Traveling on Van Eltia's was quite a pleasant experience, all things considered. Interestingly enough, when not discussing philosophical stances or staring at corpses, Koharu, Kon-chan, and Warg proved to be very enjoyable company. Not taking into account the strange circumstances of their first meeting, Amelie could say that, at least on her stead, a friendship was building up rather fast! That felt nice.
"I hope we can get all the materials we need soon enough. I just feel... uneasy with that coffer around us; the sooner we get rid of it, the better, I think." Oddly enough, the diary had been completely silent ever since the group had accepted to go through that ordeal. Maybe it had expended too much energy communicating? Did ghosts even get tired? That was a good question! In any case... "You know, if you don't have anything better to do once everything has been said and done, you should probably come and visit my place at the Dark Area. I know for sure I deserve a vacation after small odyssey."
In hindsight, that sounded oddly like a date proposal, didn't it? Luckily, the offered had been passed to the two digimons and the human, so it wouldn't sound too weird, hopefully! "If you didn't have your gig with KIZNA, I'd have even invited you three to join my organization; don't tell Yuuki that, though. He might not take it all that well."
He most probably would, given that she was mostly joking, but hey. Saying that wouldn't be fun. "So, what are our goals once we get to Terminus? I know you gotta get your hands on an Analog Jammer and probably some stuff to make the suits, but is there anything else we need to acquire? Gotta be prepared if we want to succeed."

"Yoooou can say that again. I'll need some purification done to my ship later. And a lot of salt. A damn lot of it. One that has been blessed in some shrine. Oh, and some ofuda," Koharu doesn't looks like she's in mood to crack some jokes... the presence of dead body in her beloved submarine is making her quite pissy.
"I'll consider that. Perhaps I'll see for myself what sort of place do you have... We never have been in dark area, considering that according to Warg it was a lawless land."
"It was, and honestly it's a place where chaos is most prevalent. Two places in Digital World, the North or the Dark Area is considered the worst in term of 'places to start cities in'. The land is barren, there's almost no food, the Dark Area even more than the north... Valley of Dragon might be better actually, in that one. "
"Why is it better?" Kon-chan asked.
"Volcanic region, along with fossils? Well, that and the fact that dragon types are easily found there. There are some wild meat farms over there, I think? Basically, it's much more desirable that tangling with demons or blizzard."
"Yowch."
Still on the invite? "Nah, I think Warg wouldn't like that even if we're not affiliated to our current organization. Plus I don't want to build my reputation as some sort of underworld's dangerous oyabun or something."
Goal eh...
"First, I'd like to talk with a friend. His shop is in Terminus, and I have told him about our predicament... Regardless to say... he's really worried. Now thing is, we'll probably be there for quite a while, so is that fine?"

"One-hundred percent behind the exorcism idea, by the way. I... think I don't know any holy digimon, but I think I can arrange something at some point with enough time. Anyway..."
A small smile graced Amy's face at the face of Koharu maybe accepting her invitation, even though he had to give Warg's words some credit. "Not gonna lie; that's kinda the case, but I think it's been slowly improving. I know for sure that I've been doing my very best at trying to remedy that, for better or worse. I hope that someday, the Dark Area can stand on its feet without being looked like the sewers of the Digital World."
Ultimately, that ended in a rejection. Oh well, nothing to do about that. Except regarding that one small remark. "Hey! That's kinda rude, you know?" What could she be referring to? More than obvious, probably. "Do I look like a dangerous oyabun to you? I'm a pretty nice girl! Probably the nicest you'll ever get to know."
Truth? Maybe, maybe not, in any case, that remark didn't come to the case. "Let's go see your friend; I don't have anything too pressing to do. It'd be pretty mean on my part to deny a worried friend a chance to care about their friend, right?"
After all, Koharu was the one who literally had skeletons in her closet; if she decided to permit such a thing for longer, the brunette would be fine with it as well.

"Apparently one of our friend might know how to perform exorcism like a holy Digimon," Kon-chan commented. She obviously knows about Jeanne -> Freya, but does not says more than that to prevent some complication in what narrative the Floramon wanted to build. "Either way I'm curious what do you have in mind on that, Miss Saboro."
Sewers of Digital World huh. "Rather than sewers, I think people treat it as... containment area? Something even worse," Warg admitted. "There are very little who want to willingly associate with Dark Area, and there are stigma about people who came from there. Yes, me included. It's in a way, like a brand."
"So how do you think a way to improve image of dark area?" Koharu asked.
"For one, perhaps if it's uniting under one banner... and not banner that belongs to the seven great demon lords, or demons for that matter. So Deeplane Council... as long as they can make the world see them not as hostile force plans to usurp power of other areas of Digital World, they'll be seen as compass by Digimon of dark area who's tired of their survival of the fittest situation."
"You know you're amazing talking like that when the leader herself is here." Kon-chan commented.
"I don't have deep sense of attachment to Dark Area, but it was where I'm originated from. As someone who was forced into life of eat or to be eaten, I'm just indirectly saying what I have in my mind. By the way to answer about Oyabun part... well, your spirit looks the part."
They walked toward one of the shop, where the sign shows a Tyranomon with custom tailored tux.
"...No matter how many times I saw this sign, I'm always amazed... like how come that guy still insisting on wearing tux while he's a Tyranomon?" Kon-chan muttered.
"GAHAHAHAHA, DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF!" a Toyagumon who laughed as he opened the door answered. His voice was... uncharacteristically deep. "We've been waiting for you four! Hey Kei! Haru and her manzai troupe's here!"
"WHO'S THE MANZAI TROUPE!?"
"SEE, THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT GAHAHAHAHA! Humorous as always, Kon-chan! Come in, come in! Kei might be napping. He pulled all nighter yesterday."

"That's good to know." An exorcist was definitely something handy to have, especially in cases like this one. While Amelie herself didn't believe all that much in purifications and the like, this situation had been rather unbelievable from the start, so... not like her opinion mattered a whole lot. "Maybe it's in your best interest for her to visit this place once we're done with this endeavor."
What's in her mind regarding it? "Not a lot, to be honest. I just can pull some influences and cash in some owed favors and bring a relatively holy digimon to try and purify this place if you don't have access to one. The minimum I can do when you've been so supportive regarding this deal, really. But since it seems you already know somebody, it seems like it won't be needed."
Everyone won, more or less; Amy could keep those favors in her pocket, and the trio would probably enlist the help of somebody who held the full trust; when it came to precious vehicles, that was probably the way to go. What about the Dark Area, then? Well, truth is that... "It's a bit of both, honestly. Most people see it as the necessary grim that stains an otherwise pristine Digital World, while others see it as the place where everyone and everything that is unwanted goes. I guess that not even this world is free from discrimination, and that place is probably the lowest in anyone's popularity polls, but... what can you do? Leaving things as they are is just bound to make matters worse over time, and probably a good deal of the reason why things are like they are. It's a bit sad, really."
The Council on itself was a delicate topic, wasn't it? Kinda tricky to handle, all things considered. "I don't plan to usurp anyone's power, but... there's also the fact that getting your authority respected in there takes more than fancy words and building a city. More than one digimon has already thought of us as a band of pushovers, regrettably, so... showing a strong leadership is vital for the whole effort to thrive. Not my preferred method, but it isn't as I have a lot of options either." Unifying a lawless land under a single banner wasn't a farfetched dream anymore due to that philosophy anymore, and that's why she was positive on keeping on with it... for better or worse.
Warg's opinion was noted, despite the brunette's own being somewhat different. It was a breath of fresh air to see such degree of idealism, especially coming from somebody with such upbringing. However, that solemnity couldn't last long, especially since she was apparently a yakuza leader now.
"Rude." She limited to say, even though a smirk was already making her way towards her face. "You know I didn't get to pick my spirits, right? I wish I could've gotten the 'spirit of ponies and rainbows', but it seemed like that one was out of stock, sadly."
It seemed like the time to converse about that was over, however. Right now, it seemed like the trio was on the receiving end of a warm welcome from a pretty... boisterous ToyAgumon. Surely, either the friend they were looking for or their partner, in any case, Amy waved at him as she passed by; it wasn't hard to say that, in the face of such a greeting, she preferred to keep things simple for her. "Pleased to meet you. Name's Amelie, but you can just call me Amy; a friend of the manzai troupe, more or less! Hope we can be friends as well."
And for her to not be given a similarly cheesy nickname, if able!

"Iiiiiii don't think that's the way I want it to, honestly. I mean, I'd rather I send the submarine back to Ys where the purification can begin. Plus there are a lot of salt there, for you know, Shining Sea," Koharu commented. "Afterward I'll just get some of the much deserved break. Speaking of which, you have visited our prided city, but I haven't heard about yours just yet, what can you tell us about it?"
"Frankly, I'm interested too," Warg commented. "The last time I was there in my past life there was only Fragment Village or whatever it's called over there... It's definitely an interesting venture."
"If you want to get visitors, you should probably flaunt your magnum opus more, Ms. Saboro," Kon-chan teased. "Well, either way, I'm looking forward to it."
Indeed, leaving thing as it is bound to make things worse, especially when it comes to negativity. "However, I must admit that as much as hated Dark Area is, I believe it's a necessary part of Digital World. At best,it's something like a perfect, eye opening training ground and motivation for you to appreciate life more, and at worst it's a containment area for world endangering Digimons, but... I can't believe just how many people seem to be hellbent in trying to 'fix' it by eliminating it or completely," Kon-chan commented.
"Fanatics," Warg rolled his eyes "Called it 'purging', 'cleansing', 'glassing' or whatever. Virus types exist too goddamn, and we're not punching bag or stains!"
Strong leadership eh... "And how do you plan to go with that?" Warg asked. "I mean, I know dark area people. Usually it's 'might is right'. Only few Digimon would see the merit of wits. Usually if they manage to see wits, then they're the type that you shouldn't poke no matter how long your sticks are, less it gets... you know."
"Spirit of Ponies and Rainbow sounds more atrocious than your current spirits, Miss Saboro, as expected of scary oyabun," Kon-chan japed.
Now that they're inside the boutique, the Toy Agumon smiled at Amelie. "Ah, polite lass are ye? Name's Papa, yeah. I'm called that. I used to be a bigger 'mon than this, but I think it'll be a while until I get to that point. Now, what can we help you on again?"
"Well...we're asking Kei's help in making our costume to enter Eldoradimon."
"...................Ha?"
"Looks like even the boisterous and reckless Papa can get speechless now and then," Kon-chan commented.
"Nononononono, lasses, you should probably reconsider! Those guys are like... REALLY HATING on the humans you know!"

A shrug was everything could do in the face of... pretty much being given the reason; it was alright if Koharu wanted to handle the cleansing of her vehicle on her own, especially since its correct functioning was probably among her chief concerns. And of everyone in KIZNA, more likely than not. Instead, Amy decided to focus on the topic she could truly talk about; namely, Deeplane. It was funny how, after expressing disdain regarding the prospect of visiting it, the trio was now interested in hearing about it?
Not like she wasn't happy to oblige, in all honesty. "You could always change your minds and visit it yourselves to change your minds, yanno?" A sly smile logically followed. "Other than that? The city is still under construction, even though a fair number of digimons are already residing there; not surprising, considering that Deeplane's probably the brightest prospect to anyone who can't really escape the Dark Area. What else can I say about it? Well, I just know it's going to be the most amazing city the Digital World will witness. I will make sure of that."
Just a wee bit arrogant, but nobody would be able to say that wasn't more than expected. "The official inauguration ceremony will be in... two weeks, I think? In any case, it's going to be before the month ends. I'm kinda excited about that, actually!"
Hopefully, that was what the trio wanted to know; else, the brunette might have missed the mark! "You could ask an actual question if you wanted to know anything in particular about the city. It might be a bit obvious, but I really don't mind talking about it; just thought that this situation wasn't fitting to publicize myself, you know?"
She kinda just loved the sound of her voice, but that was a detail, really. In regards to the people who just wanted to erase it from the map, the young woman just... frowned. Yeah, as if something like that would work. "Whoever believes that is a solution for the problematic situation that the Dark Area represents is really shortsighted; unbelievably so, I guess. I'm unsure on whether you have heard it or not, but violence tends to... well, beget more violence. Whoever thinks that doing that will magically make all the problems banish should have their common sense checked. Urgently."
The case that it was just an inflammatory argument to heat up the masses was also valid, but she'd rather not think about the potential demagogues trying to accomplish God knows what. The mere topic was already enough to give her a headache. Enough of that, however; back on topic! "Well, that's easy, Warg." She reasoned. "We have the infrastructure and population to found our own state; it's not our problem if other 'sovereign' states recognize or claim or not. It's not like that'll make it less right or something y'know? Now, if they insist on messing with us, and diplomacy fails, I guess we all know the name of the only avenue that's left. I don't really like resorting to violence to prove a point if I can help it, but sometimes... it seems like that's the only language that some beings can understand. Quite sad, amiright? For starters, however, I am looking forward to forming long-lasting bonds and partnerships with similarly-minded individuals. Hence my visit to Ys and all that."
Maybe Kon-chan was right. Maybe ponies and rainbows were scarier than eldritch abominations. Maybe she had actually been lucky about the spirit she had been given. Or maybe not, who knew; in any case, it seemed like the deep-voiced ToyAgumon was quite friendly! Amy smiled right away, even though her expression hardened somewhat at how quick he was to try and stop the trip to Eldoradimon from happening.
"We've thought about it enough, Papa. We're aware of the risks." Not gonna lie, calling a brick dinosaur 'Papa' felt really weird. It'd take some time to get used to. "While Koharu, Kon and Warg are free to reconsider it as much as they want, I've made my mind, and that's probably not gonna change for the foreseeable future."
Of course, there was this small detail at the diary having requested Haru's prescence as well, but Amelie could probably convince it with some prodding. Hopefully.

"I just seriously want to hear Deeplane Council Leader's pitch of her city," Koharu countered, smiling. "But I guess if you want me to ask something in particular, I guess... let's see... how do you plan to open it, like... Do you have the infrastructure ready? The transportation and whatnots? What do you focus on first and foremost? Like, do you focus on trades first? Or do you focus on being self sufficient by agriculture or other means? Or are you the type that gathers entertainment to appeal the mass to come?"
Hmmm, the most amazing one? "A friendly rivalry would be nice," Koharu commented. Of course in real life it usually isn't like that, but can people deny that the ones who build the cities are practically young adults or teenagers? Some would argue that would make the politics to be naive, but if you ask Koharu, she feels that young leaders are better because of their vision tends to be untainted by greed and various other factors... Perhaps the youthful recklessness is what makes the young leaders more ideal. However, all thing considered, there are fact that apparently only some people can enter Digital World, and Digital World prefers teenagers.
...Warg joked around that the Will of Digital World might be a bit biased toward teenagers and kids.
"Their common sense might not exist to begin with considering that such people are like extremist from old Luminas," Warg commented "or maybe the type that think that everything should revolve around them for one reason or another. Who knows. Basically the egoistic type really."
Interesting point of view all thing considered. Kon-chan agreed that perhaps the best thing is to get on good side of any willing city of same mindset. "I have no idea how big is Ys' influence all thing considered. We're not exactly the strongest, with no Super Ultimate rank in our midst. However, admittedly we're probably the biggest team in Digital World? At least how we see it.
Either way, what I mean is because you scratched our back some with your report regarding Sunken Elysium, we'll scratch yours back as long as we can help it somehow. Although I have no idea how much we can help all thing considered."
"We definitely can help if it comes to drones and whatnot, though," Warg commented. "After all, our farm is helped by artificial sun drone."
Papa... looked hard at Amelie. It's almost as if he's trying to judge character of the person in front of him. "...I see, looks like you made up your mind eh... well, then, we best make sure you get what you want. Of most areas, I'm not fond of Eldoradimon a lot, you can guess why. Anyway... Kei! Are you up?"
Some clattering, shifting, and various sound could be heard from the second floor... after a while, a tall purple haired young... actually, is this person male or female? Koharu said that this person is a he. He looked a bit sleep deprived, yet his professional looking appearance seem to be a great point of contrast to his half asleep look.
"W-welcome," he greeted. The voice is undoubtedly male, although quite youthful at that. "Ah Haruchin... and... this must be that Miss Amelie Saboro that you told me in the message, yes?"
"Yep, are you alright?"
"Mmm, you don't have to worry too much about me, heheh... anyway, um, come on up. My personal atelier is on the second floor you see."
On the second floor, they would be greeted with sight of two clothes, mostly in the basic designing phase. A lot of fabrics are scattered on two tables, and obviously there are sewing machines here and there, and tools to craft accessories. There are metal parts here and there, seem to be pre-made.
"I know more or less what Haruchin wanted regarding to her disguise... but what about you, miss?"

Her own pitch of the city, huh? Well, that was easy. "Right now, it's a huge underground metropolis. And with huge, I mean that's probably twenty times or so smaller than Terminus; despite the weird physics that populate the city's foundations, we have the most advanced means of transportation and regulation available to us; we're ready to monitor and gauge the huge influx of refugees from the Dark Area we're expecting after all the things that have been happening there. Regarding our focus? We've already attained self-sufficiency ever since the first stone was placed by the foundations; we have our own sources of self-renewable, clean energy, and we a potent workforce at our disposition."
A small smirk graced Amy's face while she finished that part of the explanation, just to continue right afterward. "As you might have imagined, we've begun negotiations with all the major cities of the Digital World in order to be properly recognized as another independent settlement, instead of the dominion of a Demon Lord or petty warlord. I personally have been looking to strengthen ties with other promising leaders, even though... that had mixed results; some were pretty agreeable. Others? Not so much. Their loss, I guess."
Thus far, those were pretty strong. How about their 'entertainment' proposals? That was a bit dicier, all things considered. "Honestly? I don't feel like I need to be particularly appealing to attract the city's prospective population. Deeplane will be a city like any other, and that is already charming enough to most of the residents of the Dark Area, if you consider their living situation. I'm gonna make sure I've got my bases right before diverging into quality of life improvements, even though I already have one or two ideas for that. How does a trio of comedians each Thursday night sound?" Would Haru and her partners catch the indirect statement? Hopefully, because Amy right now was smirking at it! She knew that the others wouldn't take that one very well, but that comment wouldn't have been as fun otherwise.
It'd make the comment about Luminas' old-schoolers a lot more palatable, in all honesty. "I don't care about that people, or digimons for that matter." The brunette's tone was quite more somber than when compared to moments before. "I don't care about demagogues or supremacists. If they think they can sabotage my city, believe me when I say that they're gonna be up for a rude awakening. They're gonna learn to know better than to mess with me, one or way or another." Sure, those words were quite threatening, but how else was she supposed to react at the notion of all her hard work going directly to the trash bin just because some deranged digimon decided it was unholy? That just wouldn't do.
Allies, on the other hand? That's a concept she quite enjoyed. "I think that both quality and quantity are something that can be acquired over time. The most important quality about a team or organization is their mindset; that's not something that can ever be gotten if it's not there from the start. The desire to thrive despite the harsh conditions you might find on the way isn't precisely something easy to learn, you know? But I feel like I digress. That's my take on it, more or less; happy now?"
Considering how long her speech regarding the whole deal had been, one would almost think that Amy was in love with her voice. Which, all things considered, was kinda true. Once she was done, a small smile lingered on her face, followed to a nod to the words that followed. "I'm sure we'll be able to figure something out; it's not like you're in a hurry to pay back favors or anything of the sort. The drones do indeed sound interesting, though..."
Now that talking about Deeplane had taken more than half of this reply, it was time to get to business. Papa stared at Amelie, something that triggered Amelie staring back at Papa with equal intensity? Why they were staring at each other? The young woman didn't honestly know, but she felt like this was important, so she did it.
Luckily, it seemed that there had been no foul in her actions or intentions, which was a very good thing! Keigo eventually made his somewhat clumsy appearance, eliciting a small snicker from Amy, and the greeting eventually ensued. Well, kinda. "Pleased to meet you. I guess that you already know my name, so... introductions aren't really necessary!"
Pleasantries were promptly skipped as they ascended to the second floor, and she got to look firsthand at the product of the young man(?)'s work. A question flew her way, the answer to it being... rather obvious, all things considered.
"Well, this trio already designated me as the honorary yakuza leader, so I guess I'll be Haruchin's anego for the duration of the trip. How does that sound?" Of course, the implications were obvious; they were going to be more or less the same species, but the brunette was going to leverage her superior height and her non-flatness more mature looks to appear as the older sister of the two. Genius, wasn't it?

Underground metropolis? "...That's interesting. I thought it's much more easily found out, but considering the terrain and dangers, I can understand why you'd like to keep it tucked in rather than easily showing on outside," Kon-chan commented. Then again she's not the expert in this... She probably should just see it for herself.
"Most of all I'm more impressed at the 'clean, renewable energy'. The data there are corrupted, as far as I know winds tends to be moody, and sun never shone... is it lightning somehow? Or is it kinetic?" Warg asked. Then again, when it come to Ys, that's even more convoluted... who would have thought that the generators came from string of ancient digicodes resembling poem and not wind, water, or anything similar?
"...For references... which city states disagrees and which one agrees, and which one stays neutral?" Koharu asked. In their case, it's seem that Snowflake is totally in for it due to their direct benefit, Terminus is in neutral, Whitewater is almost "whatever", Rosewood said yes, no idea about Rustport, Luminas seem to consider Ys in a bit of iffy way. So does Tenebrous. Blossom Isles seem to yet say anything noteworthy, other than they're looking forward for trades. Most of the city states usually react to Ys with skepticism at first though, considering how their location is and the fact the leader is a teenager barely entering his legal age.
"Who are you calling comedic trio!?" Kon-chan retorted.
"Well if you answer it like that, it sounded like it's us, isn't it?" Warg teased.
"HELL NO!"
"Now, now, Kon-chan, what's wrong with using your natural talents to make people chuckle?"
"WHAT NATURAL TALENT!? ONE THAT MADE ME BALD!?"
"I'll just say," Koharu changed the topic after chuckling a bit "We KIZNA hates to owe debts, but love to be owed to. We really dislikes owing something because it doesn't feel right at all... but when we're owed something, we'll treat it as investment for the future, and call it favor or something..."
On Keigo's workshop, the young man nodded at what Amelie said. "...Then it shouldn't be hard. How revealing would you like this to be? Considering that... well... honestly, Digimons are somehow very affixed in sex appeal... the female one I mean."
"...That's indeed the pattern isn't it?"
"That and their eyes tends to be covered... but for that, we can cheat with something... either way, the idea of the costume is snake sisters... Gorgon."
"So do I have to wear some snake bottom or something?" Koharu asked.
"No, there's no need... you see, I'll just put these special prosthetics on your hair... it kind of works very naturally ilike real snakes... bless Digital World for that... It'll also be connected to your visor, so you'll be seeing through your snake eyes."
"Oooh, smart! So the blindfold is something like a computer screen!"
"Something like that," Keigo nodded. "So what do you think?"

Funny thing; by now, Amy just supposed that everyone would guess that Deeplane would be an underground city. It was in the name, right? Then again, maybe the very notion was incredible enough to tread with caution regarding it; not something that could be considered a mistake, in either case. "We're eventually gonna reach the surface, but for now, I think that the best we can do is keep us to ourselves; being underground has a slew of advantages, like being in a more defensible position in regards to any outside attacks, plus being able to control all of the city's access points without having to worry about any kind of pesky flier that wants to breach in. I know it sounds like too many preventive measures, but... I think that for the time being, they're all necessary."
There were other reasons, but explaining them all would take too much time, even for somebody who loves her voice as much as Amelie does. In any case, regarding Warg's question. "Hydroelectric, actually. There's an underground sea that courses below the City, and we've been using it to power most of the city's system. Luckily, it's pretty much free of most of the taint of the Sea of Blood, so we don't have to deal with that too much. Quite convenient, if you ask me." Ys' own power source was pretty strange, but, just in that vein, quite convenient. The brunette herself would rather not resort to weird strings of digicode to power up her own city, but if it worked, it worked.
Now, onto the prickly topic; diplomacy. "I had a somewhat failed negotiation with Tenebrous, Luminas hasn't even bothered to receive us quite yet, Terminus, Whitewater, Rosewood, and Rustport are more or less neutral. Eldoradimon doesn't want to deal with us because... well, you know why. And... I don't even know what the Blossom Isles are. Did I miss anyone? I think I haven't. I think. I also believe that judging a book for its cover is one of the worst mistakes a leader can make. Ever. Teenager or no teenager, if they're a good leader, what gives? Shortsighted as it gets."
Well, now that they were talking about it... since they insisted on owing her, there wasn't a lot they could do. "Well, if Ys insists on owing me... maybe I could exchange reports of Sunken Elysium for a month's worth of your comedic routines? Or, if you wanna work as a freelance humorist, I could definitely pay you a hefty sum of bits for your work. You see, I'm not stingy when it comes to quality performances. Like yours! In any case, I don't have a lot in mind at the moment, but I can probably think about something in due time. Probably."
With those topics over, now they were facing the moment of truth. What to do with Amy's disguise? Especially on... how revealing it should be. Truth to be told? She just... "Go with whatever you think would make the most sense, you're the expert, and I don't really mind how revealing the thing ends up being, frankly."
As long as she didn't end up naked, things would be fine. And, in all honesty, she doubted that something would be the result; digimons did have some sense of modesty, as small as it was. "Gorgons though, huh? That sounds quite interesting! I have been dealing with noodly appendages and sensory deprivation for a while, so donning that should be a piece of cake. Hopefully!"
Keigo was undoubtedly a smart guy(?), that much was for sure. "I'm sure that your help will be invaluable to make our venture successful. With any luck, we'll make through it without a hitch."
She certainly hoped so.

"Well if you don't have the kind of barrier that Ys does, that's sort of given to be honest," Koharu commented. Ys' access entry... is pretty open now that she thinks of it, but either way still requires no hostility rule. Should one is hostile toward any of its inhabitant or the city or desire to bring harm to it and subject them to unfair treatment, they would simply get kicked out... ouch.
Free from Sea of Blood? Nice. He guess there is some way for it to be turned into drinking water too. If they can separate salt and water, that means they can get both seasoning and water at the same time. Warg nodded in understanding.
"Failed negotiation with Tenebrous huh... Well I won't hold my breath with Luminas, but Tenebrous is interesting, all thing considered... because you know... you're both underground city. What causes their rejection?" Koharu asked. "Or is it because they're from dark area refugee too?"
Let's drop about performance for a while though, because Kon-chan already fuming and protesting about how she really doesn't have any manzai talents and it's just simply because her brother and human are bullies. Speaking of which, as for Keigo...
"...Well... honestly... it's almost done. Haru, come here..."
Keigo and Koharu headed toward the changing room. There was some shuffling, and some sound of changing... to which after about thirty minutes... someone stepped out from the changing room. The legs looked like it's covered by hard armor, including the feet, where pointy, sharp nails poking out from the toes. The same sort of armor also is on the arms, going up to around arms. White, snake hairs hissing and slowly moved as if it's completely natural... from first glance, Koharu looked completely Digimon, or at least humanoid type Digimon. the makeup are top notches, and it's especially true with the touch of snake skin-like texture on random part of her body. She's modestly covered, but at the same time still showing important, 'sex appeal' part that seem to be prevalent on female humanoid Digimon.
After applying contact lenses and covering her mouth part with mask, Koharu tried to walk around and found that... it's interesting.
"Well what do you think? With ki arts I can do something like this too..." Koharu made her eyes lit up with purple flame. It's obviously just special effect, but should be convincing enough if one doesn't squint on it too much.

"I wish things were easier in the Dark Area than just having a 'no hostility rule', to be honest." The brunette mused. "Digimon there have been raised with the mentality to take the first opportunity they get the moment they get it. Educating masses that have been used to the harshest of environments is going to be long and painstaking, but I think that it can be pulled off with enough effort. Let's hope that everything goes well."
Regarding what happened with Tenebrous, well... "We have less in common than what you might think, actually." Koharu couldn't be blamed for thinking that one would be an easy alliance, but... "We're not interested in conducting any shady business in the large scale of things, nor on being accomplices by providing shelter to such individuals. That's where we differ the most, methinks; we're gonna be transparent on the fact that we hate unlawfulness and that we won't resort to any underhanded tactics to get what we want."
Roughly the same goal, but the ideological differences couldn't be reconciled, she guessed. This probably wasn't going to be the first or the last deal ruined by Amy's obsession to do things by the book, but that was fine. The brunette would rather do things in the way she believed they were correct than to bend her ideals to acquire an easier path to her goals. It was a core of who she was, in a sense. Luckily, her reverie on that topic was broken as soon as Koharu exited the changing room, looking like quite the gorgon.
"Whoa. Amazing..." The wonder in Amelie's voice was genuine. "If I didn't know better, I'd say that you're a digimon! The disguise is definitely top quality. Keigo did an excellent job."
In all honesty, the young woman now felt a lot more confident on their odds. Favored even, actually. "I guess that now that we've taken care of this, we're ready to go? After taking a much-needed rest, I guess. Today's been a long day." Probably everyone was quite tired by now, and it was getting late... "We're heading to Eldoradimon first hour in the morning. Y'all okay with that?"

"Indeed, well it's part of the Digital World that firmly believes in survival of the fittest and dog-eat-dog after all," Warg commented sadly. "And what does that desire for survival leads you to? When you get strong enough perhaps it's nihilism. If you live with that insanity day by day, perhaps you'll feel irrational fear toward everyone and everything... probably you'll develop a pride, but who knows. Everyone are different. By the way, I was in the 'going crazy because absorbing too many ego" camp, pretty much."
Interesting that they had no interest in doing shady business. "Part of me think that people in dark area pretty much have to sometimes drop their idealism when faced with the need to survive... but you outright refuse it?" Kon-chan questioned. There are no malice in her tone, nor disbelief, but merely pure curiosity. "Why is that?" she asked. "I mean I get it, transparency are nice, lawful thing are also nice, and makes everything orderly, but it's sounded like it'll be a prospect that antagonizes a lot of dark area people, and in turn you won't get as much people."
"But at the same time," Warg interjected "there will be much less unwanted company. If similarly like-minded people banded together, there will be less likely chance of chaos."
"Well there's also that I guess."
"GAHAHA, well I think Jou-chan should stay true to herself! Yes, stay true. A good person is a person who keep showing their true colors no matter what! Stay pure, stay unique, and never be tainted by colors that you don't want to taint you! That's a great way of life!" Papa declared.
Once the disguise is revealed, Amelie seem to approve.
"Ah, th-thank you," Keigo bashfully thanked. "But you see... as for miss Amelie... would you like to try yours now?"
In case she does, Amelie would have be dressed in similar looking outfit. It might be a bit sexy, but at least still rather modestly alluring rather than outright risque like Mervamon. For Amelie, her eyes are blindfolded, and the snakes on her hair seem to work as both hair extension and camera for her to see through the blindfold. Rather than full snakelike, it's seem she's looking part draconic too.
"...If there's nothing else, I think we can conclude this makeup session... and get here in the morning for us to... get dressed, I guess?"

Warg's story wasn't a happy one, but that was more or less to be expected in such an environment. The history of the Dark Area wasn't a very bright one, and in a sense, the reason why Amelie strived to make it a better place; she would ensure that stories like the BlackGuilmon's wouldn't repeat ever again, even if it took her entire life to accomplish it.
"Let's hope I can change that, Warg. Curbing the violence in the Dark Area is something I dubbed pretty much as my life's calling. I can only hope it's a realistically attainable goal; not like that's gonna stop me from trying, but yeah. With any luck, it'll work."
What about the shady business deal? Well, Amy had pretty strong feelings regarding it. She knew she was doing things that'd upset the status quo and probably shift the balance of the whole region wildly, but... "You see. I'm not an idealist; I believe in pragmatism as well, but... those perceptions are what make the Dark Area have the reputation it has." She confessed. "A bunch of digimon that aren't trustworthy; that resort to underhanded tactics to accomplish what they want, and most importantly, that they can't be trusted."
She knew that she had repeated the trust part, but that was for emphasis. "The only way to change that way of thinking is that we can be a city like any other, and function normally just like them. Once the basic needs of everyone are taken care of, we can focus on building something solid, rather than the house of cards that resorting to deceit to thrive is. Bonds are stronger than individuals, and alliances are both more persistent and solid than opportunism. Regarding the people? Well; they have two choices. They either embrace civilized life and get to live in a decent place for once or they keep on resorting to their ways and live in the wilds of the Dark Area or Fragment Village. I think that the choice is obvious, right?"
Maybe that had been a bit self-righteous, but for Amelie, it was just the truth of the matter. If thriving took lies and deceit, she'd sooner give up and move somewhere else. It was a good thing that Papa understood her mindset; at least it made her feel like she wasn't a nutjob. Would the execution of her plan be hard? Yes, but as long as that meant it wasn't impossible, it wouldn't be that bad.
Her outfit? Sure, she could give it a test run. "Let's try it; I guess it won't hurt."
Indeed, the outfit was pretty good, as expected from Keigo's craftmanship. It fit the young woman like a glove, and the result was pretty impressive to boot! "I could get used to this." She commented, once changed. "It actually looks a lot cuter than my spirit forms. Think you could convince my spirits to adopt it?"
That comment was followed by a smirk; it was obvious it was meant as a joke, but at least it served the purpose of entertaining her. Now that everything had been taken care of... "Yeah, I think we can conclude this one; we can disband as soon as I get back to my normal clothes." She made a small pause, before looking directly into Koharu's eyes and adding. "Wanna share a bed for the night...?"
She'd gauge the reaction those words got, before the smirk on her face became even more prominent. "Just~ kidding~." [Exit]
