Skills/Talents:
[Lockpicking] While desperately maintaining she is not a thief, and having a strong hatred of thieves, Ria is skilled at getting locks open. She's no master of lockpicking, but you'd be surprised what she could break into with some time and even basic tools.
[Sneaking] If Ria does not want to be seen, chances are she won't be. She can move quietly without needing to slow down much, and can easily hide in even small spaces.
[Seeing Through Deception] Having spent far too much time around manipulative people, Ria has learned to see the signs of a liar.
Personality:
Ria is what many would be referred to as a "girl scout". Not so much in her ability to survive in the wild, but moreso because she has no tolerance for criminals, and will actively try to punish them. She may not be the one dealing the punishment 90% of the time, but chances are she'll find an authority figure to bring down the hammer of justice. She won't be as adamant about punishing minor things like jaywalking, but it's clear Ria thinks less of people who make even these minor illegal acts. The chaotic nature of the Digital World does not change the Human World perception of justice she carries at all times.
Unfortunately, Ria's body does not always agree with this version of justice. She yearns to break the rules at least a little, and gets a certain unmatched excitement from doing so. Breaking a lock here, stealing a little something there...she'll feel guilty afterwards, sure, but time and time again she will succumb to this hypocritical urges while chastising others.Though she will try extremely hard to fight back the temptation, and is good at keeping anything she does do a secret. This is helped by the fact that most of her friends are long-distance living in other cities, so she doesn't have many people to physically hang out with. She would love nothing more than some good friends to be around, but is all too aware of the danger large groups and hive mentalities bring.
Ria is also not good with violence, and even in the danger-filled Digital World will try to find other ways through violent situations. These revolve around either deescalation, avoidance, or escape. If worst comes to worst, she can put up a fight and even prove more competent than the average teenager.
Appearance:
Ria is a fairly small teenage girl that can sometimes be mistaken for a child. Her skin is the slightest tint darker than average, and only really noticeable when wearing bright colours for contrast. Her hair happens to be a pink-purple tone that also makes this stand out more, but has a dull enough feeling that helps Ria blend into the background. The impressively curly hair almost gives off a "drill hair" effect and tends to rest on her shoulders, often mistaken for pigtails from a distance. Her bangs are also long enough that she can obscure her dull-gold eyes if she wants to get a moment of privacy. Her body has little muscle to show.
Ria wears a strange clothing style with involves dull versions of normally bright colours such as pink, gold, and blue. She prefers skirts or shorts to pants, but has more variety in her tops. They share the trait of being more loose-fitting, and often being sleeveless outside of cold weather. A lack of pockets means she is always seen with a green snake-patterned backpack.
Personal History:
For most of her life, Ria was unremarkable. She wasn't particularly smart or dumb. Not particularly athletic or nerdy. She could work well with her hands, which made her just a bit better a things like art and shop, but not enough to stand out. She just trudged along in life making only small impacts on the people around her and making memories she could look back on happily. Her stance on justice had not yet been established.
Her older sister Saya, however, was far from unremarkable. Saya was the popular kid, always going out with friends and getting into emotional fights and apologies with her parents. She met everything with a certain level of emotion that caused even minor things to be exaggerated. Unfortunately this more lively lifestyle eventually led Saya into the wrong crowd. One way or another she became friends with delinquents, and began to fall into their lifestyle. The situation only escalated as drugs became involved, and she became both a user and a seller. Eventually this led her group to begin stealing and even occasionally assaulting others.
This was where a fifteen year old Ria got involved. Saya pushed her into helping as additional "manpower", mostly using her to watch their backs. As things continued, Ria was made to help with breaking locks and stealing. On rare occasions she would even find herself in a fight simply because she both loves and feared her sister. This did not last long as a large fight with another delinquent group left Saya with a broken arm, and both sisters were arrested by the police.
As a minor, Ria was released after spending a few months in rehabilitation. Saya however was charged on more serious crimes as an adult, and was sentenced to a longer imprisonment in a rehabilitation center. The effects of the drugs seemed to worsen and prevent her arm from healing properly.
Ria returned to her life visibly shaken. Her parents did their best to hide the specifics of what had happened, but it was well known around town that she was a criminal. She ended up transferring to another school in Shibuya and drawing back from social conversations. Her anger was directed not to Saya, but to the criminals that forced her down this path. Criminals who she wouldn't forgive. Her beliefs were exaggerated so as to avoid blaming her sister at all, which her parents seemed all too ready to do. In time, Ria became the only family member to go visit Saya and carries guilt that she got away while Saya was still locked away. With her high school graduation approaching, Ria had to decide where she would attend university. And if that meant leaving Saya in her past.
But perhaps something out of her world would take her down a third path...

Fighting Style: Ria prefers a quieter approach. She's not the best a direct close-combat, so she will instead rely on projectiles and other abilities to wear down her enemies over time. Speed is emphasized first, defensive capabilities second, and offensive abilities last. Which means she'll be tough to catch, able to take a lot of hits, but not able to do much damage in return. She works best when fighting on a team, especially if she can successfully distract and confuse the enemy. If she does engage in close-combat, expect her to deal just enough damage to make a break for it. And straight up running from a battle is definitely an option for her.
As EcKudamon, she is the least capable offensively and extra likely to stay hidden. Or simply avoid battles by using her Sound and Smoke spheres to cover her presence as she pushes forward where she needs to go. Her Fast Talk is either her first choice when trying to deal with people who aren't attacking yet, or a last-ditch effort if she gets cornered in a fight.

[Shadow Pellet] A basic ranged attack, EcKudamon fires a small dark-purple sphere of shadows about the size of a small rock from her hands. On impact, it makes a very muted noise to help hide her position.
[Sound Sphere] Fires a red sphere in similar size and shape to Shadow Pellet. It does minimal damage, but can produce a sound up to five seconds long after landing. This can be footsteps, the vague sound of people talking, or even something more dangerous like a gunshot.
[Smoke Bomb] Yet another sphere,this one is a dull yellow. On impact, it releases a cloud of black smoke up to 10 feet. This smoke is supernatural and formed of shadows, which makes it thicker and tougher to move through than normal smoke. One post duration, and one post cooldown.
[Fast Talk] When EcKudamon is talking to someone and they are at least partially paying attention to her, she can enable her Fast Talk ability to make it seem like four people all around the target are speaking quickly and about different things. It may even be gibberish at times. This is mainly used to confuse targets, or keep them distracted. Lasts one post with a one post cooldown.

Speed is emphasized first, defensive capabilities second, and offensive abilities last. Which means she'll be tough to catch, able to take a lot of hits, but not able to do much damage in return. She works best when fighting on a team, especially if she can successfully distract and confuse the enemy. If she does engage in close-combat, expect her to deal just enough damage to make a break for it. And straight up running from a battle is definitely an option for her.
Mieunumon is able to dish out more damage than EcKudamon, but is still clearly a stealth-focused Digimon. She's more capable at close-combat thanks to her puppet arm being an unusually effective weapon, but mostly relies on her Smoke and Stealth spheres to get what she wants without arousing suspicion. The combination of Smoke Sphere and Stealth Cape make her nearly undetectable.

[Fast Talk] When Cicoria is talking to someone and they are at least partially paying attention to her, she can enable her Fast Talk ability to make it seem like eight people all around the target are speaking quickly and about different things. It may even be gibberish at times. This is mainly used to confuse targets, or keep them distracted.
[Stealth Cape] The best stealth technique Ria could want. With a wave of her hand, Ria can make herself invisible. She can still be detected by other senses, but cannot be seen by the naked eye. If she initiates an attack, she loses her invisibility at the same time. Last up to 2 posts (unless she calls it off earlier) with a 2 post cooldown.
[Chameleon Lick] Her puppet arm extends to nearly three times its original length at high speed to deliver a powerful mid-range punch. More effective than her standard physical attacks, this is her main method of dealing with hand-to-hand combat. And even then she prefers just a bit of range, though a extremely close enemy will have a lot of trouble dodging this high-speed attack.

Fighting Style: Ria prefers a quieter approach. She's not the best a direct close-combat, so she will instead rely on projectiles and other abilities to wear down her enemies over time. Speed is emphasized first, defensive capabilities second, and offensive abilities last. Which means she'll be tough to catch, able to take a lot of hits, but not able to do much damage in return. She works best when fighting on a team, especially if she can successfully distract and confuse the enemy. If she does engage in close-combat, expect her to deal just enough damage to make a break for it. And straight up running from a battle is definitely an option for her.
The Beast Form comes with less control, however, so overall this is the form that is most likely to stay in the center of a fight. Her new Venom Axe can cause continuing damage to sway the opponent's focus, and make the long fights she excel at become even more in her favour. She can also hold her own in a physical fight with the Treasure Lance, sharp fangs and powerful tail swings. The nature of being a Beast Form makes her less susceptible to words, both harmful and helpful.

[Fast Talk] When Sandiramon is talking to someone and they are at least partially paying attention to her, she can enable her Fast Talk ability to make it seem like four people all around the target are speaking quickly and about different things. It may even be gibberish at times. This is mainly used to confuse targets, or keep them distracted. Lasts one post with a one post cooldown.
[Venom Axe] Despite the name, no axes are involved. The snake spits a sphere of purple venom that stings on contact. More than that, it continues to burn at the opponent for up to 3 posts. Cooldown of 2 posts. Ria is fortunately immune to this venom, so attempts to throw it back at her are fruitless.
[Treasure Lance] Seemingly from the air, Ria summons a large ornate spear she holds with the end of her tail. This is an effective close combat weapon that also provides some range.
