It was a nice day in Terminus city. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and most importantly, nothing wrong was going on right now. And on this fine day, Kenny and Skadi were just walking around, having just arrived from the Trailmon to go pick up some new supplies they needed from the Terminus Mall. After all, Terminus wasn't exactly known for being dangerous for others to be in, and starting fights there was clearly a huge no-no. Kenny outstretched his arms as he walked along, with a huge smile upon his face, "Ahhhh, can you smell that fresh morning air, Skadi?"Skadi obliged, sniffing the air herself, "I can't. All I can smell is metal around here. Still, the sun does feel good on my wool. At least I don't feel like I'm sweating to death right about now.""True. At least the weather here isn't as hot right now. I was honestly sick to death from dealing with sunburn because I forgot to apply sunscreen to at least one area of my body." Kenny replied, "Frankly, I find the cooler weather we're having right now to much better to me."
"Me too." Skadi sighed, "I'm sick of having to wring out my wool every single time we go out. Maybe we could go grab a bite to eat first?" She asked, in which Kenny nodded. Surely, nothing bad could possibly happen right about now, especially not at this time of day, at this time of the month, right in the heart of Terminus city, right? ... right?

I myself would like Bits for this, please!
For the time being, the hustle and bustle of midday Terminus would go undisturbed; digimon and the rare human going about their day. There were people milling about thru the streets, and people browsing thru everything that the economic districts of Terminus had to offer, just as Skadi and Kenny were. Shops of many different colors and varieties lined the streets, with their own brightly colored signs and window displays in attempts to draw in customers - though the crown jewel of it all would, indeed, be the Terminus Mall that lay near the heart of Terminus City.
Though, this peace would not last forever.
The first signs of this would be a distant roar and crashing; followed by a sudden wave of panicked citizens coming in Skadi and Kenny's direction! None of them would remain long enough to converse with - seeming to be blinded by their panic - but if the duo listened, they would be able to make out the shouts of a monster! A gigantic, strange Gorillamon, who was destroying buildings and causing mayhem! Indeed, looking upwards, Kenny and Skadi might be able to catch a glimpse of a building toppling a handful of blocks down, and plumes of smoke and dust rising in the same general vicinity.
Another bellow would echo in the distance; and between both the ruckus that this monster seemed to be making, as well as the already-panicked citizens? That panic would only spread; mayhem quickly ensuing as people begun either trying to make for safety, or trying to play the hero in pursuing this threat..! Which, would now raise the question: Were Skadi and Kenny going to be amongst the vigilante heroes, or amongst the evacuees?

Suddenly, Kenny and Skadi's brief bliss would be interrupted as a combination of a loud, ear splitting roar, an equally loud smash and the panicked noises of a stampede of Digimon coming their way. Almost immediately, with his heart pounding rapidly, Kenny pulled out his D-Nexus, as it glowed a bright white, along with Skadi, as her body quickly morphed into her SilverGrademon form. She grabbed him, and leapt out of the way just before either of them could be trampled by the crowd, landing onto one of the roofs of the buildings. A sense of relief washed over Kenny for a brief moment, as Skadi put him down onto the ground on his own 2 feet. He was briefly silent for a few moments, before he simply said, "Thanks, Skadi."Even though it was impossible for one to gauge the SilverGrademon's emotions through visual expression alone, her eyes looked upon him happily, "Not a problem. If anything, I should be thanking you for saving us with your quick thinking back there."
Kenny gave a bit of a brief, relieved chuckle, before another loud roar caught them off guard, as Kenny froze for a brief moment, startled, as he and Skadi turned to the perpetrator; a giant Gorilliamon causing havoc in Terminus City, causing massive destruction everywhere. But Skadi didn't seemed panicked at all, thanks to her current form. She turned to face Kenny for a moment, "You thinking what I'm thinking, pal?" She told him knowingly, to which Kenny briefly glanced down at the panicked civilians before him, and the rampaging Gorilliamon present, before turning back to Skadi. "Yes. Kick his ass, Skadi." He simply replied. Kenny practically knew what Skadi was capable of at this point. He could trust her well enough to leave her to her own devices in combat, so all he had to do was let her go and watch the magic happen. Skadi didn't hesitate. With Kenny watching over her, she bounded over from building to building, hopefully unbeknown to Gorilliamon. Finally getting close enough, she looked down at the attacker, and without another word, she snapped her fingers. On cue, giant but silent ghostly chains started to climb up around, and threatened to wrap around the giant great ape, keeping them stuck in place just enough so the other civilians could flee. Skadi armour digivolves to SilverGrademon to save Kenny from the stampede. She then gets as close as possible to Gorilliamon and uses Ethereal Chains to restrain him for a bit. She gains 1 token from the Buildup passive, increasing her attack by 10%. Ethereal Chains (RAM Upgrade): Skadi summons 2 pairs of ghostly chains silently rising from the ground to coil around the opponents feet (4 if the opponent has 4 feet, for flavor purposes only). Once trapped, they are bound for one turn, unable to move from the spot or turn around, but are still free to attack, just as long as the attack doesn't involve using their feet. Flying/airborne opponents will be pulled to the ground by the chains. Does not interfere with the Buildup passive. (2 post cooldown) Passives: Leaps and Bounds (Non-combat Passive): Skadi can leap very, very high. Meaning she can scale houses and buildings with a single leap. She is also capable of parkour in this form, and is generally a very fast, very flexible creature.
Ethereal Being (Non-combat Passive): In this form, Skadi can change her form from solid to ethereal. This can allow her to pass through walls, and other solid objects. However, this does not automatically give her immunity from attacks, and she takes damage like any other Digimon.
Buildup (Passive): For every post that Skadi does not directly attack the opponent with an ability, she gains a token. This token increases her attack by 10%, up to a total count of 4 tokens. These tokens cannot be taken off by the opponent, nor can these boosts be reduced by any attacks or passives from any opponent. (For example, simply using her swords to parry the opponent or merely swinging her sword to attack will not affect Buildup. Using Dual Striker or Sliver Breaker does)
Keen Eye (Passive): Being a skilled swordswoman has it’s benefits. So that means that she gets a 1.3x boost to accuracy. This also allows her to see perfectly fine where she otherwise wouldn’t, including fog, smoke, and other weather conditions.
Voice of Old World (Divisional Ability Passive): KIZNA assault team members are attuned to the land where they fought in. By using the link of their own data and the data of the land where they are, they could boost their resistance to certain degree. Elemental resistance up based on where the area of the thread happened Core: Lightning and Metal Resistance +20% Buffs/Nerfs:Buildup (10% Atk.): 1/4 tokens. Cooldowns:Ethereal Chains: ?

A handful KO'd digimon would be scattered about the ruined clearing that this beast had made for themself; with the smaller buildings being completely trampled, whereas larger and sturdier buildings were looking worn down, but otherwise intact. The supposed Gorillamon - looking less a digimon, and more a Legitimate Giant Gorilla, - would be at the center of it all; locked in a conflict with a MetalTyrannomon, claws and fingers linked together as the two great beasts pushed back against eachother, both of them trying to overpower the other...
... It seemed that the massive Gorilla would be the greater of the two, however - managing to swing a kick at the MetalTyrannomon that would send the dinosaur sprawling into another building! The impact of the digimon would decimate the buliding, and send a small handful of the digimon that were hiding within the building - as well as a couple of adjacent buildings - scattering for safety! The large beast would take notice of the scattering digimon however, its expression contorted in a snarl as it reached down...
"Yeeeek!!!"
... and grabbed up one of the fleeing digimon - a Sheepmon, it looked to be! The Sheepmon in question would be squirming and trying to fight back; though the massive gorilla paid little mind towards its now damsel-in-distress, in lieu of Skadi and Kenny's arrival..! The great Gorilla would smack its chest and roar at Skadi in challenge; seeming keen on picking a fight with the SilverGrademon!
However, as it attempted to charge... A problem would soon present itself to the great monster. Its legs were bound when it wasn't looking; ghostly chains coiled around it, rooting it in place! This certainly did the trick for giving any still-hiding civilians a chance to flee from the area; though the little Sheepmon in its grasp remained, unable to break free despite her best efforts. "Let go - let go, you uncouth monster!"
Despite her damsel status, she seemed to be quite feisty, for such a little thing!
Meanwhile though, the gorilla would be trying to break free of the chains to little avail; trying to tear at them with its free hand, snarling and roaring in frustration all the whilst.

Something felt a little off about the giant monster Gorillamon to both Kenny and Skadi, and already several questions were racing around their head; where did it come from? Why was it here? And most importantly, what set it off in the first place? Whatever the answer, they had only one goal in mind: to knock it out as soon as possible. However, what quickly drew Kenny and Skadi's attention was the destruction of a nearby building and the escaping Digimon, followed by the agonised yells of a captured Sheepmon, courtesy of the monster gorilla. While defeating the monster was a big priority, both of them knew that civilian safety was a bigger priority. And so, with the gorilla chained up - for now - Skadi leapt from building to building, as 3 more clones spawned near her. As soon as all 3 got close enough, she and the clones would get to work, as they jumped into the sky. The first clone landed near where the remains of one of buildings lay, along with the knocked out MetalTyrannomon. Quickly, it dug through the rubble, hoping to find it and pull it out to safety in time. It's hands frantically dug through inside, hoping to find and pull out the unfortunate victims. The other 2 clones, with the gorilla distracted, leapt onto it's hand in which the Sheepmon was being carried, as they desperately tried to pull her out by her front feet. Meanwhile, the real Skadi leapt high over the gorilla's head and behind him, as Kenny, watching from the sidelines, hoped Skadi's plan would work out. He pulled out the Gazimon card and slid it across his D-Nexus, giving a small burst of energy into the SilverGrademon as she landed. Not a second later, as the chains broke away from the gorilla's feet, a little trick brewed in her head. "Hey, ugly!" She called to the gorilla towering over her, hoping for him to turn over. A small smirk lined her face as she added, "Look over there!" She pointed down to the floor, as the land beneath the gorilla's feet started to give way. If it didn't escape in time, the gorilla would be sent careening into the ground in the next few moments, potentially leaving it open to attacks. Hopefully, it could keep it in place for a brief moment, giving everyone else another chance to escape if possible. Skadi uses Illusion to summon 3 clones; 1 to save the MetalTyrannomon potentially trapped inside the rubble, and 2 to save the captured Sheepmon. Then Kenny uses the Gazimon card, allowing Skadi to use PItfall to trap the gorilla inside. She gains a second token thanks to the Buildup passive, bringing her attack up to 20%. Illusion: Skadi summons 3 clones of herself. These clones possess the power of a normal Champion level. However, if hit, these clones will automatically die, exploding and dissipating into white smoke to obscure the opponents vision and do moderate damage up to a 5 meter radius each. These clones are capable of using Dual Striker and Silver Breaker as well, and also has access to the Buildup and Keen Eye passives (albeit only getting 1.2x accuracy boost instead). However, they can only gain one token from Buildup, and cannot use Reflective Shield, Illusion, Ethereal Chains, Fouet Brillant, or Shining Blast. Each clone also have a max. TTL of 3 posts if left undamaged. If they die this way, then they will still go up in smoke (in both cases, whenever hit or not, Skadi can decide whenever they explode or not, depending on certain situations), and clones can attack the post they were summoned. Since this attack does not involve directly hitting the opponent, only producing the clones, this does not interfere with the Buildup passive. A clone attacking the opponent with an ability will only affect their own Buildup passive effect. (3 post cooldown) Passives:Leaps and Bounds (Non-combat Passive): Skadi can leap very, very high.

With some help from one of Skadi's clones, the MetalTyrannomon - now a red Monodramon - would be able to shake himself free of the debris. Dust, pebbles, and the sorts would slide off of his scales as he stirred and rose - visibly aching and beaten. "Grhhhff.." The rookie would growl in frustration - glaring back at the giant Gorilla(mon?) with his lips curled in a snarl - before glancing back to the clone, nodding his thanks. "He's too much for me, that much is obvious.." He'd mutter, already making to get out of here with a slight limp. "If you think you can deal with him, he's all yours."
Whilst the MetalTyrannomon-turned-Monodramon made his exit though, there still was the matter of the gorilla and its Sheepmon captive. It was clear that it wasn't keen on letting the two clones get close, though; as they neared the beast, it would turn its attention to them. Once they got in range, it would then swing its arm at them with all the force of a freight train - as though it were trying to clothesline - them with a roar! This, of course, meant that the real Skadi's actions would be left unnoticed, as she would move to get behind the gorilla. This beast seemed to be quite powerful; but its intelligence seemed to be less that of a digimon's, and more akin to an animal's, from the looks of things.
This would be doubly true as the chains began to break away, and Skadi would shout to it - trying to grab its attention! Almost immediately, the gorilla would whirl around on the spot with every intention of charging her and trampling her; though thankfully, the pit that she had created with the use of the Gazimon card would prove to the useful. Just as the gorilla was about to charge forward, the ground beneath it would suddenly give way; resulting in the beast tumbling forward against the edge of the pit, and falling in!
Indeed, the beast seemed to - briefly - be stuck now; snarling as it tried to pull itself back up and out of the pit, but open to an attack otherwise!

The first SliverGrademon clone silently nodded back in acknowledgement to the red Monodramon as he went off, before it's focus returned to the gorilla in question. It's eyes glued on the kidnapper, it leapt up onto the undamaged buildings to join it's other 2 comrades into freeing the Sheepmon, but it stopped at the final building close to it, and for good reason. The other 2 clones were so distracted into trying to free the Sheepmon from the mad monkey's grasp, they hadn't noticed it was swinging it's hand towards them at breakneck speed. Not that it would've mattered, anyways; the second both of them got hit by the hairy ape, the second both exploded in a cloud of white smoke. But these clones were not set to damage, so the Sheepmon was spared from any further pain (outside of any potential irritation from said smoke in the eyes and lungs). But this also had the effect of obscuring the gorilla's vision from view, hopefully buying more time for the others to escape. But much to the duo's pleasant surprise, Kenny and Skadi's plan worked like a charm. The gorilla was now trapped inside the pit, forcing it to try and escape. Perfect. With just one clone left to go save the Sheepmon before taking on the main threat itself. A small orb of light formed in Skadi's free palm, of which she gripped very tightly, before seemingly 'throwing' it at the gorilla. But if the gorilla thought she was just throwing a tiny harmless ball of light at it, it would be sorely mistaken. Rather, a giant whip of light emerged from the orb and flew towards the non-Sheepmon bearing arm, aiming to wrap around it to hold it back, and also, to drain it's stamina, aiming to exhaust it faster in the process. Only a moment later, Skadi would feel another surge of energy flow through her, while a pair of giant, scaly wings emerged from her back. Kenny had swiped the Wings of the Wyvern card to help Skadi once more. With a small grin, she leapt off from the ground, and had her attack connected, would be pulling like crazy, with her wings flapping like crazy, to prevent it from swinging. About time too. The last clone had jumped onto the arm and was now also tugging at the Sheepmon's front hooves to try and free her. With hopefully the gorilla held back by an arm, the Sheepmon would be free as soon as possible, safe from the potential assult they aimed to do to stop the gorilla.
2 of Skadi's clones are hit by the gorilla, and they turn into white smoke. They have not been set to damage upon death, so the Sheepmon is spared from any major damage. So the real Skadi uses Fouet Brillant to restrain the non-Sheepmon carrying arm while the last surviving clone tries to pull out the Sheepmon herself. Buildup remains as it is, but the following attack will drain 10% stamina upon contact thanks to the passive. Fouet Brillant (RAM Upgrade): Skadi summons a glowing, long range (up to 50m) light energy whip to constrict, strike at, and attack the opponent, allowing Skadi to grab and toss them with ease, trip them up, bind them or whatever. Grabbing onto the whip for opponents is impossible, as touching it will burn the opponents hands, inflicting a little bit more damage to them. Enemies hit by this whip lose 5% of their current stamina (+5% per token from the Buildup passive). (3 post cooldown) Card used:DR-28 Card Name: Wings of the Wyvern (1/2) Type: Modify Rank: Gold Duration: 3 Posts Effect: Draconic wings sprout from the target Digimon's back, allowing them to fly. Between the smoke from Skadi's clones, and the pit that her card had created, it certainly wasn't this gorilla's day. Albeit, nor was it the Sheepmon's! Both would end up coughing and sputtering from the smoke; and neither of them were able to see whatever was going on on Skadi's and Kenny's ends, either! As a result, the gorilla in question would begin to angrily holler; blindly flailing the limb that held the Sheepmon (much to her chagrin) in an attempt to hit something - "W-woa-oaaah!" - as it begun using its opposite limb to try and push itself up and out of the pit.
However, even thru the smoke, the gorilla would take note of something; a glowing mote of light, floating towards it from beyond the smoke. The beast would - with another angry roar - attempt to smash this approaching orb; but was surprised to see that the light would, suddenly, extend into a glowing whip that wrapped around its arm! The energy would burn into its fur, causing the roar to rise in octave and volume as it tried to recoil away; albeit failed to avoid its arm being restrained, as Skadi now pulled at the whip from the other end.
This would prove to be a good opening for Skadi's clone to come in and start pulling at the Sheepmon damsel; gradually getting her loose, especially with the Sheepmon's own attempts to pull herself free. However, it seemed like it'd take a bit for her to get free just yet - and as for the real Skadi? Her use of the Fouet Briliant, though clever, might also prove to be risky; given the gorilla's strength, to make up for its comparably lacking wit...! Growling low, the gorilla would begin to pull at the arm that the whip was connected to; and between its great strength, and the fact that being up in the air gave Skadi no real footing to pull back with, she would risk being swung around by the whip!
Would she continue to try pulling back to keep the gorilla distracted for long enough for the clone to pull the Sheepmon free, and risk being swung into something and being hurt? Or would she let go, and risk the gorilla regaining its grip on the Sheepmon if she doesn't find something else to distract it with?

Both of the SilverGrademon present - the original Skadi and the clone - had been pulling very hard at both ends of the gorilla's arm and the Sheepmon, respectively, and the results were starting to show, as the clone felt the gorilla's grip gradually coming loose, and the gorilla seemingly being restrained for a good time by Skadi's tug. However, while SliverGrademon was fast, flexible and free-moving, she did lack behind in the raw muscle department. As her wings flapped as hard as they could to keep her airborne, she and the clone would continue to give another tug, and the clone was ready to give it it's all. It gave one last pull on the Sheepmon's arm, and then flipped off, up onto the building roof that Kenny lay with hopefully the Sheepmon in tow, back on it's own 2 feet. But the clone wasn't finished yet. She had one last trick on her sleeve. With a nice, clean leap, she flew towards the gorilla's face with her arms outstretched, hoping to latch onto it. Now, to the average bystander, this may look like a completely stupid, braindead move. However, this clone had nothing to lose. It knew it was going to die in a few moments anyway, so why not die in style? And die in style it did. A moment later, it exploded in bits of data and white smoke once again. But this time, it was set to damage, and if that plan worked out well, the gorilla would not only have to deal with another round of smoke obscuring it's face, but it would also be in quite a bit of pain as well. All the while, the real Skadi kept a firm grasp onto the gorilla's arm and continued to tug as normal. However, her own lack of sheer muscle power was starting to catch up to her as the gorilla started to pull at the whip with ease, and with one clean tug, throwing Skadi over it's head like a wet rag. However, as she flew over it's head, she let go quickly, the whip vanishing into the ether, before flapping her wings frantically, falling back onto the ground on her own 2 feet in front of it. Unbeknown to her, Kenny, who was still watching the battle from afar, had swiped yet another card. Perfect. With a little glint in her eye, she snapped her fingers once more, and once more, chains slinked around the gorilla's feet and would once again try to bind it's legs to keep it trapped where it was. Thanks to the card Kenny used, Skadi did not need to wait a moment more to summon the chains. One may argue that Skadi had screwed with it one too many times, but you couldn't argue that the duo's efforts, no matter how small, were saving countless lives.
The last surviving clone of Skadi goes for one final pull onto Sheepmon, and if all goes well, as she lands onto a building, she'll be bringing the hapless mammal with her. No matter what, however, the clone's final action is to try and latch onto the gorilla's face before it's time runs out and explodes. This one is set to damage as well as to let out a smokescreen. Meanwhile, the real Skadi is flung by the gorilla by the whip, but she lets go and uses her wings to help her land safely. Thanks to Kenny using the Reload! card, Skadi does not need to wait a post to use Ethereal Chains once again, and so, she uses it to bind the gorilla's legs again. By not using a damaging attack, she gets another token from Buildup.Ethereal Chains (RAM Upgrade): Skadi summons 2 pairs of ghostly chains silently rising from the ground to coil around the opponents feet (4 if the opponent has 4 feet, for flavor purposes only). That final big tug would, seemingly, be enough to free the Sheepmon damsel; popping free of the gorilla's grip, as she was whisked away to the rooftop that Kenny was perched on. "O-oh!" The Sheepmon would first murmur in surprise; the small digimon - she seemed to be about Rookie stage, now that the duo likely had a chance to properly examine her - briefly taking a second to find her feet once more, and to glance up to the SilverGrademon clone. Once she had a proper chance to look upon her savior, (or would it be saviors, given that this was a clone?) she'd blink briefly; before murmuring once more - this time in an awed tone - "Oh my..."
... Did she like what she saw? It was hard to say; before she could comment any further, the clone would be off - leaping back towards the gorilla!
With the smoke finally clearing, and the beast finally managing to clamber out of the pit, it would glance up to its foes - both the remaining clones, and Skadi; whom it had managed to fling... Just in time for the clone to smack right into its face! At first, the beast's reaction is to reach up and try to rip the clone away, though it is perhaps a bit too slow; as, the second its hand closes around the false SilverGrademon...
... It would, suddenly, explode! A burst of sparks and smoke; eliciting a startled howl of pain and rage from the gorilla as it stumbled backwards, as though it would bring it away from the stinging and burning in its face and eyes. Its stumbling backwards would, eventually, be stopped however; familiar chains entwining upwards, to tangle up its legs..! Despite its attempts to pull at the chains once more, there would be no give; being completely rooted, it seemed. However; this didn't meant that the gorilla was quite so helpless...
Perhaps in what would be a stroke of genius for the beast, the gorilla would reach out - snatching up whatever rubble it could find around it - before starting to throw it! The rubble it was trying to throw at Skadi would be aimed blindly - given the smokescreen - but that, in a way, perhaps made it more dangerous. Who knew what destruction the gorilla could cause - or who could get caught in the crossfire - if it continued to blindly throw the rubble it was able to find in arm's reach, anyways?

Success! With the Sheepmon finally saved in the nick of time, the real Skadi could now focus all her efforts in fighting the gorilla without worry of accidentally catching the damsel in distress in the crossfire... but now with the final clone's departure to it's own death and subsequent gambit to try and take the gorilla with it, this just left Kenny and the Sheepmon alone together. Kenny just looked the Rookie-level sheepishly (ha), and awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck, "Uh, I can explain..."Speaking of the final clone, it's final, and admittedly completely crazy act, also went off without a hitch. The clone even felt a pang of satisfaction before it's timely demise when the gorilla tried to grab it, unintentionally inflicting more damage onto it, not that it minded as long as the Sheepmon was safe. The real Skadi shared that same feeling with it, as her giant wings faded away. That crazy gamble had indeed paid off, but the gorilla wasn't exactly down yet. By preventing the gorilla from moving in place, who knows how many lives that the duo managed to save with their crazy good teamwork already, what with the constant trappings and tricks preventing the gorilla from moving any further or damaging anything further than normally possible, or Skadi's large pool of skills, but they weren't exactly out of the woods just yet. They still had to take down the gorilla itself... ...which was now grabbing and tossing rubble haphazardly at Skadi like paper balls. While Skadi managed to evade some of them at first, the problem with them was that they were highly unpredictable in nature on where'd they land, and Skadi couldn't exactly dodge forever; as she dodged one of the rubble, another one followed up in quick succession, and scraped against her leg, the first proper injury she acquired in battle as she winced in pain. "Guh... that smarts." Skadi groaned a little, but there was no time to waste. Now her aim was to take down the gorilla, and she would do it the best way she knew how. In a matter of moments, her swords glowed a bright blue, before she crossed them into an 'X' shape, before immediately swinging them down and firing it towards the gorilla's chest. If it hit, it would explode, consuming the gorilla in a frozen explosion. But no matter if it worked or not, after that was over, the chains disappeared from the gorilla's leg, freeing it, for now. But both parties were pretty sure Terminus had been successfully cleared out, and the only thing that was left was to either send the maniac monkey packing in the best case scenario, or pushing up daises in the worst. Skadi is hit on the leg by the rubble by the gorilla, but considering that's the only true scratch she's taken this battle, she shrugs it off... kinda. With Sheepmon freed and Terminus clear, she uses Glacial Crusher to send a powerful blow to strike at the gorilla's chest. Glacial Crusher (RAM Upgrade GIGA): Skadi's evolution to Markhormon has now allowed her to tap into her ice abilities of her aforementioned Ultimate/Perfect form, even in her armour forms. This, mixed in with her stalwart personality and hardened determination makes this attack one of her most powerful attacks. Skadi's chosen appendage/weapon glows a bright blue, while the familiar icy aura surrounds it, along with cold winds and bits of frost that grow quickly. Then she unleashes one mighty strike with the appendage/weapon with all her might and determination, either directly at the opponent or as a powerful wave of energy, causing a powerful explosion of up to 3m (+2m per level over Rookie) of snow, harsh wind and sharp ice to strike the opponent and blast them back a good few meters from the impact upon contact. While a strong enough attack on it's own, if this hits the opponent of the same level using a shield/barrier/etc, not only does this attack bypass them all and break the shield, it also does 30% more damage to the opponent as well. For opponents one level above, it instead does 50% of the maximum damage to shield/barrier/etc. welders. (3 post cooldown) Passives:Leaps and Bounds (Non-combat Passive): Skadi can leap very, very high.
Elemental resistance up based on where the area of the thread happened Core: Lightning and Metal Resistance +20% Buffs/Nerfs:Buildup (30% Atk.): 3/4 tokens. Wings of the Wyvern (Flight): 3/3 Total Cards Used For This Thread: 3/5 Cooldowns:Ethereal Chains: 1/2 Fouet Brillant: 2/3 Illusion: 0/3

The Sheepmon would be taking the time to smooth out her wool now; eyeing the combat that was going on down below, with Skadi and the gorilla. "I certainly would like an explanation of that dashing knight, if you ask me...!" The damsel responded quite forwardly; which made it quite apparent which of the two combatants that the Sheepmon was eyeing more closely...
As far as the combat itself went, though... If the rubble landed any hits or not, the gorilla didn't see; and it was hard to say whether or not it truly cared either way. It was an angry beast letting out its aggression on whatever was in the vicinity, and likely didn't exactly have the capacity to care to a certain degree, anyhow.
Despite that, however... The gorilla couldn't ignore the strike that would come next; Skadi's second true attack, after Fouet Brilliant. Cutting thru the now-fading smokescreen, a wave of energy in the shape of an X would be coming at it; Skadi's Glacial Crusher! As the energy slammed into its chest, the resulting explosion of wind, ice, and snow washed over it in turn; eliciting a roar of pain, and leaving its fur frosted and chilled. It didn't exactly knock back the beast though, with the chains; and it was unlikely that the blast would've knocked the gorilla back even without the chains, given its tanky-looking build.
With the fading chains though, the gorilla was free; and the gorilla was, safe to say, pissed. Letting out a second roar, and rearing up to beat at its chest, the massive beast would take to charge at Skadi - attempting to grab at her and (if the grab was successful) slam her down into the ground...!

Well, things had taken a turn for the interesting quickly. Unbeknown to the Sheepmon, Skadi was also a fellow bovidae like the cotton candy companion. In response, Kenny gave a knowing, and teasing, smile to the Rookie level, "Well... let's just that 'dashing knight' over there just so happens to be my partner." My, would the cute little creature be in for such a shock when she found out the truth about Skadi. Speaking of Skadi, a small glint in her eyes had shown a little sense of satisfaction as her attack went off without a hitch, and the fresh burst of ice and snow flying around the gorilla helped to clear the rest of the smoke away. But the way the gorilla didn't go down so easily was pretty disappointing, if not surprising; this creature looked like a freaking tank. As all of the smoke, new and old, cleared away, everyone could feel the ground rumble beneath them, especially Skadi, as the gorilla charged dead ahead to grab her. And just around the same time, the young knight could hear a loud cry of "Skadi! Get out of the way!", courtesy of Kenny. Sure enough, Skadi could find a giant hand break out of the dying smoke and reach out for her. On cue, Skadi quickly leapt out of the way, the gorilla's fur tauntingly brushing against her, much to her relief. Not wanting to waste another second, Skadi's free palm glowed once more, but this time, the light started to glow brighter and grow larger, as she aimed it at the gorilla directly at, once again, the chest. Just as well, too, as Kenny, with a knowing grin, and glance to the Sheepmon, swiped his 4th card into the D-Nexus, once again, empowering Skadi with a fresh burst of energy. Just not a moment too soon, a brilliant blast of searing white energy came flying towards the gorilla - along with a swirl of high pressure water, just to give the primary attack a little bit more oomph. Hopefully, upon contact, that gorilla would be really feeling that attack in the morning. Skadi dodges the gorilla's grab by only a hair. Quickly, she fires off a powerful Shining Blast to attack the gorilla, combined with the Seadramon's card and it's Water Breath ability to pack even more of a nasty punch. By using Shining Blast, Skadi loses all her boosts from Buildup to empower that attack, resetting her attack stat back to 0%. Shining Blast: This attack relies on the use of the Buildup passive. Skadi forms an orb of light in her palms, in which she fires a powerful laser beam at the opponent, causing light/holy damage. The damage depends on how many tokens Skadi has built up during this time. Once used, the token counter resets to 0, and Skadi loses the boosts. However, next post, the Buildup passive starts again, and Skadi can resume building tokens as normal. "Your partner, huh...?" The Sheepmon's expression became difficult to read for a brief moment; sounding almost... Disappointed, that Kenny and Skadi were partners? The reason why quickly became apparent though as the Sheepmon made a heavy sigh, and glanced out towards Skadi. "Ah, what a shame. I suppose I should stop pining after them, then... I'll admit Ive never seen a human and a digimon be a couple, but, I hope you both make eachother very happy."
... It seemed that she, uh... Completely misunderstood what Kenny meant.
Either way though, the fight was likely far more pressing of a concern at the moment. As the grab failed, the gorilla's hand would simply slam into the ground beneath them with a loud thud, kicking up a small plume of dust and tiny bits of debris. It'd grumble in anger briefly - looking around for where Skadi had gone - before its eyes snapped towards Skadi's direction; the building bright light from her charging attack grabbing its attention.
Eyes on the SilverGrademon, the gorilla would make to charge and grab for her once more; though what it didn't seem to realize, is that this put it directly in the path of her attack...! Blasted with a mix of holy energy and pressurized water, the gorilla - despite its large and tanky form - would be thrown back; knocked off balance by being blasted back mid-charge! It'd howl in pain and rage, tumbling back a short distance before it'd begin to slowly rise to its feet once more; glaring in Skadi's direction all the while.
Surprisingly, though... The gorilla didn't immediately charge, now that it was back on its feet... Was it learning? It was hard to say for sure, given that this gorilla was an unpredictable beast; but that attack probably left it hurting, either way! For the time being, it would begin to pick up debris once more, attempting to throw it at Skadi instead of charging at her again..!
