over Katsura's lack of fighting spirit. For a Digimon tamer, Katsura has showed an incredibly lack of enthusiasm for fighting and now even when a girl was acting threatening, she still won't let Nyao fight. Still, Nyao wasn't able to go against Katsura's wishes so she ceased her attack.
Now Nyao was turning to Leon who also seemed like he was about to fight the little girl. Since Nyao wasn't allowed to battle the least she could get was to see how Leon is going to react towards the girl.

Alice had continued moving forward up until the lion and puppy started threatening her, then she quickly whimpered away, holding the rock as a shield and squeezing her eyes shut, "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" She then mumbles, "Why is everything here scary? Even the cute things are scary..." She wished she could turn around and dive into the hill like she could in that desert place at least.
The girl with them seemed nicer though, she most certainly wasn't out to kill Alice, which was a step up from the digimon. She gave a nervous wave, then hid behind the tiny rock again like it would shield her from their sights.

As the girl who called herself Katsura spoke of the girl being frightened the lion would then lower his defensive disposition. He would then smile at the young girl, "sorry for being defensive around you. In the digital world we have to be defensive or we just wont survive. This is lesson one of the digital world learn it, live it, eat breath, and sleep it. Also, when approaching strangers don't hold up potential weapons." The lion would then state.
"So, what is your name, and where is your partner?" The lion would state wondering as to the whereabouts of the digimon. If she was in the digital world she had to have a partner digimon that was just how it worked.

Nyao took another glance at the little girl, open closer examination calling her scared seemed to Nyao like an understatement. This girl was outright terrified far more than Katsura was on the first day. Nyao couldn't stay angry at that girl, she was simply too pitiful to look at. Especially when she started waving and ranting about how everything in the digital world is scary.
Leon on the other hand still seemed offended by the motion of taking a rock as a weapon while he asked about where her partner should be. Indeed the more Katsura thought about it, the more confused she was about seeing this girl all alone. Could it be that she is simply a spirit wielder? But if that was the case why did she not transform since she was clearly frighten enough? A rock is a rather tame weapon by comparison, even Katsura knew that.
"Come to think of it, how did you even end here? You have no partner and if you thought a rock would protect you, I don't think you can transform either."
Katsura's sudden logic surprised Nyao, she wasn't expecting Katsura to be able to reach such conclusions. Usually Katsura is rather clueless about the digital world and how to be social but for once she actually had a point.

Alice finally dropped the rock and moved to the side, a little further away from Leon, but a bit closer to Katsura. She only nodded to him about the weapons, then said, "I'm Alice... And I don't have a partner. My brother has two birds though..." She was more terrified of the lion than the puppy, mainly because the puppy seemed to chill out a bit more than the lion and it was a puppy, it was still adorable.
She turned to Katsura and thought for a moment, before pointing at the air behind her. It probably didn't tell anything other than she more or less appeared. After a moment of though, she said, "I fell through my TV or something... The first time it was into my brother's digivice. This world is mean and keeps throwing me back into it for some reason... The first time was easy, someone was already fighting big scary guy number one and made a portal back home or something." She was referring to Marshall and Coronamon helping her out on her first time here.

The lion would listen to the story of the girl talking about the being sent to the digital world. “That is strange being sent to the digital world without a partner digimon or a spirit. The lion then walked closer to the girl with a smile on his face. “I must apologize for being so rude I shouldn't have been so gung ho to jump to violence I was taught better than that.” The ground began to shake as an evil aura began to sweep across the area a presence which was less than pleasant.
“We have a problem guys, something dark is headed this way.” He would mutter as he stood in front of the girl who was sent to the digital world without a partner digimon. “Don't worry I will protect you from whatever evil is coming our way.” The lion would crouch in a defensive stance looking in the direction of the dark aura. Events like this were precisely why he was always on edge.
