[*]Speed Reading- Sometimes you want to sit down and enjoy a book, but other times you just want to get through it as fast as possible. Hiro can skim through anything written quickly and retain the general information written. He does lose some of the details since he’s skipping over them, but he gets the overall message.
[*]Bilingual- Hiro spent five years in the United States before moving back to Japan. While he cannot claim mastery over the English language, he can speak it fluently. He is a bit sensitive about his accent, though.
[*]Intuition- Unconscious recognition of motion. A quick study, Hiro is good at recognizing familiar patterns in movement. After seeing a technique once or twice, depending on the complexity, he gets a sense of the rhythm of their movement. He does not see the technique before its coming, rather his reaction time to that technique quickens as he is now familiar with the technique.
Weakness/Flaws:
[*]Tunnel Vision- Hiro can get too focused on something and lose sight of everything else. He forgets other tasks that he was supposed to do, or about things like collateral damage and his surroundings.
Personality: With no real goal in life, other than to find somewhere comfortable, Hiro is pretty laid back. He just goes along with his own whims and tries to make life as comfortable as possible. If he's hungry, he'll go eat, if he's bored he'll go play some sports, etc. He does not really mind inconveniencing other people for his own gain, though he does draw the line at actually hurting other people.
Growing up with both Japanese and American cultures, Hiro is a complicated mix of both. He is a bit hypocritical as he attempts to keep ideals from both cultures. He respects authority and tells others to obey teachers, but breaks the rules to maintain his own freedom. He wants to fit in, but wants to be unique and special.
The last five years have made him a bit bitter, but he’s slowly breaking out of that now that he’s back in Japan. He’s a bit cynical about life, but he can still see the bright points in life. He’ll just do so alongside the bad. Hiro likes to complain often enough for the sake of complaining.
Not exactly someone that likes to stick of his own neck, but neither someone that can ignore someone in real pain, Hiro is reluctant to help people. When he sees a problem or a person hurt, he’ll wait for someone to do something about and if no one does, he’ll groan and gripe, but he’ll go and help.
Five years of loneliness in America and still coming to terms with culture shock, Hiro is kind of bad with other people. He’s a bit blunt and will mouth off to anyone if he sees them doing something bad or stupid. He’s also a bit dense and takes some time to notice anything subtle. If he feels like he’s said or done something really hurtful than he’ll apologize, but if he thinks it’s something minor, he’ll just forget about it.
Hiro has a bad habit of using people’s first names without their permission, a habit from America that he has not been able to shake. This is mostly with people his age. He still has trouble remembering to use honorifics.
Appearance: Above average height, Hiro stands at five foot ten inches, with a bit more to grow. He's rather skinny but has an athletic build. He finds a happy medium with eating what he wants and burning it off with sports. He has black hair, which due to the Digital World messing with his appearance, is now styled completely differently. He has long black hair pulled into a ponytail and there is a pink streak that runs down the left side of his hair.
He tends to have a serious face as default. While he looks like a serious person at first glance, Hiro is actually pretty emotive once he gets going. It gives him a mature look, until he starts speaking. He tends to smile a lot more when around people and fall back into his surly look when alone.
Hiro prefers comfort rather than style in his clothing. He wears casual clothing that allows easy movement. His default outfit is a loose t-shirt (often with a weird graphic or random English phrase on it) and jeans. If he wants to add a bit of style, he'll grab a jacket or accessories since he likes his clothing to be simple, things like a necklace and wristbands.
Hiro hoped that the new hair would revert when he got back to the Human World, but oddly enough the changes stuck. His brother's girlfriend approved of the change and refused to allow him to cut him. She has made it her duty to get Hiro stylish to fit his living in Shibuya.Personal History: Hiro lived in Tokyo with his parents and older brother until he was ten years old. Then his father had gotten an international position that moved the family to the United States. Hiro struggled to adapt to the new country, but his poor English and culture shock caused him to lash out at the people around him. Sadly, by the time he got over these flaws, he had set himself up with a reputation as a loner and alienated his peers.
Five years of complaining finally drilled into his parents that Hiro was miserable in America and they shipped him back to Japan to live with his older brother. While grateful that his older brother is giving him a chance to be back in Japan, Hiro is a bit resentful towards him for being allowed to stay for college and settling down while Hiro had to follow his family to America and be miserable. Their relationship is difficult, but it’s mostly one sided.
A burning ball of resentment that is just starting to unwind, Hiro is rather dismayed to find that he is not quite as comfortable in Japan as he remembered. He is a bit too westernized to assimilate completely and the nail that sticks out gets hammered. His friends have all grown up and changed and while they have become friends once more, there is a gap of four years that he is struggling to get past.

Personality: Even death couldn't change Tetsu too much. He is still straightforward and idealistic, but it has been tempered a bit by his defeat and deletion. He continues to push Hiro to be better than himself, but there is a certain drive to better himself as well. After all, if he couldn't even save himself, than how can he save others, how can he protect Hiro?
While his drive to get stronger and more heroic has not faded, his desire for battle has been moderated. He's more than willing to avoid a fight if possible.
Tetsu is not a forward thinker. He is focused on what is going on right in front of him. If a person is in trouble and saving them will cause them problems in the future, Tetsu will help them without hesitating. He'll let future Tetsu take care of any future problems. Hiro will often need to reign him in to keep him from going overboard or doing something reckless.
Tetsu also has an aversion to bears thanks to his deletion by Graedon. He'll be suspicious and weary of them even if they are harmless.
His obsession with chivalry and honor has disappeared and been replaced with an ideal for heroism.
Tetsu has sadly lost his ability to consume metal, a fact that saddens him. He'll often chew on something metal for old times sake even if he can no longer digest it.DIGIMON'S INITIAL EVOLUTION LINE

Storm Breaker: Calling on the power of the storm, he calls lightning down on his opponent. This blast is less about damage and more about paralyzing his opponent for a single post. (2 post cooldown)
Dragon Impulse: Fly at his top speed at his opponent with a barrier of wind to create a slipstream to increase his speed. He releases an aura of draconic energy that covers his body in the shape of a giant dragon. This does blunt striking damage as well as fire damage. (2 Post Cool down)

Blitz Arm:The default arm for Justimon. This arm is sized proportionally to his body and allows him to fire energy. It can fire in either a single large shot or a shotgun spread.
Rope Arm: This arm attachment contains a long durable rope with exchangeable attachments to that rope. Typically it is a hook, but he also has a net, a mace and a sickle attachment as well.
Drill Arm: An arm ending with a drill. This arm is used for both infiltration as well as piercing through heavily armored foes.
Justice Kick: A kick filled with the hopes and dreams of digimon wishing for Justice.

Judgement Thunder: Lightdramon calls down a bolt of lightning from the heavens to strike his enemy. The lightning chains their movements slowing them down for two posts.
