Guard: Used to being a fighter is one thing, but protecting others and making sure they are safe takes a special amount of resolve or talent. Vaughan is a close quarters fighter at heart and uses this to keep those he is paid to or has decided to protect to well.. protect them.
Close Quarters Specialist: Vaughan is well versed in close combat. It's his forte and he's received several types of training from varying sources. He's aware of human combat styles and the bits or pieces they bring. He's primarily interested in martial arts for lower forms while he's looking for styles that would best suit his higher tier ones.
Merc: Having to sell his talents means he has a plethora of things he had to learn along the way. How to deal with rowdy patrons, individuals and how to make sure they stop being a problem in general. He's very gentle and polite to those that he protects, those that he's paid to protect and those that he wants to be safe. He's got many different connections at the terminus lounge but most of them know him to simply be a rookie with his 'britches' on too tight.
Inventory: Varies job to job, but he tends to keep some form of medical supplies on him. While he's not properly trained in them he can at least help out with them.

Personal History:
There was once pain.
There was once love, life, fighting for others. Fighting to protect, fighting to serve. comradeship. There was a thousand things over and over that he loved; that he served with and that he desperately tried to cling onto. But his emotions and gentle nature got the best of him and the digimon's story came to an abrupt end nearly a hundred or more years ago.
So still he sat in the village of beggings for decades upon decades, never once moving never once showing any signs of hatching. Decades turned nearly to a century before eventually a single splitting searing instant of light overtook the egg and the indivdual that emerged from it was a rookie of all things.
Baffled as it was he could remember only bits and pieces of his former life, things he had done people he knew. He could remember faces but not names, he could remember a little bit of his nature. He could remember his death exceptionally well and the reasons behind it. Swearing to himself that he wouldn't make the same mistakes he left the village after getting situated with how the digital world was through newspapers and several Swanmon's stories.
His travels took him from place to place, filthy abode to towering spires. Eventually he settled into the idea of interacting with those within the sprawling limits of terminus. From there he was introduced into all walks of life, introduced into the knowledge of the sovereigns, what they represented and whom they were. What they stood for and what they did for everyone. He found the faith rewarding and desired to serve the people in some fashion.
Slowly but surely did he hone his skills through interacting with those around him; those that he could and those that he would interact with. Eventually he found himself pushed into the merc life; working for bits and working for those that didn't follow the soothing gentle light of the sovereigns ever loving gazes.
He found many a heretic through his travels; while he realized he couldn't change their minds or make them repent for sins they had committed this didn't stop him from doing his job. He couldn't save everyone, he could force others to adhere to his own beliefs nor would he force them to do so. Slowly but surely he turned into a violent religious digimon hellbent on protecting the populace in a manner as he saw fit.
Up until he regained a vast majority of his memories, the old him and new him didn't seem to mesh too well making it difficult for him to continue his life style. He still believed in the sovereigns and that they would save the digital world from their children but no longer did he force himself to see others as Heretics or as sinners. He instead found others as though children that hadn't opened their eyes yet.
So now he travels the digital world, protecting caravans and wishing well on others. He tends to hold a sermon or two every midweek day; but doesn't expect others to come.

Rip-And-tear: This ability allows the digimon to apply a bleed on a target. It's claws weep red and drench the ground in a blood like substance as it swings. This ability lasts for a single post and allows the digimon to make a single attack of which the bleed starts on a successful hit. The bleed itself deals medium overall damage and reduces healing by 25% but any healing move removes the bleed stack. The bleed itself lasts for three posts unless removed and the cool down of this move is three posts.
Sickle-Sickle-Scythe: This digimon extends it's claws allowing it to make attacks at double it's normal reach [20 feet over all]. On it's tail a large scythe like blade grows out and allows it to make sweeping attacks with it. This ability lasts for three posts and deals high damage. Cool down of three posts.
Bulwark: This digimon designates a target digimon, all attacks for a single post are instead redirected from the target digimon to this digimon instead. The target digimon must remain within 30 feet of the defending digimon. This requires the defending digimon to be within touching range of the 'protectee'. Three post cool down.

- Quiet: Vaughan is fairly quiet, he doesn't talk terribly much and tends to keep any comments or concerns till an appropriate time if he even deigns to share them at all. He's somewhat more chatty with members of the 7/71st but not by much.
- Reserved: Vaughan keeps to himself, keeps himself away from problems and makes it so that people don't need to actively seek him out. He speaks rarely as it is and this makes any time that he actually approaches someone pretty important. It takes a lot to get him to move past this and this tendancy doesn't even change for his 'coworkers'.
- Stoic: Vaughan is emotionally stable and fairly well tempered, it takes a lot to make him even react to most things. He might grimace and bear with intense varieties of things and most happy events might barely register a smile. He's not emotionless by any means but before his rebirth his emotions had gotten the better of him and were a prime reason for his death.
- Cheerful [Underlying]: Vaughan is pretty cheerful when he's not working, he tends to get pretty happy when drinking and even breaks out of his shell. He tends to act very friendly to those around him and will even make efforts to interact with those he deems... 'acceptable'.
- Brutish: When it comes to combat or dealing with people that are not clients or coworkers Vaughan can be exceptionally brutish. He doesn't give people pardons that are undeserved, he can get fairly physical and even outright hostile for some.
- Vain: Vaughan thinks quite highly of himself, while it's not like he thinks he's at the top of the food chain or anything he has a habit of thinking he can bite off more than he can chew. His death didn't make him reckless thankfully else he might have a few more cracked fractions somewhere...
- Violent Tendencies: Vaughan is violent, there is no getting past that. He uses physical answers for practically everything that he can get away with. He doesn't do this on coworkers, 7/71st members or customers. He also refuses to harm children, In train/fresh and will viciously attack those that do. He is not above loading, killing or maiming individuals and given the chance he will partake in quite violent escapades.
