Nathaniel was a bit stuck in this current situation, he felt at odds with a couple of the decisions he had made in his past and found them quickly advancing into his future. He looked to his hands, the problem feeling to sink within it and he was beginning to feel a bit down simply looking into them. The sun hung high over the clouds as it beat on the brim of his hat, lighting up his black headphones as well as he released a gentle sigh to the world. He opened his mouth as if to swallow his problems but couldn't manage to get himself to follow through with it. The frown in his eyes remained ever so apparent as he looked into the hot dog in his hand, forgetting to add mustard to his precious creation.
"Just my luck..." He uttered to himself with a sense of dismay resonating in his voice, his position firm as he hadn't moved after his sudden realization. He took a slight nibble off of one end of his lunch before an exaggerated frown quickly drew itself out, his lower lip hanging and his eyes widening. "Its not the same!" He exclaimed as he took a bigger bite out of his processed meat before he hung his head and walked onward. His body language showing off how much disinterest he had in his food while he walked almost into a passing pedestrian. He turned almost immediately but couldn't avoid the collision, causing him to stumble a bit in the process. He looked up to apologize and couldn't help but notice the odd style of dressing on a sunny day.
He managed to pick out yellow rubber boots and a match yellow sun hat, on her shoulder was a ruby red purse and topping it all off was a yellow umbrella. She wore an oddly light blue jacket, curved upwards at the bottom leaving the base of a yellow skirt visible with her pale legs shown off beneath them. The lady seemed a bit taller than he was and he was a little caught off guard by her clothing during this time of day, but then again he didn't fit in himself. Nat was wearing a pair of black fitted pants, a green tank top and a black hoody, his usual attire, and a pair of black sneakers. He stood out like a sore thumb in this bright weather outside, in fact, he usually liked it. Thinking about it his skin tone being so much darker in comparison to the general population probably didn't exactly help that fact either. His left knee was on the ground from the fall, managing to catch himself with his other leg, and he hadn't even noticed until now.
He dusted himself off as he stood up slowly, noticing she had dropped some black and green device on the floor. Nat swept his arm down and grabbed it before he looked up and waved, only to see the person was already gone. He gave a rather curious look around, looking all over and whipping his head around to catch this figure. "What....the heck?" He questioned as he scratched the back of his head, clearly confused as to how she vanished so quickly in such an open area. He looked down at the device and it left him even more confused, he didn't even know what the heck he was holding or what it was meant for. His hot dog now splattered on the floor, a strange woman and an even stranger device, yet he could only feel like this was just the beginning.

Yesterday after the strangest thing that ever happened to her, Marcia found herself back in Miyashita Park. The circus that was set up here the other day was quite entertaining. It was a nice distracting from everything that she had to worry about, mostly with the college entrance exam and her father. Afterward she got home from the circus, she chat with her best friend, Harry, online. Suddenly gotten and egg and a strange device. The young girl had no idea what make of this. She had been researching both of them on the internet, but couldn’t find any information about them. So the next day, Marcia told her mother that she was going on a walk, wanting to clear her head. Her mother asked what was wrong, but she didn’t really say much, thinking that it might be the pressure of studying for the exams. Marcia was walking down the cement path, also holding a strange purple doll in her arms. The thing is, that wasn’t a doll at it. It was a creature that called itself a digimon, with this one being a Moonmon.
This digimon was the one that hatched from the egg. Well, it started out as a small blob, but she suddenly changed into a Moonmon. She could even speak, which freaked out Marcia the most. The Moonmon was able to answer most of her questions, like what she is. She couldn’t answer what the device is and why she was sent here. All that time, they started to chat and gotten to know each other more. Marcia eventually gave the digimon the name of Suki. She thought that sounded like a nice name for her, and the Moonmon certainly agrees. Once she had named her, Marcia ultimately decided that she would take care of her. She didn’t want to add more stress that she was already in, but she felt a strong connection with Suki, so she doesn’t mind. Besides Harry, she feels relaxed talking to her digimon. While she was walking, Suki looked up Marcia. She can feel the stress that Marcia was under.
“Marcia…You should relax. We’re in a very nice park.” She said to her tamer softly.
Marcia gave off a soft sigh. “I know…It’s just…I’ve been trying to call Harry all day but he hasn’t answered. I hope he’s alright.”
“I’m sure he’s fine. From what you told me about him, it sounds like he can handle himself.” Suki said with a smile.
“Yes, I suppose so. I’ll go check on him later. I just hope hasn’t gotten into trouble.” Marcia said in a slightly worried tone. She was right when she told Suki that he could handle himself, but he does get into troublesome situations…especially with girls are in mind.
Suki could still feel Marica’s worries in her voice. She just hoped that this walk would clear her a bit. Suddenly, the device in her pocket started beeping. She was holding Suki around her left arm as she reach down to her pocket with her right hand. She pulled out her device and saw a small red dot on the screen. It seemed to be reacting to something, but what was it? She looked around and saw a boy nearby. He seemed be starting a device similar to hers, but the grip is a different color. Perhaps that was what her device was reacting to? Maybe this boy might know something. It might help her know she could take care of Suki better. She took a deep breath and slowly approached him, tapping at his shoulder.
“Excuse me, sir. I hate to bother you, but I could help noticing that you have that handheld device.” She said to him, showing him her device. “I have the same one. I was hoping that you help me figure out how it works?”

Nathaniel was seriously struggling with this dark thing, the deep grey interior seeming to compliment the grip well enough made it appealing to him, but it just seemed too complicated. Its not like it was loaded with buttons and flashing lights, but the device just seemed to completely ignore his input. No matter what buttons he pressed or how many he pressed it just seemed to sit there with a blank screen. He merely blinked twice and and thought hard on what exactly he was to do next with this device. He lost the owner, he can't get it to even turn on and to make things worse he was really starting to miss his fallen hot dog.
"Man, this thing is a load of cr-" He paused mid sentence, feeling a very faint tap on his shoulder. Turning his head he looked back hoping it was someone he knew only to hear a very feminine voice softly coming towards him. Making him a bit more suspicious, he turned to see who this new character was, only to notice a purple plush toy firmly in her arms. Nat raised a brow to this female feeling she was a bit old for such a toy for a swift moment before pulling himself back to reality, she said she had a device like his.
It was at this point Nathaniel had come to the conclusion that he was a tiny male, the female in question standing a few inches over his head. She also rocked a set of blue ponytails and pink bands that made him tilt his head compared to his black low cut style. Not to mention her pale tone in comparison to the thick dark tone of his own, giving him the look of milk chocolate. He had to blink it off for a few seconds before he shook his head and looked back to the device in his grasp. "No...i'm sorry i really don't know anything about this..." he concluded, his eyes seeming to have lost hope until he thought about his phone, he could search it up online. Nat had reached into his pocket to find his phone, drawing it out only to remove a much thicker silver device in its place.
He was dumbfounded, he didn't remember even having such a device but here it was in his hands resting a top his palm. "When did i get this..." He questioned as he opened the device and looked onto its vast variety of buttons as well. There were maybe six to seven buttons on this machine and although it looked a bit simplified he felt as though it wasn't going to be. He just stood there in shock, dumbfounded by the events of today and looked up to the female one more time in hopes that she would know what these were. "Well by any chance do you know what this is?" He asked subtly hoping she would be able to help him out in his complete and utter confusion.
As he finished asking his question, both devices lit up, an egg appearing on both of them as he switched focus between the two. Was this one of those new breed tamagotchis? He wondered, did he have to care for these and watch out for them and feed them and clean their poop because he had enough worrying on his hands as it was now, he really didn't want a virtual pet.

This had gotten even stranger than yesterday. At first when Marcia got her device from inside her computer, she had no idea that anyone else was going through the same things that she was. She looked back at her own device, feeling the same thing this boy was feeling, lost and confused. She just wanted to know what all this mean and why it chose her. She sighed deeply to herself, wishing that make sense of it all.
Suki was looking at both of the humans. Soon, she can suddenly feel the confusion coming from them and started getting a bit confused too. It was weird feeling that the Moonmon gets when she was close to Marcia. She could sense her emotions and sometimes she can feel the same thing. Maybe she has this much of a deep connection with her Tamer. For now, she didn’t want to move and let the human boy know that she alive. She didn’t want to freak him out and make the confusion worse.
Soon, the boy pulled out another device, a thicker silver one. Marcia remembered getting that earlier, but she didn’t bring it with her. She couldn’t make too much sense of it either, but she did noticed something about it. He had asked her if she knew what it was. Afterwards, the screen of both of his devices turned on, displaying two eggs. This perplexed Marica even more. She tried her best to gather up all that happened, hesitating a bit before she respond to him.
“…Well, I got that other device too. I don’t know exactly what it, but I think it works like a PDA, like sending out email message. I haven’t figured out the other functions yet. As for the eggs that were on his screen, maybe…Oh!” As she was explaining, she forgotten something every important. She bowed her head over a bit. “I’m so sorry…I forgotten to introduce myself. My name is Marcia Mizuno. And…um…” Marcia looked around her a bit to make sure that no one else was around. Then she looked over at Suki and nodded a bit.
Suki gotten the signal and looked over at him, giving him a gentle smile. “And I am Suki. It is very nice to meet you.” She said to him politely, hoping that this doesn’t freak him out that much.
Marcia looked at the boy, ready to ask her most important question to him. “…Suki is a digimon. She hatched from an egg that came out of my laptop. I was wondering….About those eggs on your screen. Didn’t you get two eggs when you got your device?”

(Hope you guys don't mind if I join? Seemed like it's early enough in the rp that it'd be alright) As far as Maki was concerned, a sunny day combined with a tree filled park meant a climbing day. Making her way up an old tree, Maki climbed at a steady rate, grabbing at the branches above her as she carefully moved from stem to stem, feeling them begin to tremble beneath her weight. That was probably the limit, she realised, looking up towards the top of the canopy. So...time to test! With a wide grin, she held herself tightly against the trunk and pulled a small, pda like object from her trouser pocket, bringing it up to her face. On the front, a light brown blob like creature danced back at her, ears flapping to an invisible wind. “Time to go into bunny mode” she giggled and pressed the middle button.
Two seconds passed, then suddenly her body collapsed in on herself. Maki felt her mind spiralling as she seemed to dissolve away, panic building in her belly at the emptiness before the reassuring feel of weight returned as her body reconfigured into a squat, butternut squash shape, small and light. Her hair lengthened and joined to form large floppy ears that hung down on either side of her head, twitching as she picked up sounds from across the park. Her arms and legs shortened, becoming stumpy and agile and her face flattened and rounded. She giggled again, looking down at her brown and pink body and then upwards as green arrows spread across her gaze, each spiralling up a different route through the tree. Now she was Lopmon and she could do anything.
Hopping up and down on the branch, she leapt upwards, clutching at branches as she followed the arrows, changing direction when one started to fade and another took its place. Unlike in her human form, climbing felt easy, risk-free and fast, and she emerged from the top of the tree in triumph to look out across the whole of Shibuya park, eying the skyscrapers around the edge. “Amazing” She exclaimed, looking at her paws in delight, “I'm amazing!” With these powers, no building would ever be an obstacle, no wall would ever get in her way. Heck, she could probably climb the tokyo tower and not suffer a scratch! She laughed, sniffing as new scents came her way, filling her brain with splashes of colour and images.
Maki smiled contentedly, then glanced at the next tree as another idea occurred to her. She flapped her ears experimentally, feeling the force gathering between them. They were big enough in wing span that she was sure she could get some lift off them. Was flying an option? Only one way to fly out. Balancing precariously, Maki crawled to the edge of a branch, eyeing the space below. It was pretty high...but not enough to stop a kid with a dream to fulfill! With a whoop, she threw herself from the tree, flapping her ears as fast as she could while she hurtled to the ground. For a few seconds, she thought it would fail, then she felt her ears catch the wind and she skidding to a stop midair, hovering precariously. She could fly. “Oh my gosh, I can fly” she laughed, looking around as she continued to flap, concentrating on maintaining the force. “Now...how do I go forward?” She wiggled her legs, making a paddling motion as she flapped her ears, but all she did was go a bit higher, ascending at a plodding rate that would make a turtle wince.
Then the wind caught her. Maki barely had a chance to squeak in surprise when the breeze caught her and sent her hurtling through the trees, smacking into branches as she struggled to break free of the current. A bird flew past lazily and let out a trill. Maki gave it a look. She pushed back against the breeze, trying to stop herself from smashing into a tree trunk. Instead, she succeeded in falling ito the ground, ears flapping uselessly as gravity claimed her. With a thump and a crash of branches, the human-lopmon smashed into the ground barely a few feet away from two other humans in the park who were in mid-conversation. “Ow” Maki groaned, rubbing her head as she pulled herself from the bushes, leaves and twigs stuck to her head and ears. She shook her head, ears flapping back and forth as the branches flew everywhere, leaving herself scratched but otherwise unharmed. "Stupid ears" she grumbled, poking them with a paw, as she looked around, hoping no one was nearby. Maki froze when she saw the two other people, automatically drawing her ears close to her as she looked for the best escape route, eyes flicking from arrow to arrow as she tensed up. There was no way she was gonna be dissected in a lab! Then she spotted the toy cradled in the girl's arms.
“Hey, is that a digimon?” Maki exclaimed with a wide grin, all thoughts of labs and dissection forgotten as curiosity overtook her. She hopped over to them and squinted down at the creature, scrutinising it as if it were a particularly abstract piece of art. “Kinda ugly isn't it? Bit like a mix between a tadpole and a slug" she commented, "Looks kind of slimey.” She made a face sticking out her tongue as she pulled away from it. then looked up at the two people expectantly. Kind of old, but she never let that get in the way of meeting people. “Hi by the way. Are you guys on a date?” Maki asked with an embarrassed smile, rubbing her head with one paw “Didn't mean to drop in on it, but what can ya do? Are you generals? If you have digimon, you must be generals. So are ya?”

Arya and Shiyu had gone back from the Digital world, Shiyu’s so called home. The poor Conomon had missed home so much that she had reluctantly complied to accompany her making her last visit to the nursery where she was born. She had met and befriended several little digimon, and, of course, the kind-hearted Swanmon who once took care of Shiyu like a mother to her child. The visit was brief, they went back to the human world by train, after asking around and did some self research. It didn’t make sense, once they had stepped out of the train onto the platform, taking the lift from the underground to the ground floor, they were back on the hectic streets full of vehicles and people in broad daylight.
It wasn’t very soon when a beeping sounded from her sling bag causing Shiyu to jump and hissed. The sound was familiar, she had heard it countless times, yet it was so foreign she couldn't quite remember what had made it. Somehow she knew the source was hers, she didn’t know why, but it felt right. “Oi, quit standing in front of the door!” a man shouted as he pushed past her knocking her back to reality and seemingly hurried to the direction of his workplace. Arya couldn’t believe she had just spaced out standing in a crowded place, being such an obstacle like this. She moved away from the building’s main entrance but people had still stared at her in an oddly frustrated way, then she noticed the beeping.
Arya looked down to her bag, there, on top of it was her little companion a weird Conomon, she was biting the unknown device which even digimon in the digital world hadn’t any idea of exactly what it was. The device’s screen was lit up showing a blinking dot of brilliant red. So this thing was the source of that irritating beep. “I’m truly sorry,” she wheeled around and made a swift bow before turning and ran in the direction of, surprisingly, a location near her school. Arya and Shiyu was determined to chase down the indicated target, as it could be an answer and the core of what they been searching for from the very beginning of the unexpected incidents occured lately.
“It’s signaling the park!” Arya called out to Shiyu. “Faster! Faster!” Shiyu hummed, bouncing up and down at each step her human friend took. A person brushed past her, she turned her head. “I’m so-“ she was completely stunned. It was a tall lady with a fashion sense she had never completely sure anyone would had bothered to have, the eye-catching yellow of her parasol didn’t match her yellow boots at all, nor did the yellow hat gave out any sort of soothing effect. Arya shrugged. Nevermind that. Focus on the current task. She continued her way into the park only to find a relatively small group, one being an obvious digimon, had already gathered there.
She ran over waving her pink-black device in hand.
“Alu!” Shiyu greeted them in a singsong tone.

(Sorry, guys. I hope you don't mind me bring Harry in.)
It had been such an exhausting day yesterday for Harry. It was an also a day that completely changed his life forever. Funny enough, it all started with going to the circus in this very park. It was the greatest circus show that he had ever seen. When he got home, the real circus show started to happen. He was just causally chatting online with his best friend Marcia. Then all of the sudden, an egg and weird phone thing came out of his computer. It was totally crazy.
The male was currently in the park, walking down the path, his arms limping as he felt so much pain all over his body. Of course, he had one person he could bla me for all of this. He looked over at a small missle like creature flying next to him using his jet boosters. This was none other than Rog, the digimon that hatched from the egg that Harry discovered. At first, Harry thought the little digimon was cute and cool looking…A very strange combination indeed. But ever since he suddenly changed into the form that he is now (A Missimon to be exact), his personality changed for the worse. He was talking and acting like some kind of military soldier, generally being annoying. This morning, about 5am or so, Rog was making some kind of loud noice, like an alarm clock. This woke up Harry, who was known to sleep up until noon. Natually, Harry didn’t like this very much, but Rog would just keep yelling and making that alarm noise until he agree to do some “Training”. So Harry was made to do laps and push-ups for what seems like an eternity (but it was really 2 hours). After that, Rog decided to give Harry a break, but instead of going back home to rest, he insisted that they take a nice walk. At least when they got to the park, the circus wasn’t there anymore. After what had happened yesterday, Harry finally had enough of the circus.
The tired human glared over at his digimon, who was flying next to him and seem to be keeping a look out. “…Tell me again why you were trying to kill me this morning.” He asked Rog, his voice wavering a bit.
“I wasn’t trying to kill you. As I already told you several times, sir, it’s important to your body to stay in shape.” The digimon explained, his eyes lighting up every time he spoke. ”You also need strict discipline in order for us to face our enemies. After what happened yesterday, the both of us have to train long and hard so we can ready for any situation.”
Harry gave his digimon a dark look. “You?....Train? Give me a break. That’s easy for you to say. You can just fly…”
Rog quickly glance over at his tamer. “I have work on my aim and power. Everyone still needs training. I want get stronger so I can be able keep you out of trouble, but you need to be able to protect yourself too, sir.”
Harry smirked and held his head up high. “Hey, speak for yourself. I know exactly how to protect myself and to stay focus.” He said confidently. Just after he said that, the male human ran smack dab into a light pole, knocking him down a bit. “Oww…I swear, that pole wasn’t there before…”
Rog saw this ridiculous display and shook his head a bit. He sometimes worries about Harry. He had seen him be brave and intelligent before, but sometimes he could be a clumsy buffoon. Suddenly, Rog tensed up. It was that feeling…the same feeling from last night when he confronted that Renamon. It was feeling that a digimon was near, but this time, there were more than one. Even stranger, one of them sort of feels like a digimon, but it was different from the rest. He couldn’t explain it.
Harry got back up and noticed Rog looking serious (or even more serious than he usually is). “Hey, bud. What’s wrong? You need to use the bathroom again?” He asked. As strange as that sounds, It was true. All of the sudden, the device in Harry’s left pocket started beeping. He put his hand inside and pulled out the device, which was now showing red dots closer to where he was. “What the hey is going…” Harry said, still looking at his device trying to make sense of it.
“Harry, sir! Battle positions! I can sense digimon! And not just one! It feels like there might be about 3! We have to march forward with caution.” Rog said to his tamer with authoritively.
Harry looked a bit nervous and nodded. He didn’t want to go through what happened yesterday. This time, he was a bit more ready and wasn’t going to freak out. He put his device in front of him and started to carefully follow it to the other red dots on the screen, with Rog following closely to him. After a few minutes of walking, the two of them stopped and saw that there was a small group forming where the red dots were. To Harry, this had to be the weirdest group that he has ever seen. It was made up by a couple of kids, a weird looking rabbit thing, and…wait….It couldn’t be….Was that Marcia? And just what was she holding. Maybe that could be digimon? He just had to get to bottom of this. Harry marched over to the group, looking none too happy.
“Wait, sir! Don’t just rush over…Oh, forget it….” Rog said disgruntly. He was getting tired of his tamer not listening to him. It was bound to get him killed one of these days.
Harry got closer to the group and glared over at Marcia, not really paying attention to the other people of the group at the moment. “MARCIA! WHAT’S GOING ON HERE!? Is that a digimon you got there? You better start explaining real quick. Got it?” Rog went closer to the Harry and glared over at the potential hostile digimon, not really sure what to make of all this.

Nathaniel stood there a bit, his head tilting ever so slowly as he really took in what was happening in front of him and what he was just told was still a bit weird on him. A Digimon? What was that? Did his new device have anything to do with this? He scratched his head as things only seemed to get more complicated from this point going forward. He released a heavy sigh as he looked at both devices once more and felt himself at a complete loss for words. He felt he would have a new responsibility in these digimon, as they were called, and was wondering how exactly his life could change so rapidly in just a single day. He put the silver device into his pocket and held the digivice with a forceful grip, still wondering how to return it to the lady. But he didn't get to think very hard before a small brown digimon was now talking alongside them.
The first things out of the digimon's mouth were easily described as awkward, asking him if he was on a date with this female he had only just met. The innocence of youth was the only thing he could think of, but then again he wasn't very old himself. "Wha- What?" He stuttered in confusion completely lost as to how or why this creature even came to that conclusion. But he realized things were getting weirder as he had no issue speaking with this creature and he no longer even deemed it strange. At this realization he sighed once more and face palmed his lips moving as he uttered to himself, "What is going on right now..." He pinched the bridge of his nose and thought for a brief moment, "Look nothing like that Is going on right no- As he was cut off by the entrance of yet another female.
He blinked several times as she ran over carrying a small bouncing digimon in her arms, the likes of which he managed to make him simply pause with a straight expression. He turned back to the group, his eyes switching between the three people already present and he just couldn't believe this. "Is this planned....is this for real....mysterious device, 3 digimon and two strangers? This has to be a-" He was interrupted yet again by the arrival of yet another individual, this time it was a male. It was at this point, he had lost it internally, he let out a vicious scream inside his head that threatened to come up of his lips, yet he managed to maintain his calm demeanor. He simply moved to the side, towards the tree and sat down.
He held the digivice, looked at it with conviction and just wanted to erupt as this was a lot to take in all at the same time. To make things worse, he didn't feel any of the people here would be of much help to him at this moment as they all seemed just as new to this as he was. He sat down and kept his composure, breathing in and out before raising his hand and waiting for someone to notice through all the commotion. As soon as he got somebody's attention, the first thing out of his mouth was, "What in the world....is going on here?"
He didn't know why everyone had come over here, why he was brushed, why everyone is holding these "Digimon" but he did know that he wanted answers. He wanted to know what to do next, but it didn't seem he would be receiving much help in that regard.

Marcia’s life had been so stressful with all of the worries that she was having. Now she would have to add taking in a digimon to that list. She did grow to love Suki and would do all she can to take care of her. But now she realized that there might be possible more people are going through the same thing that she was. She hoping meeting this boy would help relieve her worries, but now it was adding more. If this boy didn’t have his digimon yet, then where did he get those two devices from? Before she had a chance to ask him, something fell next to them from the sky. This scared Marcia and made her jump a bit, nearly dropping Suki.
They both gave the creature that fell a closer look. It looks like a strange brown rabbit creature. Was this possibly a digimon? From the shocking look on Suki’s face and the fact that she never seen a creature like this before, it must be one. What was it doing in the park? This creature was looking over at Suki, with her returning a curious look back. Then she suddenly insulted her and stick her tongue at her. This anger the Moonmon, with her face turning red and puffing herself up a bit. Where did this digimon get off insulting people like that? Of course, the most shocking part was that she was implying that Marcia and the boy she was talking with are going on a date, making her cheeks instinctively blush. “Of course we aren’t on a date. We just met…” Marcia said to the digimon in a low, slightly annoyed tone.
Just when things couldn’t get more crowed and confusing, a young girl ran over and greeted them. That’s when Marcia noticed something in the girl’s hand. She also had the same device and small looking digimon that looked like baby version of the rabbit digimon. Perhaps they found them the same way she did, but using that device. This was making her more curious how this device really work. Now the strangest thing of all happened, or at least to Marcia. Someone else was quickly approached the group. Someone that she knows very well.
“Harry?!” Marcia yelled out a bit. He went over to her, demanding what was going on. It also seems like he knows about digimon and she noticed that there was a small robotic creature flying next to him. Even her best friend has a digimon of his own. Was all of this really just a coincidence? This making her feel even more confused than she already was. She can imagine the young boy was feeling the same thing. For now, she would need to answer Harry’s question. She took a long, deep breath before she responded.
“….I see that you have a digimon too…It happened yesterday while I was chatting with you online. An egg and this device came out of my computer. Then it hatched into…” Marcia looked down at Suki.
The Moonmon smiled over at Harry. “So you must be this Harry that Marcia was talking about. You do look like a nice, capable person. Unlike someone else around here.” Suki glared at the Lopmon when she made that last statement.
With everything that was going on, it was difficult for Marcia to process all of this. Still, there was one factor that can’t be ignored. The way that they all somehow found each other. She looked over at her own light blue gripped device. She took a deep breath and hesitated a bit before addressing the whole group. “Everyone….I know it seems strange that we all meet like this and we suddenly have or know about digimon. I think these devices that we’re holding are the reason that we are all here. It lead us to one another for some kind of purpose. I have no idea what that could possibly be, but I think that if we all work together as a group, we can be able to figure this out and take care of our digimon better.”
The very last thing that Marcia wanted to do was speak over to a group of people like this, but she felt that this needed to be done. Deep down, she knew all of this couldn’t be just a coincidence. “Maybe it would be best if we gotten to know each other first and introduce ourselves. My name is Marcia Mizuno and this is my digimon, Suki.” She bowed a bit over at the Lopmon and the younger girl. Afterwards, she looked over at boy that she spoke with earlier. He looked like the most frustrated and confused of everyone. She really did wanted to help him answer his questions.
So Marcia went over to him, smiling at him a bit. “I know that this is confusing. I’m confused too and I don’t have all of the answesr, but we can work together to find some.” She reassured him. There was one thing, among many things, that she was wondering. Marcia then went over to the Lopmon. “Um, earlier, you referred to us as generals. What exactly did you mean by that?” she asked.

(Per discussion with Jman, if necessary I can bring in one of my other characters (Maki's brother) for needed exposition - I will leave it a few turns at least because suddenly increasing the character population in here by four seems a bit much!)
Whoops...she'd put her foot in it there, huh. “Oh, sorry” Maki replied, “All adults seem to do is work and date, so I just figured...No need to get sensitive. Though actually, I guess my brother doesn't date so my bad~ Anyways, nice to meetcha.” She stuck out a paw warmly, proffering it to each of them. She didn't have time to shake as more people arrived on the field, loud and noisy. Seemed fun! Her eyes lit up when she spotted the two digimon each of the newcomers had and she half hopped half dashed over to them, ignoring the green arrows tracing across her vision. “Aww, you look like a fat little mushroom” she exclaimed, peering at the Kokomon as she reached out with one paw to prod it tentatively, “Except with three spikes. Actually, that's kind of similar to me...I wonder if we're related. Maybe I turn into you...Seems like a bit of a downgrade to lose my legs though.” She frowned in dismay, looking down at her legs sadly for a few seconds, then turned to the other digimon, the noisier one. “Now you're pretty cool!” she exclaimed, eyes sparkling, “You're all roboty~ You look like you've come out of an awesome gundam movie except you're really, really small”
Her enthusiasm wilted when the digimon shot glares at everyone and she moved a couple of steps back, eyes flicking to the green arrows for reassurance before she quickly turned back to the rest of the others. It seemed like the new, huge guy knew one of the other people from the way he was barking at her. Maki immediately bristled at the aggressive tone and crossed her ears, shuffling closer to the friendlier seeming Arya and Nathaniel. “He seems kind of rude, huh” she whispered to them then stiffened as the blue slug digimon blatantly insulted her, mentally adding blue slugs to her list of things she didn't like. “I am nice, so there.” she retorted, cheeks puffing out as her ears flared wide in protest, “No need to get nasty. And I am capable.! I bet you can't fly!” She flapped her ears pointedly, failing to mention that her last flight attempt had ended in her crashing into a bush. No one needed to know that.
Maki's expression brightened as one of the girls made an attempt to organise their situation and she bowed back, almost falling over as her ears flopped over her head towards the ground, causing her to wobble. “I am Maki Akatsuka. I think I'm called a Lopmon” Maki said as politely as she could, giggling and wobbling as she stood up and rearranged her ears, “I don't have a digimon though. Maybe I should get one...” She mulled on it for a few seconds, wondering if she could just kidnap one from the digital world or something. Could a digimon have another digimon as their digimon? She rocked thoughtfully for a few seconds then looked up as Marcia asked her a question. She nodded, happy to answer if it helped everyone out. “Oh, well, my brother has a digimon like you as well and Hope says he is her general, so I figured you must be generals too” she explained sheepishly, rubbing her head, “He has way more digimon though, so I guess there might be other types. You're obviously not like me, so maybe your digimon becomes human instead? That'd be neat.” She grinned cheerfully, sitting down on the ground with a squishy thump. “Nifty coinkidink that we all bumped into each other like this, huh? Who knew there were so many digimon in the park?”
Come to think of it, they were probably attracting some attention...A group of adults and their stuffed animals having a picnic. Maki became somewhat aware that she was a squishy brown talking rabbit in the middle of a rather busy park and the thoughts of experimentation and dissection quickly came back to the forefront of her mind, sending a chill down her spine. “Um, actually, give me a tick...it'll be bad if a normie sees me looking like this” she mumbled, pulling out her digivice from wherever she'd managed to store it and prodding tentatively at the buttons, “I normally wait until it wears off...not used to deactivation mode yet...Ah, think this is it!” She jabbed the smallest button and her body glowed white, stretching upwards. “I hate that bit” she admitted, shaking her body out and checking all her limbs were in place, “Kind of feels like I'm being steam-rolled flat and then inflated again.” She looked up at them, face falling when she realised she was still the shortest, even as a human. Stupid adults with their heads too high in the sky.

Running had not been fun, and Arya knew after long run such as this one she was taking her head would swirl, a part of the illness that would accompany her for the rest of her life, it was a cruel reality. The group had noticed her presence and turned for a look, in return, she got a glimpse of their looks. Her consciousness drew toward the dark skinned male first, it couldn’t be help, he was wearing something outstanding. A black hoodie over a green tank, black pants. Weird. Legit. His attire wasn’t something one could just find around Shibuya, though it suited his foreign features. The other was a pale girl, with blue hair and eyes, beautiful. In her hands held something similar to a toy maraca, then she saw the movement in its eyes, it was practically glaring daggers to the brownish lop bunny-like creature. A lop bunny.. somehow Arya thought the word had a nostalgic tint.
Footsteps sounded behind her hinted a newcomer’s approach. It could just be another one of the daily visiting joggers came wanting a refreshing trot. But the idea soon wore off as she turned to her back. The greened shirt male was doubtlessly walking straight towards the crowd. And there was this little missile with eyes flying around him. A moment the missile was flying too close Arya suppressed the urge to duck. It must be a digimon, did his device emitted the same signal sending him here as well? Or was it a coincidence? No. It wasn’t. The guy knew the blue headed girl, so it seemed.
Arya stopped before the crowd and bowed down panting hard. When she looked up again, she was surprised to see the lop bunny in front of her, what more shocking was what she had just said. “What’s that? I don..” she looked down and nearly loose her grip over Shiyu. The brown blob of slime just then was now a brown teru-teru with addition of three horns on her head and two flopping downwards short ears on the sides, a blunt edged canine tooth could be seen poking out of her smiling mouth. There was this pink star on her left eye made her look sort of clownish.
“HUH? What the-”
“I’ve turned into a mushroom, alu! What is a mushroom?” Shiyu tilted her now bigger head innocently.
Arya quickly looked at her device:
EVOLUTION:
IN-TRAINING
InducedKokomon
Attribute: --
Family: Virus Busters
Type: Lesser
Strange. Arya was sure it wasn’t there before. When she tried to press one of the buttons everything on the screen was gone, the screen was blank once again. It remained no matter which button she pressed. “An evolution?” Now it was her turn to tilt her head.
Arya liked the idea of a self introduction as came out from the blue haired girl who had just introduced herself as Marcia and Suki her little friend in arms. Well the question could wait. Arya put aside her device. The lop bunny seemed wanting to go next, but got off balance from her bowing attempt and wobbled around a little. Arya chuckled in amusement at the brown digimon’s cute movements. So her name was Maki, the Lopmon. It was odd for a digimon to have a surname since they didn’t know their parents, maybe this one lived here long enough to grasp the meaning behind it and created one. “Wait, you said your brother have multiple digimon? You have a human brother?" That didn't sound right. The rest of Maki’s speech made her thought she had some brain problems.
Maki took out a queer device of a different kind than hers. All of a sudden a white glow enveloped the Lopmon and she stretched. When the glow faded, in place, was another girl resembled more a child, standing in front of her eyes. Arya flabbergasted. “You did not just turn into a-a human… Are you a human or a digimon?” Interesting. “Wait.. you did mention before. Digimon could turn into humans?” She recalled something and looked at the crowd scratching her cheek. “Ugh, sorry I forgot to introduce myself. I’m Aruya Hanibi, you can call me Arya if you’re comfortable with it, everyone calls me that.” She patted the now-so-different Kokomon, “and this is my friend Shiyu. I don’t know why she looks like this. She looks bigger now.”

This was definitely the strangest day that Harry ever had. Even stranger that what happened at the circus. At least there, he saw one digimon, but now there was a whole group of them. Did Japan really have these kinds of creatures here? It would have been nice if Marcia mentioned that. Speaking of Marcia, she explained to him that she got her digimon when they were chatting online with each other, shocking him.
“What!? That happened when I was chatting with you too. Are you telling me we both got our digimon at the same time? No way!”
Harry couldn’t believe it. This was getting too weird, even for him. Who would have thought that him and his best friend would both have these weird things. Still, he couldn’t be too freaked out. In fact, this had to be one of the most awesome thing that ever happened to him. Sure, the first meeting with other digimon didn’t go so well, but these digimon seem friendlier (and smaller). It looks like digimon can come in all kinds of shape and sizes. And the fact that Marcia has her own digimon too made things even better. Harry looked down at Marcia’s digimon, which does look a bit weird and slimy looking, but he did like her compliment of him being capable. He tell himself that all the time…or maybe once. But he was glad that she could see it. He was beginning to like her already.
He looked back at Marcia, smiling. “Hey, it’s cool, Marcia. It’s great that you have a digimon too. So…uh….What exactly is going on here?”
Harry finally took the time to look over the group that Marcia was hanging out with. One of them was a dark skinned boy in a black hoodie, maybe about a year younger than him and Marcia. He looks a bit stressed out, but he’s alright. Then there was a little girl with a weird ball thing with three spikes on his head. And finally, there was that rabbit digimon. He wondered who she belong too. Maybe she lives in the park or something. She went over to younger girl’s digimon, looking over at her and comparing her to a mushroom. Then she went to Rog, telling him that he’s cool and that he looks like a smaller robot from a Gundam movie. Actually, Harry kinda thought the same thing. This little rabbit thing was pretty cool. Rog, on the other hand, didn’t really get the reference, but appreciated the compliment a bit. He still feeling tense a bit around all of these people.
Eventually, Marcia went over to group and spoke up to them, saying they should all work together and find out what’s going on. This surprised Harry a lot. For all the time that he knew her, she would never speak up to a crowd like this. It seems that having a digimon was giving her more confidence. He was actually very impressed with her. In truth, He would like to know what this device actually is and why he has Rog, just not as much as the others. Plus, he got nothing better to do.
Then Marcia asked that everyone introduce themselves to the group. After she introduced herself and her digimon, Suki, it was the Lopmon’s turn. After almost falling over, she said that her name was Maki Akatsuka. That’s…really weird that this digimon has a normal Japanese name. She was also saying things that doesn’t really make any sense to him. Then she pulled out a strange device that looks similar to the rest of the group, but looks to be a totally different design, and started pushing buttons. Harry wondered what that would do. He was pushing the buttons on his device for hours, but nothing seem to do anything. Then suddenly, a bright light enveloped Maki, grabbing Harry’s attention. The light eventually disappeared and the Lopmon was replaced with a little kid. This shocked and surprised Harry so much, he jumped back and yelled out a bit, almost falling backwards. That was had to be one of the freakiest thing that he had seen yet. The last thing he had expected was for a digimon to turn into a human…or was it the other way around. Still, he couldn’t let the other see how surprised he is. He’s the oldest in the group. He has to set an example for Marcia and those kids. So he quickly dusted himself off, trying to look as cool and calm as possible. Hopefully no one noticed the way he acted.
Now it was the other girl’s turn to introduce herself. It seems her name is Aruya Hanibi, but he likes the shortened name Arya better. It was much easier to say and remember. Before she said her name, that little digimon that she had suddenly changed into a different digimon. For once, Harry wasn’t too surprised by this. He did noticed that she said evolution. Does that mean digimon evolve into different forms or something. He wasn’t the best student in school, but he was pretty sure that it wasn’t how evolution work. But what would he know. After she was introduced, Harry approached Arya, looking over her now bigger digimon.
“Hey, don’t sweat it, kid. Rog went through the same thing when I first got him. Dunno why he did that though.” Said Harry as he was giving Arya some word of advice, still trying to play off cool after his little scare earlier.
And with that, it seems like it was Harry’s turn. He walked over to them confidently with his head held high and his chest puffed out a bit. He had to make his intro manly…and not just because he was still trying to recover from his embarrassment earlier.
“Okay guys, listen up. The name’s Harry O’Donald. Yeah, Marcia and I go waay back. So I think this whole digimon thing is cool. Of course, I’m cool too, but hey, what can ya do.” He turned and saw his Missimon still flying next to him. Harry pointed at him. “Oh yeah..This is Rog. He’s my Missimon.”
The whole time, Rog had only been watching them. Ever since they came here, he was still trying to assess the situation. From what he can see, all of the digimon here are harmless…but a bit silly and undisciplined. He couldn’t understand why everyone was being so casual with each other when danger could lurk around every corner. Then Harry pointed him out, making the Missimon a bit tense when he knew that all eyes were on him. He snapped out of his thoughts and raised his metal claw, bring it over to his forehead to form a military salute.
“It is a pleasure to meet, ma’ams and sirs!” he said to them, his eyes brinking red after every word.
Harry saw this and shook his head. “Sorry guys. I’m trying to get him to lighten up. The dude can be too serious sometimes.” After he was done that, he looked over at the boy in the hoodie, approaching him slowly with his arms crossed over his chest. “Well, that just leaves you, buddy. So what’s your story?”

(OOC: Sorry if the way i write comes off as weird, i just don't like separating paragraphs if the situation is not dialogue heavy. Also, i think i'm back in my rhythm ^^)
Nat was deep in thought, so deep in thought he was completely unaware of the introductions until he had heard the name Marcia. In fact he barely realized anything that happened before that and had to shake himself out of his thoughts. His biggest problem was his case of over thinking situations and going to far into the unknown, leaving himself a bit far from what he does know. Right now it is very apparent he has a group of individuals who know as little as he did, and were pretty much in the same touch and go stage that he was. With his mind clearing he merely uttered to himself, "What am i doing..." as he realized he had let his anxieties take him.
Right now everyone was giving their name, he learned of Marcia and Suki and he learned of Maki the lopmon. From the way Maki spoke, he was beginning to assume she was quite young in comparison to the others around. And that came to light as she transformed from a bunny back into her human state, causing Nat to raise a brow at the child. If she was so relaxed, why was he feeling so tense? He looked at her and found her to be the most relaxed of all of them about the situation, maybe it was the innocence of a child? Looking around at their faces he realized he was the only one who was tense and seeming to feel even a bit uncomfortable here. He managed to keep his smile on his face when he looked at Maki and replied, "Don't worry, i'll be nice to you." Closing his left eye and holding his fist up to bump with hers.
Next up was the little brown haired girl, she seemed younger than he but he did not appear to be as old as he was, his most defining feature was his light brown tone. As the girl announced her name, Arya, and her partner, Shiyu, had seemed to have under gone a quick change. Nat's eyes opened wide and he lurched forward a bit as he looked at this transformation transpire in front of him.
"That....was surprisingly cool." He chimed in, his eyes still a bit wide with wonder as he watched the new guy walk over and give this girl a bit of advice. He was still dumbfounded as the guy quickly stopped and made himself quite an interesting introduction. That perked him right up, he needed to see a bit of personality and energy in somebody. He started to chuckle a bit as he stood up, pulling out his D Terminal and looking at them both again, now noticing that something was a bit off about them. The eggs were broken.
"Did i mess up already?" He asked, his anxieties returning to him as he worried he may have killed his digimon with his worry. Why? Who knows. He began to frantically press buttons on his device, whispering to himself, "oh no, oh no, oh no!" as he did so, escalating in volume as he did so. It was a few moments until the screens had began to light up and shot bright blue beams into his face. As the lights were dimmed he shook his head profusely trying to remove the now engraved shadows of blue light appearing behind his closed eyes. As he did so he felt something touching his leg. "Maki?" He assumed, knowing she was closest to the ground only to get, "Who's Maki?" In reply. The voice was unfamiliar to him and it made him show a bit of confusion as another more feminine voice kicked in "We're waitiiiiiing." It said sounding a bit impatient.
Nat opened his eyes to see two blurred creatures sitting next to his leg, one of a which seemed identical to the one in Marcia's care. Shaking away the after effects of the lights he noticed two digimon sitting happily by his leg. Nat was completely in shock, if he was weak of heart he would have fainted and happily slept this all away, but he was quite obviously not dreaming. Nat crouched down, a bit curious about this all being real and looked into the faces of the two smiling digimon as they seemed more excited than he was. "Who....Who are you guys?" He questioned, tilting his head a bit as the digimon laughed together. "We're your partners!", they chanted in unison, causing Nat to scratch his head as after sliding both devices back into his pocket.
"I'm Luna!" Chanted the purple one.
"I'm Blaze!" replied the orange.
"And who....are you?" They asked in unison, leaving Nat feeling a bit strange as he noticed he still hadn't even introduced himself to the group.
"Oh shoot, I'm sorry everyone. You can call me Nat, but my real name is Nathaniel Martello."
"And i guess these..." he trailed off as he lift one of them in a hand each, "Are my partners." For some reason he felt relieved, he felt a little happy although a little bewildered and his slight smirk made it quite apparent.
"Look Luna! Another Moonmon!" Sunmon pointed out as his sister look to it and smiled.
"Hey! We're going to be the best of friends right!? Wait there aren't any more sunmon?" She said across the group, questioning her brother towards the end.
"Who cares! I want to have all sorts of friends!" He shouted, bouncing a bit in Nat's hand. "Won't all you guys be my friend? My sister and i would love to be your allies!" He asked the group. Nat felt the obvious amount of excitement between these two and to be honest it was already brightening up his day.
"Yeah won't you!?" He asked joining in.
"Won'tchu!?" They finished, happy to have their partner join in.

Marica was glad that everyone was getting along well with each other. The introductions all went well, though a lot of them were very interesting. For Maki, it was quite surprising to see that she can change from a digimon to a human. She didn’t quite understand how that worked. Next Ayra and Shiya. Her digimon seemed to have evolved before her very eyes, just like Suki did earlier. It was nice of Harry to give the young girl some advice. Speaking of Harry, his introduction was a bit…too much. After that rather embarrassing display when Maki suddenly changed, she wished that he could’ve been more mature and acted his age.
Suki really enjoying seeing the humans and their digimon, all except for one of course. She wasn’t too fond of Maki. She was very immature and wrongly accused her about being nasty, even though she started to whole thing. Shiya seems nice and playful. And then there’s Harry’s digimon, Rog. He seems to be quite uptight, but that might be a good thing for Harry.
The one that Marcia was the most impressed with was the other boy. He seemed to be getting more comfortable around the group, just like she was doing. Then something truly amazing happened. He was looking over at the other device that he had, looking very distressed. She wasn’t sure what was wrong, so she walked over to him. Before she could see what was going on, the screen started to light brightly with blue light hitting his face. When Marcia backed away, she could see two small creature surrounding him. The first one looked like a Moonmon and the other was a small creature with fire on its head. They were both say that they were this boy’s digimon. This surprised Marcia, shocked that he now has not one, but two digimon. This was both confusing, yet fascinating. Soon, the boy said his name is Nathaniel Martello. It was quite nice seeing him smile again when got his digimon.
Suki noticed that Blaze pointed her out and Luna wanted to be friends with her. Suki turned to Marcia, who was still in Marcia’s arms. “Marica, do you mind if you get a bit closer to Nathaniel?”
“Oh. Yes, of course.” Marcia nodded, moving over to Nat so that Suki would also be closer to Luna.
Suki smiled widely at the other Moonmon. “Hello. I am Suki. I would be most honored to have you as best friend, Luna.” It was a very good feeling have another Moonmon as a friend, but she like her brother just as much too.
The two of them happily asked everyone else if they want to be their friends. Marcia could help but smile a bit. They were like eager little kids. She looked over at both of them, chuckling to herself a bit. “Why of course we’ll be your friends too.” She looked back up at Nat. “I am very happy that you have your digimon, Nathaniel.” Marica said, smiling brightly at him.
Now that the introductions were finished, it was now time to discuss their next plan of action. Admitting, she didn’t have too much of an idea on what to do next. It might be about time that they should find information about these digimon and these devices. But where would they get that kind of information. She had tried looking online for the information, but couldn’t find anything. She had hoped that maybe one of the have an idea. She took deep breath and look out at the group again. “Well…I guess that since we all introduce ourselves, we need to figure out what these devices are…Does anyone have any ideas on where we should look?”

“Of course I have a human brother. Duh.” Maki looked up from her digivice to find Arya freaking out and Harry desperately trying to act like nothing had happened. “What?” she asked blankly, looking down at herself in case she turned a funny colour, “Did I do something strange? You're acting like you've never seen a spirit user bef- oh. OH.” She laughed, jumping back to her feet as she grinned cockily at them. “That's right! BE AMAZED, one and all, for I am able to transform into a digimon before your very eyes! Through the power of my digivice, I become an awesome superhero out for justice! Marvel in Awe!” Maki struck a pose for emphasis, smiling madly at them, before she relaxed, shoving her hands into her pockets. “No big deal though” Maki said nonchalantly, blowing a strand of hair from her face as she leant against a tree, “Just how I roll. It's cool.”
She faltered at Arya's question, glancing away. “Um, I don't know if they ACTUALLY turn into humans” she admitted, flushing, “I mean, there are holosuits that make them look human and the digivice makes me into a digimon... so I figured it must work the other way around. I guess there probably aren't many ancient humans hanging around waiting to possess digimon though, huh.” She thought about it for a few moments, eyes sparkling brightly as an idea occurred to her. “Or maybe they are” she enthused, “Can you imagine the spirit of king arthur or something? A digimon wearing his skin and walking the earth? Soooo Cool. It'd be badass.” She pressed her hands into her cheeks, unable to suppress the pure awesome in her mind from splitting her face wider than a banana.
Suddenly, she was aware of Nathaniel standing next to her offering her a smile and an offer of support. How sweet. Maki blinked at him slowly, a nonplussed expression on her face. Her eyes narrowed as they flicked from his fist to the wink to the wide smile then back to his words, cogs twirling into place in her head as she raised an eyebrow. “Um...Are you a pedo or something?” asked Maki bluntly, mouth flattening into a thin line as her eyes darkened suspiciously. She shifted away from him, eyes flicking from his face to his hands again. “Well?” She repeated fiercely, frowning at him, “Are ya? Going after innocent 12 year olds? Kind of creepy, dude...” Shuffling away from him, she glared up at him from under her eyelashes as if he was a dangerous animal and shot pleading glances at the others, seeking support. "Maybe we should call the police" she said seriously, holding up at her digivice to her chest as she glared at him seriously.
Maki gave him exactly ten seconds to freak out.
Then a loud snort erupted from her and she doubled over, shaking as tears of laughter bubbled into her eyes. “So creeeepy” She sang through her laughter, slapping her leg as she tried to calm down, “Coming onto a child with a fist bump offer... How COULD you?” She reached over, patting his back reassuringly as she broke out into giggles again. “This is why you're not dating her, Mr 'I'll treat you kindly'” she said mimicking his earnestness with another hysterical giggle. Forcing herself to calm down, Maki held out a fist, matching the one he had made earlier. “I'm really sorry, sorry, just messing...couldn't resist...You were just being so weird it was...sorry. ” Maki giggled, trying to calm herself as she wiped away, “No hard feelings...My baaaad. We're still cool, 'kay? Though I'd like to make something *deadly* clear to everyone now.” Maki's face soured and she put her hands on her hips, glaring up at them.
"I'm not a child” Maki declared stubbornly, sticking her lower jaw out proudly, “I'm 12, practically a teenager and I can take care of myself. I don't need coddling, protecting or babying.” Maki crossed her arms sulkily. “Plus I'm tough” she added, quickly holding up her right arm as she made a fist, trying to make her muscles rise beneath her hoodie sleeve, “I bet none of you can survive jumping out of a six story burning building like I did when I was in the digiworld.” Well, in lopmon form but no one needed to know that. Maki stuck out her chest proudly, smiling smugly at them. “Basically, if you treat me like a kid, I'll beat ya up”. She stuck her tongue out at them, shoving her hands into the large pocket of her pale green hoodie.
Maki looked between them, smiling from person to person. “So...we have Arya, Harry, Marcia and...Mr Kind person” she giggled playfully, rocking on the heels of her feet, “Speaking of which, what's your na-” She paused as she noticed he was holding a digivice and before her eyes the screen turned bright blue emitting light. “Cool!” she cooed, peering over as she watched two blobs solidify by the boy's feet, looking curious and friendly. She waited with unusual tact as the two introduced themselves to their “general”. “I wonderhow the heck they already know their names” she pondered to herself as an afterthought as the person, Nathaniel she now knew, turned to introduce himself and them to the group.
“Nice to meetcha Nate, Luna and ” Maki replied good naturedly, saluting to the two small digimon. “So you have...another slug” she commented curiously, beaming at them, “And...p ersonified sunny-D. And you have two.... That's so fun! You must be a general if you have multiple digimon. I've never heard of anyone having solos or twins...or at least Hope never told me...” She frowned, then scrambled around in her pocket, pulling out a cheap, battered mobile. “I'm gonna message her and find out~” she chirped, “Wonder if they're about...Haru normally goes for big runs on sunny days. Big on exercise, rather like you, Mini-Gundam. Hope can probably explain how your digimon got bigger as well”. Maki glanced up, feeling a bit of exposition might be necessary for these pure, naïve, adult simpletons. “Hope and the others are digital natives, Terminus born and bred” she explained, “Well...Hope is. Gum and Konny probably aren't. Two ticks.”
She typed a quick message, jabbing at the screen rapidly with her thumb. -At park, lotz of ppl w/ digi here! U no of non-general digi-users?- Maki scrutinised the message for a few moments, pondering whether or not to add a few zeroes to confuse Hope, then sent it. “I'm cool with teaming up” Maki grinned, making a peace sign, “It's kind of lame to explore the digi-world with my bro, even if he is alright and his digimon are cool. Ruins my cred." She bit her lip and looked away, an embarrassed flush spreading across her cheeks "Um...I'll probably have to get permission from my mums though if we’re out too late” she mumbled, pushing a hair behind one ear, "I have a stupid curfew which I'm supposed to stick to."
Her phone beeped and she looked down, eyes skimming the test. –Hope says sounds like Tmrs- “T-ms?” She read with a frown, squinting at the screen, “Tamirs? Timurs? Tumers?” With a shrug she kept reading, –They hav one-two digi and digi-volve not xros. Snds fun btw! If alright, can come as well? Close 2 prk and neva met other digi-users! /haru- She made a face at the screen. Of course he’d want to come along and meet the other people. She glanced up when Marcia mentioned discussing what they knew or trying to find out more. “Apparently my brother is close to the park and wants to come see all the other digimon” she said in a deadpan voice, rolling her eyes, “I expect he’ll have digimon with him too, so if you really want, he’d probably be happy to come and answer a few questions.
