Mikemon knew that humans were drawn into this mess from before, but Tawna's reminder brought it right back up to the forefront. "Tch... it might be possible that whoever is behind this is using Spirit Wielders since they would... theoretically, at least, have the least attachment to this world? No, I guess it would simply be because a human might be able to distance themselves from this world, emotionally, far easier than a Digimon?" Ugh, either thought didn't sit right with him - and certainly there wasn't an example in this room that would think the same way. Tawna put it more directly - that someone might just want to see the whole place go up in flames - but it was far too early to draw any sort of conclusion.
Calumon, at this point, didn't have much to add to the conversation - mostly because Yukiko now had his attention! The small digimon looked over curiously as the girl squatted, allowing them to see face-to-face, before a wide smile crossed his expression. "Hi! I'm Calumon!" He reached a hand forward, as if for a handshake - well, at least it wasn't hard for him to warm up to people!
Alice and Dorothy, meanwhile, slipped off on another tangent, putting more focus on their employer, Luminas. Indeed, they were a bit rough around the edges, but Mikemon couldn't help but give a sigh. "Abrasive as they may be, they still probably had good intentions with this one. I can understand why they would want to get control over the situation... but then again, their position's a bit too easy to abuse for my taste." Shaking his head, Mikemon grew slightly frustrated that he wasn't getting any solid leads on the situation.
And, as he couldn't, the topic shifted: "Oh, this might be a good time to bring this up... tomorrow-ish, I'll be bringing the rest of my stuff over from the Whitewater office. I can give ya'll a good idea of what the D-Reaper's been doing in the Dark Area once I have my texts. Given everything that's going on, well, I probably shouldn't be splitting my attention between these two places anymore."

First and foremost, Naoko's shoulder found itself with TWO Digimon on it. It's not uncommon but also not very frequent so she had to avoid jumping from Mizu suddenly jumping up and glomping Titania. "Well, with a letter like that why wouldn't I swing by? Plus Naoko wanted to see her friends again!" The fairy stated before giving Mizu a -REALLY- tight hug! "How are you?"
...Believe it or not but Naoko kinda just...sighed before looking at Tawna and tilting her head. She could only assume that this creature was actually the lowest form of knocker cat that existed in this wretched world. "...How come you're a Nyaromon? Where's Haru...?" She asked the little blob before glancing towards Alice with a smile on her face. It was mostly meant to mask concern. Where'd her sis go? "I seem to have a bad habit of that but unfortunately it...looks like I missed quite a bit and I'm really sorry...Who's the little guy over there?" She gestured towards Calumon (and Yukiko.)
Confusion marked the girl's face. Just what had her pals been up to...?

Tawna eyed Dorothy with a curious look as the witch expressed their strong disliking to Luminas's inhabitants... if just because she could somewhat relate to that way of thinking. "Not all Luminites are like that, but I would be lying if there weren't a fair amount of them. Used to live with a particularly seedy bunch of them myself. Used." the Nyaromon quietly spoke, she shaking her head (well, body). Still, even if they had some beef with Luminas, they were not their enemies here. "I don't agree with Luminas's practices, but we're on the same side here now. It would be disastrous if the D-Reaper got loose elsewhere... Imagine what could have happened if the statue at Northern Prominence was damaged." the In-Training grumbled, she actually a tad bit scared to imagine what that could have led to. Whatever one would have had to gain with destroying that statue was something everyone else had to lose.
Tawna's face grew pained seeing Naoko's expression... she realizing that there really was not an easy way to explain this to the girl. She knew she wasn't the only who cared for Haru, so it was difficult for her to outright muscle up and explain what happened. "... Haru needs rest. She's fine...ish." Tawna quietly told Naoko, shaking her face slightly as she "We got into a pretty messed up fight in the Northern Prominence with some Spirit Wielder who was hunting for Calumon here. It left us both pretty drained, so please... I know she is your sister, but trust my word that she will be fine." they pleaded, a desperate look in their eye as they stared pitifully at Naoko.
God, she hated being not in control.
Regardless, the situation here was complex. People either wanted to destroy the statue, or take Calumon... both were points of interest here, and she did not like either possibility being a thing. "... All I know now is that I can't turn a blind eye to this now personally. Some shady stuff happened back there at that mountain and got Haru hurt. Something more serious than anything this club has ever done is happening in the shadows..."

Yukiko's eyes sparkled as the tiny Calumon held out its hand. Shakily, she touched the small hand with one winger and shook it. "H-h-h-hi, I'm Y-y-y-yuki..." She was utterly starstruck by the cuteness of the white Digimon. If she knew what powers it held she'd be more careful, though!
Mizu smiled at her girlfriend. "I'm really fine! How about you, darling?~" She looked around the room, with the moody faces all around. "Seems that the folks here are a bit in the dumps, since Haru got hurt again...man, we really need to give this girl a bodyguard or something! She always gets into big trouble!" Mizu seemed really upset that Haru always seemed to get herself hurt badly.
