Name:
Yume Negai
Alias:
Age:
16
Gender:
Female
Height:
4 foot 11
Weight:
49 kg
Alignment:
True neutral, I mean, what else could she be? Yume simply doesn't concern herself with what goes on around her. Let her have her naps, she won't bother anyone or be bothered by anyone. She might favor those who tuck her in or bring her blankets when it gets cold, but that's about it.
Birth Date:
July 1st
Western Horoscope:
Cancer
Birth Place:
Japan
Skills/Talents:
*Singing: Despite her speech impediment, Yume has a pretty much perfect singing voice and has had pratice in using/coordenating it due to her own passion towards singing. In fact many have claimed that, when her voice was done changing, she could be one of the best singers in all of Japan...though whether that is proven to be the case only time will tell.
*Composure: While it is debatable whether it is a positive thing, Yume's recent lack of interest in the world has made her rather impervious to certain emotional problems or events.
*Sleep Anywhere: She always feels so tired she could fall asleep in a speedracing winddramon.
*Dancing: A skill she picked up as to complement her singing, she might not exactly be going to stun Broadway right away, but she is proficient enough to handle a simple choreography on short notice.
*Extraordinary Memory: As a result of her paranoia about developing her mother's sickness, she regularly commits to exercising her memory as much as possible, having led to a memory capable to memorizing maps in a flash.
Backpack Contents:

Personality:
While she may yawn as you try to explain to her the urgency of the situation or confess your biggest trauma, deep down Yume is a gentle and kind soul. In her eyes, one should always strive to have peace, and losing your own peace is the only reason not to try to bring it to others, and her peace is found napping. She always seems tired, like she can fall asleep standing at any moment (and in fact she often does), she is always too lazy to make an effort, and always too bored to really care about whether she's doing it right. She like seeing people hurt, sad or angry though, and will often go out of her way to try to help the person cheer up (plus, if they are screaming and kicking it may get hard to take her nap) with her generally chill but cheerful attitude that always tries to see the silver lining in things despite remaining rather cynical, but if it turns out they are too stubborn to accept even her cheering, she might just nap on them instead.
This "nap and let nap" attitude of hers actually makes her a rather humble, generous and understanding person. She doesn't think much of her own weight in any particular scenario, and doesn't usually need more than a comfy place to stay. She could hardly hold a grudge against you at all(though to be fair, she has the reliability of a permanently drunk person), and doesn't care if you are the meanest army of evil for killing all puppies, she will still open a sleeping bag for you and let you lie down and sleep right next to her. Some might claim her views as naive and a bit too trusting, but one would be hard pressed to truly call her trusting. She is simply too apathetic to be concerned about who you may be or what you may do.
However, it's not like nothing concerns her at all. When she isn't napping, she can often be found trying to play memory-based games or exercising her brain in general (even if she doesn't like to think much), an attempt to avoid or at least delay at all costs developing the dementia that her mother grew, to avoid falling into that state. Yume still loves her mother though, but it has been this desire to not suffer that fate that allows Yume to push herself to study and to hold a job, even if it's only part-time. She cares very much about her parents and wants to avoid being more of a burden to them than what she already was. ANd deep down, despite her self-deprecation and her nihilistic views and inability to muster up some passion... she still longs to become a singer.
Appearance:
Yume is a very short girl with a bit more weight than you'd expect a girl her age, and a bit what you'd expect from someone with her lifestyle. She has a slightly pale skin and a rather whitened blond hair which is long enough to reach her waist, though it is usually worn in twintails. The heavy bags under her purple eyes are rather noticeable, much like her attire when she first comes to the digital world, a simple nightgown decorated with white clouds and pink bunnies, however past that incident she might be found in some clearly poorly put on clothing, as if a child was dressing her, whether it be formal or informal clothes...still, most of the time she just wears pajamas or that gown.
FaceClaim: Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku • Nemurin • Wish
Personal History:
Yume was born a normal girl, with two caring and pampering middle class parents. Her father had a humble but stable job as a zookeeper (job pending change). Her mother's career had been interrupted by the arrival of a baby, forcing her to reject a promotion which gave her prospects to become a company's manager, however at first this wasn't more than stress to the woman, stress she would happily shoulder for the sake of the happiness that was having a baby with her husband. Neither of them could thus have predicted that the stress of having and raising the baby, together with the crumbling of the career she'd worked for most of her life, would end up resulting in the acceleration of the manifestation of a rare hereditary type of dementia which is capable to manifesting even in younger people. By the time Yume was around 4 years old, the first symptoms began making themselves with appearant, with heavy damage to the woman's long and short-term memory.
Yume was just a little child, however, unable to comprehend what was going on. In her eyes, her mom was just "going silly", and Yume's father, while worried, wasn't always able to be at home due to having to work to sustain the family by himself and din't want to jump to conclusions. Yume began at this time to fall in love with cuteness, magical girls, and through those came in contact with idols and singing. While many other kids were indecise about this, Yume very early on established her desire to become an idol, persuing singing. What's more, this wasn't just a random baseless dream, she did in fact have a certain talent for singing. So much so in fact that it garnered attention, and jealousy, often getting pulled pranks on or hit on, but young Yume didn't have a care in the world about that. After all, this only proved how much closer she was everyday of getting to that stage! During this time, Yume even managed to develop a deep friendship with a certain boy, though he had to move away. Once more, however, Yume was able to simply take that in her stride.
Things began going downhill when one morning, her mother couldn't remember who Yume was and almost called the police on her. Fortunately, her husband happened to be around still, and was able to halt her before she could. Naturally, the two began going to see experts, but were told that it was too late to do anything about the symptoms now. A slight delay on the severity and some damage control was all that could be done, and in the end, Yume's days darkened as despite the counter-measures every day her mother seemed to care less, to remember less, even eventually showing problems walking to the point of needing a wheelchair. The neglet backlashed on Yume, who began staying at school longer, afraid of what she'd encounter when she returned home, and crying in bed at night. She developed a speech impediment as a result of all this, and her father sent her to a psychologist in hopes this would help her deal with her trauma and possibly cure the speech problems, which it did succeed in.
Yume grew up. At age 11, her speech problems had been gone for over a year. Today was her audition to join her school's quire, and hopefully stand out as she did. She readied her voice, praticed hours on end. But in a cruel twist of fate, while she was coming to the classroom, she witnessed two people helping a rambling, drooling old lady in a wheel chair. It wasn't much of a sight, just two people's kindness to an elder. Yet, the image brought back memories that had been "dealt with", and she found her speech impediment had returned for good when she began singing. There was surprise, laughing, even the teacher thought Yume was pulling a prank at first given she for all she knew Yume had no such impediment.
Her long-held dreams were shattered, and all motivation to study, work, have fun... what was the point of it all even? Yume just couldn't bring herself to continue to push herself or work hard, and her life became simply put, boring. Not even the return of her old friend in her life could help, and the two simply drifted apart. With nothing to strive for, her only choice is to nap.
So, nap she did. Her mother's condition continued to worsen, but Yume was able to stabilize her life, becoming just "average", doing the bare minimum. She does try to help out, however, and did begin developing some interest in having fun and playing around. Recently she managed to convince her father to let her live on an apartment of her own, cheap as it may be, and began working as soon as she had the legal age to, 15.
Theme Song:
1st Twin
Digimon Name:
Cloudy
Default Form:
Sleepmon
Gender:
Female
Alignment:
True Neutral, after all, to Cloudy life is sleeping, and when awoken, raging or having a quick snack before sleeping again. She doesn't particularly take a stance on morality.
Skills/Talents:
*Sleep Anywhere, Anytime: Much like her tamer, Cloudy can just up and fall asleep pretty much in any circumstance, location or time.
*Pain Resistance: Cloudy seems to have a rather unnatural capacity to withstand pain. While this does nothing to affect how much damage it deals to her, she could easily take on a champion-level attack as a rookie without even flinching.
Inventory:
- A Makeshift Blindfold, Gifted by Toy
Personality:
In many respects, Cloudy is very similar to her tamer. Much like her, her biggest desire appears to be napping, which also seems to be her primary activity. In fact, God have mercy on however happens to wake her up, because the biggest difference between Cloudy and Yume is mostly certainly their temperament. If Yume is understanding and kind, Cloudy is a ball of rage and destruction the moment she's ceased being a sleeping angel. She does adore being hugged by Yume though, even if Yume is sleeping on her, so it can really help calm Cloudy down again. Still, there is some kindness to her, mostly when she's still sleepy...
There is, however, one instance in which even Cloudy displays interest and activity. For as little ambition as she has, the little she has is all conducted to her dreams of fame, on displaying herself on stage in front of a crowd of admiring fans. This makes her very prone to appreciate praising, though she remains rather indifferent to insults.
Personal History: (more detail in Toy's version)
Cloudy and Toy were twin digimon, separated at hatching due to being frightened by a thunderstorm. While both were mocked for their weakness, Cloudy was never really bothered byt his, in fact, she was often pampered by Swanmon because of it, which she adored. She never developed any sort of social or ambitious personality, nor what she particularly concerned about that. She would just sleep wherever she could and one day, that happened to be on Toy, leading to his discovery that the two were twins.
Now they travel the world together, usually in their DNA form of Logamon.

There may, at the victim's discretion, be lingering effects. 3 posts cooldown. Healing which can affect status effects, extreme pain and energizing abilities can cure the sleepiness.

*[Passive] Lullaby Bubble: While Cloudy is asleep a large sleep bubble will inflate in front of her face like a balloon. Any who comes in contact with it during that time will experience hallucinations (good or bad depending on what Cloudy is dreaming) for 2 posts.
*[Passive] Tough Pillow: When asleep, Cloudy's body will form a sort of thin layer of energy which becomes more resilient over time, reaching heights of handling a car crash with the degree of injury of punching a stuffed animal over the course of about 3 posts.
*[Active] Sleepwaves: Cloudy emits a noise charged with sleep waves, causing those nearby to be sleepy for 2 posts, possibly even falling asleep if they are of Cloudy's level or below. Thanks to "sleep-walker", Sleepmon is the first of Cloudy's evolution that could be in any way considered a combatant, other than armor forms or DNA evolutions. Her abilities mostly permit unpredictable attacks over strong ones, making how easy it is to underestimate Cloudy, and the difficulty in avoiding her attacks her main tools for success. She does have one more up her sleeve if she IS woken up, but that very rarely happens. If it does, however, she become a raging savage.
Abilities: [6 Abilities Max]
*[Non-combat Passive] Sleep-walker: Sleepmon is capable of moving around and acting even while asleep, she can even follow simple commands. However, do not expect her to be able to do any tasks as well, seeing as how he will naturally be sluggish and be unable to see in this state.
*[Passive] Hibernation: While sleeping, Cloudy's defenses have a significant increase, but when awake the increase is instead to her offense and energy consumption.
*[Active] Sleepwaves: Cloudy emits a noise charged with sleep waves, causing those nearby to be sleepy for 2 posts, possibly even falling asleep if they are of Cloudy's level or below. There may, at the victim's discretion, be lingering effects. 3 posts cooldown. Healing which can affect status effects, extreme pain and energizing abilities can cure the sleepiness.
*[Active] 5 More Minutes: Intensifies gravity for Cloudy and everything she is touching twentyfold for 2 posts. 3 posts cooldown.
*[Active] Hallucination Punch: Multiple copies (all hallucinations) of Cloudy appear and they all punch the enemy from different directions, then dissipate. 1 post cooldown.
*[Active] Lazy Flare: Calls forth a flame which comes with a random delay, making it incredibly difficult to react to.
*[Active] Nightmare Claw: Cloudy imbues her claws in darkness and slashes at the opponent.

Type:

Fighting Style:
Tapirmon's fighting style is a mostly indirect one. She stays back and lets her abilities do the dirty work for the most part. If she does step foward, she is either out of options or about to use her greatest move, which allows her to tap into the power of her future. A very limited option, but with long-term viability.
Abilities: [6 Abilities Max]
*[Non-combat Passive] Dream Control: As tapirmon, Cloudy can view and control the dreams of others. She cannot control dreams or dream-like states induced by the abilities of others, however. This ability also does not forcefully cause or extend sleep in any way, and only functions on currently sleeping or daydreaming targets.
*[Passive] Holy Ring: On her wrist is a holy ring, a small golden ring which can produce a small light, confers an increase in damage and defense against virus types, and some level of resistance against mind-altering effects.
*[Active] Sleep Waves: Cloudy emits a noise charged with sleep waves, causing those nearby to be sleepy for 2 posts, possibly even falling asleep if they are of Cloudy's level or below. There may, at the victim's discretion, be lingering effects. 3 posts cooldown. Healing which can affect status effects, extreme pain and energizing abilities can cure the sleepiness.
*[Active] Confrontation: With someone in sight, Cloudy stomps on a shadow, causing a monster with the aproximate strength of an armor champion to appear. The shadow monster takes a shape that corresponds to one of the the target's biggest fears, and is capable of speech and thought, but can't use named abilities. It still follows Cloudy's directives and can attack, but it mainly seeks to taunt or frighten the target of the ability. Lasts for 3 posts, or until destroyed by a holy or light-based attack. 5 posts cooldown.
*[Active] Nightmare Fuel: Cloudy breathes a dark purple gas which quickly forms a thick fog of about 20 meters radius around Cloudy. Enemy's who breathe this gas will find themselves afflicted with nightmarish hallucinations for a post, with the standard being visions of their worst memories, but Cloudy can manipulate what these hallucinations ultimately end up being. Fog itself lasts 2 posts. 4 posts cooldown.
*[Active] Tapir's Helm: Cloudy rams with her rather tough helmet.
*[Active] I have a dream: Once per battle, Cloudy can call upon the power of her hopeful future, being enveloped by the radiant siluete of one of her future forms up to 1 level above what she can currently reach, giving her the ability to use one of their active abilities once in that same post, reaching the utmost limit of what an ability of Cloudy's level can achieve. Can't use once-per-thread abilities with this ability, except for itself obviously.

Lawful Good- Toy's desire to seem less frightening drives him to put on this goody two shoes act all the time, alway trying to seem kind and friendly and all those things. He always tries to respect the law to the best of his ability, only seeming to rescind that if it goes against what Yume tells him to do.
Skills/Talents:
*Frightening: Toy is just naturally frightening, to an extent where he even seems to make people afraid without wanting to.
*Perceptive: Toy is able to pick up on tiny details and clues other would have missed from simply not noticing them.
*Mubling "Expert": From constantly dealing with digimon and people who are half-asleep, Toy has picked up the skill to understand mumbling rather well, and to some extent can even lip-read.
*Actor: Toy always tries to put up a front of extra kidness, politeness and friendliness to offset how scary he looks, thus he has become quite adept at taking roles like that, pretending to be someone he's not.
Inventory:
- Napkins for Cloudy (and now for Yume too)
- Candy
- A Bit of Rope
Personality:
While he may not have the greatest brains ever, Toy is most certainly the most proactive member of the group. His distaste for the way many found him threatening or scary-looking in his past, affecting his deeply sensitive nature, alongside with his envy when others are pampered and he is not drives him to great lengths. He always wants to put on an act to make himself appear as friendly, cheerful, and welcoming as possible, rarely voicing complaints in more than low mutterings while not even facing the person they are about. He also strives to be obedient and do as much as he can for Yume without her even having to ask for it, which at times she may love, but other times may be a tad too much to deal with. Toy, however, is honest with what he wants, and all of this is perhaps best testified in his very name, which he requested to have after seeing Yume nickname his friend Pillomon.
While certainly for his own goals and reputation, Toy is genuinely kind and passionate
Personal History: (Optional)
Toy and Cloudy were twin digimon, thus born from the same egg. However, when they hatched in the village of beggings, a big thunderstorm was taking place outside, and the two frightened newborns barely noticed each other's presence when they ran away. The two were first separated, and due to their unnatural weakness (seeing how they were separated twins), neither of them was quite able to make a lot of friends or have a lot of respect from others. One day, however, it got even worse for Toy, for he evolved into Bacomon. His frightening presence was now starting to make itself evident, and the people around him were split between those frightened by his undead appearance and abilities, and those who mocked him for nonetheless being so weak. Eventually though, he woke up with a certain Pillomon resting on him. The caretaker Swanmon came in looking for Pillomon, and remarked about how cute the twins looked together. This came as a revelation to Toy, now having found his lost twin, and the bond between the two grew stronger and stronger since. Nowadays they tend to travel the world as one unit, DNA'ed into Logamon when not resting.

*[Passive] Switch!: In this form, Toy has three forms which can arrange themselves however they like into three different positions, each giving an advantage against a different attribute (virus, data or vaccine). For instance, one of the positions increases his damage against vaccines and reduces the damage caused by vaccines to him. There is a 1 post cooldown after each switch of position.
*[Active] Laser Maze: Puzzlemon creates 20 lines that turn and twist like a maze and end in the opponent and the surrounding area, then shoots a lasers out of 15 of them, laser which will follow the path set by the lines. *[Passive] Eerie Eye: Looking directly into Toy's dark eye causes a sensation of fear and disturbance on those that do, regardless of who they are, though no particular action is necessarily taken by the frightened. The fear intensifies the longer or more frequently their eyes meet his.
*[Passive] True Undead: Toy's body functions without necessarily being "alive": It has no need to breathe or consume nourishment, and while it can most certainly be destroyed by enough damage, no spot is particularly more vulnerable than others. A strong enough or consistent enough attack will destroy him, but an attack "on the right spot" will be no different from an attack anywhere else, in fact, he can just re-attached separated limbs (which is not cure since it still counts as having sustained that damage towards his maximum).

Logamon's fighting style is all about, well, style. Most of the time, they won't even use their whole moveset, at most freezing an enemy's body part with the right timing but generally sticking to fighting them by physical attributes alone. They seek to look as cool as possible as they fight. However, if on a more dire situation, they will attempt to lure the enemy into preset traps which they cover an area with after escaping, then fight a weakened enemy.
Abilities: [4 Abilities Max]
*[Non-combat Passive] Cool Factor: An aura of "coolness" seems to follow Logamon around, distorting the world such as by creating a localized gust of wind when they pass or thunder noises when they say something dramatic, and other ham-fisted ways of making them seem "cooler" than they really are. Because all of these effects are at most illusions and they do not control them, none of them have any impact on combat.
*[Passive] Soft: Logamon's fur is extremely soft and malleable, making them not only comforting to the touch, but also confers them a certain resistance to blunt force attacks and steady falls.
*[Passive] Offline to Online: Logamon's athleticism is considerably increased.
*[Active] Freeze Claw: Their main claw is imbued with a blue flame and they slash the opponent. Any body part hit by this will be frozen for 1 post. 1 post cooldown.
*[Active] Anti-trap: Logamon sets up up to two traps on a nearby surface he can touch. Setting up a trap consists of placing a blue but barely noticeable circle on the surface, which has coded in a trigger (touch, passing in front or exiting) an atribute which it deals more damage to when it does trigger, at which point a hole will appear on the surface where the trap was placed in, shooting several icicles in the direction of the trigger. Chrysalimon is a very tough digimon with very direct attacks. there is little choice but to attack directly, or from whatever angle allows them the biggest chance to ensure their attacks land, seeing how they don't have to worry about being hit back as much as less reslient digimon.
Abilities: [6 Abilities Max]
*[Passive] Would-Be-Undead: Chrysalimon's body functions without necessarily being "alive": It has no need to breathe or consume nourishment, and while it can most certainly be destroyed by enough damage, no spot is particularly more vulnerable than others. A strong enough or consistent enough attack will destroy them, but an attack "on the right spot" will be no different from an attack anywhere else, in fact, they can just regrow separated limbs (which is not cure since it still counts as having sustained that damage towards their maximum).
*[Passive] Crystal Chrysalis: Other than his tentacles, his hard exterior is tough enough to handle most force-based attacks with relative ease (piercing with a sword, clawing... as opposed to something like fire, where part of the damage at least comes from the heat itself, which is something that the toughness cannot block).
*[Active] Sleepwaves: Chrysalimon emits a noise charged with sleep waves, causing those nearby to be sleepy for 2 posts, possibly even falling asleep if they are of Chrysalimon's level or below. There may, at the victim's discretion, be lingering effects. 3 posts cooldown.
*[Active] Metamorphosis Meteor: Chrysalimon rams themselves into an enemy.
*[Active] Misconnecting: Chrysalimon grabs the enemy with their tentacles and restrains them for 1 post, while shocking them with eletricity that comes out of the tentacles. The shock releases data which chrysalimon absorbs for minor healing. 3 posts cooldown.
*[Active] Data Crusher: Energy forms in the tips of Chrysalimon's tentacles which can be used for clawing or as a lazer.
